Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere Bau- und Nutzfahrzeuge, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Schutzanspruchs 1.
- Montage- und Reparatureinrichtungen der hier angesprochenen Art sind beispielsweise aus der
DE 10 2009 012 047 A1 undDE 20 2008 003 251 U1 bekannt. Die allgemein als Fertigteil-Montage- oder Reparaturgruben bezeichneten Einrichtungen werden häufig in Werkstätten oder Herstellungsbetrieben zur Montage oder Reparatur von Kraftfahrzeugen, Schienenfahrzeugen, Maschinen oder Maschinenteilen verwendet. Dabei kann das Personal in angenehmer Aufrechthaltung unter den entsprechenden Fahrzeugen und Maschinen arbeiten. Bei den hier angesprochenen Montage- und Reparaturgruben handelt es sich um herstellerseitig vorgefertigte Kassetten aus Stahl od. dgl. korrosionsbeständigem Material. Die Kassette ist ein- oder mehrteilig ausgebildet und weist zwei Längsseitenwände, endseitig angeordnete Stirnseitenwände und einen Boden auf, wobei zumindest die Längsseitenwände jeweils eine Innenwandung und eine im Abstand dazu angeordnete Außenwandung aufweisen. Zwischen der Innenwandung und der Außenwandung ist folglich ein Hohlraum vorgesehen, der zur Aufnahme von einem aushärtbaren Füllmaterial wie Beton dient. DieFig. 1 zeigt eine derartige aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Anordnung einer Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung 10, die in einer mit einer Sohlplatte 20 versehenen Bodenausnehmung 30 angeordnet ist. - Üblicherweise werden die vorgefertigten Kassetten also in eine mit einer Sohlplatte versehene Bodenausnehmung am Einsatzort eingebracht, wie in
Fig. 1 gezeigt ist. An Orten, die die Aushebung einer Bodenausnehmung und die Einbringung eines Fundaments nicht ermöglichen, lassen sich auch die herkömmlichen Kassetten nicht ohne Weiteres installieren. Entsprechende Probleme entstehen überall dort, wo eine fertig montierte Kassette auf einem unbefestigten Untergrund wie Schlick, Schlamm oder Meeresgrund und allgemein gesagt auf einem statisch nicht festen Untergrund installiert werden soll. - Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung zu schaffen, die ohne eine mit einer Sohlplatte versehene Bodenausnehmung auskommt und die folglich auf einem unbefestigten Untergrund installiert werden kann.
- Zur Lösung der oben genannten Aufgabe wird eine Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Schutzanspruchs 1 vorgeschlagen. Die Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung ist insbesondere für Fahrzeuge vorgesehen, beispielsweise für Bau- und Nutzfahrzeuge, und umfasst eine ein- oder mehrteilige Kassette aus Stahl od. dgl. korrosionsbeständigem Material mit zwei Längsseitenwänden, endseitig angeordneten Stirnseitenwänden und einem Boden, wobei zumindest die Seitenwände jeweils eine Innenwandung und eine im Abstand dazu angeordnete Außenwandung aufweisen, die einen Hohlraum für die Aufnahme von einem aushärtbaren Füllmaterial begrenzen. Die Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass eine außerhalb der Kassette angeordnete Verbauwand, insbesondere eine Spundwand umfasst, die in einem Abstand zur Kassette angeordnet ist, wobei an der Innen- und/oder an der Außenwandung der Längsseitenwände mehrere beabstandete Trägerelemente zur hängenden Lagerung der Kassette auf der Verbauwand, insbesondere auf der Spundwand, angebracht sind.
- Ein wesentlicher Punkt der Erfindung liegt somit darin, dass durch die an der Innen- und/oder an der Außenwandung befestigten Trägerelemente keine Bodenausnehmung mit einem befestigten Untergrund mehr notwendig ist. Die Trägerelemente ermöglichen es nämlich in vorteilhafter Weise, die Kassette im Wesentlichen frei hängend zwischen zwei Verbauwänden, insbesondere Spundwänden, zu lagern. Die Installation der Kassette kann damit auf jeglichem unbefestigten Untergrund, beispielsweise auch auf Meeresboden mit Hilfe von geeigneten Verbauwänden erfolgen. Insgesamt werden die Einsatzmöglichkeiten der Kassette damit wesentlich erweitert und bisher durch den Baugrund vorhandene Einschränkungen überwunden.
