Moreover, the control pedal according to the invention is easy to manufacture, since it is obtained by simple moulding and welding steps. A control pedal is thus obtained, which is at the same time strong, light and not expensive.

Claims (8)

  1. Steuerpedal (10) für ein Fahrzeug, das einen Pedalarm (12), eine Fußauflage (14), die an einem Ende des Pedalarms (12) angeordnet ist, und eine Scharnierbuchse (16), die an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende des Pedalarms (12) angeordnet ist und eine Drehachse (x) für den Pedalarm (12) definiert, umfasst, wobei der Pedalarm (12), die Fußauflage (14) und die Scharnierbuchse (16) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt sind, wobei der Pedalarm (12) eine Rohrstruktur mit einem geschlossenen Querschnitt aufweist und einen ersten Armteil (18) mit einem offenen Querschnitt und einen zweiten Armteil (20) mit einem offenen Querschnitt umfasst, die miteinander verbunden sind, um den geschlossenen Querschnitt des Pedalarms (12) zu definieren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fußauflage (14) vollständig durch den ersten Armteil (18) gebildet ist.
  2. Steuerpedal nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Scharnierbuchse (16) ebenfalls vollständig durch den ersten Armteil (18) gebildet ist.
  3. Steuerpedal nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei der erste und der zweite Armteil (18, 20) durch eine Schweißverbindung miteinander verbunden sind.
  4. Steuerpedal nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Armteil (18) einen C-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und wobei der zweite Armteil (20) als ein plattenartiges Element hergestellt ist, das als eine Abdeckung dient, die die offene Seite des ersten Armteils (18) verschließt.
  5. Steuerpedal nach Anspruch 4, wobei sich der zweite Armteil (20) in einer Ebene erstreckt, die senkrecht zu der Drehachse (x) des Pedalarms (12) ist.
  6. Steuerpedal nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei der erste Armteil (18) mit Versteifungsrippen versehen ist.
  7. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Steuerpedals (10) für ein Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Erzeugen des ersten und des zweiten Armteils (18, 20) durch ein Gießverfahren, und
    - Verbinden des so erhaltenen ersten und zweiten Armteils (18, 20) miteinander.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Schritt des Verbindens des ersten und des zweiten Armteils (18, 20) miteinander durch Schweißen durchgeführt wird.
