Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kontaktsatz für eine Anschlussbuchse gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
- Kontaktsätze für Anschlussbuchsen, insbesondere für RJ45-Buchsen, sind für unterschiedliche Übertragungsleistungen bekannt. Um die Leistungsfähigkeit elektronischer Komponenten zu beschreiben, werden diese in Kategorien eingeteilt. Derzeit gängige Kategorien sind Cat-5, welche für Betriebsfrequenzen bis 100 MHz bestimmt ist, Cat-6, welche für Betriebsfrequenzen bis 250 MHZ ist oder Cat-6A, welche für Übertragungsfrequenzen bis 500 MHz und Strecken bis 100 m ausgelegt ist. Es ist durchaus denkbar, dass in Zukunft elektronische Komponenten mit noch besseren Übertragungseigenschaften gängig werden.
- Damit Kabel oder Buchsen Übertragungseigenschaften gemäß einer bestimmten Kategorie erreichen, wird gefordert, dass das Nahnebensprechen (near end cross talk, abgekürzt NEXT) in bestimmter Höhe unterdrückt wird. Dazu ist es bekannt, Kompensationsschaltungen vorzusehen, die das Nahübersprechen vermindern oder unterdrücken.
- Um bei einer Anschlussbuchse die Übertragungseigenschaften der Kategorie 6a zu erreichen, hat es sich gezeigt, dass es vorteilhaft ist, eine Kompensation des Übersprechens möglichst nahe an dem Kontaktpunkt zwischen der Buchse und einem in die Buchse eingeführten Stecker zu platzieren.
- Die
EP 1 306 934 B1 sieht dazu eine auf einer Basisleiterplatte befestigte Buchse vor, wobei innerhalb eines Aufnahmeelements einer Buchse eine Kompensationsleiterplatte angeordnet ist, die eine Kompensationsschaltung zur Verminderung von Störeinflüssen, insbesondere des Übersprechens, enthält und an der die Kontaktelemente, die mit einem eingesteckten Stecker in Kontakt stehen, befestigt sind, wobei die Basisleiterplatte eine weitere Kompensationsschaltung zur Verminderung von Störeinflüssen enthält. - Um eine Kompensationsschaltung noch näher an den Kontaktpunkt zwischen Stecker und Buchse zu platzieren, offenbart die
EP 1 858 118 A1 eine Buchse mit einem Kontaktsatz, welcher mehrere Kontaktelemente aufweist, wobei an den freien Enden der Kontaktelemente, die in den Innenraum der Buchse hereinragen, in welchen der Stecker eingesteckt wird, eine Kompensationsschaltung, beispielsweise in Form eines flexiblen Substrats mit einer Kompensationsschaltung, angeordnet ist. - Die
WO 0180376 A1 - Das Befestigen der Leiterplatten an freien Enden der Kontaktelemente ist arbeitsaufwändig und muss mit hoher Genauigkeit erfolgen.
- Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht daher darin, einen Kontaktsatz für eine Anschlussbuchse bereitzustellen, welcher mit geringen Herstellungskosten hergestellt werden kann und eine Kompensation möglichst nahe an dem Kontaktpunkt zwischen der Buchse und einem in die Buchse eingeführten Stecker ermöglicht.
- Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Kontaktsatz für eine Anschlussbuchse mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.
- Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
- Der erfindungsgemäße Kontaktsatz für eine Anschlussbuchse, wobei der Kontaktsatz wenigstens zwei Kontaktelemente aufweist, wobei die Kontaktelemente wenigstens einen ersten Abschnitt, einen zweiten Abschnitt und einen dritten Abschnitt aufweisen, wobei der erste Abschnitt ein Anschlusselement aufweist, wobei die Kontaktelemente durch einen Isolationskörper in dem zweiten Abschnitt in ihrer relativen Position zueinander fixiert sind und wobei der dritte Abschnitt eine Anlagefläche für ein Kontaktelement eines in die Anschlussbuchse einführenden Steckers aufweist, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass wenigstens zwei der Kontaktelemente an einem freien Ende des dritten Abschnitts eine Kompensationsfläche aufweisen, wobei zwei Kompensationsflächen derart angeordnet sind, dass sie zumindest teilweise überlappen, wobei zwischen den beiden zumindest teilweise überlappenden Kompensationsflächen eine Isolierfolie angeordnet ist und wobei die Isolierfolie und die beiden Kompensationsflächen mit einem isolierenden Gehäuse umgeben sind. Durch die Anordnung der Kompensationsflächen an den Kontaktelementen kann eine aufwendig herzustellende Leiterplatte und eine aufwendige Platzierung einer Leiterplatte an den Kontaktelementen entfallen. Trotzdem bleibt die Möglichkeit zur Kompensation in räumlicher Nähe des Kontaktpunktes zwischen der Buchse und einem in die Buchse eingeführten Stecker, da die Kompensationsflächen an einem freien Ende der dritten Abschnitte angeordnet sind.
- Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind die Kompensationsflächen einstückig an den Kontaktelementen angeordnet, wodurch die Herstellung deutlich vereinfacht wird.
- Eine vorteilhafte Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Kontaktelemente mit den Kompensationsflächen als Stanz-Biege-Teile ausgebildet sind, wodurch die Herstellung vereinfacht werden kann.
- Besonders bevorzugt ist das isolierende Gehäuse um die Kompensationsflächen gespritzt, was zur Vereinfachung des Herstellungsverfahrens beiträgt.
- Vorteilhafterweise weisen wenigstens vier der Kontaktelemente an einem freien Ende des dritten Abschnitts eine Kompensationsfläche auf, wobei jeweils zwei Kompensationsflächen derart angeordnet sind, dass sie zumindest teilweise überlappen, wobei zwischen den beiden Paaren von Kompensationsflächen eine Isolierfolie angeordnet ist und wobei jeweils ein Paar von Kompensationsflächen mit der dazwischenliegenden Isolierfolie mit einem isolierenden Gehäuse umgeben ist. Dadurch ergeben sich an dem Kontaktsatz zwei kompakte Pakete, die die Kompensationsflächen enthalten.
- Vorteilhafterweise weist der Kontaktsatz acht Kontaktelemente auf, welche in einer Reihe nebeneinander angeordnet sind, wobei die mittleren vier Kontaktelemente Kompensationsflächen aufweisen, und wobei insbesondere die beiden mittleren Kontaktelemente in räumlicher Nähe der Kompensationsflächen gekreuzt angeordnet sind. Dies ermöglicht einen platzsparenden Aufbau des Kontaktsatzes.
- Vorteilhafterweise ist der Kontaktsatz für Betriebsfrequenzen bis 500 MHz geeignet und erfüllt insbesondere die Anforderungen der Kategorie 6A.
- Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist der Kontaktsatz einen ersten Bereich auf, in welchem wenigstens zwei Kontaktelemente miteinander gekreuzt angeordnet sind. Dadurch wird durch die Anordnung der Kontaktelemente in dem Kontaktsatz eine gewisse Kompensation des Nahübersprechens erreicht, welche insbesondere für das Erreichen der Übertragungseigenschaften der Kategorie 6a vorteilhaft ist.
- Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht vor, dass der Kontaktsatz einen zweiten Bereich aufweist, in welchem die Kontaktelemente parallel zueinander geführt sind und wenigstens zwei der Kontaktelemente einen anderen Abstand zueinander aufweisen als in dem ersten Abschnitt oder in dem vierten Abschnitt. Diese Ausgestaltung bewirkt eine gewisse Kompensation des Nahübersprechens durch die Anordnung der Kontaktelemente des Kontaktsatzes, wodurch die Übertragungseigenschaften verbessert werden und insbesondere das Erreichen der Übertragungseigenschaften Kategorie 6a verbessert wird.
