Description

Beschreibung  description
Leuchtenkörper und Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Leuchtenkörpers Luminaire body and method for producing a lamp body
Technisches Gebiet Technical area
The invention relates to a lamp body according to the preamble of patent claim 1 and a method for producing a lamp body.
Stand der Technik State of the art
From the prior art lamp body are known, which are made of an extruded profile, since extrusion methods are particularly inexpensive and be ¬ Sonders suitable for the manufacture of lamps with egg ner large longitudinal extension, such as Office Lighting. These extruded profiles are usually covered on the conditionally open sides by the manufacturing process with end caps.
The fact that these end caps are placed as separate elements on the ends of the injection molding, air gaps or joints between the end caps and the injection molding profile are present, from which unintentionally light can escape, which interferes with the visual impression of such a lamp.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a luminaire body which can be produced in a cost-effective manner and has no parting lines which reduce the visual impression, and a costly provide favorable method for producing such a lamp body.
This object is achieved by a lamp body having the features of patent claim 1 and a method having the features of patent claim 10.
Particularly advantageous embodiments can be found in the dependent claims.
The luminaire body according to the invention comprises an extruded profile element with a first longitudinal extension in a longitudinal direction, wherein the extruded profile element has a light exit element with at least one light exit opening arranged therein. The light exit element thereby limits the luminaire body at least partially in a light exit direction. The two Strangpro- filelement comprises at least partially along the longitudinal extension direction opposite to and against the light exit direction at the light exit element arranged longitudinal side members having a second longitudinal ¬ extension in the longitudinal direction. These longitudinal side members to limit the lamp body along the longitudinal direction at least partially laterally, wherein the extruded profile member has at least one extruded profile offe ¬ nes end defining the Strangprofilele ¬ element in its first longitudinal extent. The direct WEI comprises the lamp body at least one Endkap ¬ pe, which can be arranged on the at least one open end of the extruded profile extruded profile element. The longitudinal side ¬ elements each have at least one Längsseitenelemen- tende, which limits the respective longitudinal side member in its second longitudinal extent, wherein the Longitudinal side elements are arranged in such a way ¬ at the light exit element, that the longitudinal side member ends each having ei ¬ NEN distance from the end of the extruded profile, so that the end cap at the longitudinal side member and ends at the light exit element is contactingly arranged.
Thus, it is possible in a very advantageous manner that parting lines, in particular between the end cap and the extruded profile element, are not in the field of view of Benut ¬ zers, which is usually provided in direct light through the light exit element in Lichtaus ¬ direction of passage of a lamp body. This also has the advantage that the luminaire body can be manufactured very easily and cost-effectively as extruded profile by means of extrusion, and separate end caps can be used to cover the open extruded profile ends, without having to accept optically disturbing parting lines. Because the inventive Ausbil ¬-making of the extruded profile element and the resulting bereitge ¬ presented possible arrangement of the end cap, it is made possible that the areas of contact between the end cap and the extruded profile element not in Sichtbe ¬ rich a user. The underside of the luminaire ¬ tenkörpers is formed simply by the light emission element of the extruded profile element. In particular, the light exit element in light ¬ outlet direction is as a base here refers, to be without understood to mean that the light exit element must be arranged "below". The lamp body can be used not only for ceiling lights, special can examples play, also on a wall or be arranged in another position ¬ tion, so that the underside of the Luminaire body in a spatial arrangement is not necessarily down. The end cap, particularly its Un ¬ underside, that is at the open ends of the Strangpro ¬ filelements can be arranged that this is located above the light-emitting element, and thus no air gap or separating gap, may leak light from below from the undesired manner to see is. Thus, the visible lower outer surface of the lamp body can be realized as a continuous unit. The light exit opening of the light exit element of the extruded profiled element can thereby be introduced, for example by ei ¬ NEN milling operation in the light exit element. In this processing step, the ends of the extruded profile element can be edited so that the end caps are not visible on the lower viewing surface. Thus, the production of such a lamp body is very inexpensive and easy and it is at the same time a jointless lower outer surface provided by the lamp body according to the invention. In one embodiment of the invention, the extruded profile end and at least part of the open strand ¬ profiled arranged end cap form an end face of the lamp body. Processing marks, such as milling edges on the extruded profile end, if present, can be laminated by a coating, in particular powder. Thus, it can be made possible that at the light exit ¬ side no joints are present that reduce the visual impression, and that at the same time the front of the lamp body, if it is located in a field of view of a user, a closed ¬ senes and uniform appearance provides , In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the respective distance of the longitudinal side element ends to the extruded profile end is at least as large as a thickness of the end cap in a respective contact region in which the end cap is contacted with the respective longitudinal side element ends, wherein the thickness of the end cap from a measurement in the direction of extent ¬ of the extruded profile element when arranging the end cap on the at least one open extruded profile end. Thus, it can be accomplished in a particularly advantageous manner that not only no joints are visible from below, but also no protruding parts of the end caps.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the extruded profile element and the at least one end cap are formed such that the end cap is positively locatable on the at least one open extruded profile end, which enables a particularly uniform Erschei ¬ pearance of the lamp body.
