Definitions
- the invention relates to installations for diffusing a mist of droplets on products.
- the fog flow is sensitive to drafts, so that it is necessary to increase the fog flow and / or its speed to obtain the fog. expected effect which increases the consumption of water and energy.
- the fog, or at least part of it may fall out of the cabinet rather than on the products.
- it is sometimes difficult to obtain a uniform diffusion of fog so that some products receive much more droplets than others.
- An object of the invention is to improve the facilities for diffusing a mist of droplets.
- the first and second diffusers form antagonistic diffusers.
- the function of the first diffuser is to cool the products with fog.
- the function of the second broadcaster is in particular to improve the efficiency of the broadcast performed by the first broadcaster.
- the flow of the second diffuser makes the flow of the first less sensitive to drafts and promotes its confinement on the furniture in the product area.
- the second diffuser acts as an air curtain protecting the fog of the first diffuser against movements and drafts of ambient air. This gives a more homogeneous fog diffusion on the products. This is particularly the case when the invention is used on gondola heads which constitute a difficult zone for nebulization.
- the fog jet of the second diffuser is also used to refresh the products in addition to its protection function with respect to the first broadcasters explained above. Since the invention improves the efficiency of diffusion, it has a better performance and reduces energy and water consumption, the amount of fog used per square meter is lower than in the prior art. When the invention is implemented on a place of sale, the second diffuser with its fog spray also makes all the display and products on sale even more attractive to the public.
- the second diffuser is able to direct the fog upwards, especially with an inclination of 45 ° relative to the vertical direction.
- This characteristic is used in particular when the product receiving zone is horizontal or slightly inclined with respect to the horizontal plane.
- This inclination value is given here by way of example and the inclination can be given any value between 0 and 90 °, the terminals being excluded.
- the second diffuser extends to a height less than that of the first diffuser.
- the fog of the second diffuser then protects even better that of the first. It provides protection over a greater fraction of the height that travels in the opposite direction the fog of the first diffuser from its exit of the diffuser to the area.
- At least one of the diffusers comprises means for adjusting an inclination of a direction of the mist coming out of the diffuser relative to the vertical direction.
- each of the diffusers is movably mounted so as to be orientable to select the direction of diffusion of the fog.
- one of the first and second diffusers is located at a distance from the periphery of the cabinet and the other of the first and second diffusers is located at the periphery.
- the first diffuser is located at a distance from the periphery of the furniture.
- the second diffuser is located on the periphery of the furniture.
- the second diffuser protects the fog of the first particularly effective because its fog is emitted at the border of the furniture with the surrounding environment.
- the second diffuser is located on a piece of furniture.
- the second diffuser is integrated in the installation in a discrete and space-saving manner.
- the furniture has at least two areas, at least one of diffusers being able to diffuse the fog on the two zones, each zone extending between this diffuser and another of the diffusers.
- the same diffuser makes it possible to obtain the effects of the invention on two zones, either simultaneously or on a single zone at a time according to the embodiment.
- the cabinet may comprise at least two first diffusers defining a first straight line and at least two second diffusers defining a second straight line parallel to the first straight line.
- the fog jets of the second diffusers cooperate to form a web from jointly protecting the fog jets of the first diffusers.
- the piece of furniture comprising a plurality of second diffusers forming an assembly surrounding the first diffuser or diffusers, the second diffusers cooperating to protect the mist emitted by the first diffuser or diffusers.
- the first diffuser has at least one elongated orifice in the vertical direction.
- Such an orifice makes it possible to produce a fog jet having a good angular distribution in vertical and horizontal planes.
- the second diffuser has at least one orifice of circular shape.
- the first diffuser is mounted on a mast.
- first and second diffusers are orientable and / or closable in whole or in part.
- This may be the orientation of the diffuser rotating about a vertical axis, regardless of the choice of the inclination of the fog jet relative to the vertical direction. Alternatively or cumulatively, it may be the orientation of the diffuser in rotation about a horizontal axis for the adjustment of this inclination. The orientation may concern only part of the broadcaster and not all of it.
- the cabinet comprises at least one mist generator located at a distance from the diffusers.
- the or at least one of the generators is capable of fogging the two diffusers or at least two or all of the diffusers.
