Description

The invention relates to a ski with a sliding surface and a ski upper side opposite the sliding surface, wherein a climbing aid can be fastened to the sliding surface and the ski has a through opening extending from the sliding surface to the ski upper side in a region in front of a contact surface. Furthermore, the invention relates to a climbing aid for attachment to a ski according to the invention and a securing element for the ski according to the invention.

It is well known to provide ski with a climbing aid, in particular with a climbing skin, to facilitate the user's ascent, especially when touring. Here, in particular climbing aids are known, which extend in the mounted state of the ski tip to the ski end and therefore usually have to be dismantled for short descents again to ensure sufficient sliding properties of the ski.

In particular, in the so-called back country skiing, in which in the untracked terrain mostly (cross-country) skis are used with steel edges, it is desirable to offer ski with climbing aids, which do not cover the sliding surface in the blade and / or ski area, so that for climbs on the one hand an ascent is offered and on the other hand, short descents in kupiertem terrain with sufficient sliding properties without dismantling the climbing aid can be performed. On long runs, however, the climbing aid is removed to be re-attached on the next ascent.

From the WO 2004/064949 A1 is already known a ski, in which an opening in an area of the ski is provided in front of the footprint, so that the sliding surface of the ski is not covered in particular in the region of a front blade section in the mounted state of the climbing aid. To attach the climbing aid, a connecting element is received in the opening of the ski, the two hooking openings has, are included in which connecting hook of a holding element of the climbing aid. In the inserted state, the connection hooks are received in the Verhakungsöffnungen within the opening, that the climbing aid is mounted on the sliding surface of the ski.
The disadvantage here is in particular that from the top of the ski snow or ice can enter into the openings of the connecting element, whereby the risk that the connection hooks freeze in the connecting element. Disadvantageously, the user is also no direct access to the then frozen joints possible.
Furthermore, is from the AT 11 463 U1 discloses a ski with an opening in an area in front of the footprint, wherein here a bore produced by means of a twist drill is disclosed, wherein a centering of a Fellhalteplatte is hung. This centering pin is then preferably held in the opening by a nut provided with an internal thread, which comes into abutment against a housing accommodated in the opening.
From the DE 924 496 is another device for fixing a climbing skin on the ski known. In this prior art retaining plates are attached to the climbing skin. The holding plates carry holding pins, which are guided in through-holes of the ski along the guide groove of the outsole. The climbing skin is attached to the ski tip via a tensioning device.
In the CH 674 622 another device for releasably attaching a climbing aid to a ski will be described. At the climbing aid, a plate is fixed, which is arranged by means of a screw passing through the screw releasably attached to the underside of the ski. EP 1 329 245 A1 discloses a ski having all the technical features of the preamble of claim 1. Accordingly, solutions are known from the prior art, in which the climbing aid via connection claws or a screw directly on a received in the opening Housing is held. This has the disadvantage that act on the recorded in the opening housing tensile forces or act in the attachment / removal of the climbing aid various forces on the housing, so that there is a risk of loosening of the housing in the opening.

According to the invention, however, the climbing aid is merely carried out through the opening and the securing of one end of the climbing skin from the opening or a housing accommodated therein are decoupled.

This is inventively achieved in that on the ski upper side a securing element is arranged, which has at least one retaining element for the positive connection with a corresponding counter element of the climbing aid. Accordingly, the ski according to the invention on the ski upper side on a securing element to secure the free end of the climbing aid on the opposite side of the sliding surface in a simple manner. Thus, on the one hand reliably freezing of the free end of the climbing aid is prevented within the opening and at the same time any tensile forces or forces during assembly / disassembly of the climbing aid is not transmitted directly into the opening or to a housing housed herein.

In order to secure a free end of the climbing aid on Skioberseite in a simple and fast way, it is advantageous if the securing element as a holding element at least one projection, preferably two laterally arranged projections, in particular in the form of locking lugs comprises.

In order to ensure a reliable connection between the securing element and the holding element at a tensile load on the climbing aid or to pull the counter element in the direction of Skioberseite down, it is advantageous if the projection each one of the ski top obliquely forward to a tip the ski extending contact surface, wherein the contact surface to the ski top preferably an angle between 20 ° and 50 °, in particular of substantially 30 °, includes.

In order to attach the fuse element independently to the ski surface and thus derive any tensile forces on the securing element in the ski body regardless of the opening, it is advantageous if the securing element has a directed to the ski top extension, which received in the mounted state in a corresponding recess of the ski is.

In order to introduce the climbing aid without sharp edges of the sliding surface in the opening or to record any tensile forces acting on the securing element well, it is advantageous if a longitudinal axis of the opening and / or the recess for receiving the extension in the direction of the tip of the Ski is inclined and in particular an angle between 20 ° and 50 °, preferably of substantially 30 °, to the longitudinal extension plane of the ski top includes.

