Claims (15)

  1. Appareil de travail à commande pneumatique (1), en particulier pour l'utilisation dans la construction de carrosseries dans l'industrie automobile, comprenant un cylindre (3) qui présente un carter de cylindre (4), un piston (6) déplaçable dans celui-ci et une tige de piston (7) non variable en longueur, connectée à celui-ci, déplaçable linéairement et guidée hors du carter de cylindre (4), ainsi qu'un boîtier de tête (5) connecté au carter de cylindre (4), une région de la tige de piston (7) faisant saillie dans le boîtier de tête (5) coopérant avec au moins une genouillère (8) pour le pivotement d'un bras (2) associé à la genouillère (8), en particulier un bras de préhension ou un bras de serrage, ce bras (2) étant supporté dans le boîtier de tête (5) et pouvant pivoter entre une position fermée et une position ouverte, caractérisé en ce que la position ouverte de ce bras (2) peut être ajustée en continu, la tige de piston (7) présentant une portion filetée (10) et recevant dans la région de la portion filetée (10) une partie de butée (11) réglable dans la direction longitudinale de la tige de piston (7), laquelle, dans la position ouverte de ce bras (2), s'applique contre un appui (12) stationnaire par rapport au boîtier de tête (5), et la tige de piston (7) étant rotative par rapport à son axe longitudinal (13) et recevant, dans la région de son extrémité tournée vers la genouillère (8), un élément de palier (15) pour la genouillère (8), la tige de piston (7) pouvant tourner par rapport à l'élément de palier (15).
  2. Appareil de travail selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de butée (11) est positionnée de manière solidaire en rotation dans le boîtier de tête (5).
  3. Appareil de travail selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'appui stationnaire (12) est réalisé sous forme de surface d'appui du boîtier de tête (5).
  4. Appareil de travail selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui (12) s'étend perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (13) de la tige de piston (7).
  5. Appareil de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le filetage de la portion filetée (10) entre la tige de piston (7) et la partie de butée (11) est autobloquant.
  6. Appareil de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un fond (18) du carter de cylindre (4) opposé au boîtier de tête (5) présente des moyens (19) pour faire tourner la tige de piston (7) dans la position fermée du bras (2) lorsque le piston (6) est disposé dans la région du fond (18).
  7. Appareil de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un fond (18) du carter de cylindre (4) opposé au boîtier de tête (5) présente des moyens (19) pour le déplacement axial de la tige de piston (7) dans la position fermée du bras (2) lorsque le piston (6) est disposé dans la région du fond (18) afin de déplacer la genouillère (8) hors d'une position de point mort haut.
  8. Appareil de travail selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (19) pour le déplacement axial de la tige de piston (7) comprennent des moyens (19) pour faire tourner la tige de piston (7).
  9. Appareil de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une genouillère unique (8) pour faire pivoter un bras (2) associé à celle-ci, ou deux genouillères (8, 8), chacune des deux genouillères (8, 8) servant au pivotement d'un bras (2) associé à cette genouillère (8).
  10. Appareil de travail selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de palier (15) présente, sur des côtés opposés, des logements (28) pour le support pivotant de deux dispositifs de connexion articulés (29) qui sont connectés dans la région de leurs extrémités opposées à l'élément de palier (15) de manière pivotante aux deux bras (2) à distance des axes de pivotement (9) des bras (2), les axes de pivotement (9, 30, 31) des dispositifs de connexion articulés (29) et des bras (2) étant disposés parallèlement l'un à l'autre.
  11. Appareil de travail selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de palier (15), les dispositifs de connexion articulés (29) et les bras (2) sont disposés de manière symétrique par rapport à un plan s'étendant à travers l'axe longitudinal (13) de la tige de piston (7).
  12. Appareil de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de palier (15) est guidé dans un guide (27) du boîtier de tête (5) dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (13) de la tige de piston (7).
  13. Appareil de travail selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de palier (15) est supporté au moyen d'un support de palier lisse et/ou à rouleaux dans un guide (27) du boîtier de tête (5).
  14. Appareil de travail selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que le guide (27) présente des surfaces de guidage parallèles les unes aux autres qui sont disposés parallèlement à l'axe de pivotement (9) du bras (2).
  15. Appareil de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la genouillère (8) ou les genouillères (8) dans la position fermée du bras (2) ou des bras (2) sont disposées dans une position de point mort haut.
