Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schublade mit einem ersten Wandteil und einem zweiten Wandteil, und mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung, über die das erste Wandteil und das zweite Wandteil miteinander verbindbar sind, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung wenigstens ein Arretierelement zum Arretieren der Wandelemente zueinander aufweist, wobei das Arretierelement zumindest eine, insbesondere federelastische, Zunge aufweist, die in eine Ausnehmung eines der Wandteile einführbar und darin - insbesondere klemmend - fixierbar ist.
  • Im Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Möbel mit wenigstens einer Schublade der zu beschreibenden Art.
  • Eine gattungsgemäße Schublade ist beispielsweise in der WO 2009/111807 A1 der Anmelderin beschrieben, wobei zwei Wandteile nach erfolgter Positionierung zueinander durch ein Griffelement einer Befestigungsvorrichtung relativ zueinander feststellbar sind. Bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 6-8 der WO 2009/111807 ist eine Halteeinrichtung mit Steckzapfen gezeigt, welche in Führungskanäle eines Wandelementes eingeschoben werden können. Für diese Konstruktion sind relativ viele Bauteile notwendig, zudem ist für das Spannen des Griffelementes je nach Toleranzsituation eine beträchtliche manuelle Kraft aufzubringen.
  • In der GB 1 431 046 A und in der GB 1 522 598 A sind jeweils Beschläge zum Verbinden zweier Schubladenwandteile beschrieben, wobei federnde Haken der Beschläge in Ausnehmungen eines Wandteiles einführbar sind und dabei in korrespondierenden Ausnehmungen einrasten. Diese Haken benötigen einerseits einen hohen Bauraum, andererseits müssen die Wandteile mit korrespondierenden Ausnehmungen versehen werden.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Schublade der eingangs erwähnten Gattung anzugeben, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung zum Arretieren der beiden Wandelemente einfach, kostengünstig und robust aufgebaut ist sowie eine zuverlässige Fixierung der beiden Wandteile zueinander ermöglicht.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung ist also vorgesehen, dass das Arretierelement im Wesentlichen kammartig ausgebildet ist, wobei zwei oder mehrere in Längsrichtung eines Steges beabstandete Zungen vom Steg seitlich abstehen.
  • Durch die - vorzugsweise federelastischen - Zungen können diese in die Ausnehmung eines Wandteiles eingeschoben werden, wobei diese Zungen innerhalb der Ausnehmung durch Anliegen an einer Flanke der Ausnehmung kraftschlüssig gehalten sind. Die Zungen sind dabei an einem der Wandteile angeordnet und in die vorgesehene Ausnehmung des anderen Wandteiles einschiebbar. Die Ausnehmung des Wandteiles kann dabei als eine in Längserstreckung des Wandteiles verlaufene Nut ausgebildet sein, wobei die Zungen an einer Stirnseite des Wandteiles in die Nut einschiebbar und darin durch Klemmung fixiert bzw. fixierbar sind. Die Zungen stehen in Ruhelage über den Rand der Ausnehmung nach außen über und sind beim Einschieben - vorzugsweise entgegen der Federkraft der Zungen - in die Ausnehmung einbiegbar, wobei die Zungen durch ständiges Anliegen an einer Flanke der Ausnehmung selbstarretierend gehalten sind.
  • Gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel kann vorgesehen sein, dass zumindest eine Zunge eine Längsrichtung aufweist, wobei die Längsrichtung der Zunge schräg zu einer Längserstreckung der Ausnehmung verläuft. Auf diese Weise bildet das freie Ende der Zunge ein Art Widerhaken aus, der sich innerhalb der Ausnehmung verkrallt und ein ungewolltes Herausziehen der Zunge verhindert wird.