- the installation comprises at least one ultrasonic mist generator.

- Also provided according to the invention is a method for diffusing mist of droplets over products according to claim 13.
- the first diffuser or all of the first diffusers has a fog flow rate greater than that of the second diffuser or the set of second diffusers.
- the second diffuser produces a jet of fog having a greater speed than that of the jet produced by the first diffuser.
- the droplets are formed of water and do not include a cleaning agent, a disinfecting agent or a biocide.
- FIG. 1 a food presentation facility.
- This is a piece of furniture forming in this case a table.
- this piece of furniture is used in a place of sale.
- the products here are fresh products consisting of vegetables 4, 6.
- the plant can also be used for other fresh food products such as fruit, meat or fish. It is also applicable to food products such as cheese and more generally any product sensitive to drying.
- the piece of furniture which forms here a display, comprises in the lower part a frame 8 forming a foot of the furniture and in the upper part a display 10 resting on the frame and which here has a rectangular shape in plan.
- the piece of furniture has in this case a median vertical plane of symmetry P, illustrated in FIG. figure 3 .
- the display 10 comprises a bottom wall 12 which is in this case non-planar but essentially horizontal shape.
- the wall 12 here has a wavy shape so that its profile passes through a maximum height at the plane P, the end edges 14 of the wall being at a height less than that of its center line.
- the display is suitable for receiving products such as vegetables 4, 6. It is open at the top so that products can be observed or taken by the public passing around the display.
- the cabinet 2 comprises means for the diffusion of a fog of droplets of nebulized water, above the products and up to them in order to preserve the freshness.
- the furniture 2 comprises first diffusers 16 and second diffusers 18.
- the first broadcasters 16 are in this case two in number. They each extend in the middle part of the display, at a distance from its periphery, and intercept the plane P.
- the first two diffusers 16 are identical to each other. As illustrated in figure 4 they each comprise a cylindrical rectilinear vertical mast 20 with a circular cross section. They also include a head 22 extending at the upper end of the mast. The head is completely closed with the exception of orifices 24 which in this case have an elongate shape in the vertical direction to give them a slot shape.
- the orifices are identical to each other and located at the same height, being regularly distributed around the vertical axis of symmetry of the diffuser. They are formed in a lower wall of the head which has a symmetry of revolution around the axis of the diffuser and whose diameter decreases as one runs the head down. This wall is therefore oriented downwards and has for example the shape of a sphere part.
- the orifices 24 are oriented downwards and towards the wall 12 and the products.
- the orifices 24 extend for example between 0.2 and 1 meter, preferably 0.5 meter, above the display and above the uppermost part of the wall 12.
- the two diffusers are separated from each other by a distance of one meter and each extend 0.5 meters from the edge of the display. It is advantageous that the orifices are located at height about 0.3 m from the top of the products to be moistened, ie about 0.5 m from the bottom of the display, but this depends on the proper height of the products. It is advantageous in this respect that the diffusers are adjustable in height.
- the second diffusers 18 are here six in number and located on the horizontal flat upper face 28 of the strip 30 which forms the periphery of the display unit surrounding the wall 12 on all sides.
- the second diffusers project from this face 28. to the top.
- Three of the diffusers 18 extend on one of the end bands located to the left on the figure 3 and the other three extend on the other end strip located on the right in the same figure.
- the second diffusers are regularly spaced apart and extend at a distance from both ends of the strip.
- the three second diffusers 18 on the left are aligned with each other, as are the three second diffusers 18 on the right.
- Each of the corresponding lines is parallel to the line defined by the first diffusers 16. And these are between the two lines formed by the second diffusers.
- the second diffusers 18 form an assembly that surrounds all the first diffusers 16.
- the second diffusers 18 are illustrated in particular in Figures 5 and 6 and are identical to each other. They each comprise a hemispherical shaped head forming the upper part of the diffuser which extends downward from its equator by a cylindrical wall to reach the face 28. The wall of the head is thus entirely oriented upwards.
- Each second diffuser 18 has a hole 32, here unique, of circular shape and formed in the hemispherical upper wall of the diffuser so that the axis of the orifice is oriented upwards and more specifically in this case with a tilting 45 ° from the vertical direction. In addition, the orifice is oriented towards the plane P.
