Claims (14)
- Appareil d'aspiration (10) mobile, en particulier appareil d'aspiration de chantier ou d'atelier, qui présente un boîtier d'aspirateur (21) et un module d'aspiration (24) disposé dans celui-ci servant à générer un flux d'aspiration (S), dans lequel le boîtier d'aspirateur (21) présente une entrée d'aspiration (27) servant au raccordement d'un conduit d'aspiration (14) et un ensemble de filtres (26) ainsi qu'un espace de collecte de saletés (25), montés en amont du module d'aspiration (24), sont disposés dans le boîtier d'aspirateur (21), dans lequel l'espace de collecte de saletés (25) est prévu dans un contenant de collecte de saletés (46), qui peut être inséré dans un logement de contenant (45) du boîtier d'aspirateur (21) et une sortie de flux d'aspiration (60) contenant de collecte de saletés (46) s'y trouve, dans une position de mode aspiration du contenant de collecte de saletés (46), en communication fluidique avec une entrée de module d'aspiration (61) du module d'aspiration (24), dans lequel le contenant de collecte de saletés (46) peut être retiré pour retirer du boîtier d'aspirateur (21) des saletés accumulées dans l'espace de collecte de saletés (25), et dans lequel au moins une fixation de filtre (47, 48) servant à maintenir au moins un élément de filtre (49, 50) de l'ensemble de filtres (26) est prévue dans le contenant de collecte de saletés (46), dans lequel un ou le couvercle (23) servant à fermer le contenant de collecte de saletés (46) est formé par un couvercle (23) du boîtier d'aspirateur (21), caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une fixation de filtre (47, 48) comprend une fixation de filtre pour un filtre principal (49), qui empêche les saletés de parvenir depuis l'espace de collecte de saletés (25) dans le module d'aspiration (24), que le filtre principal (49) forme sensiblement une paroi latérale (58) du contenant de collecte de saletés (46) et la sortie de flux d'aspiration (60) du contenant de collecte de saletés (46) est disposée au niveau de la paroi latérale (58) du contenant de collecte de saletés (46) et est recouverte par le filtre principal (49).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le contenant de collecte de saletés (46) présente une configuration en forme de coffre ou cubique et/ou des parois solides.
- Appareil d'aspiration selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le logement de contenant (45) comprend un logement d'enfichage, dans lequel le contenant de collecte de saletés (46) peut être enfiché et/ou un contour périphérique extérieur (62) du contenant de collecte de saletés (46) s'adapte au moins par endroits par complémentarité de forme à un contour périphérique intérieur (63) du logement de contenant (45) du boîtier d'aspirateur (21).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente des moyens de verrouillage servant à verrouiller le contenant de collecte de saletés (46) dans le logement de contenant (45).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un système de serrage (140 - 340) comprenant en particulier un engrenage de serrage, servant à assembler par serrage le contenant de collecte de saletés (46) dans le logement de contenant (45) du boîtier d'aspirateur (21) et/ou servant à assembler par serrage un filtre principal (49) entre la sortie de flux d'aspiration (60) et une zone de boîtier d'entrée (127) du boîtier d'aspiration (21), au niveau duquel l'entrée de module d'aspiration (61) est disposée, dans lequel le filtre principal (49) est assemblé par serrage entre la sortie de flux d'aspiration (60) et la zone de boîtier d'entrée (127) dans une position de serrage (P) du système de serrage (140 - 340).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une fixation de filtre (47, 48) comprend une fixation de filtre (47, 48) pour un sac filtrant (50) et/ou une fixation de filtre (47, 48) pour un filtre principal (49), en particulier un filtre à plis, dans lequel la fixation de filtre (47, 48) pour le filtre principal (49) est disposée avantageusement au niveau de la sortie de flux d'aspiration (60) du contenant de collecte de saletés (46) de sorte que la sortie de flux d'aspiration (60) peut être fermée ou recouverte par le filtre principal (49).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contenant de collecte de saletés (46) est ouvert au niveau de son côté supérieur et peut être fermé par un couvercle (23), et/ou que le boîtier d'aspirateur (21) et/ou le contenant de collecte de saletés (46) peuvent être fermés par un couvercle (23) recouvrant un côté supérieur ouvert du contenant de collecte de saletés (46), dans lequel l'entrée d'aspiration (27) est disposée avantageusement au niveau du couvercle (23).