  • Die Zunge kann ein - vorzugsweise scharfkantig ausgebildetes - freies Ende aufweisen, welches in Einschubrichtung gesehen gegenüber der Verbindungsstelle zwischen Zunge und Steg nach hinten versetzt angeordnet ist. Auf diese Weise kann die Zunge in Einschubrichtung eingeschoben werden, in Gegenrichtung ist jedoch ein Herausziehen der Zunge nicht möglich.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass eine Lösevorrichtung vorgesehen ist, durch welche zumindest eine Zunge aus der Arretierstellung lösbar ist.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Möbel ist durch wenigstens eine Schublade der in Rede stehenden Art gekennzeichnet.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der vorliegenden Erfindung werden anhand des in den Figuren gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiels erläutert. Dabei zeigt bzw. zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 zeigt ein Möbel 1 mit einem Möbelkorpus 2 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung, wobei Schubladen 3, 4, 5 relativ zum Möbelkorpus 2 verfahrbar gelagert sind. Die mittlere Schublade 4 ist als Innenauszug ausgebildet, der in der Schließstellung von der hochgezogenen Frontblende der unteren Schublade 5 verdeckt wird. Die Schublade 4 weist Schubladenseitenwände 6, einen Schubladenboden 32 sowie eine Frontwand auf, die sich im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel aus seitlichen ersten Wandteilen 7 und einem dazwischen liegenden zweiten Wandteil 8 zusammensetzt.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt die als Innenauszug ausgebildete Schublade 4 gemäß Fig. 1. Diese weist Seitenwände 6, einen Schubladenboden 32 sowie eine Rückwand 10 auf. Die Frontwand der Schublade 4 umfasst zwei seitliche erste Wandteile 7, welche jeweils über eine noch zu beschreibende Befestigungsvorrichtung 15 mit einem zweiten Wandteil 8 zu verbinden sind. Die Wandteile 7, 8 bilden gemeinsam ein im Wesentlichen gerade verlaufendes Schubladenwandteil - im vorliegenden Fall die Frontwand - aus. Die ersten Wandteile 7 weisen jeweils zumindest ein rückseitiges Halteteil 11 auf, wobei die Halteteile 11 mit einer Rastvorrichtung 12 der Schubladenseitenwand 6 lösbar verrastbar sind.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt die Wandteile 7, 8 in einer leicht abgewandelten Ausführungsform. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel umfassen die beiden ersten Wandteile 7 zwei in Höhenrichtung beabstandete Halteteile 11, welche jeweils in gesonderten Rastvorrichtungen 12 (Fig. 1) der Schubladenseitenwand 6 lösbar einrastbar sind. Die Wandteile 7 sind jeweils mit einer Einstecktasche 13 zur Aufnahme eines plattenförmigen Wandelementes 14 versehen, wobei das plattenförmige Wandelement 14 als dekorativer Einsatz aus Glas, Holz, Metall, Kunststoff oder Keramik ausbildet sein kann. An den Wandteilen 7 sind jeweils vertikal beabstandete Befestigungsvorrichtungen 15 angeordnet, die jeweils federelastische Zungen 16a (Fig. 5b) aufweisen, die jeweils stirnseitig in Ausnehmungen 17 des zweiten Wandteiles 8 einschiebbar und darin klemmend fixierbar sind. Das zweite Wandteil 8 weist an der Oberseite einen - vorzugsweise U-förmigen - Kanal 18 auf, in den das plattenförmige Wandelement 14 mit seiner unteren Längskante einsetzbar ist.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt die miteinander verbundenen Wandteile 7 und 8, zwischen denen das plattenförmige Wandelement 14 aufgenommen ist. Zum verbesserten Fixierung der Wandteile 7, 8 kann vorgesehen sein, dass jede Befestigungsvorrichtung 15 ein Arretierelement 16 aufweist, welches zwei oder mehrere in Längsrichtung des Wandteiles 8 beabstandete Zungen 16a (Fig. 5b) umfasst, wobei die Zungen 16a in Montagelage jeweils an einer Flanke der Ausnehmungen 17 (Fig. 2) - vorzugsweise durch Eigenelastizität - anliegen.
  • Fig. 5a zeigt das erste Wandteil 7 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung. Erkennbar ist die daran ausgebildete Einstecktasche 13, welche zur Aufnahme eines Endbereiches des plattenförmigen Wandelementes 14 vorgesehen ist. Die beiden Halteteile 11 dienen zur Befestigung des Wandteiles 7 relativ zur Schubladenseitenwand 6. Durch die beiden in Höhenrichtung des Wandteiles 7 beabstandeten Befestigungsvorrichtungen 15 kann eine kippsichere Verbindung zwischen den beiden Wandteilen 7, 8 herbeigeführt werden. Die Befestigungsvorrichtungen 15 weisen jeweils ein Arretierelement 16 mit zumindest zwei oder mehreren Zungen 16a auf.
