Description

The invention relates to a chain-controlled Hüfsen- / cartridge ejection of an ammunition after their Verschuss or in a Zündversager from a weapon and a weapon with such a sleeve ejection device.

A cartridge case extraction device for automatic firearms discloses the DE 30 38 769 C2 , After firing a projectile during the backward movement of the closure, the cartridge case is pulled out of the cartridge chamber through the closure. Also the DE 10 2007 034 672 A1 describes a closure and a Ausziehclalle which engages a cartridge bottom edge to remove it from the chamber.

From the DE 10 2005 003 751 B3 is a sleeve catcher for batorless ammunition known. In it we proposed to incorporate a sleeve guide in the form of an ejection tube for the return of the sleeves in an ammunition container and to align this so that the sleeves comes to rest in the chain links. For this purpose, the ejection tube cooperates with spring springs, which are located between the ejection tube and a sleeve damper. In such weapons, the ammunition supply takes place only from one side of the weapon. In particular, when the weapon ammunition to be supplied from two sides, such integration is not possible. Nevertheless, it may be desirable to achieve a targeted ejection of the sleeves.

The invention has as its object to show a simple sleeve ejection device, the structurally small, the ejection of the sleeve or a Zündversagers also allows for mutual ammunition feed.

8. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen aufgezeigt. The object is achieved by the features of claim 1 and 8. Advantageous embodiments are shown in the subclaims.

The invention is based on the idea to support the ejection or the discharge of the sleeve by an ejector tube. However, this is preferably integrated in the weft direction in front of a weapon belonging to the rotor. For a small construction variant, the ejection tube is preferably arranged above the weapon barrel. The Wülsenauswurfvorrichtung is supplemented by at least one (circulating, closed) chain and driven by the chain ejector. In this case, the ejector functionally connected to the chain pushes the sleeve into the sleeve ejection or ejection tube. The chain provides enough speed to allow the sleeve to be driven through the ejector tube. The chain is in turn aligned horizontally (also possible in parallel) to the rotor. In a further embodiment, the ejection can be supported by the ejection tube by a sleeve accelerator. Through this accelerator, a short pulse is introduced to the bottom of the case, which accelerates the ejection and ensures.

Basically, the use of such ejection device is provided on a weapon, in which the ammunition is pushed through a closure in a cartridge chamber of the weapon barrel in its forward movement, which is located in a rotor or star. Such weapons systems are for example from the DE 10 2005 045 824 B3 known, to which reference is hereby made. The sleeve is in turn withdrawn after a successful shot by, for example, a claw on the closure of a chamber and again stored in the rotor at a different location. According to the invention, the ejector engages with this deposited sleeve, which in turn is guided forwards by the chain. As a result, a simple transport of the sleeve is achieved because the ejector itself does not have to engage in any groove or the like, but can attack the sleeve bottom from behind.

In order to prevent the ejected through the ejector tube sleeve is driven against the gun barrel, the ejector tube is mounted at an angle to the tube axis. In a preferred embodiment, the ejection tube is slightly directed upwards in the direction of firing.

In addition, in order to create a simple beaking of the sleeve during insertion or feeding of the sleeve into the ejection tube, the ejection tube has an adapted geometric shape. In the inlet region of the ejection tube, whose diameter is matched to the diameter of the sleeve, this region has a larger compared to the diameter of the ejection tube border, which then tapers slightly. An example of a V-shaped recess in the inlet region of the ejection tube space is created for the sleeve accelerator. This can have a simple step or staircase shape. The sleeve accelerator is connected to a unit which generates the pulse to be introduced on the sleeve bottom when the sleeve bottom of the sleeve to be ejected has been guided into the ejection tube.

In continuation of the invention, two ejector tubes are provided, so that the weapon can be supplied to the ammunition from both sides. In this case, then two driven by chains ejector are involved. As in the single version, the ejector tubes are preferably above the gun barrel and are mounted at a slight angle from the tube bore axis of the gun barrel directed upward directed. The particularity of this design is that the chains and ejectors, in turn, can operate independently of the ammunition feed, i.e., regardless of which side the ammunition is being supplied to the weapon. This allows easy switching of the ammunition feed during operation of the weapon without further adjustments.

The ejection tube (s) can / can also be integrated behind the rotor, the chain, etc. are to be arranged accordingly. A mirror-image arrangement of the sleeve ejection device (s) also allows their integration below the weapon.

It is understood that by this ejector (s) also possible Zündversager can be led out of the weapon system.