- Vorzugsweise weist der Isolationskörper wenigstens ein Einführungselement zum Einführen in ein Buchsengehäuse auf, welches das Einführen des Kontaktsatzes in das Buchsengehäuse einer Anschlussbuchse erleichtert.
- Vorzugsweise weist der Isolationskörper wenigstens ein Rastelement zum Fixieren in einem Buchsengehäuse auf, um ein einfaches Befestigen des Kontaktsatzes in einem Buchsengehäuse zu ermöglichen.
- Vorzugsweise ist der Isolationskörper um die Kontaktelemente gespritzt, wodurch die Herstellung vereinfacht wird.
- Eine erfindungsgemäße Anschlussbuchse, welche insbesondere ein Gehäuse und eine Aufnahmeöffnung zur Aufnahme eines Steckers eines Datenkabels aufweist, wobei der Isolierkörper und der dritte Abschnitt der Kontaktelemente des Kontaktsatzes einen spitzen Winkel bilden, welcher sich zu der Aufnahmeöffnung gegenüberliegenden Wand des Gehäuses öffnet, weist einen erfindungsgemäßen Kontaktsatz auf.
- Eine erfindungsgemäße Anschlussdose oder ein erfindungsgemäßes Verteilfeld umfasst wenigstens eine erfindungsgemäße Anschlussbuchse mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Kontaktsatz, wobei die Anschlussbuchse in der Anschlussdose oder dem Verteilfeld vorteilhafterweise auf einer Basisleiterplatte befestigt ist und die Basisleiterplatte wenigstens ein Anschlusselement und wenigstens ein Verbindungselement zur Herstellung einer elektrisch leitenden Verbindung eines der Kontaktelemente des Kontaktsatzes mit dem Anschlusselement aufweist, wobei ein erstes Kabel in der Anschlussbuchse und ein zweites Kabel, insbesondere ein stationär verlegtes Kabel, an dem Anschlusselement anschließbar ist und wobei die Basisleiterplatte wenigstens ein Kompensationselement aufweist. Anschlussdosen oder Verteilfelder, welche auch Patchfelder oder Patchpanel genannt werden, dienen zur Herstellung einer Hochleistungsdatenleitungsverbindung zwischen Leitungen eines stationär, beispielsweise in der Wand eines Gebäudes, verlegten Datenkabels und eines weiteren, insbesondere flexiblen, Datenkabels und werden zur Verteilung von Datenkabeln, beispielsweise Netzwerkkabeln, Telefonkabeln oder Glasfaserkabeln verwendet.
- Die Erfindung wird anhand der nachfolgenden Figuren ausführlich erläutert. Es zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Ausführungsbeispiels eines Kontaktsatzes 10 mit mehreren, insbesondere acht Kontaktelementen 20-1, 20-2, 20-3, 20-4, 20-5, 20-6, 20-7, 20-8, im Allgemeinen bezeichnet mit 20, und einem Isolationskörper 30, der die Kontaktelemente 20 in ihrer relativen Position zueinander fixiert. Die Kontaktelemente 20 sind aus elektrisch leitendem Material, der Isolationskörper aus isolierendem Material, beispielsweise Kunststoff. Insbesondere ist der Isolationskörper 30 um die Kontaktelemente 20 gespritzt. - Die Kontaktelemente 20 weisen einen ersten Abschnitt 21, einen zweiten Abschnitt 22 und einen dritten Abschnitt 23 auf. Dabei sei ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Abschnitte 21, 22, 23 nicht zwingend direkt aneinander angrenzen müssen, aber auch zumindest teilweise oder ganz überlappend ausgebildet sein können.
- Der erste Abschnitt 21 weist ein Anschlusselement auf, welches vorliegend insbesondere als Anschlusspin ausgebildet ist.
- In dem zweiten Abschnitt 22 sind die Kontaktelemente 20 von dem Isolationskörper 30 umgeben und in ihrer relativen Position zueinander fixiert. Dabei ist der erste Abschnitt 21 gegenüber dem zweiten Abschnitt 22 der Kontaktelemente 20 abgebogen, insbesondere um 45° oder 90°.
