Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsvorrichtung gemäß Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs sowie eine mit einer derartigen Befestigungsvorrichtung ausgestattete Befestigungsanordnung zur Gerüstverankerung.
Die in Rede stehende Befestigungsvorrichtung dient dazu, eine Verankerung von Gerüsten an Wänden bzw. Fassaden von Gebäuden zu ermöglichen. Hierzu werden in der Regel Befestigungsanker beispielsweise in Form von Ringschrauben oder Ringösenschrauben in einem tragfähigen Verankerungsgrund einer Wand eingebracht, um die horizontalen Verankerungskräfte übertragen zu können. Für Fassaden mit vorgehängten Konstruktionen wie z.B. Wärmedämmsystemen, hinterlüftete Fassadenkonstruktionen, Glasfassaden, Fassaden mit zweischaligem Mauerwerk o. dgl. ist es erforderlich, die Gerüstverankerung in einem entsprechend vergrößerten Abstand zur Wand vorzusehen und die horizontalen Verankerungskräfte zu übertragen.
Während vertikale Gerüstbelastungen im Wesentlichen über die Gerüstkonstruktion insbesondere mit Spindelfüßen vom Untergrund aufgenommen werden, müssen horizontale Lasten über die Gerüstverankerung in die Wand bzw. Fassade eingeleitet werden. Bei einer Gerüstverankerung wirken diese Lasten sowohl senkrecht als auch parallel zur Wand- oder Fassadenrichtung. Zug- und Druckbelastungen senkrecht zur Fassade können von üblichen Befestigungsankern sicher übertragen werden. Übliche Befestigungsanker wie z.B. Ringschrauben oder Ringösenschrauben weisen in der Regel einen Durchmesser von 10 bis 14 mm, so z.B. 12 mm auf. Nachteilig ist jedoch, dass mit immer größer werdenden Abstand zur Wand bzw. Fassade die Übertragung von Verankerungskräften parallel zur Wand bzw. Fassade aufwendiger wird. Dies ist insbesondere kritisch bei Fassaden mit entsprechend starker Ausführung der vorgehängten Konstruktion wie z.B. bei Wärmedämmverbundsystemen (WDVS), bei denen in der Regel Befestigungsanker mit einer Schaftlänge von 20 bis 40 cm eingesetzt werden. Die Belastbarkeit und Tragfähigkeit solcher Befestigungsanker für eine zuverlässige Gerüstverankerung ist entsprechend vermindert und geht gegen Null.

Bei hakenförmigen Eingriffsmitteln, die senkrecht aus dem Grundkörper hervorragende Bereiche aufweisen, kann mit einer Verschwenkung um eine horizontale Achse gleichzeitig ein Einhaken der Eingriffsmittel in ösenförmigen Öffnungen von Befestigungsankern und ein Eingriff der Klemmelemente mit den Befestigungsankern erreicht werden. Dies vereinfacht insoweit die Handhabung der Befestigungsvorrichtung bei der Montage. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Grundkörper mehrteilig aufgebaut. Der Grundkörper umfasst wenigstens zwei Grundkörperelemente, die verschieblich und klappbar miteinander verbunden sind. Bevorzugt werden hierzu die Grundkörperelemente über einen mittig angeordneten Bolzen miteinander verbunden. Der Bolzen kann in einer sich länglich erstreckenden Bohrung eines Grundkörperelementes geführt werden, so dass der Grundkörper insgesamt längenveränderlich ausgestaltet ist. Die verschiebliche Ausgestaltung des Grundkörpers ermöglicht die Verwendung mit unterschiedlichen Abständen zwischen Befestigungsankern oder ungenau eingebauten Befestigungsankern, so dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung in flexibler Weise montiert werden kann und eine erhöhte Montagetoleranz aufweist.
Durch die klappbare Ausgestaltung des Grundkörpers ist es möglich, eine Verschwenkbewegung der Grundkörperelemente relativ zueinander durchzuführen. Die so verbundenen Grundkörperelemente lassen sich dementsprechend auf- und zusammenklappen. Vorzugsweise sind die hakenförmige Eingriffsmittel dann an gegenüberliegenden Enden des Grundkörpers als Ausnehmungen ausgebildet, so dass die hakenförmigen Eingriffsmittel in der Ebene des Grundkörpers angeformt sind. Das Einhaken der Eingriffsmittel in ösenförmigen Öffnungen der Befestigungsanker kann dann durch eine aufklappende Verschwenkbewegung der Grundkörperelemente erfolgen. Auf diese Weise lassen sich die hakenförmigen Eingriffsmittel in ösenförmigen Öffnungen der Befestigungsanker einhaken. Anschließend lässt sich die Befestigungsvorrichtung durch eine weitere Verschwenkbewegung mittels der Klemmelemente in eine Anschlagsposition bringen, um eine biegesteife Verbindung mit den Befestigungsankern zu realisieren. Vorteilhafterweise sind die ösenförmigen Öffnungen der Befestigungsanker bei einer klappbaren Ausgestaltung der Befestigungsvorrichtung vertikal ausgerichtet. Überdies trägt die Kombination von mehreren Verschwenkbewegungen bei der Montage der Befestigungsvorrichtung dazu bei, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung besonders zug- und rüttelfest mit Befestigungsankern verbindbar ist.
Um eine Verankerung eines Gerüstes an der Befestigungsvorrichtung zu ermöglichen, weist der mehrteilige Grundkörper in weiterer Ausgestaltung Bohrungen zur Aufnahme einer Gerüstverankerung auf. Bei dem mehrteiligen Aufbau und der klappbaren Ausgestaltung des Grundkörpers, können die Bohrungen in den Grundkörperelementen zueinander fluchtend ausgerichtet werden. Die Bohrungen in dem verschieblich verbundenen Grundkörperelement sind insbesondere länglich ausgebildet, und zwar so, dass sich die Bohrungen parallel zur Längsachse des Grundkörperelementes erstrecken. Fig. 5 verdeutlicht die Befestigungsvorrichtung 1 im montierten Zustand. Die Befestigungsanker 2 wie z.B. Ringschrauben oder Ringösenschrauben sind in üblicher Weise in die Wand eingesetzt. An der der Wand abgewandten Seite weisen die Befestigungsanker bevorzugt Ösen 12 als Lastaufnahmemittel auf. Von Vorteil ist insofern, dass die Befestigungsanker 2 keine weiteren Konstruktionsteile zur Befestigung an einer Wand erfordern, so dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung 1 sich vielfältig mit vorhandenen Befestigungsankern verwenden lässt. Auch nach der Nutzung als Gerüstverankerung lassen sich die Befestigungsvorrichtung und gegebenenfalls die Befestigungsanker restlos aus der Wand bzw. Fassade entfernen.