- the orifices 32 of the second diffusers 18 therefore extend lower than those 24 of the first diffusers 16. They extend closer to the wall 12 and the products than the first diffusers.
- the second adjacent diffusers are spaced 0.666 meters apart and the diffusers located at the end of the row are spaced from the end closest to the 0.335 meter strip.
- the orifices 32 have for example a diameter of 8 mm.
- each second diffuser 18 which emerges from the strip 30. From moreover, the diffuser this time has two circular orifices 32, identical to each other and extending at the same height while being both directed in the direction of the plane P.
- the frame 8 contains a power supply box 34 which supplies power to a fog generator 36.
- the installation comprises at least one generator 36 which comprises one or more ultrasonic transmitters equipped for example with an acoustic concentration nozzle for producing the mist formed by water droplets suspended in an air flow.
- the generator is supplied with water by a suitable means. Such a generator is known in itself from the document FR-2 788 706 and will not be described here further.
- the water is devoid of any cleaning agent, biocide or disinfectant.
- the generator extends away from the display 10 and the diffusers.
- the installation comprises a set of ducts 13 by means of which the fog produced by the generator or generators is transmitted to the diffusers 16, 18.
- the fog supply of the second diffusers 18 is provided by ducts hidden in the strips. 30 and themselves connected to the fog generator. It is advantageous to connect each diffuser to a siphon, which is accessed by removing the diffuser, to allow cleaning of the siphon and also to extract siphon objects that would have been introduced into the openings of the diffusers by people of the public.
- the assembly is controlled by means of a control box 40 for controlling and adjusting the operation of the furniture.
- the housing allows in particular to adjust the ventilation speed, that is to say the speed of the air forming part of the fog, the nebulization power and other parameters of the machine (cycle, safety thresholds, etc. .).
- the first diffusers 16 diffuse fog jets 37 through their respective orifices 24. Given the regular distribution of orifices around each diffuser in this example, the fog is produced all around the diffuser being directed from the outlet of the orifice 24 downwards towards the wall 12 and the products 4, 6 when they are present.
- the fog jet 37 issuing from each orifice has, for example, an inclination of approximately 30 ° with respect to the vertical direction, as shown by the arrows 45. This inclination value is given here by way of example and it is possible to give at the inclination any value between 0 and 90 °, the terminals being excluded.
- the fog jet 39 is oriented upwards and inclined at 45 ° with respect to the vertical direction.
- This inclination value is given here by way of example and the inclination can be given any value between 0 and 90 °, the terminals being excluded.
- the average direction of this jet was represented by the arrows 46 on the figures 10 and 11 .
- the jets 39 produced by the three diffusers of each strip cooperate to form a sheet of parallel jets.
- the fog thus diffused first rises above the wall 12 and above the jets of fog 37 produced by the first diffusers that it covers at least in part.
- the fog of the second diffusers falls towards the zones 43 and 44 until reaching also the products.
- the jets 37 of the first diffusers come directly to refresh the products while the jets 39 of the second diffusers rise first in the air before falling back on the products. Above all, they come to protect the fog emitted by the first diffusers with respect to movements and currents of ambient air to confine it and to improve the homogeneity of the cooling of the products.
- FIG. 12 to 14 an alternative embodiment of the furniture 2 according to the invention.
- the cabinet is this time made by means of modular sections 50 identical to each other.
- each module 50 there is the general shape of the furniture of the figure 2 , except that the two strips laterally delimiting the wall 12 are absent to allow it to connect directly with that of the neighboring modules when they are placed end to end as shown on the furniture 52 of the figure 13 that was done that way.
- each module 50 there are the first diffusers 16, here two in number, arranged in the plane P and two groups of three second diffusers 18 arranged on the strips 30 of respective ends.
- one of the first diffusers 16 is contiguous to one of the free lateral edges of the wall 12 while the other is located in the central part of the module.
- such a module can be used in several copies to form a cabinet forming a display.
- the piece of furniture 52 has been made by assembling modules 50 whose P symmetry planes are merged.