Fig. 1 to 3 show a section of a weapon 1, in which an ammunition 2 ( Fig. 3 ) is spent by a shutter 3 in a gun not shown in detail. In the present embodiment, a rotor 4 is formed with three shells 5-7 for the exception of the gun barrel supplied ammunition 2, the presentation before the shutter 3 and the removal of a sleeve 8 and a Zündversagers. The rotor 4 can be rotated in both directions. Before the two upper shells on the right and left (5, 7) is ever an ejector 9, 10 are arranged. These are directed slightly upwards and at an angle away from the gun barrel. Above the shells 5, 7 a to the ejector 30 associated construction 11 is attached. This includes two preferably motor-driven chains 12, 13. With the chains 12, 13 is each an ejector 14, 15 functionally connected. The ejector 14, 15 are each held in a housing or frame 16, 17. The frames 16, 17 each have a groove 18, 19 and are in turn guided arm-fixed in a guide (not shown in detail). The chains 12, 13 run simultaneously and shot-dependent (depending on the shot cycles). In this case, the chains 12, 13 are driven in the same direction or in opposite directions. Both ejectors 14 are each extended at their forward and pulled up the respective return. Runs the chain 12 with downwardly extended ejector 14 forward, the pull-up ejector 15 is on the way to the rear and vice versa. For the extension or raising of the ejectors 14, 15, the ejector 30 has in each case one in the movable frame 16, 17 integrated groove 18, 19. Other structural variants are also conceivable.

For the safe sliding of the sleeve 8 in the respective ejector tube 9, 10, these have a special design. The opening or the insertion opening 20 of the ejector tubes 9, 10 is larger in diameter than the caliber of the sleeve 8 is selected. In addition, the ejector tubes 9, 10 in the threading a V-shaped recess 21. In each of these projects a sleeve accelerator 22. This supports the ejection of the sleeve 8 from the ejection tube 9, 10th

Die Funktionsweise ist wie folgt:The operation is as follows:

The rotor 4 comprises three shells, here denoted by 5, 6, 7, and is corresponding to the shot sequence (shot cycles - see, for example DE 10 2008 060 217 A1 ) turned. The rotation can be done in both directions - to the right or to the left. Consider now the supply and discharge of the ammunition 2 seen from the left in the weft direction S and thus the rotation of the rotor 4 to the left, in the counterclockwise direction ( Fig. 3 ).

The shell 5 of the rotor 4, seen in the weft direction left, is used to hold a new ammunition 2. In the shell 6, lower shell of the rotor 4, there is currently ammunition to be fired 2. In the right in the rotor 4 located shell 7 is located the sleeve 8 of the previously lost ammunition.

The shutter 3 takes when driving forward the ammunition 2 located in the shell 6 with in the cartridge chamber (not shown in detail). The gun barrel is locked, the shot is made. Thereafter, the shutter 3 is moved back to the back. The shutter 3 transports the sleeve 8 of the ammunition 2 shot back into the shell 6 and deposits it there. Upon further reversing the shutter 3, the rotor 4 is now rotated, so that the shell 6 with the sleeve 8 in the position of the shell 7, the shell 7 in the previous position of the shell 5 and the shell 5 in the previous position of the shell. 6 to be twisted. It is now again a new ammunition 2 in the lower shell of the rotor 4 in front of the closure 3 and the sleeve 8 on the opposite of the ammunition insertion position shell.

In the time in which a new ammunition 2 in the left shell (5) is inserted, moves the left ejector 14, which is pulled in its groove 18 upwards, to the rear. This avoids colliding with the inserted ammunition 2. Parallel to this, the rear ejector 15 located at the rear and extending downwards in the groove 19 goes forward and takes the sleeve 8 out of the shell 7 in the direction of the ejection tube 10. The sleeve 8 is ejected through the ejection tube 10.

As already mentioned, the ejection of the sleeve 8 by a sleeve accelerator 22 can be improved ( Fig. 4 ). In this case, the sleeve accelerator 22 receives a pulse, by which the sleeve accelerator 22 is driven from its rest position in the direction of the sleeve bottom, for example via a spring. The spring-driven device 23 in turn receives the information, for example, from the cam 24, via which the ejector 14, 15 with the chain 12, 13 are functionally connected (not shown here). The cam 24 then acts on the device 23 in such a way that it moves the sleeve accelerator 22, here in the weft direction S.
The ammunition supply from the right and the tube ejection run similarly, with the rotor 4 being rotated in the other direction. In this case, the sleeve 8 located in the left shell (5) is brought out of the weapon system through the ejection tube 9. The chains 12, 13 work as described.