Furthermore, the at least one end cap having at least one coupling element, by means of which the end is ¬ cap on the extruded profile member fastened. This coupling element can be designed so that it can be pressed into the extruded profile element. For this purpose, a plurality of coupling elements may be provided, so that they are arranged on the end cap, that they can be pressed against the inner surfaces of the longitudinal side elements in ¬ example, when placing the end cap on an open strand profile end, so that the attachment is accomplished by the frictional press connection. By such a press connection also possible Fu ¬ conditions between the end cap and the extruded profile element further reduced, the end cap and / or only the Kopp ¬ ment elements can be, for example, from a ¬ at least partially elastic material. Alternatively or additionally, but is also an embodiment of the Kopp- coupling members as a screw connection, in particular conceivable Zvi ¬ rule of the end cap and the top of Strangprofilele ¬ ments or the upper side of the light exit element of the extruded profile element. These screw connections are not visible from below and thus do not reduce the appearance of the lamp body or the lamp.
In a further embodiment of the invention LEDs on the light exit element of the extruded profile element in the area of the Be ¬ opening of the light exit element are such reasonable arranged that by the LEDs in the direction of the light from ¬ passage direction can be emitted. Especially the use of LEDs as a light source allows a particularly flat and compact design of such a luminaire or Leuch ¬ tenkörpers. In addition, the extruded profile element can have guide rails which are arranged opposite to the light exit direction in the longitudinal direction of extension and on the light exit element. These guide rails may be formed, for example, for receiving LED printed circuit boards, which is a very simple and advantageous way to arrange LEDs on the lamp body. Furthermore, the guide rails can also be used for pressing the coupling elements of the end cap with the extruded profile element. Furthermore, the end cap can also comprise at least Introductio ¬ approximately element by means of which an inserted guide ¬ te between two guide rails of the extruded profile element printed circuit board is at least partly coverable. Since introduced in the guide rails printed circuit boards, in particular LED-PCBs for indirect lighting can also have from the LEDs, various components such as a connector, elements can be obtained by the guide element in a very advantageous manner a cover sol rather are provided which do not view ¬ should be bar or for protection, such as pollution. In addition, the guide elements can also serve the positioning of the circuit boards.