- the modules are arranged so that the surfaces 12 extend in continuity from one another. It is the same for the respective strips.
- the mist mist generation means can be centralized so as to supply each of the modules of the cabinet or remain clean to each of the modules.
- One of the ends of the cabinet 52 has been joined with an end module 54, which is shown in greater detail in FIG. figure 14 and forming a gondola head. This time, the module has a reduced horizontal dimension parallel to the plane of symmetry P.
- the first two diffusers are replaced by a first diffuser 16 integrated into a mast 20 of a bracket 56.
- the diffuser itself is realized in the middle part of the mast with orifices 24 in the form of a slot as before.
- the bracket includes at the top a horizontal section 58 which can be used to hang various elements such as labels.
- the invention makes it possible to integrate aesthetically and relatively discreetly the function of nebulization within a piece of furniture such as a display stand.
- first and / or second diffusers are provided with a partial or total closure member.
- the second diffuser shown in Figures 5 and 6 which comprises an internal shutter which can be operated from outside the diffuser by means of a button 19 movable in a groove in the wall of the diffuser.
- the cover and the button are movable in one piece to rotate relative to the outer wall of the diffuser about a vertical axis, to allow to open or close the diffuser at will.
- the first or the second diffuser comprises several orifices and such a shutter, at least one of the orifices may be closed while leaving at least one other open.
- Such furniture allows for example to spread fog on a surface about 5 square meters ensuring for example a total flow of nebulized water of 0.5 kg / m 2 / hour.
- the housing 40 allows in particular to control the flow of fog on the wall 12 or on different parts thereof according to the embodiment. It is possible to control the flow rate of each diffuser individually, but it is often sufficient and more economical to define groups of diffusers whose flow is controlled in common. Thus, in the example of figure 3 the flow rate of the first diffuser 16 located in the upper part and the three diffusers 18 on the left can be controlled in common. These four diffusers mainly feed an indicated diffusion surface S1 on the figure 3 . Likewise, the flow rate of the other diffusers can be controlled in common, namely the first diffuser 16 located in the lower part and the three second diffusers 18 situated on the right, which supply mainly the surface S2. Surfaces S1 and S2 are identical and have nested "L" shapes. The operator in charge of nebulization can therefore control the choice of nebulizing power on the surface S1, the nebulizing power on the surface S2, the operating cycle for these two zones, or the ventilation speed.
- the piece of furniture is configured such that, over the entire piece of furniture, the first diffusers provide a higher fog flow rate than the second diffusers.
- the first diffusers provide a higher fog flow rate than the second diffusers.
- the fog jet emerge from the second diffusers with a greater speed than the jet of the first diffusers in order to adequately ensure the confinement of the fog emitted by the first diffusers.
- each of the diffusers is mounted so as to be movable relative to the furniture to choose the direction of diffusion of the fog. It may be to rotate the diffuser around a vertical axis and / or a horizontal axis. This last case allows in particular to choose the inclination of the fog jet relative to the vertical direction, that jet is directed upwards or downwards. It can also provide motorization means for changing the orientation of the diffuser during the fog diffusion and without the intervention of an operator on the diffuser. Provision can be made for the diffusers 16 to comprise a mast allowing the position of the head to be adjusted in height relative to the surface 12.
- the orifices of the first diffusers may have a shape other than an elongate shape in the vertical direction, for example a circular shape.
- the orifices of the second diffusers may have a shape other than a circular shape, for example an elongate shape in the vertical direction. If the head of one of the diffusers is mobile and motorized, it can be provided that it has a single orifice in one direction, or several orifices of different dimensions and oriented in different directions to optimize the distribution of fog .
- first broadcasters may be greater than 2.
- second broadcasters may be equal to 2 or greater than 3.
- each second diffuser extends at a height equal to or greater than that of the or each first diffuser.
- each first diffuser extends around the periphery of the display, each second diffuser extending for example at a distance from this periphery so that the piece of furniture has an inverted configuration compared to that of the figure 2 . It can be expected that all the diffusers extend at the periphery of the display.
- the second broadcasters may be located outside the banner of the display, and for example near the latter when present.
- the wall 12 is generally inclined relative to the vertical direction, for example by being flat.