- Besonders bevorzugt wird eine Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung, bei der die Trägerelemente als Stahlträger, insbesondere als Doppel-T-Träger, ausgebildet sind. Die Trägerelemente werden dabei herstellerseitig mit der Kassette verbunden und werden folglich gemeinsam mit der Kassette als vorgefertigtes Teil an den Einsatzort geliefert. Vorzugsweise sind die Trägerelemente an die Innen- und/oder an die Außenwandung angeschweißt. Die Befestigung erfolgt dabei vorzugsweise am oberen Ende der Innen- und/oder Außenwandung, wobei vorliegend unter dem oberen Ende ein dem Boden abgewandtes Ende der Innen- und/oder Außenwandung verstanden wird.
- Zwischen den Trägerelementen und der Verbauwand sind vorzugsweise ein oder mehrere Abstandselemente vorgesehen. Diese können beispielsweise in Form von U-Profilen ausgebildet sein und können sowohl mit dem Abstandselement als auch mit der Verbauwand unlösbar verbunden, insbesondere verschweißt sein. Durch das Abstandselement bzw. die Abstandselemente erfolgt eine Nivellierung der Höhe der Verbauwand, die üblicherweise aus mehreren Verbauwandabschnitten besteht, die folglich unterschiedlich tief in den Untergrund eingebracht worden sein können. Die hieraus resultierenden Höhenunterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Verbauwandabschnitten werden durch das Abstandselement bzw. die Abstandselemente ausgeglichen. Besonders bevorzugt wird eine Ausführungsform, bei der sich ein einziges Abstandselement über die gesamte Länge einer Verbauwand erstreckt. Das Abstandselement bildet dann eine durchgehende ebene Fläche, auf der die Trägerelemente platziert werden können.
- Vorzugsweise ist noch vorgesehen, dass die Außenwandung eine die Kassette vollständig umschließende Hülle bildet. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, eine frei hängende Anordnung der Kassette zur realisieren, bei der in den Hohlraum zwischen der Innenwandung und der Außenwandung ein Füllmaterial wie Beton eingefüllt wird. Die Außenwandung muss bei dieser Ausgestaltung nicht von einem Befestigungs- bzw. Füllmaterial umgeben sein.
- Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

- Die
Fig. 2 zeigt eine schematische Querschnittdarstellung einer Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung 1 gemäß der Erfindung. Die Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung 1 umfasst eine Kassette 3 aus Stahl od. dgl. korrosionsbeständigem Material. Die Kassette weist zwei Längsseitenwände 5 sowie endseitig angeordnete und in denFiguren 3 und 4 erkennbare Stirnseitenwände 7 auf. Ferner ist ein Boden 9 vorgesehen. Die Seitenwände 5 und 7 umfassen jeweils eine Innenwandung 11 und eine Außenwandung 13, die zwischen sich einen Hohlraum 15 ausbilden. In den Hohlraum 15 kann nach der endgültigen Positionierung der Kassette 3 ein Füllmaterial, wie beispielsweise Beton, eingefüllt werden. Der Hohlraum 15 umfasst auch Durchbrechungen in den Stegen von T-Trägern zwischen der Innen- und Außenwandung, die eine Fluidverbindung des gesamten Hohlraums 15 ermöglichen. Die Durchbrechungen sind in derFig. 2 in Form von Kreisen dargestellt. - An einem oberen, d.h. dem Boden 9 abgewandten Ende der Längsseitenwand 5 ist jeweils ein Trägerelement 17 an der Innenwandung 11 angebracht. Das Trägerelement 17 ist vorzugsweise als Stahlträger, vorliegend konkret als Doppel-T-Träger ausgebildet und mit der Innenwandung 11 verschweißt. Grundsätzlich denkbar ist auch eine zusätzliche oder eine alternative Verbindung des Trägerelements 17 mit der Außenwandung 13. Aus Gründen der Stabilität empfiehlt sich jedoch die Verbindung des Trägerelements 17 mit der Innenwandung 11.