The securing element may on the one hand be formed as an independent component and is, in particular with the help of the extension, independently attached to the ski upper side. Nevertheless, it is advantageous for reducing the number of parts, if the securing element is formed integrally with a guide housing, which extends at least partially into the opening, preferably the lining substantially entirely.

In order to simplify the positioning of the counter element relative to the securing element for the user, it is advantageous if the securing element has two lateral guide webs.

A particularly torsionally rigid, stable configuration of the securing element, preferably made of plastic, is provided if the guide webs are preferably formed integrally with a bottom surface, wherein the protrusions are respectively connected to the bottom surface and the guide web.

The climbing aid according to the invention for attachment to a ski according to the invention is characterized in that the climbing aid has at a front end a counter element for connection to the holding element. This can be achieved by simply performing the counter element through the opening and the subsequent positive connection with the fuse element in a quick and easy way a reliable connection between climbing aid and ski.

In order to keep the projecting elements on the ski top side as small as possible, it is advantageous if the counter element is designed in the manner of a tab.

With regard to a simple, reliable connection between counter and holding element, it is advantageous if the tab-shaped counter element has two edge-side material recesses for receiving the projections of the securing element.

With regard to a reliable, positive connection between the counter element and the securing element, it is furthermore advantageous if a plastic element that is rigid with respect to the climbing aid is provided as the counter element.

To be able to pass the climbing aid in a simple manner through the opening and on the other hand to offer the user a handy counter element for the purpose of securing the climbing aid, it is advantageous if the width of the climbing aid in a front end portion tapers so that the width of the climbing aid less as the width of the opening or less than a passage opening of the guide housing.

In order to be able to secure the climbing aid in a simple manner to the ski, it is furthermore advantageous if the climbing aid has a lead-through element between the mating element and a flexible anti-slip section which effectively serves for climbing aid.

To allow the user to easily insert the lead-through element in the opening and on the other hand the To hold climbing aid reliable, it is advantageous if the lead-through element consists of a flexible plastic material and firmly connected to the counter element, preferably designed as a 2-component injection molded part is.

Furthermore, to improve the sliding properties of the climbing aid advantageous if the length of the lead-through element, preferably by 10 to 30%, is greater than the length of the opening. In this case, the climbing aid can be attached to the ski such that in the transition region between the sliding surface and opening the lead-through element, which has better sliding properties with respect to the climbing aid, is exposed, so that the sliding properties of the ski with mounted climbing aid improves with such an arrangement of the climbing aid become.

In order to achieve efficient anti-slip properties with the help of the climbing aid, it is particularly advantageous if the climbing aid has a carrier layer which is provided with bristles for forming a climbing skin, or has scales or the like, or is coated with climbing wax.

Fig. 1 shows a ski 1 with sliding surface 1 'and one of the sliding surface 1' opposite Skioberseite 1 ''. In the central region of the sliding surface 1 ', a climbing aid 2 is releasably attached, which is intended to prevent slipping of the ski when climbing. Such climbing aids 2, in particular with a scale-like structure, or climbing skins with obliquely arranged bristles are well known in the art.

The climbing aid 2 has a front end 2 ', which was previously passed through a guide housing 3 and in Fig. 1 on the side of the ski top 1 '' is arranged. In the in Fig. 1 shown position, the free end 2 'is not yet connected to a fuse element 4, which is arranged on the ski top side 1''.

As in particular in Fig. 3 it can be seen, the guide housing 3 is provided to line an opening 3 'in the ski 1 and thus in the area of the opening 3' otherwise exposed layers of the ski 1 in particular to protect against contact with snow or ice. In Fig. 1 In this case, it can be seen that the guide housing 3 or the opening 3 'is provided in a region in front of the (front) binding jaw 5, wherein a contact surface 5' adjoins the binding jaws 5, in the region of which the user usually engages with the sole of a ski boot Load case arises. In the area of the footprint 5 ', therefore, a repulsive force of the user is introduced into the ski 1; Accordingly, in particular in this area, the climbing aid 2 is provided on the side of the sliding surface 1 '.

In the plan view of the ski top 1 '' according to Fig. 2 is the guide housing 3 and the separately formed by the guide housing 3 fuse element 4 can be seen. The accommodated in the opening 3 in the ski 1 guide housing 3 'has a passage opening 3'', which extends through the ski 1 therethrough.