Dung, in a further advantageous embodiment of the inventions between two guide rails is inserted at least a circuit board having arranged thereon LEDs are where located at the LEDs in such a way on the circuit board ¬ that is opposite from the LEDs in a direction towards the light exit direction can be emitted. Thus, a particularly simple arrangement of LEDs on the extruded profile element is also made possible here, wherein by the An ¬ order of the LEDs opposite to the light exit direction in a very advantageous manner an indirect lighting ¬ tion is provided. In addition, the wiring for supplying the LEDs can run in a particularly space-saving manner under the Endkap ¬ pen.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Leuchtenkörpers umfasst die Schritte: Strangpressen eines Strangprofilelements mit einer ersten Längserstreckung in einer Längserstreckungsrichtung, mit einem Lichtaustrittselement und mit zwei zumindest teilweise entlang der Längserstreckungsrichtung sich gegenüberliegend und entgegen einer Licht¬ austrittsrichtung am Lichtaustrittselement angeordnete Längsseitenelemente mit der ersten Längserstreckung in der Längserstreckungsrichtung, wobei das Lichtaustrittselement den Leuchtenkörper zumindest teilweise in der Lichtaustrittsrichtung begrenzt, wobei die Längsseitenelemente den Leuchtenkörper entlang der Längserstreckungsrichtung zumindest teilweise seitlich begrenzen; The method according to the invention for producing a luminaire body comprises the steps: Extruding an extruded profile element with a first longitudinal extent in a longitudinal direction, with a light exit element and two at least partially along the longitudinal direction opposite and opposite to a light ¬ exit direction arranged on the light exit element longitudinal side elements with the first longitudinal extension in the longitudinal direction, wherein the light exit element the lamp body at least partially in the light exit direction is limited, wherein the longitudinal side elements at least partially laterally delimit the lamp body along the longitudinal extension direction;
Entfernen mindestens eines Teils des Lichtaustritts¬ elements des Strangprofilelements, so dass mindestens eine Öffnung im Lichtaustrittselement entsteht; Removing at least a portion of the light exit ¬ elements of the extruded profile element, so that at least one opening in the light exit element is formed;
Entfernen eines Teils der Längsseitenelemente an min¬ destens einem offenen Strangprofilende, so dass diese jeweils eine zweite Längserstreckung aufweisen, welche durch jeweils ein Längsseitenelementende begrenzt ist, und so dass die Längsseitenelementenden jeweils einen Abstand zum Strangprofilende aufweisen; Removing a portion of the longitudinal side members at min ¬ least an open extruded profile end, so that they each have a second longitudinal length which is delimited by in each case a longitudinal side member end, and so that the longitudinal side member ends in each case have a distance from the extruded section end;
Arranging an end cap on the open extruded profile end such that it contacts the light exit element and the longitudinal side element ends.
The removal of a part of the light exit surface and a part of the longitudinal side elements is carried out before ¬ by means of milling. In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the method comprises the further step before arranging the end cap:
Removing a portion of the light exit element at the extruded profile end according to a predeterminable ¬ shape of a contour of the extruded profile end.
The extruded profile ends can likewise by means frae ¬ sen or otherwise processed, for example, the corners of the light exit element may be rounded or filende the light exit element can be varied in other ways in shape on Strangpro-. Furthermore, the the extruded profile element in the connection, be coated or into ¬ special about removing parts or after the milling powder-coated steel, the tool marks are hidden.
Bevorzugte Ausführung der Erfindung Preferred embodiment of the invention
Fig. 4a) gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Fig. La shows a schematic and perspective Un ¬ teransicht an extruded profiled element 12 of a lighting ¬ body 10 (see. Fig. 4a) according to an embodiment of the invention. The extruded profile element 12 has a light exit element 14 with a light exit opening 16. In addition, longitudinal side elements 18, which laterally delimit the lamp body 10, are arranged in the longitudinal extension direction of the extruded profile element 12. The extruded profile element 12 can be made of aluminum. Aluminum has good Wärmeleitfä ¬ capability, high stability, even at low overall height of the lamp body 10, and is also relatively kos ¬-effectively. The extruded profile element 12 can be manufactured by means of extrusion processes. The recess for the light exit opening 16 can then be introduced by a milling process. As a result, a seamless base body for the lamp body 10 is provided. Fig. Lb shows a schematic profile representation of an extruded profile element 12 of a lamp body 10 according to an embodiment of the invention. Here, too, the extruded profile element 12 comprises a light exit element. ment 14 and longitudinal side members 18. The Längsseitenele ¬ elements 18 can thereby also, as shown here, cut in cross ¬ be formed bent and thus form part of a cover member of the lamp body 10 degrees. In addition, the extruded profile member comprises a plurality of guide rails 12 or 20. This can be designed to guide elements 30 (see FIG. FIG. 3a) of an end cap aufzu ¬ take or LED-PCB. Furthermore, the extruded profile element 12 can also be formed with a cover element 22. This can be arranged in a distance to the light output occurs ¬ element 14, for example, as ¬ be arranged between LEDs in the area of the light exit opening 16 of the light exit element fourteenth The cover element 22 can be closed here, so contacting or einstü- be one piece formed with the longitudinal side members 18, or as shown herein, 12 erstre ¬ CKEN only partially over the cross-section of the extruded profile element. This partial execution of the cover member 22 has the advantage that are arranged upwardly radiating LEDs on the light emission element 14 Kgs ¬ NEN, in particular opposite to the light emission of which is arranged in the region of the light exit opening 16 LEDs, to allow an indirect lighting.