- Die Trägerelemente 17 sind insgesamt länglich ausgebildet und erstrecken sich quer zu einer Längsrichtung L (siehe
Fig. 3 ) der Kassette 3. Ferner liegen die Trägerelemente 17 jeweils auf einer Verbauwand, beispielsweise auf einer Spundwand 19 auf. Grundsätzlich kann die Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung gemäß der Erfindung mit Hilfe der Trägerelemente 17 auch auf anderen Verbauwänden wie Bohrpfahlwänden, Schlitzwänden od. dgl. Wandtypen befestigt werden. Die Spundwände 19 sind parallel zueinander ausgerichtet und derart auf die Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung ausgerichtet, dass die Kassette 3 mittels der Trägerelemente 17 hängend zwischen den Spundwänden 19 platziert werden kann. - Zwischen einem Trägerelement 17 und einer Spundwand 19 ist jeweils ein Abstandselement 21 angeordnet. Das Abstandselement 21 ist vorzugsweise sowohl mit dem Trägerelement 17 als auch mit der Spundwand 19 unlösbar befestigt und insbesondere verschweißt. In der in
Fig. 2 gezeigten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das Abstandselement 21 als U-Profil ausgebildet, das quasi über die Spundwand 19 gestülpt ist. Die Schenkel des U-förmigen Abstandselements 21 verlaufen folglich seitlich und im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Spundwand 19, während die rückseitige Oberfläche des Abstandselements 21 an dem Trägerelement 17 flächig anliegt. Das Abstandselement 21 erstreckt sich vorzugsweise über die gesamte Länge der Spundwand 19, so dass eine geschlossene nivellierte ebene Fläche resultiert, auf welcher die Trägerelemente 17 platziert werden können. Für die Installation der Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung 1 ist die Nivellierung notwendig, da die Spundwände 19 üblicherweise nicht auf einem identischen Höhenniveau sind, sondern einige Spundwandabschnitte können höher oder niedriger gelagert sein als andere, so dass eine ungleichmäßige Ebene resultiert, die durch das Abstandselement 21 ausgeglichen wird. Mit anderen Worten überbrückt das Abstandselement 21 etwaige Unebenheiten an der Oberseite der Spundwand 19, die aus mehreren Spundwandabschnitten besteht. Das Abstandselement 21 dient somit insgesamt als Nivellierungseinrichtung zum Ausgleich einer ggf. variierenden Höhe der Spundwände 19. - Die
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf eine Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung 1 gemäß der Erfindung. Die Figur macht deutlich, dass entlang der Längsrichtung L der Kassette 3 mehrere Trägerelemente 17 jeweils an jeder der beiden Längsseitenwände 5 in festgelegten Abständen angebracht sind. Insgesamt sind in dem inFig. 3 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel vierzehn Trägerelemente 17 an jeder der Längsseitenwände 5 angebracht. Je nach Ausgestaltung und Gewicht der Kassette 3 können mehr oder weniger Trägerelemente 17 an den Seitenwänden vorgesehen sein. Auch die Abstände zwischen den Trägerelementen 17 können, insbesondere im Bereich 1,5 - 3 m, variieren. Beispielsweise kann vorgesehen sein, dass im Bereich von höheren Gewichtskonzentrationen (kN/m2) in der Kassette 3 eine größere Dichte an Trägerelementen 17 vorgesehen ist. Weiterhin können die Ausgestaltung und die Tragfähigkeit der Trägerelemente 17 je nach Anforderung variieren. Auch die verwendeten U-Profil-förmigen Abstandselemente 21 können je nach Anwendungsfall und Ausgestaltung der Spundwand unterschiedlich belastbar ausgestaltet sein. Insbesondere hängen die Ausgestaltung und die Tragfähigkeit der Trägerelemente 17 auch von der Art und Tragfähigkeit der Verbauwand ab. - Die
Fig. 4 zeigt noch die Anwendung der Trägerelemente 17 für eine andere Ausführungsform einer Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung 1. In der inFig. 4 gezeigten Ausführungsform umfasst die Kassette 3 seitliche Erweiterungen 23, die insbesondere sogenannte Busluken bilden, um einen seitlichen Zugang zum Innenraum der Kassette zu gewährleisten. Es versteht sich, dass die Spundwand 19 an die Form der seitlichen Erweiterungen 23 entsprechend angepasst sein und folglich die Kontur der Kassette 3 aufweisen muss. Dies ist ohne Weiteres durch die Verbindung von mehreren Spundwandabschnitten möglich. Wie auch in den übrigen Bereichen der Längsseitenwände 5, sind im Bereich der seitlichen Erweiterungen 23 entsprechende Trägerelemente 17 vorgesehen, welche die Kassette 3 in diesem Bereich an der Spundwand 19 abstützen. - Die
Fig. 5 zeigt noch eine Detaildarstellung eines an der Innenwandung 11 einer Kassette 3 befestigten Trägerelements 17. Dabei wird deutlich, dass das Trägerelement 17 an einem oberen Abschnitt der Innenwandung 11 angebracht ist, wobei dieser obere Abschnitt durch ein L- und ein U-Profil gebildet wird. - Die Installation der samt Trägerelemente 17 vollständig vorgefertigten Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung 1 erfolgt am Ort der Benutzung wie folgt: Zunächst werden Spundwände 19 erstellt, die aus einzelnen Profilen Spundwandabschnitten) bestehen, die über Schlösser (Nut-Feder-Verbindung) miteinander dicht verbunden sind. Die Spundwände 19 werden zumindest dann, wenn das freie Meer als Baugrund dient, in Form eines wasserdicht abgeschlossenen Raumes 25 ausgebildet, in den die Kassette 3 später eingesetzt werden kann. Sofern die Installation in Küstennähe erfolgt, können die Spundwände beispielsweise eine Höhe von ca. 25 m oder mehr aufweisen, wobei das obere freie Ende über dem Meeresspiegel liegt und das andere Ende der Spundwandabschnitte in den Meeresboden eingerammt oder -gerüttelt ist. Der Abstand zweier paralleler Spundwände 19 muss dabei so gewählt werden, dass die Kassette zwischen ihnen platzierbar ist und die Trägerelemente auf den oberen Enden der Spundwände zum Liegen kommen können. Vorteilhafterweise wird vor der Einbringung der Kassette in dem Raum 25 befindliches Wasser abgepumpt.