- Die dritten Abschnitte 23 der Kontaktelemente 20 weisen eine Anlagefläche für ein Kontaktelement eines Steckers auf. Dabei sind die dritten Abschnitte 23 derart gegenüber den zweiten Abschnitten 22 abgebogen, dass sie mit den zweiten Abschnitten 22 oder der Oberfläche des Isolationskörpers 30 einen vorzugsweise spitzen Winkel bilden. Die dritten Abschnitte 23 sind insbesondere derart ausgebildet, dass sie unter Federspannung an den Kontaktelementen des Steckers anliegen können.
- Sind die Kontaktelemente 20 in dem Isolationskörper 30 angeordnet, sind insbesondere die ersten Abschnitte 21 aller Kontaktelemente 20 und die dritten Abschnitte 23 aller Kontaktelemente 20 parallel zueinander ausgerichtet. Insbesondere können zumindest die dritten Abschnitte 23 der Kontaktelemente 20 äquidistant angeordnet sein.
- Der Isolationskörper 30 kann als im Wesentlichen quaderförmiges Element ausgebildet sein. Der Isolationskörper 30 weist in einer Ausführungsform wenigstens ein Einführungselement 32 auf, welches das Einführen und Positionieren des Kontaktsatzes 10 in einem Buchsengehäuse 52 einer Anschlussbuchse 50 vereinfacht. Dabei können die Einführungselemente 32 derart ausgebildet sein, dass sie in Führungsnuten 58, welche in dem Buchsengehäuse 52 angeordnet sind, eingreifen. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weisen die Einführungselemente 32 eine Fase 33 auf, welche das Einführen in das Buchsengehäuse 52, insbesondere in die Führungsnut 58 des Buchsengehäuses 52, weiter vereinfacht.
- In einer Ausführungsform weist der Isolationskörper 30 wenigstens ein, beispielsweise zwei Rastelemente 34 auf, mittels welcher der Isolationskörper 30 in dem Buchsengehäuse 52 verrastet. Die Rastelemente 34 können beispielsweise als Hinterschnitte in den Einführungselementen 32 ausgebildet sein, um die Herstellung zu vereinfachen.
- Der Kontaktsatz 10 mit Kontaktelementen 20 und dem Isolationskörper 30 weist definierte Übertragungseigenschaften auf. Diese können durch eine wie in
Figur 2 und3 dargestellte Führung und Verkreuzung der unterschiedlichen Kontaktelemente 20, insbesondere in den zweiten Abschnitten 22, gezielt beeinflusst und verbessert werden. - In einer Ausführungsform können wenigstens zwei der Kontaktelemente 20, beispielsweise die Kontaktelemente 20-1, 20-2 und/oder die Kontaktelemente 20-4, 20-5 und/oder die Kontaktelemente 20-7, 20-8 in einem Bereich 12 des Kontaktsatzes 10 miteinander gekreuzt angeordnet sein. Der Bereich 12 ist insbesondere in dem Isolationskörper 30 angeordnet und liegt insbesondere in dem zweiten Abschnitt 22 der Kontaktelemente 20. Durch ein Kreuzen der Kontaktelemente 20 kann eine gezielte Gegenkopplung erreicht werden, durch welche das Nahübersprechen verringert werden kann.