- at least some of the second diffusers are not oriented upwards but rather horizontally, or even downwards, while remaining oriented in the direction opposite to the zone supporting the products.
- the invention is also applicable for flowers.
- the installation may be used in a storage or production site, for example a wine-making or cheese-ripening site, or a manufacturing and / or packaging site, and may constitute a manufacturing facility and / or conditioning.
- the installation can also be used to disinfect products or volumes. It can be used for disinfecting or humidifying products circulating on a carpet for example, in particular on a chain of manufacturing or packaging.

Description
The invention relates to installations for diffusing a mist of droplets on products.
However, depending on the place where the furniture is installed, it can sometimes be seen that the fog flow is sensitive to drafts, so that it is necessary to increase the fog flow and / or its speed to obtain the fog. expected effect which increases the consumption of water and energy. In other cases, the fog, or at least part of it, may fall out of the cabinet rather than on the products. Finally, it is sometimes difficult to obtain a uniform diffusion of fog so that some products receive much more droplets than others.
An object of the invention is to improve the facilities for diffusing a mist of droplets.
For this purpose, there is provided according to the invention a piece of furniture as claimed in
Thus, the first and second diffusers, or the first and second diffusers, form antagonistic diffusers. The function of the first diffuser is to cool the products with fog. The function of the second broadcaster is in particular to improve the efficiency of the broadcast performed by the first broadcaster. Indeed, the flow of the second diffuser makes the flow of the first less sensitive to drafts and promotes its confinement on the furniture in the product area. The second diffuser acts as an air curtain protecting the fog of the first diffuser against movements and drafts of ambient air. This gives a more homogeneous fog diffusion on the products. This is particularly the case when the invention is used on gondola heads which constitute a difficult zone for nebulization. Naturally, the fog jet of the second diffuser is also used to refresh the products in addition to its protection function with respect to the first broadcasters explained above.
Preferably, the second diffuser is able to direct the fog upwards, especially with an inclination of 45 ° relative to the vertical direction.
This characteristic is used in particular when the product receiving zone is horizontal or slightly inclined with respect to the horizontal plane. This inclination value is given here by way of example and the inclination can be given any value between 0 and 90 °, the terminals being excluded.
Preferably, the second diffuser extends to a height less than that of the first diffuser.
The fog of the second diffuser then protects even better that of the first. It provides protection over a greater fraction of the height that travels in the opposite direction the fog of the first diffuser from its exit of the diffuser to the area.
Preferably, at least one of the diffusers, preferably each of them, comprises means for adjusting an inclination of a direction of the mist coming out of the diffuser relative to the vertical direction.
It is advantageous to provide the furniture with means for adjusting this inclination when the furniture is in place at its place of use, prior to this use or during the latter so that the inclination chosen is most effective depending on circumstances for refreshing items in the area. For example, each of the diffusers is movably mounted so as to be orientable to select the direction of diffusion of the fog.
It can be provided that one of the first and second diffusers is located at a distance from the periphery of the cabinet and the other of the first and second diffusers is located at the periphery.
Advantageously, the first diffuser is located at a distance from the periphery of the furniture.
Advantageously, the second diffuser is located on the periphery of the furniture.
In this way, the second diffuser protects the fog of the first particularly effective because its fog is emitted at the border of the furniture with the surrounding environment.
Advantageously, the second diffuser is located on a piece of furniture.
Thus, the second diffuser is integrated in the installation in a discrete and space-saving manner.
Preferably, the furniture has at least two areas, at least one of diffusers being able to diffuse the fog on the two zones, each zone extending between this diffuser and another of the diffusers.
Thus, the same diffuser makes it possible to obtain the effects of the invention on two zones, either simultaneously or on a single zone at a time according to the embodiment.
For example, the cabinet may comprise at least two first diffusers defining a first straight line and at least two second diffusers defining a second straight line parallel to the first straight line.
Thus, the fog jets of the second diffusers cooperate to form a web from jointly protecting the fog jets of the first diffusers.
The piece of furniture comprising a plurality of second diffusers forming an assembly surrounding the first diffuser or diffusers, the second diffusers cooperating to protect the mist emitted by the first diffuser or diffusers.