Fig. 5) vorgesehen sind. To secure the free end 2 'of the climbing aid 2, the securing element 4, a holding element 4' in the form of two projections, which for receiving a at the free end 2 'of the climbing aid 2 attached counter element 6 (see. Fig. 5 ) are provided. The two projections 4 'have for this purpose obliquely rearwardly extending contact surfaces 4''in order to form an undercut, on which corresponding hook-shaped projections 6' of the counter-element 6 come into positive contact with the system. The hook-shaped projections 6 'are in this case formed in a simple manner by two edge-side material recesses 6 "in the counter element 6.

The securing element 4 also has two lateral guide webs 4 '' ', so that the insertion of the counter-element 6 is simplified in a connected position. The projections 4 'are also formed integrally with the lateral guide webs 4' '' and a bottom surface of the securing element, so that a torsionally rigid substantially trough-shaped securing element 4 results.

In the in Fig. 3 shown sectional view is particularly apparent that the guide housing 3, the opening 3 'completely lines and the ski 1 extends completely. On the side of the sliding surface 1 ', the guide housing 3 is flush with the ski 1, whereas the guide housing 3 on the ski top 1''has an overlap to protect the inside of the ski from water penetration.

Separated from the guide housing 3 on the ski upper side 1 '' is the securing element 4 for securing the free end 2 'of Climbing aid 2 attached. For this purpose, the securing element 4 has a thorn-like extension 7 directed towards the ski upper side 1 ", which is received in a form-fitting manner in a corresponding recess in the ski 1. Preferably, a longitudinal extension axis of the extension 7 extends substantially parallel to a longitudinal extension axis of the opening 3 '. In the embodiment shown, the longitudinal axes enclose an angle of approximately 30 ° to the plane defining the ski top side 1 ".

At the in Fig. 3 the embodiment shown, the securing element 4 is formed as a separate part of the guide housing 3. As in Fig. 3a However, it is also possible to reduce the number of parts, the integrally attached to the ski top 1 '' securing element 4 with the guide housing 3.

Fig. 5 shows the front end 2 'of the climbing aid 2, which may for example consist of a climbing skin, a plastic film with dandruff or the like, for example, a film coated with climbing wax. The climbing aid 2 has an effective width 8, which preferably has between 30 and 90% of the total ski width. This width 8 tapers as far as the counter element 6 towards a width 8 ', which is smaller by about 10 to 30% of the width of the passage opening 3 "of the guide element 3, so that the climbing aid 2 with its front end through the passage opening 3 '' can be carried out.

Advantageously, the climbing aid 2, such as e.g. a conventional climbing skin, bendable trained so that it can be bent in practical use at the lower end of the opening 3 'to the rear and at the upper end of the opening 3' forward.

The counter element 6 of the climbing aid 2 consists of a solid plastic material, preferably produced in an injection molding process, which is non-positively connected to the other climbing aid 2, for example by gluing, sewing, riveting, welding or the like. In the embodiment according to Fig. 5 owns that Counter element 6 oblique edges 6 ', which are positively connected to the corresponding oblique edges 4''of the support member 4.

In the plan view of the ski 1 according to Fig. 6 is the counter-element 6 with the securing element 4 in a position of use, ie, positively connected, so that the end 2 'of the climbing aid 2 relative to the ski 1 is fixed in place. Furthermore, it can be seen that the connection between climbing aid 2 and counter element 6 comes to lie along a line 9 in front of the boundary of the guide element in order to be able to bend the climbing aid 2 forward in a simple manner.

In Fig. 7 is a preferred embodiment of the front end 2 'of the climbing aid 2 after Fig. 5 shown with the counter element 6, the oblique edges 6 'and a paragraph 9' has. The connection between mating element 6 and climbing aid 2 thus runs along a connecting surface 10. This exemplary embodiment has the particular advantage that a flexible anti-slip section or a carrier layer 2 "of the climbing aid 2 can be connected in a simple manner to the comparatively stiff mating element 6.

Fig. 8 shows a further preferred embodiment of the front end 2 'of the climbing aid 2 with the counter element with the interposition of an element 11, which consists of an elastic plastic. This element 11 can be produced, for example, in a 2-component injection molding process, if necessary with the installation of an undercut 12, with the counter element 6 in a simple manner. At the rear end of the element 11, the effective anti-slip portion or the carrier layer 2 '' of the climbing aid 2 is attached.

The element 11 has a length which is greater than the length of the opening 3 ', preferably by 10 - 30%. This ensures that in the position of use, a portion 13 of the flexible plastic part, as shown schematically in FIG Fig. 1 shown, due to its length over the lower bend extends and thus the sliding property of the climbing aid 2 is improved. At the same time, the element 11 also projects beyond the opening 3 'in the direction of the ski upper side 1 ", so that a simple deflection for the purpose of connecting the counter element 6 to the securing element 4 is ensured.
