Elément de regroupement à regrouper au moins deux cordons d'actionnement (12) pour une installation d'ombrage, à un dispositif de serrage (25) à fixer lesdits cordons d'actionnement (12) en une position de serrage à l'encontre d'une traction (44) en direction longitudinale desdits cordons d'actionnement (12) et à libérer lesdits cordons d'actionnement (12) en une position de libération, quand lesdits cordons d'actionnement (12) sont écartés l'un de l'autre, à ladite direction de serrage (25) comprenant des éléments de fixation (26, 28) pivotables autour d'au moins un axe de pivotement (31), qui coopèrent l'un avec l'autre afin de fixer lesdits cordons d'actionnement (12) en leur position de serrage, dans lequel un plan de fixation (42) est orienté à un angle droit par rapport à l'orientation longitudinale desdits cordons d'actionnement (12) et croise un centre (41) dudit axe de pivotement (31), auxdits éléments de fixation (26, 28) étant pivotés, en position de serrage, en dehors dudit plan de fixation (42) et en une direction opposée à ladite traction (44) en direction longitudinale desdits cordons d'actionnement (12), et dans lequel un premier élément de fixation (26) est affecté à un premier volet pivotant (15) et un deuxième élément de fixation (28) est affecté à un deuxième volet pivotant (16), et dans lequel une structure porteuse et/ou un carter (11) à recevoir les extrémités libres desdits cordons d'actionnement (12) comprend lesdits deux volets pivotants, qui sont montés de façon pivotant à ladite structure porteuse et/ou ledit carter (11) afin de fixer et libérer lesdits cordons d'actionnement (12), auxdits volets pivotants (15, 16) permettant l'ouverture et la fermeture de ladite structure porteuse et/ou dudit carter (11) pour l'insertion des extrémités libres desdits cordons d'actionnement (12) dans l'intérieur ou pour la sortie de ladite structure porteuse et/ou dudit carter en dehors de l'intérieur, pendant que lesdits volets pivotants (15, 16) servent, en même temps, à fixer et libérer lesdits cordons d'actionnement (12), caractérisé en ce que ledit premier élément de fixation (26) et ledit deuxième élément de fixation (28) se trouvent en face l'un à l'autre, et en ce que ledit premier élément de fixation (26) comprend une entretoise (27) et ledit deuxième élément de fixation (28) comprend une rainure (29) à recevoir, au moins en partie, ladite entretoise (27) afin de serrer lesdits cordons d'actionnement (12) entre ladite entretoise (27) et ladite rainure (29).
  2. Elément de regroupement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en leur position de libération, lesdits éléments de fixation (26, 28) sont pivotés en dehors dudit plan de fixation (42) et en direction vers ladite traction (44) en direction longitudinale desdits cordons d'actionnement (12), au mouvement de pivotement desdits éléments de fixation (26, 28) étant guidé, de préférence, à travers ledit plan de fixation (42) afin de commuter en dehors de la position de serrage en la position de libération et en dehors de la position de libération en la position de serrage, et/ou à l'effet maximal de serrage desdits éléments de fixation (26, 28) étant achevé pour la fixation desdits cordons d'actionnement (12) dans le plan de fixation (42).
  3. Elément de regroupement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier élément de fixation (26) et un deuxième élément de fixation (28) sont respectivement pivotables autour d'un axe propre de pivotement (31), et en ce que lesdits axes de pivotement (31) desdits deux éléments de fixation (26, 28) sont disposés dans le même plan de fixation (42), audit premier élément de fixation (26) et audit deuxième élément de fixation (28) étant écartés, de préférence, dudit axe de pivotement (31).
  4. Elément de regroupement selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits volets pivotants (15, 16) est pivotable autour d'un axe de pivotement (31) respectif.
  5. Elément de regroupement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite structure porteuse et/ou ledit carter (11) pour lesdits volets pivotants (15, 16) est muni d'un axe de pivotement (31) respectif, qui est orienté transversalement, en particulier à un angle droit, par rapport à la direction de traction pour l'actionnement de l'installation d'ombrage, et/ou est disposé dans une zone centrale de ladite structure et/ou dudit carter (11).
