Such translation causes the pin 9 to partially come out of the hole 16 and the tooth 11 to be released from the shoulder 18.
  • the second hinge body 6 is locked in the direction X by the walls of the openings 22 of the cavity 21 of the first hinge body 5. Conversely, the second hinge body 6 is free to rotate about an axis parallel to the direction X to move the steam shield 4 into the rest state.
  • the appendix 12 of the third hinge body 7 is level with the groove 19 and slides therein as the second hinge body 6 rotates relative to the third hinge body 7.
  • the wing 20 that projects to a greater extent acts as a lateral abutment of the appendix 12 that can no longer translate (with the third hinge body 7) in the direction X.
  • the steam shield 4 may be mechanically released from the frame 2.
  • the second hinge body 6 shall be rotated 6 in as direction opposite to the direction that would move the steam shield 4 into the rest state.
  • Such rotation through an angle of about 10°, will move the second hinge body 6 out of interference with the appendix 12 of the third hinge body 7, thereby allowing the third hinge body to translate to a further extent X against the action of the elastic members 8.
  • Such further translational movement will fully disengage the pin 9 from the hole 16, thereby mechanically disconnecting the third hinge body from the second.
  • the steam shield 4 may be removed from the hood frame 2, with the second hinge body 6 being held by the handle 17a.

Claims (9)

  1. Wandmontierte Dunstabzugshaube mit einem ausziehbarem Wrasenschirm, umfassend:
    - einen Rahmen (2);
    - Fettfilter (3), die in dem Rahmen (2) enthalten sind;
    - einen Wrasenschirm (4), der ausgestaltet ist, um relativ zum Rahmen (2) zwischen einer Ruhestellung, in der er aufrecht steht und den Zugang zu den Fettfiltern (3) verwehrt, und einer geöffneten Stellung, in der er längs einer schrägen Ebene liegt, bewegbar zu sein, um den direkten Zugang zu den Fettfiltern (3) zu ermöglichen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Folgendes umfasst:
    einen ersten Scharnierkörper (5), der mit dem Rahmen (2) verbunden ist, einen zweiten Scharnierkörper (6), der mit dem Wrasenschirm (4) verbunden ist, und einen dritten Scharnierkörper (7), der zwischen dem ersten (5) und dem zweiten (7) Scharnierkörper betätigbar ist, wobei der dritte Scharnierkörper (7) in dem ersten Scharnierkörper (5) enthalten und dazu geeignet ist, sich in eine Richtung (X) zu bewegen, zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der er den zweiten Scharnierkörper (6) an dem ersten Scharnierkörper (5) befestigt, derart, dass der Wrasenschirm (4) in der offenen Stellung bleibt, und einer zweiten Stellung, in der er dem zweiten Scharnierkörper (6) ermöglicht, sich um eine Achse zu drehen, die parallel zur Richtung (X) verläuft, derart, dass der Wrasenschirm (4) die Ruhestellung erreicht; wobei der dritte Scharnierkörper (7) unter der Wirkung eines elastischen Elements (8) stabil in der ersten Stellung verbleibt.
  2. Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 1, wobei der dritte Scharnierkörper (7) ferner in eine dritte Stellung bewegbar ist, in der er eine physikalische Trennung des ersten (5) vom zweiten (6) Scharnierkörper (6) erlaubt, damit der Wrasenschirm (4) von dem Rahmen (2) getrennt werden kann.
  3. Dunstabzugshaube nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der dritte Scharnierkörper (7) wenigstens einen Stift (9) umfasst, der sich in die Richtung (X) erstreckt und aus einem jeweiligen ersten Verbindungselement (10) auskragt, wobei das erste Verbindungselement (10) ferner einen Zahn (11) umfasst, der aus dem Teil auskragt, der dem Stift (9) zugewandt ist; wobei der zweite Scharnierkörper (6) wenigstens ein zweites Verbindungselement (15) mit einem Loch (16) umfasst, das dazu geeignet ist, drehbar von dem Stift (9) in Eingriff genommen zu werden, wobei das zweite Verbindungselement (15) eine Schulter (18) umfasst, die dazu geeignet ist, durch das Widerlager des Zahns (15) in Eingriff gebracht zu werden, um die Drehung des Stifts (9) in dem Loch (16) zu beschränken.
  4. Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 3, wobei der dritte Scharnierkörper (7) in einem Hohlraum (21) des ersten Scharnierkörpers (6) verschiebbar geführt wird; wobei der Hohlraum (22) wenigstens eine Öffnung (22) umfasst, die dazu geeignet ist, das zweite Verbindungselement (15) des zweiten Scharnierkörpers (6) hierdurch für den Eingriff des ersten Verbindungselements (10) des dritten Scharnierkörpers (7) aufzunehmen.
  5. Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei das zweite Verbindungselement (15) eine Rille (19) umfasst, die durch zwei Flügel (20) begrenzt ist, die sich senkrecht zum Loch (9) erstrecken, wobei der dritte Scharnierkörper (7) einen Fortsatz (12) umfasst, der für den verschiebbaren Eingriff in die Rille (19) und als seitliches Widerlager für die Flügel (20) ausgestaltet ist, wenn der Wrasenschirm (4) sich in Ruhestellung befindet.
  6. Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 3, wobei die elastischen Elemente (8) zwischen dem dritten Scharnierkörper (7) und dem Hohlraum (21) des ersten Scharnierkörpers (5) betätigbar sind, um den Stift (9) in dem Loch (16) zu halten und den Zahn (11) auf der Schulter (18) in Eingriff zu halten, derart, dass der Wrasenschirm (4) eine stabile geöffnete Stellung einnimmt.
  7. Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 5 und 6, wobei eine erste translatorische Bewegung des dritten Scharnierkörpers (7) in Richtung (X) gegen die elastischen Elemente (8) dazu führt, dass der Zahn (11) die Schulter (18) außer Eingriff nimmt, der Stift teilweise aus dem Loch (16) herauskommt und der Fortsatz (12) mit der Rille (19) gefluchtet ist, wodurch es dem zweiten Scharnierkörper (6) ermöglicht wird, sich relativ zum ersten Scharnierkörper (5) zu drehen.
  8. Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 7, wobei eine zweite translatorische Bewegung des dritten Scharnierkörpers (7) nahe der ersten translatorischen Bewegung dazu führt, dass der Stift (9) vollständig aus dem Loch (16) herauskommt und dadurch den ersten Scharnierkörper (5) vom zweiten Scharnierkörper (6) mechanisch löst und das Abnehmen des Wrasenschirms (4) vom Rahmen (2) der Dunstabzugshaube ermöglicht.
  9. Dunstabzugshaube nach Anspruch 8, wobei der erste Flügel der Flügel (20), die die Rille begrenzen, sich in einem größeren Ausmaß in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Richtung (X) als der andere Flügel (20) erstreckt und dadurch als Widerlager für den Fortsatz (12) wirkt und den dritten Scharnierkörper (7) am Ende der ersten translatorischen Bewegung stoppt; wobei der zweite Scharnierkörper (6) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten translatorischen Bewegungen des dritten Scharnierkörpers (7) drehbar ist, um den ersten Flügel (20) aus dem Abdruck des Fortsatzes (12) herauszubewegen und die zweite translatorische Bewegung zu ermöglichen.