- Ebenfalls zur Verringerung des Nahübersprechens in dem Kontaktsatz 10 können in einem zweiten Bereich 14 des Kontaktsatzes 10 wenigstens zwei der Kontaktelemente 20 einen anderen Abstand zueinander aufweisen als der Abstand, in welchem ihre ersten Abschnitte 21 oder ihre dritten Abschnitte 23 zueinander angeordnet sind. Auch durch ein derartiges gezieltes Führen der Kontaktelemente 20 in kleinerem oder größerem Abstand zueinander kann eine Gegenkopplung erreicht werden, welche das Nahübersprechen in dem Kontaktsatz 10 verringert. Der zweite Bereich 14 schließt sich insbesondere an den ersten Bereich 12 an und liegt insbesondere in dem zweiten Abschnitt 22 der Kontaktelemente 20. Insbesondere ist der zweite Bereich 14 von dem Isolationskörper 30 zumindest abschnittsweise umgeben. Die Ausgestaltung des Kontaktsatzes 10 mit der Führung der Kontaktelemente 20 in dem ersten Bereich 12 und/oder dem zweiten Bereich 14 verbessert die Übertragungseigenschaften, ist jedoch eine optionale Ausgestaltung.
- Um die Übertragungseigenschaften des Kontaktsatzes 10 zu verbessern, weisen wenigstens zwei der Kontaktelemente 20, insbesondere genau vier Kontaktelemente 20, beispielsweise die vier mittleren Kontaktelemente 20-3, 20-4, 20-5, 20-6, an einem freien Ende der dritten Abschnitte 23 eine Kompensationsfläche 41, 42, 43, 44 auf. Dazu sind die dritten Abschnitte 23 der entsprechenden Kontaktelemente 20-3, 20-4, 20-5, 20-6 länger ausgebildet als die dritten Abschnitte 23 der Kontaktelemente 20-1, 20-2, 20-7, 20-8, welche keine Kompensationsfläche aufweisen. Die Kompensationsfläche 41 ist an dem dritten Kontaktelement 20-3, die Kompensationsfläche 42 an dem fünften Kontaktelement 20-5, die Kompensationsfläche 43 an dem vierten Kontaktelement 20-4 und die Kompensationsfläche 44 an dem sechsten Kontaktelement 20-6 angeordnet. Jeweils zwei Kompensationsflächen 41, 42; 43, 44 sind derart angeordnet, dass sie zumindest teilweise überlappen. Dazu sind insbesondere die freien Enden der dritten Abschnitte 23 der entsprechenden Kontaktelemente 20-3, 20-4, 20-5, 20-6 aufeinander zu geführt. Beispielsweise sind die freien Enden der Kontaktelemente 20-4, 20-5 abgebogen. Insbesondere sind die freien Enden der dritten Abschnitte 23 der Kontaktelemente 20-4, 20-5 überkreuzt angeordnet. Die Kontaktflächen 41, 42 der Kontaktelemente 20-3, 20-5 können einander überlappen und ein Paar bilden, während andererseits die Kontaktflächen 43, 44 der Kontaktelemente 20-4, 20-6 überlappen und ein weiteres Paar bilden.
- Zwischen den Paaren von Kontaktelementen 41, 42; 43, 44 ist jeweils eine Isolierfolie 46, 47 angeordnet. Die beiden Kompensationsflächen 41, 42 mit der dazwischenliegenden Isolierfolie 46 bilden ein erstes Kompensationselement, insbesondere einen ersten Kondensator, während die beiden Kompensationsflächen 43, 44 mit der dazwischenliegenden Folie 47 ein zweites Kompensationselement, insbesondere einen weiteren Kondensator, bilden. Zur Stabilisierung sind die beiden Kompensationsflächen 41, 42 mit der dazwischenliegenden Isolierfolie 46 von einem ersten isolierenden Gehäuse 48 umgeben, während die Kompensationsflächen 43, 44 mit der dazwischenliegenden Folie 47 von einem zweiten isolierenden Gehäuse 49 umgeben sind. Die isolierenden Gehäuse 48, 49 werden vorzugsweise gespritzt.
- Die Kompensationsflächen 41, 42, 43, 44 sind in einer Ausführungsform einstückig an den Kontaktelementen 20-3, 20-5, 20-4, 20-6 angeordnet. Dadurch ist es insbesondere möglich, die Kontaktelemente 20 als Stanz-Biege-Teile auszubilden.
