Claims (6)
- Hemmungsmechanismus (200), umfassend zwischen einer unteren Platine (2) und einer Brücke (3) ein Hemmungsrad (2), eine Unruh (41), die dafür ausgelegt ist, unter der Wirkung mindestens einer Spiralfeder oder eines sich hin und her bewegenden elastischen Rückstellmittels (7) zu einer hin und her gehenden Bewegung angetrieben zu werden, und ein Mittel (6) zum zeitweisen Blockieren des Hemmungsrades (5), das dafür ausgelegt ist, mit der Unruh (41) zusammenzuwirken, und zumindest in der unteren Platine (2) drehbar ist und eine nicht demontierbare Monoblockkomponente mit der unteren Platine (2) bildet, wobei der Mechanismus (6) zum zeitweisen Blockieren mindestens einen Anker (61) aufweist, der einteilig mit der Platine (2) gebildet ist, mit der er durch elastische Rückstellmittel (65) verbunden ist, wobei die nicht demontierbare Monoblockkomponente (20) aus Silicium besteht und zum Ausführen einer Energieverteilungsfunktion intrinsische elastische Rückstellmittel enthält, die mindestens ein bistabiles oder multistabiles biegsames Element umfassen und in einem oxidierten Zustand des Siliciums vorgespannt sind, wobei die Platine (2) mit Bahnbegrenzungsanschlägen für den Mechanismus (6) zum zeitweisen Blockieren einteilig ausgebildet ist.
- Hemmungsmechanismus (200) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anker (61) innerhalb des Umfangs des Radkranzes der Unruh (41) drehbar ist.
- Hemmungsmechanismus (200) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der gesamte Anker (61) unterhalb der Unruh (41) bewegt.
- Hemmungsmechanismus (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anker (61) einen oberen Teil (62) umfasst, der Paletten, Hörner und einen Sicherheitsstift trägt und an einen unteren Teil (63) angefügt und befestigt ist, der sich in der Ebene der Platine (2) befindet, mit der er durch elastische Rückstellmittel (65) verbunden ist, die ebenfalls in der Ebene der Platine (2) angeordnet sind.
- Hemmungsmechanismus (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anker (61) zwischen der Platine (2) und einer Brücke (3) angeordnet ist und einen oberen Teil (62) umfasst, der Paletten, Hörner und einen Sicherheitsstift aus einem oder mehreren Teilen (62A; 62B) trägt und mit einem unteren Teil (63) einteilig ausgebildet ist und sich über diesem in Richtung der Brücke (3) erstreckt, wobei der untere Teil (63) in der Ebene der Platine (2) angeordnet ist, mit der er durch elastische Rückstellmittel (65) verbunden ist, die ebenfalls in der Ebene der Platine (2) angeordnet sind.
- Mechanisches Uhrwerk (100), umfassend mindestens einen Hemmungsmechanismus (200) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