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau de l'entrée d'aspiration (27) est disposé un élément de raccordement (86) ou un élément tubulaire, qui débouche dans l'espace de collecte de saletés (25) et qui est prévu en particulier pour entrer en communication fluidique avec un sac filtrant (50) disposé dans le contenant de collecte de saletés (46) lors d'une fermeture d'un ou du couvercle (23).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un ensemble d'étanchéité (65) disposé en particulier au niveau du couvercle (23) est prévu entre le couvercle (23) et le contenant de collecte de saletés (46).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un embout de contenant (70) pouvant être disposé dans la direction d'empilement (H) sur le côté supérieur (69) du boîtier d'aspirateur (21), qui présente des moyens de liaison (80) servant à établir une liaison avec au moins un raccord d'aspirateur (100) prévu au niveau du boîtier d'aspirateur (21).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison (80) comprennent au moins une ouverture de passage (81, 84, 87a, 88a) pour un conduit, qui peut être raccordé ou est raccordé au raccord d'aspirateur (100), dans lequel le raccord d'aspirateur (100) comprend de manière appropriée l'entrée d'aspiration (27) et l'entrée d'aspiration (27) est disposée au niveau d'un côté supérieur (69) du boîtier d'aspirateur (21), sur lequel l'embout de contenant (70) peut être disposé et l'ouverture de passage (81, 84, 87a, 88a) communique avec l'entrée d'aspiration (27) du boîtier d'aspirateur (21) de sorte que le conduit d'aspiration (14) peut être relié ou est relié à l'entrée d'aspiration (27) à travers l'ouverture de passage (81, 84, 87a, 88a) de part en part.
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone de vide (131) se forme dans l'espace de collecte de saletés (25) du contenant de collecte de saletés (46) par le fonctionnement du module d'aspiration (24), et le contenant de collecte de saletés (46) présente une ouverture de flux entrant (132) communiquant avec l'entrée d'aspiration (27) ou formant celle-ci, servant à faire affluer le flux d'aspiration (S) et une sortie de flux d'aspiration (60) servant à évacuer de l'air en direction du module d'aspiration (24), dans lequel la sortie de flux d'aspiration (60) de l'espace de collecte de saletés (25) et une entrée de module d'aspiration (61) du module d'aspiration (24) sont en communication fluidique par l'intermédiaire d'un filtre principal (49) de l'ensemble de filtres (26) pour retenir les saletés dans l'espace de collecte de saletés (25), et dans lequel une périphérie extérieure (130) du filtre principal (49) se situe à l'extérieur de la zone de vide (131) de l'espace de collecte de saletés (25) de sorte qu'éventuellement en plus du flux d'aspiration (S), de l'air secondaire supplémentaire affluant dans l'entrée de module d'aspiration (61) s'écoule depuis l'extérieur de l'espace de collecte de saletés (25).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un système de serrage (140-340) comprenant en particulier un engrenage de serrage, servant à assembler par serrage le filtre principal (49) entre la sortie de flux d'aspiration (60) et une zone de boîtier d'entrée (127) du boîtier d'aspirateur (21), au niveau duquel l'entrée de module d'aspiration (61) est disposée, dans lequel le filtre principal (49) est assemblé par serrage entre la sortie de flux d'aspiration (60) et la zone de boîtier d'entrée (127) dans une position de serrage (P) du système de serrage (140-340).
- Appareil d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédents, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une poignée de transport (141-341), en particulier sous la forme d'un étrier ou d'une anse, servant à transporter le contenant de collecte de saletés (46), dans lequel la poignée de transport (141-341) forme de manière appropriée un organe d'actionnement servant à actionner un système de serrage servant à assembler par serrage le contenant de collecte de saletés dans le logement de contenant du boîtier d'aspirateur et/ou du filtre principal entre la sortie de flux d'aspiration et une zone de boîtier d'entrée du boîtier d'aspirateur et/ou un système de desserrage servant à desserrer un filtre principal (49) de la zone de boîtier d'entrée (127) du boîtier d'aspirateur (21) ou du contenant de collecte de saletés.
