Claims (11)

  1. Range Cooker aus Gusseisen, umfassend:
    mindestens einen Ofenraum (110), der durch eine Tür (130) zugänglich ist;
    eine erste Heizeinrichtung (150), die mindestens ein elektrisches Heizelement umfasst, das selektiv das Innere des Hohlraums (110) erwärmt, wobei das mindestens eine Heizelement selektiv mit einer Stromversorgung in Reihe mit mindestens einem ersten Thermostat geschaltet ist;
    eine zweite Heizeinrichtung (160), die mindestens ein elektrisches Heizelement umfasst, das selektiv das Innere des Hohlraums (110) erwärmt, wobei das mindestens eine Heizelement selektiv mit einer Stromversorgung in Reihe mit mindestens einem zweiten Thermostat geschaltet werden kann, der bei einer höheren Temperatur als der erste Thermostat schaltet,
    eine vom Benutzer betätigbare Eingabevorrichtung (180), die mindestens zwei vom Benutzer wählbare Temperatureinstellungen für den Ofenraum (110) aufweist, von denen mindestens eine dem Hohlraum (110) entspricht, der auf eine vordefinierte Temperatur erwärmt wird, die der Schalttemperatur des zweiten Thermostats entspricht,
    wobei die vom Benutzer betätigbare Eingabevorrichtung (180) bei der mindestens einen Temperatureinstellung bewirkt, dass beide Heizeinrichtungen (150; 160) an die Stromquelle angeschlossen werden, so dass beim anfänglichen Erhitzen beide Heizeinrichtungen (150; 160) dem Hohlraum (110) Wärme zuführen, bis die Schalttemperatur des Thermostats der ersten Heizeinrichtung (150) erreicht ist und die erste Heizeinrichtung (150) ausgeschaltet ist, danach wird das Erhitzen unter Verwendung der zweiten Heizeinrichtung (160) fortgesetzt, bis die Schalttemperatur des zweiten Thermostats erreicht ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom Benutzer betätigbare Eingabevorrichtung (180) die Temperatur variiert, bei der die Heizelemente von der Stromquelle getrennt werden, indem für jede Heizeinrichtung zwischen zwei Thermostaten gewählt wird.
  2. Range Cooker nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Heizeinrichtung (150) zwei Thermostaten zugeordnet ist, die jeweils eine unterschiedliche Schalttemperatur (der "Sollwert" des Thermostats) aufweisen, wobei die vom Benutzer betätigbare Eingabeeinrichtung (180) es einem Benutzer ermöglicht, zwischen zwei verschiedenen Temperatureinstellungen zu wählen, wodurch für eine gegebene Temperatureinstellung die Benutzereingabeeinrichtung (180) einen entsprechenden der beiden Thermostate auswählt, um die Heizelemente an die Stromquelle anzuschließen.
  3. Range Cooker nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei die zweite Heizeinrichtung (160) zwei Thermostaten zugeordnet ist, die jeweils eine unterschiedliche Schalttemperatur aufweisen und jeweils einer von zwei Temperatureinstellungen zugeordnet sind, die von der vom Benutzer betätigbaren Eingabevorrichtung (180) ausgewählt werden können, was bewirkt, dass der zugehörige Thermostat die Heizelemente selektiv an die Stromquelle anschließt.
  4. Range Cooker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der zugehörige Thermostat der ersten Heizeinrichtung (150) unabhängig von der gewählten Temperatureinstellung eine Schalttemperatur zwischen 20 und 40 Grad Celsius unter der gewählten voreingestellten Temperatur aufweist.
  5. Range Cooker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die vom Benutzer betätigbare Eingabevorrichtung (180) es dem Benutzer ermöglicht, eine dritte Temperatureinstellung auszuwählen, bei der der Ofenraum (110) nicht erwärmt ist, und bei dieser Einstellung bewirkt wird, dass die erste Heizeinrichtung (150) und die zweite Heizeinrichtung (160) von der Stromversorgung getrennt werden.
  6. Range Cooker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wenn abhängig von Anspruch 2, wobei die erste Temperatureinstellung einer Temperatur entspricht, die zum Backen von Nahrungsmitteln geeignet ist.
  7. Range Cooker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wenn abhängig von Anspruch 2, wobei die zweite Temperatureinstellung einer Temperatur entspricht, die zum Rösten von Nahrungsmitteln geeignet ist.
  8. Range Cooker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste Heizeinrichtung (150) Elemente mit höherer Nennleistung als die zweite Heizeinrichtung (160) umfasst oder einen Satz von Elementen umfasst, die zusammen eine höhere Nennleistung als der zweite Satz von Heizelementen aufweisen.
  9. Range Cooker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Heizelemente Widerstandsheizelemente umfassen.
  10. Range Cooker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, der zusätzlich einen zweiten Ofenraum (120) umfasst, der auch mit einer Heizeinrichtung (170) versehen sein kann, die von der vom Benutzer betätigbaren Eingabevorrichtung (180) gesteuert wird.
  11. Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Range Cookers nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend die Schritte:
    Bereitstellen einer ersten Heizeinrichtung (150), die mindestens ein elektrisches Heizelement umfasst, das selektiv das Innere des Hohlraums (110) erwärmt, wobei das mindestens eine Heizelement selektiv mit einer Stromversorgung in Reihe mit mindestens einem ersten Thermostat geschaltet ist;
    Bereitstellen einer zweiten Heizeinrichtung (160), die mindestens ein elektrisches Heizelement umfasst, das selektiv das Innere des Hohlraums (110) erwärmt, wobei das mindestens eine Heizelement selektiv mit einer Stromversorgung in Reihe mit mindestens einem zweiten Thermostat verbunden werden kann, der bei einer höheren Temperatur als der erste Thermostat schaltet,
    Bereitstellen einer vom Benutzer betätigbaren Eingabevorrichtung (180), die mindestens eine vom Benutzer wählbare Temperatureinstellung für den Ofenraum (110) aufweist, die dem Hohlraum (110) entspricht, der auf eine vordefinierte Temperatur erwärmt wird, die der Schalttemperatur des zweiten Thermostats entspricht, wobei im Gebrauch mit der vom Benutzer betätigbaren Eingabevorrichtung (180) bei der mindestens einen Temperatureinstellung bewirkt wird, dass beide Heizeinrichtungen (150; 160) an die Stromquelle angeschlossen werden, so dass beim anfänglichen Erhitzen beide Heizeinrichtungen (150; 160) dem Hohlraum (110) Wärme zuführen, bis die Schalttemperatur des Thermostats der ersten Heizeinrichtung (150) erreicht ist und die erste Heizeinrichtung (150) ausgeschaltet ist, wobei danach das Erhitzen unter Verwendung der zweiten Heizeinrichtung (160) fortgesetzt wird, bis die Schalttemperatur des zweiten Thermostats erreicht ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom Benutzer betätigbare Eingabevorrichtung (180) die Temperatur variiert, bei der die Heizelemente von der Stromquelle getrennt werden, indem für jede Heizeinrichtung zwischen zwei Thermostaten gewählt wird.