- Die Übertragungseigenschaften von elektronischen Komponenten werden in Kategorien eingeteilt, wobei derzeit die Kategorien 5, 6 und 6A besonders gängig sind. Durch die Kompensationsflächen 41, 42, 43, 44 können beispielsweise die Übertragungseigenschaften des Kontaktsatzes 10 um eine oder mehrere Kategorien gesteigert werden. Insbesondere ist der Kontaktsatz 10 derart ausgebildet, dass er mit den Kompensationsflächen 41, 42, 43, 44 die Übertragungseigenschaften der Kategorie 6A erfüllt.
- Die
Figuren 3 und4 zeigen die Anschlussbuchse 50 mit dem Buchsengehäuse 52, in welche der Kontaktsatz 10 gemäßFigur 1 eingesetzt ist. Die Anschlussbuchse 50 weist an einer Vorderseite eine Aufnahmeöffnung 54 auf, in welche ein Stecker eines anzuschließenden Kabels einführbar ist. Der Stecker ist insbesondere derart einführbar, dass Kontaktelemente des in die Anschlussbuchse 50 einzuführenden Steckers die Kontaktelemente 20, insbesondere die dritten Abschnitte 23 der Kontaktelemente 20, kontaktieren. Der Kontaktsatz 10 ist derart in dem Buchsengehäuse 52 angeordnet, dass der zwischen dem Isolationskörper 30 und dem dritten Abschnitt 23 gebildete spitze Winkel sich zu einer Wand 56, die der Aufnahmeöffnung 54 gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist, öffnet. Dazu wird der Kontaktsatz 10 von der Wand 56 her in das Buchsengehäuse 52 eingeschoben, wo der Kontaktsatz 10 mittels der Rastelemente 34 in dem Buchsengehäuse 52 verrastet. - Eine derartige Anschlussbuchse 50 kann insbesondere in Anschlussdosen oder Verteilfeldern, welche auch als Rangierfelder, Patchfelder oder bezeichnet genannt werden, zur Anwendung kommen. Bei diesen können auf einer Basisleiterplatte eine oder mehrere Anschlussbuchsen 50 angeordnet werden. Die Basisleiterplatte kann wenigstens ein Anschlusselement und wenigstens ein Verbindungselement zur Herstellung einer elektrisch leitenden Verbindung des ersten Abschnitts 21 eines der Kontaktelemente 20 des Kontaktsatzes 10 mit dem Anschlusselement aufweisen, wobei ein erstes Kabel in der Anschlussbuchse 50 und ein zweites Kabel, insbesondere ein stationär verlegtes Kabel, an dem Anschlusselement anschließbar ist. Die Basisleiterplatte weist vorteilhafterweise wenigstens ein Kompensationselement auf, um eine zusätzliche Kompensation von Störeffekten auf der Basisleiterplatte zu ermöglichen.