  • Fig. 5b zeigt einen Teil des ersten Wandteiles 7 und einen Endbereich des zweiten Wandteiles 8 in einer vergrößerten, perspektivischen Darstellung. Die Ausnehmung 17 des zweiten Wandteiles 8 weist eine Längserstreckung (L) auf, wobei die Längsrichtung der Zungen 16a schräg zur Längserstreckung (L) der Ausnehmung 17 verlaufen. Erkennbar ist ein im Wesentlichen kammartig ausgebildetes Arretierelement 16, welches einen Steg 19 und mehrere in Längsrichtung des Steges 19 beabstandete Zungen 16a aufweist, welche vom Steg 19 seitlich abstehen. Die Zungen 16a weisen jeweils ein - vorzugsweise scharfkantig ausgebildetes - freies Ende auf, welches in Einschubrichtung der Zungen 16a nach hinten weist. Die Zungen 16a sind - vorzugsweise einstückig mit dem Arretierelement 16 - aus Metall gebildet. Die Ausnehmung 17 des Wandteiles 8 ist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel als eine in Längserstreckung (L) des Wandteiles 8 verlaufende Nut ausgebildet. Bei der Montage werden die Zungen 16a in die Ausnehmung 17 eingeschoben und stützen sich dabei an einer Flanke 20 der Ausnehmung 17 ab.
  • Fig. 6a zeigt teilweise das erste Wandteil 7 und das zweite Wandteil 8, wobei die Zungen 16a der Befestigungsvorrichtung 15 teilweise in untere Ausnehmung 17 des zweiten Wandteiles 8 eingeschoben sind. Die scharfkantigen freien Enden der Zungen 16a stützen sich dabei ständig an einer Flanke 20 der unteren Ausnehmung 17 ab. Die obere Ausnehmung 17 des zweiten Wandteiles 8 ist als Profilnut ausgebildet, wobei es auch ausreichend sein kann, in die obere Ausnehmung 17 lediglich einen Steckzapfen 21 einzuführen.
  • Fig. 6b zeigt einen Teilbereich des ersten Wandteiles 7 mit den vertikal beabstandeten Befestigungsvorrichtungen 15. Als Besonderheit ist eine Lösevorrichtung 24 zu nennen, durch welche die Zungen 16a aus der Arretierstellung lösbar sind. Die Lösevorrichtung 24 umfasst einen durch eine Person zu betätigenden Hebel 25, wobei durch Betätigung des Hebels 25 die Zungen 16a ausgehend von der Arretierstellung, entgegen der federelastischen Wirkung der Zungen 16a, in eine Lösestellung bewegbar sind, in der die klemmende Fixierung der beiden Wandteile 7, 8 aufgehoben ist und die Wandteile 7, 8 voneinander trennbar sind. Der Hebel 25 ist um die Achse 23 schwenkbar gelagert und erfüllt einen weiteren Zweck, nämlich dass dieser die Zungen 16a derart umgreift, dass lediglich die Spitzen 22 der Zungen 16a seitlich geringfügig herausragen. Auf diese Weise kann die Gefahr von Verletzungen an Personen oder Objekten weitgehend ausgeschlossen werden. Der Hebel 25 kann - beispielsweise mit einem Schraubendreher - um die Achse 23 entgegen der federnden Kraft der Zungen 16a verschwenkt werden, wodurch die Spitzen 22 der Zungen 16a zurückgedrängt und nicht mehr an der Flanke 20 der Ausnehmung 17 anliegen, sodass also die Wandteile 7, 8 voneinander trennbar sind. Damit eine Person bei des Trennung der beiden Wandteile 7, 8 nicht ständig gegen die federnde Wirkung der Zungen 16a eine Kraft aufbringen muss, ist eine Haltevorrichtung 27 vorgesehen, durch die der Hebel 25 in der Lösestellung haltbar ist. Die Haltevorrichtung 27 kann-wie in der Figur gezeigt - einen am Arretierelement 16 ausgebildeten Vorsprung 30 (Fig. 7b) aufweisen, der in der Lösestellung in einer korrespondierenden Öffnung 31 (Fig. 7b) des Hebels 25 lösbar einrastet. Durch eine entsprechende Betätigung des Hebels 25 kann der Vorsprung 30 wieder aus der Öffnung 31 ausrasten, woraufhin die Zungen 16a selbsttätig wieder in die Arretierstellung zurückfedern.
