Abstract

Gargerät (1) mit einem Garraum (2), wobei dem Garraum (2) eine Dampferzeugereinrichtung (3) und eine Mikrowelleneinrichtung (4) zum Erhitzen von Speisen zugeordnet sind. Die Dampferzeugereinrichtung (3) ist dazu geeignet und ausgebildet, den Garraum (2) mit Dampf (5) zu versorgen und die Mikrowelleneinrichtung (4) umfasst einen Mikrowellenerzeuger (6), der Mikrowellenstrahlung (7) an einer Eintrittsstelle (8) in den Garraum (2) einbringt. Dadurch wird in dem Garraum (2) eine erste Garzone (10) in Kontakt zu der Eintrittsstelle (8) für die Mikrowellenstrahlung (7) zur Verfügung gestellt. Weiterhin ist in dem Garraum (2) eine Begrenzungseinrichtung (9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4) vorgesehen, die dazu geeignet und ausgebildet ist, in dem Garraum (2) eine zweite Garzone (10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4) zur Verfügung zu stellen, welche durch die Begrenzungseinrichtung (9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4) derart gegenüber der Eintrittsstelle (8) der Mikrowellenstrahlung (7) abgegrenzt ist, dass der Eintritt von Mikrowellenstrahlung (7) in diese Garzone (10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4) begrenzt ist. Beim Betreiben des Gargerätes werden die Speisen gleichzeitig zum Garen in den Garraum (2) gegeben, wobei die Speisen entsprechend ihrer Garzeit in eine bestimmte Garzone (10, 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4) gegeben werden, um eine gleiche Garzeit der Speisen zu ermöglichen.