Claims (15)
- Kontaktsatz (10) für eine Anschlussbuchse (50), wobei der Kontaktsatz (10) wenigstens zwei Kontaktelemente (20) aufweist, wobei die Kontaktelemente (20) wenigstens einen ersten Abschnitt (21), einen zweiten Abschnitt (22) und einen dritten Abschnitt (23) aufweisen, wobei der erste Abschnitt (21) ein Anschlusselement aufweist, wobei die Kontaktelemente (20) durch einen Isolationskörper (30) in dem zweiten Abschnitt (22) in ihrer relativen Position zueinander fixiert sind, und wobei der dritte Abschnitt (23) eine Anlagefläche für ein Kontaktelement eines in die Anschlussbuchse (50) einzuführenden Steckers aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei der Kontaktelemente (20) an einem freien Ende des dritten Abschnitts (23) eine Kompensationsfläche (41, 42, 43, 44) aufweisen, wobei zwei Kompensationsflächen (41, 42; 43, 44) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie zumindest teilweise überlappen, wobei zwischen den beiden Kompensationsflächen (41, 42; 43, 44) eine Isolierfolie (46; 47) angeordnet ist und wobei die Isolierfolie (46; 47) und die beiden Kompensationsflächen (41, 42; 43, 44) mit einem isolierenden Gehäuse (48; 49) umgeben sind. - Kontaktsatz nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kompensationsflächen (41, 42, 43, 44) einstückig an den Kontaktelementen (20) angeordnet sind. - Kontaktsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktelemente (20) mit den Kompensationsflächen (41, 42, 43, 44) als Stanz-Biege-Teile ausgebildet sind. - Kontaktsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das isolierende Gehäuse (46, 47) um die Kompensationsflächen (41, 42, 43, 44) gespritzt ist. - Kontaktsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens vier der Kontaktelemente (20) an einem freien Ende des dritten Abschnitts (23) eine Kompensationsfläche (41, 42, 43, 44) aufweisen, und jeweils zwei Kompensationsflächen (41, 42; 43, 44) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie zumindest teilweise überlappen, dass zwischen den beiden Paaren von Kompensationsflächen (41, 42; 43, 44) eine Isolierfolie (46; 47) angeordnet ist und dass jeweils ein Paar von Kompensationsflächen (41, 42; 43, 44) mit der dazwischenliegenden Isolierfolie (46; 47) mit einem isolierenden Gehäuse (48; 49) umgeben ist. - Kontaktsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktsatz acht Kontaktelemente (20-1, 20-2, 20-3, 20-4, 20-5, 20-6, 20-7, 20-8) aufweist, welche in einer Reihe nebeneinander angeordnet sind, wobei die mittleren vier Kontaktelemente (20-3, 20-4, 20-5, 20-6) Kompensationsflächen (41, 43, 42, 44) aufweisen, und wobei insbesondere die beiden mittleren Kontaktelemente (20-4, 20-5) in räumlicher Nähe der Kompensationsflächen (41, 42, 43, 44) gekreuzt angeordnet sind. - Kontaktsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktsatz (10) für Betriebsfrequenzen bis 500 MHz geeignet ist, insbesondere die Anforderungen der Cat-6A erfüllt. - Kontaktsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktsatz (10) einen ersten Bereich (12) aufweist, in welchem wenigstens zwei Kontaktelemente (20) miteinander gekreuzt angeordnet sind. - Kontaktsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktsatz (10) einen zweiten Bereich (14) aufweist, in welchem die Kontaktelemente (20) parallel zueinander geführt sind und wenigstens zwei der Kontaktelemente (20) einen anderen Abstand zueinander aufweisen als in dem ersten Abschnitt (21) oder in dem dritten Abschnitt (23). - Kontaktsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Isolationskörper (30) wenigstens ein Einführungselement (32) zum Einführen in ein Buchsengehäuse (52) aufweist. - Kontaktsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Isolationskörper (30) wenigstens ein Rastelement (34) zum Fixieren in einem Buchsengehäuse (52) aufweist. - Kontaktsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Isolationskörper (30) um die Kontaktelemente (20) gespritzt ist. - Anschlussbuchse (50) mit einem Kontaktsatz (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Anschlussdose oder Verteilfeld mit wenigstens einer Anschlussbuchse (50) mit einem Kontaktsatz (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12.
- Anschlussdose oder Verteilfeld mit wenigstens einer Basisleiterplatte mit wenigstens einer Anschlussbuchse (50) mit einem Kontaktsatz (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei die Basisleiterplatte wenigstens ein Anschlusselement und wenigstens ein Verbindungselement zur elektrisch leitenden Verbindung eines der Kontaktelemente des Kontaktsatzes mit dem Anschlusselement aufweist, wobei ein erstes Kabel in der Anschlussbuchse (50) und ein zweites Kabel, insbesondere ein stationär verlegtes Kabel, an dem Anschlusselement anschließbar ist und wobei die Basisleiterplatte wenigstens ein Kompensationselement aufweist.