  6. Elément de regroupement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits volets pivotants (15, 16) et/ou lesdits axes de pivotement (31) sont disposés entre une partie avant (14) et une partie arrière (13) de ladite structure porteuse et/ou dudit carter (11), audit axe de pivotement (31) étant relié à ladite partie arrière (13) de manière fixe en rotation, de préférence, pendant qu'une extrémité libre dudit axe de pivotement (31) est logé de manière rotative dans une partie réceptrice de ladite partie avant (14).
  7. Elément de regroupement selon une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deux volets pivotants (15, 16) coopèrent l'un avec l'autre afin de fournir ledit dispositif de serrage (25), qui est disposé, en particulier, dans une zone centrale de ladite structure porteuse et/ou dudit carter (11) pour la fixation desdits cordons d'actionnement (12), audit premier élément de fixation (26) et audit deuxième élément de fixation (28) sont respectivement orientés vers l'intérieur et/ou se trouvent l'un en face de l'autre, de préférence, en partant dudit axe de pivotement (31), afin de pivoter lesdits volets pivotants (15, 16) dans l'intérieur dudit carter (11).
  8. Elément de regroupement selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de fixation (26, 28) et/ou lesdits volets pivotants (15, 16) sont logés de façon à pivoter en directions opposées, en ce que lesdits éléments de fixation (26, 28) et/ou lesdits volets pivotants (15, 16) comprennent, en particulier, un élément coupleur (30) respectif pour le pivotement accouplé et/ou simultané autour dudit axe de pivotement (31), audit élément coupleur (30) dudit premier élément de fixation (26) et/ou dudit premier volet pivotant (15) coopérant, de préférence, avec ledit élément coupleur (30) dudit deuxième élément de fixation (28) et/ou dudit deuxième volet pivotant (16), et en ce qu'en particulier ledit élément coupleur (30) est configuré sous forme d'une roue dentée ou un segment de roue dentée, qui est orientée, de préférence, dans l'intérieur de ladite structure porteuse et/ou dudit carter (11).
  9. Elément de regroupement selon une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deux volets pivotants (15, 16) sont munis d'une zone de volet (40) respective à fermer et ouvrir ledit carter (11), laquelle zone s'étend en haut, en partant dudit axe de pivotement (31), quand ledit carter (11) se trouve en état fermé, et s'étend vers l'extérieur, en s'éloignant dudit carter (11), quand ledit carter (11) se trouve en état ouvert, à ladite zone de volet (40) ayant, de préférence, une fente (20) à son extrémité supérieure libre pour la réception desdits cordons d'actionnement (12), laquelle fente est orientée, en particulier, selon la direction de pivotement desdits volets pivotants (15, 16).
  10. Elément de regroupement selon une quelconque des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits volets pivotants (15, 16) comprend un premier élément coupleur (22) respectif, qui coopère avec un deuxième élément coupleur (23) à configuration correspondante à l'autre volet pivotant (15, 16) respectif, à ladite structure porteuse et/ou audit carter (11) pour la fixation détachable desdits volets pivotants (15, 16) en un état fermé dudit carter (11), à la connexion dudit premier élément coupleur (22) avec ledit deuxième élément coupleur (23) étant détachable, de préférence, grâce à l'écartement desdits cordons d'actionnement (12) en un sens transversal par rapport à la direction de traction pour l'actionnement de l'installation d'ombrage.
  11. Elément de regroupement selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier élément coupleur (22) est configuré sous forme d'un premier élément d'encliquetage et ledit deuxième élément coupleur (23) est configuré sous forme d'un deuxième élément d'encliquetage en correspondance avec ledit premier élément d'encliquetage, audit premier élément d'encliquetage étant affecté, de préférence, à une extrémité supérieure de ladite zone de volet (40) et audit deuxième élément d'encliquetage étant affecté à une extrémité supérieure de ladite structure porteuse et/ou dudit carter (11), en particulier de la partie arrière (13) et/ou à l'arrière (17) dudit carter (11).
