Abstract

Bei einem temperaturabhängigen Schalter (10) mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Außenanschluss (11, 12), einem mit dem ersten Außenanschluss (11) elektrisch leitend verbundenen stationären Kontaktteil (15), einem mit dem stationären Kontaktteil (15) zusammenwirkenden beweglichen Kontaktteil (16), das an einem Federteil (17) befestigt ist, das elektrisch leitend mit dem zweiten Außenanschluss (12) verbunden ist und das bewegliche Kontaktteil (16) gegen das stationäre Kontaktteil (15) drückt, einem Bimetallteil (19) und einem zwischen dem Bimetallteil (19) und dem Federteil (17) angeordneten Stößel (21), drückt das Bimetallteil (19) bei Überschreiten einer Schalttemperatur den Stößel (21) gegen das Federteil (17), wodurch das bewegliche Kontaktteil (16) von dem stationären Kontaktteil (15) abhebt. Der Stößel (21) ist so zwischen dem Federteil (17) und dem Bimetallteil (19) angeordnet, dass er zwischen ihnen Druck- und Zugkräfte überträgt (Fig. 1).

In a temperature-dependent switch (10) having a first and a second outer terminal (11, 12), a stationary contact part (15) electrically connected to the first outer terminal (11), a movable contact part (16) cooperating with the stationary contact part (15) ) fixed to a spring member (17) electrically conductively connected to the second outer terminal (12) and pressing the movable contact member (16) against the stationary contact member (15), a bimetal member (19) and between the bimetallic member (19) and the spring part (17) arranged plunger (21), presses the bimetal (19) when a switching temperature is exceeded, the plunger (21) against the spring member (17), whereby the movable contact part (16) of the stationary contact part (15 ) takes off. The plunger (21) is disposed between the spring member (17) and the bimetallic member (19) so as to transmit compressive and tensile forces therebetween (Fig. 1).
