Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Torsionsprofils (1) aus einer Platine (8), das torsionssteife rohrförmige Endabschnitte (2), einen torsionsweichen U-förmigen mittleren Längenabschnitt (3) und zwischen dem mittleren Längenabschnitt (3) sowie den Endabschnitten (2) vom U-förmigen in den rohrförmigen Querschnitt wechselnde Übergangsabschnitte (4) aufweist, mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten:
a) Einbringen einer längs gerichteten U-förmigen Mulde (11) in die Platine (8) in Abstand zu ihren Stirnenden (9) unter Bildung von parallel zur Mulde (11) verlaufenden Schenkeln (14, 15),
b) Umbiegen der Schenkel (14, 15) der verformten Platine (8) neben der Mulde (11), sodass sie im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander und zur Mittellängsebene der Mulde (11) angeordnet sind,
c) Rohrförmiges Verformen der umgebogenen Schenkel (14, 15) in den den Stirnenden (9) der Platine (8) benachbarten Bereichen (10) und U-förmiges Verformen der umgebogenen Schenkel (14, 15) im Längenabschnitt (3) mit der Mulde (11) in Anpassung an die Kontur der Mulde (11), wobei Längskanten (35, 36) der umgebogenen Schenkel (14, 15) über ihre gesamte Längserstreckung gegenüberliegend angeordnet werden,
d) Einbringen wenigstens eines Abstandshalters (50; 51, 52) in die umgeformte Platine 8, sodass die umgebogenen Schenkels (14, 15) und sich in Richtung von Längsränder (7) des mittleren Längenabschnitts (3) erstreckenden Begrenzungswände (54, 55) der Mulde (11) auf Abstand gehalten werden und
e) Fügen der Längskanten (35, 36) der verformten Schenkel (14, 15).