  • Fig. 7a zeigt das erste Wandteil 7 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung von unten, wobei durch einen Schraubendreher 28 der Hebel 25 um die Achse 23 entgegen der federnden Wirkung der Zungen 16a in eine Lösestellung bewegbar ist, sodass die Zungen 16a nicht mehr innerhalb der Ausnehmung 17 arretiert sind. Fig. 7b zeigt den in Fig. 7a eingekreisten Bereich in einer vergrößerten Darstellung. Der Hebel 25 weist eine Aufnahme 29 für den Schraubendreher 28 auf, wobei durch eine Drehbewegung des Schraubendrehers 28 der Hebel 25 entgegen der federnden Wirkung der Zungen 16a um die Achse 23 verschwenkt wird, sodass die Spitzen 22 der Zungen 16a zurückgedrängt werden, bis der Vorsprung 30 des Arretierelementes 16 in eine korrespondierende Öffnung 31 des Hebels 25 einrastet und damit die Spitzen 22 in einer von der Flanke 20 beabstandeten Lösestellung hält. Durch eine entgegengesetzte Drehbewegung des Schraubendrehers 28 kann der Vorsprung 30 wieder aus der Öffnung 31 ausrasten, sodass die Zungen 16a selbsttätig in die Arretierstellung zurückfedern.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung beschränkt sich nicht auf das gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel, sondern erfasst bzw. erstreckt sich auf alle Varianten und technischen Äquivalente, welche in die Reichweite der nachfolgenden Ansprüche fallen können. Auch sind die in der Beschreibung gewählten Lageangaben, wie z.B. oben, unten, seitlich, usw. auf die unmittelbar beschriebene bzw. dargestellte Figur bezogen und sind bei einer Lageänderung sinngemäß auf die neue Lage zu übertragen.

Claims (10)

  1. Schublade (4) mit einem ersten Wandteil (7) und einem zweiten Wandteil (8), und mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (15), über die das erste Wandteil (7) und das zweite Wandteil (8) miteinander verbindbar sind, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (15) wenigstens ein Arretierelement (16) zum Arretieren der Wandelemente (7, 8) zueinander aufweist, wobei das Arretierelement (16) im Wesentlichen kammartig ausgebildet ist, wobei zwei oder mehrere in Längsrichtung eines Steges (19) voneinander beabstandete, federelastische Zungen (16a) vom Steg (19) seitlich abstehen, die in eine Ausnehmung (17) eines der wandteile (8) einführbar und darin klemmend pikierbar sind, wobei eine Lösevorrichtung (24) vorgesehen ist, durch welche zumindest eine Zunge (16a) aus der Arretierstellung lösbar ist, wobei die Lösevorrichtung (24) einen durch eine Person zu betätigenden Hebel (25) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Betätigung des Hebels (25) zumindest eine Zunge (16a) ausgehend von der Arretierstellung, entgegen der federelastischen Wirkung der Zunge (16a), in eine Lösestellung bewegbar ist, in der die klemmende Fixierung der beiden Wandteile (7, 8) aufgehoben ist und die Wandteile (7, 8) voneinander trennbar sind.
  2. Schublade nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Zunge (16a) eine Längsrichtung aufweist, welche schräg zu einer Längserstreckung (L) der Ausnehmung (17) verläuft.
  3. Schublade nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Zunge (16a) ein - vorzugsweise scharfkantig ausgebildetes - freies Ende aufweist, welches in Einschubrichtung gesehen gegenüber der Verbindungsstelle zwischen Zunge (16a) und Steg (19) nach hinten versetzt angeordnet ist.
  4. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Zunge (16a) innerhalb der Ausnehmung (17) selbstarretierend gehalten ist.
  5. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Zunge (16a) - vorzugsweise einstückig mit dem Arretierelement (16) - aus Metall gebildet ist.
  6. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (17) als eine in Längserstreckung (L) eines Wandteiles (8) verlaufende Nut ausgebildet ist.
  7. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (15) eine Haltevorrichtung (27) aufweist, durch die der Hebel (25) in der Lösestellung haltbar ist.
  8. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Wandteil (7) und das zweite Wandteil (8) in Montagelage gemeinsam ein im Wesentlichen gerade verlaufendes Schubladenwandteil ausbilden.
  9. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Wandteile (7) zumindest ein Halteteil (11) aufweist, welches in eine Rastvorrichtung (12) einer Schubladenseitenwand (6), vorzugsweise lösbar, einrastbar ist.
  10. Möbel mit wenigstens einer Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