Fig. Lc shows a schematic and perspective plan view of an extruded profile element 12 of a light body ¬ 10 according to an embodiment of the invention. The extruded profile element 12 is embodied as already described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. This depicting ¬ development is now easy to see that the management Längsseitenele- end 18a have ¬ a distance to the extruded profile end 12a. The same goes for everyone else, of course arranged on the extruded profile element 12 and einstü ¬ ckig formed with this elements such as the guide rails 20 and the cover member 22. This shortened ¬ education of the longitudinal side members 18, as well as all the other on the light exit element 14 of the extruded ¬ elements 12 arranged elements can thereby also be realized by a milling operation, in particular after the extrusion of the extruded profile element. The ¬ se formation of the extruded profile element 12 allows an arrangement of an end cap 26 at the extruded profile end 12a, so that no joints are visible from below and the visible lower outer surface of the lamp body 10 is realized as a continuous unit. The end cap 26 can now be arranged on the extruded profile element 12 so that it contacts the upper side of the light outlet element 14 of the extruded profile element 12 and at the same time the longitudinal side element ends 18. Furthermore, the light outlet element 14 in the region of the extruded profile end 12 a can be configured in its shape, as desired for example, with rounded corners 24, as shown in Fig. 2. The end cap 26 may then also be designed accordingly in its shape, so that it is preferably form-fitting manner on the extruded profile element 12 can be arranged. Fig. 3a shows a schematic representation of a Endkap ¬ pe 26 of a lamp body 10 in a first Perspecti ¬ ve according to an embodiment of the invention. The end cap 26 in this case has a transverse side surface 32, which forms a conclusion of the lamp body in its longitudinal extent. Furthermore, the end cap 26 here also has rounded corners 24a, so that they in an arrangement on an extruded profile element 12 as shown in FIG. 2 positively, in particular with the Lichtaus ¬ tread element 14 terminates. As a holder or for fastening the end cap 26 to the extruded profile element 12, the end cap 26 comprises coupling elements 28 which, as shown here, are designed as connecting elements which can be pressed into the extruded profile element 12. In addition, the end cap 26 includes still Füh ¬ guide elements 30 which are formed flat and a ¬ can be guided in the guide rails 20 of the extruded profile element 12th

Fig. 4a shows a schematic representation of a luminaire tenkörpers 10 with an extruded profile member 12 and can be disposed thereon the end cap 26 in accordance with an execution ¬ example of the invention. The end cap 26 may be formed so that it has side surfaces which form a conclusion to the transverse side of the lamp body 10 back and up, and that in particular between the ends of the guide rails 20 and the transverse side surface 32 is a distance. With this configuration, a clearance or cavity is provided, so that in the end cap 26, the wiring 34 may extend to supply the LEDs, and in particular around the guide rails ¬ can be led around the twentieth
FIG. 4b shows a schematic representation of a luminaire ¬ tenkörpers 10 as shown in Fig. 4 only with the extruded profile is arranged on the end cap 12 ¬ element 26. In particular, this can be obtained by the existing coupling elements 28 and / or Guide elements 30 are simply inserted into the extruded profile element 12.