Advantageously, the first diffuser has at least one elongated orifice in the vertical direction.
Such an orifice makes it possible to produce a fog jet having a good angular distribution in vertical and horizontal planes.
Advantageously, the second diffuser has at least one orifice of circular shape.
Advantageously, the first diffuser is mounted on a mast.
It can be provided that at least some of the first and second diffusers are orientable and / or closable in whole or in part.
This may be the orientation of the diffuser rotating about a vertical axis, regardless of the choice of the inclination of the fog jet relative to the vertical direction. Alternatively or cumulatively, it may be the orientation of the diffuser in rotation about a horizontal axis for the adjustment of this inclination. The orientation may concern only part of the broadcaster and not all of it.
Preferably, the cabinet comprises at least one mist generator located at a distance from the diffusers.
It can be provided that the or at least one of the generators is capable of fogging the two diffusers or at least two or all of the diffusers.
Advantageously, the installation comprises at least one ultrasonic mist generator.
Such a generator makes it possible to generate a mist comprising particularly fine droplets.
On prévoit également selon l'invention un procédé pour diffuser un brouillard de gouttelettes au-dessus de produits selon la revendication 13.Also provided according to the invention is a method for diffusing mist of droplets over products according to
Preferably, the first diffuser or all of the first diffusers has a fog flow rate greater than that of the second diffuser or the set of second diffusers.
This difference in flow rates does not prevent the aforementioned confinement from being obtained and makes it possible to optimize the consumption of energy and water.
Preferably, the second diffuser produces a jet of fog having a greater speed than that of the jet produced by the first diffuser.
This difference in speed improves the confinement effect.
Advantageously, the droplets are formed of water and do not include a cleaning agent, a disinfecting agent or a biocide.

The

The
Those of the
The invention makes it possible to integrate aesthetically and relatively discreetly the function of nebulization within a piece of furniture such as a display stand.
Such furniture allows for example to spread fog on a surface about 5 square meters ensuring for example a total flow of nebulized water of 0.5 kg / m 2 / hour.
Preferably, the piece of furniture is configured such that, over the entire piece of furniture, the first diffusers provide a higher fog flow rate than the second diffusers. One can even predict that the total flow of furniture is provided three quarters by the first broadcasters, the second broadcasters ensuring the remaining quarter of this rate. It is also preferable for the fog jet to emerge from the second diffusers with a greater speed than the jet of the first diffusers in order to adequately ensure the confinement of the fog emitted by the first diffusers.
Bien entendu, on pourra apporter à l'invention de nombreuses modifications sans sortir du cadre de celle-ci.Of course, we can bring to the invention many changes without departing from the scope thereof.
It can be provided that each of the diffusers is mounted so as to be movable relative to the furniture to choose the direction of diffusion of the fog. Provision can be made for the
It can be expected that at least some of the diffusers are integrated in horizontal tubes.
On each of the first and second diffusers, it will be possible to modify the number of the orifices, this number possibly being equal to 1 or greater than or equal to 2. Similarly, the dimensions, the positions and the shapes given for each of the diffusers are not limiting. . Thus, the orifices of the first diffusers may have a shape other than an elongate shape in the vertical direction, for example a circular shape. The orifices of the second diffusers may have a shape other than a circular shape, for example an elongate shape in the vertical direction. If the head of one of the diffusers is mobile and motorized, it can be provided that it has a single orifice in one direction, or several orifices of different dimensions and oriented in different directions to optimize the distribution of fog .
Le nombre de deuxièmes diffuseurs pourra être égal à 2 ou supérieur à 3.It can be expected that the furniture comprises a single first diffuser. The number of first broadcasters may be greater than 2. The number of second broadcasters may be equal to 2 or greater than 3.
It can be provided that each second diffuser extends at a height equal to or greater than that of the or each first diffuser.
It can be provided that the
The invention is also applicable for flowers.
The installation may be used in a storage or production site, for example a wine-making or cheese-ripening site, or a manufacturing and / or packaging site, and may constitute a manufacturing facility and / or conditioning. The installation can also be used to disinfect products or volumes. It can be used for disinfecting or humidifying products circulating on a carpet for example, in particular on a chain of manufacturing or packaging.
