Claims (8)
- Un mécanisme de fermeture de porte, composé d'un corps fixe (1) ledit corps fixe utilisé aussi comme mécanisme de serrage pour le serrage d'une porte en combinaison avec un piston (2) exécutant un mouvement alternatif à l'intérieur d'un piston cylindre (18) portant un ressort de rappel spirale (7) à l'intérieur et équipé d'une rainure allongée (4) pour le mouvement rotatif pivotant de la porte, ledit piston (2) portant aussi un logement (5) pour le support d'un palier avant (10) et un logement (6) pour le support d'une paire de paliers arrière (12) positionné sur broches (11), lesdits paliers (11,12) contrôlant le mouvement excentrique d'un système à cames (15) serrés sur un arbre cannelé à six dents (3) par un système de serrage d' arbre, ledit corps fixe (1) est équipé des trous (19) pour le montage d'une couverture avant (28) autour du piston cylindre (18), ledit piston (2) portant un joint à anneaux O (26), une soupape régulatrice de la vitesse de rotation de la porte (22), un clapet anti-retour (27), un premier compartiment de l'huile (29) et un second compartiment de l'huile (30), une entrée d'huile (35) et un joint d' entrée d' huile (36), la couverture avant (28) et une couverture arrière (21) avec anneaux d' étanchéité souples (37), où ledit mécanisme de fermeture de porte est équipé aussi d'un système de commande de verrouillage capable de déterminer l'activation du verrou à tout degré approprié dans l'arc allant de 12° à 0°, où ledit système de commande de verrouillage se compose d'une plaque ronde (38) portant une spécialement conçue rainure circulaire (39), d'une profondeur variable, gravée à sa surface interne, logée dans la couverture arrière (21) et fixée sur le piston cylindre (18) avec vis (8), de sorte qu'au moyen de son caractéristique de profondeur variable ladite rainure circulaire (39) est capable de déterminer l'activation du verrou à tout degré approprié dans l'arc allant de 12° à 0°, en employant la poussée nécessaire sur chaque porte particulière, ayant comme résultat obtenu la fermeture effective de la porte, en même temps que par une soupape de sécurité (52) portant une vis de réglage de tension (43), un ressort (42), une balle de sécurité de l'huile (41), un arbre de décharge de pression (40) et un goupille de sureté du ressort (47) pour empêcher la dislocation de ladite plaque ronde (38) vers le compartiment de l'huile pendant la régulation de la vitesse du verrou, où quand la porte atteint le degré approprié de déclenchement du verrou, la balle de sécurité de l'huile (41) est poussée par un arbre de décharge de tension (43) et la vis de réglage de tension (42) est comprimée, ainsi un passage d'huile est ouvert à travers du second compartiment de l'huile (30) vers le premier compartiment de l'huile (29) par lequel le mouvement rotatif du mécanisme est accéléré en direction de la position 0°, c.à.d. la position porte fermée, ayant comme résultat la neutralisation de l' obstacle de la languette de verrouillage et la réussite d'une fermeture de la porte sans heurts.
- Un mécanisme de fermeture de porte comme en revendication 1, qui se caractérise en ce que, le dit système de serrage se compose d'un support d' arbre (9) en combinaison avec une broche conique (45), une vis de serrage (46), un cannelé à six dents (3) et une came (15), un palier de contact coin (31) pour le montage dudit support d'arbre (9) partie supérieure et plaque annulaire (32) pour le montage dudit support d'arbre (9) à la partie inférieure du corps principal du mécanisme, un palier radial récepteur de charge (33) sur ledit support d'arbre (9) et un joint à anneaux O (34), autour de son extrémité supérieure.
- Un mécanisme de fermeture de porte comme en revendications 1 et 2, qui se caractérise en ce que ledit support d'arbre (9) est capable d'être détendu, de façon que en insérant ladite broche conique (45) et par serrant ladite vis (46), le serrage ferme et verrouillage dudit support d'arbre (9) sur la came (15) est atteint.
- Un mécanisme de fermeture de porte comme en revendications 1, 2 et 3, qui se caractérise en ce que, ladite came (15) porte configurations supérieures et inférieures intégrées en forme de coeur (14), ainsi que une configuration spéciale périphérique, qui permet le mouvement linéal du piston-guitare (2) dans la zone de -90° -- 0° -- +90°, ainsi que pourvoit le stationnement de la porte en différentes stations (A, B, Γ,Δ).
- Un mécanisme de fermeture de porte, comme en revendications 1, 2, 3 et 4, qui se caractérise en ce qu'il est au moyen de la dite configuration spéciale périphérique de la came (15) que lesdites stations (B, Γ, Δ) sont fournies, permettant le stationnement de la porte au-delà de + - 90° et spécifiquement en positions d' ouverture de + - 135° (B), + - 165° (Γ) et + - 180° (Δ) et en plus en ce que le mécanisme est capable d'être pivoté jusqu' aux 360°, sans subir de dommages du tout.
- Un mécanisme de fermeture de porte, comme en revendications 1, 2, 3, 4, et 5, qui se caractérise en ce qu'il est capable de décharger toute pression excédante, au cas où la force exercée est supérieure à celle tolérable sécuritaire par le mécanisme, pendant la rotation de la porte de 90° à 0° et plus spécifiquement, le ressort de la soupape de sureté (42) est comprimé, au moyen de ladite force étant exercée sur la balle de sécurité de l'huile (41) par l'axe de décompression (40), ainsi que toute pression excédentaire ayant été créée à l'intérieur du second compartiment de l'huile (30) est libérée, éliminant tout risque de dommages du mécanisme et assurant un fonctionnement uniforme et fiable.
- Un mécanisme de fermeture de porte, comme en revendications 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, et 6, qui se caractérise en ce que la poussée souhaitable de ladite soupape de sécurité (52), peut être régulée au moyen de ladite vis de réglage (43).
- Un mécanisme de fermeture de porte comme en revendications 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 et 7 qui se caractérise en ce qu'il fonctionne de la manière suivante: quand la porte est tournée vers la direction 90° le mouvement de la came (15) est suivi par palier avant (10), pendant que ledit ressort de rappel spirale (7) est comprimé au moyen d'un piston (2) et quand la position 90° de rotation de porte est atteinte correspondant à la station came A, la position porte ouverte, l'huile qui est dans le premier compartiment de l'huile (29) passe dans le deuxième compartiment de l'huile (30), au moyen dudit clapet anti-retour (27) en poussant d'avantage, pour dégager la porte de la came station A, ledit piston (2) est aussi poussé, au moyen dudit ressort de rappel spirale (7), quand en même temps ledit palier (10) est éloigné, résultant ainsi en ce que le mécanisme est tourné de la position 90° à la position 0°-position porte fermée-pendant cette phase, l'huile qui est dans le second compartiment de l' huile (30) qui ne peut pas échapper vers ledit premier compartiment de l'huile (29) par ledit clapet anti-retour (27), par ce que son passage est bloqué par ladite balle de sécurité de l'huile (41), échappe dans le point d'entrée d'huile (49) et de ceci dans le conduit de circulation d'huile (50), où son débit est règlementé au moyen de ladite soupape régulatrice de la vitesse de rotation de la porte (22), pour achever une fermeture sans heurts et via ledit point d'entrée d' huile (51) retourne au dit premier compartiment de l'huile (29).