- Anschließend wird auf das obere freiliegende Ende der Spundwände 19 das Abstandselement 21, insbesondere in Form des in der
Fig. 2 gezeigten U-Profils, aufgebracht und mit der Spundwand 19 verschweißt. Vorzugsweise erstreckt sich das Abstandselement 21 an jeder Seite des Raums 25 jeweils entlang der gesamten Spundwand 19. Anschließend kann die Kassette mitsamt der Trägerelemente 17 in den Raum 25 eingebracht werden und die Trägerelemente 17 mit dem Abstandselement 21 verschweißt werden. Ein Befüllen des Raums 25 mit Füllmaterial, wie Erdreich o. dgl., ist nicht zwingend erforderlich. Vielmehr kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Kassette 3 frei hängend im Raum 25 angeordnet ist. Entscheidend ist hierbei, dass die Außenwandung 13 eine die Kassette 3 vollständig abschließende Hülle bildet. Dadurch, dass die Kassette 3 durch die vollständig geschlossene Außenwandung 13 abgeschlossen ist, können die Füllkammern, d.h. der Hohlraum 15 zwischen der Innenwandung 11 und der Außenwandung 13, mit dem Füllmaterial gefüllt werden, ohne dass dieses in den Raum 25 entweicht. Anschließend kann eine Sohlplatte 27 auf die Trägerelemente 17 und geeignete Armierungen der Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung 1 aufgebracht werden. - Insgesamt schafft die vorliegende Erfindung eine vorteilhafte Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung, die unabhängig von den örtlichen Gegebenheiten und insbesondere unabhängig von der Beschaffenheit des Untergrunds installiert werden kann.

Claims (8)
- Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung (1) für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere Bau- und Nutzfahrzeuge, umfassend- eine ein- oder mehrteilige Kassette (3) aus Stahl oder dergleichen korrosionsbeständigem Material mit zwei Längsseitenwänden (5),- endseitig angeordnete Stirnseitenwände (7)
und- einen Boden (9),wobei zumindest die Seitenwände (5, 7) jeweils eine Innenwandung (11) und eine im Abstand dazu angeordnete Außenwandung (13) aufweisen, die einen Hohlraum (15) für die Aufnahme von einem aushärtbaren Füllmaterial begrenzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung (1) ferner eine außerhalb der Kassette (3) angeordnete Verbauwand, insbesondere eine Spundwand (19), umfasst, die in einem Abstand zur Kassette (3) angeordnet ist, wobei
an der Innen- und/oder an der Außenwandung (11, 13) der Längsseitenwände (5) mehrere beabstandete Trägerelemente (17) zur hängenden Lagerung der Kassette (3) auf der Verbauwand, insbesondere der Spundwand (19), angebracht sind. - Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Trägerelemente (17) als Stahlträger, insbesondere als Doppel-T-Träger, ausgebildet sind. - Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Trägerelemente (17) an die Innen- und/oder an die Außenwandung (5, 7) angeschweißt sind. - Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Trägerelemente (17) am oberen Ende der Innen- und/oder Außenwandung (11, 13) befestigt sind. - Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zwischen den Trägerelementen (17) und der Verbauwand ein oder mehrere Abstandselemente (21), insbesondere in Form eines U-Profils, angeordnet ist. - Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Abstandselement (21) mit der Verbauwand und dem Trägerelement (17) verschweißt ist. - Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich das Abstandselement (21) zur Schaffung einer durchgehenden ebenen Fläche über die gesamte Länge der Verbauwand erstreckt. - Montage- und Reparatureinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Außenwandung (13) eine die Kassette (3) vollständig verschließende Hülle bildet.
