Vielmehr ist es sogar möglich, Gut - in einem Arbeitsschritt - in Korngrößenbereiche zu trennen und auf eigene Halden aufzuschütten. Mithilfe mehrerer Förderabschnitte kann Fördergut zudem vergleichsweise flexibel transportiert werden. Im Gegensatz zu Fördereinrichtungen, die lediglich einen Förderabschnitt aufweisen, kann der Transportweg äußerst flexibel - etwa an die örtlichen Begebenheiten oder anderen Erfordernissen entsprechend - angepasst werden.
