Claims (14)

  1. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que pour la fabrication de paquets (10) avec des bords d'emballage profilés ou des bords d'étui profilés (90) d'un étui intérieur (13), le paquet intérieur (10) est traité à la chaleur et à la pression dans la région des bords d'étui profilés (90) au moyen d'organes de formage, en particulier de barres de chauffage (89), adaptés à la forme des bords.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que pour la fabrication de paquets (10) en une feuille étanche et avec un accessoire d'ouverture - étiquette de fermeture (19) - disposé dans la région d'une paroi frontale (16), la paroi frontale intérieure (16) est transportée lors de l'application de cordons de soudage latéraux (20) avec la paroi frontale intérieure (16) disposée en avant dans la direction de transport et en ce qu'avant l'insertion des paquets (10) dans un emballage extérieur (26), en particulier une boite à rabat, les paquets intérieurs (10) sont tournés de 180°, de telle manière que la paroi frontale intérieure (16) forme la face arrière dans la direction de transport.
  8. Dispositif de fabrication de paquets de cigarettes (10) à partir d'une feuille soudable à chaud, dans lequel un coupon de la feuille entoure de tous côtés un groupe de cigarettes (11) avec un étui intérieur (13) et des cordons de soudage (20, 24) réalisés sous forme de soudure à ailette sont appliqués sur au moins deux parois de paquet opposées l'une à l'autre, à savoir sur des parois latérales intérieures (14, 15), dans lequel le dispositif présente les caractéristiques suivantes:
    a) un dispositif de transport et de fabrication pour le transport ininterrompu et continu des paquets (10) et leur traitement,
    b) une station de soudage et de coupe (21, 22), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes:
    c) une station de retournement (32) pour les paquets (10) à la suite de la station de soudage et de coupe (21, 22) pour la rotation des paquets transportés (10) en position transversale vers une orientation longitudinale,
    d) une station de purge d'air suivante pour éliminer l'air hors des paquets (10) par des organes de pression (44, 45; 46, 47) via des ouvertures d'évent (64) dans la feuille de l'enveloppe et/ou des ouvertures d'aération (65) dans les cordons de soudage, à savoir dans les cordons partiels (24),
    e) une station de soudage secondaire (43) pour appliquer d'autres cordons de soudage, à savoir des cordons latéraux (20), immédiatement à côté du contenu du paquet composé d'un groupe de cigarettes (11) avec un étui intérieur (13).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par une station de coupe (50) à la suite de la station de soudage secondaire (43) pour séparer une bande détachable (25) dans la région des ailettes latérales formées, de telle manière qu'essentiellement un cordon de soudage - cordon partiel (24) - appliqué en premier lieu soit coupé.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé par une autre station de retournement (79) pour faire tourner de 180° les paquets (10) transportés en direction longitudinale, de telle manière que les paquets soient transportés avec leur paroi frontale intérieure (16) dirigée vers l'arrière en vue du transfert des paquets (10) à une tourelle de pliage (31).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé par une station de purge d'air pour les paquets (10) après l'application du premier cordon partiel de bord (24), dans lequel la station de purge d'air présente des organes de pression qui s'appliquent sur le paquet (10), en particulier dans la région de sa paroi intérieure avant (17) ou de sa paroi intérieure arrière (18) ainsi que sur des parois latérales intérieures (14, 15), de telle manière que l'air sorte du paquet intérieur (10) par des ouvertures d'évent (64) ou des ouvertures d'aération (65), dans lequel en tant qu'organes de pression pour purger l'air des paquets (10) des barres de pression ou des barres de guidage (46, 47) sont disposées sur les deux côtés de la voie de déplacement, à savoir chaque fois deux barres profilées opposées (46, 47), en particulier rondes, entre lesquelles des ailettes orientées latéralement du paquet intérieur (10) avec un cordon partiel de bord (24) peuvent être transportées, dans lequel les barres de guidage (46, 47) s'appliquent étroitement sur les parois latérales intérieures (14, 15) du paquet intérieur (10).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé par une station d'orientation (38) pour les paquets transportés (10), dans lequel dans la station d'orientation (38) des organes d'orientation sont montés sur les deux côtés de la voie de déplacement des paquets (10) en s'appliquant latéralement sur ceux-ci, en particulier des rouleaux d'orientation (41) pouvant tourner à un axe orienté en oblique, qui s'appliquent sur des bords longitudinaux supérieurs libres des paquets intérieurs (10), en particulier dans le type formé par un bord octogonal.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé par des organes de pliage, en particulier des aiguilles de pliage (53), sur les deux côtés de la voie de déplacement des paquets intérieurs (10) à la suite de la station de coupe (50), donc après la séparation de la bande détachable (25), dans lequel les aiguilles de pliage (53) provoquent en raison du mouvement relatif des paquets intérieurs (10) un pliage de l'ailette (résiduelle) avec un cordon latéral (20) contre la paroi latérale intérieure (14, 15) et/ou caractérisé par des organes de formatage sur les deux côtés de la voie de déplacement des paquets (10), en particulier des barres de chauffage (89) avec des faces de chauffage orientées en oblique à appliquer sur des bords supérieurs latéraux obliques du paquet intérieur (10) pour la formation de ceux-ci.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce qu'une région du dispositif de transport pour le traitement des paquets (10) s'étend dans un plan situé plus bas, de telle manière qu'un accès direct de commande des groupes soit possible et en ce qu'ensuite une partie de transport est positionnée dans la région d'un plan nettement plus élevé, en particulier à la suite de la dernière opération de traitement, à savoir le pliage des ailettes ou le formatage du paquet et en ce qu'enfin, dans une région située immédiatement avant une tourelle de pliage (31), les convoyeurs peuvent être ramenés dans un plan situé plus bas pour l'application d'un emballage extérieur, dans lequel les paquets (10) peuvent être transportés au niveau plus élevé par un convoyeur ascendant (69), en particulier un convoyeur à air comprimé avec un canal de transport courbe (71) et des raccords d'air comprimé (75, 76).