Im aufgeklappten Zustand sorgt die formschlüssige Arretierung mittels Rastvertiefungen 17 und Vorsprung 16 an den Anschlägen 15 der Grundkörperelementen 3a dafür, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung sicher zwischen den Befestigungsankern 2 eingesetzt wird. Anschließend wird die Befestigungsvorrichtung 1 durch weiteres Verschwenken um eine horizontale Achse in eine Anschlagsposition gebracht, und zwar so, dass die in den Klemmelemente 6 mit den Befestigungsankern 2 in Eingriff kommen. Die Klemmelemente 6 weisen hierzu sich parallel erstreckende Wandbereiche 14 auf, die einen Zwischenraum für die Aufnahme der Befestigungsanker 2 bilden und entsprechend an die Befestigungsanker angepasst sind. Übliche Befestigungsanker wie z.B. Ringschrauben oder Ringösenschrauben weisen in der Regel einen Durchmesser von 10 bis 14 mm, so z.B. 12 mm auf. Claims (13)

  1. Mounting device (1) for mounting a scaffold to a wall or the like having a base body (3) as well as connecting means (4), which are designed to be connectable to structural anchors (2) being inserted in a wall, namely eye bolts or eye screws, wherein the mounting device can be brought into a stop position by means of swiveling for forming a substantially bending resistant frame with the connected structural anchors (2), wherein the base body (3) is multi-part in construction and comprises at least two base body elements (3a), which are slidably and hingedly connected with each other, wherein the multi-part base body (3) comprise bores (7 7a), which can be arranged flush to each other, characterized in that the bores (7, 7a) serve for receiving a scaffold anchorage of a scaffold such that when scaffold anchorage is reaching through the bores (7, 7a), a swiveling of the mounting device is prevented, and the bores (7, 7a) of the hinged base body (3) can be arranged in the respective base body elements (3a) flush to each other such that when the scaffold anchorage is reaching though the flush bores (7, 7a), a swiveling movement of the base body elements (3a) relatively to each other is prevented.
  2. Mounting device according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the connecting means (4) are arranged at opposing ends of the particularly plate-shaped base body (3) and preferably comprise a hook-shaped engaging means (5) and/or a clamping element (6).
  3. Mounting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connecting means (4) comprises a bolt-shaped or hook-shaped engaging means (5), preferably such that the engaging means is, in particular without a tool, engagable with a structural anchors (2), in particular with an opening or recess in the structural anchors (2), by means of swiveling the mounting device (1).
  4. Mounting device according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the engaging means (5) is arranged at the side of the mounting device (1) that is opposite to the wall and preferably designed such that the engaging means (5) opens towards the opposite side of the wall.
  5. Mounting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connecting means (4) comprises a clamping element (6), preferably such that the clamping element (6), by means of swiveling the mounting device, can be brought, particularly without a tool, into a stop position for coupling, in a bending resistant manner, to a structural anchor (2) that is receivable in the clamping element (6).
  6. Mounting device according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the at least one bore (7a) is extending longitudinally in a base body element (3a) of the hinged base body (3), in particular in parallel to the length axis of the base body element (3a).
  7. Mounting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hinged base body (3) has at least one stop (15), in particular at the border of the base body element (3a).
  8. Mounting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hinged base body (3) is arrestable in a form-fit and/or force-fit manner, and preferably at least one base body element (3a) has a multiplicity of latching recesses (17), which are engagable with at least one protrusion (16) at the further base body element (3a).
  9. Mounting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mounting device can be assembled and/or disassembled without auxiliary means, in particular without tool, to a structural anchor (2) being inserted in a wall.
  10. Mounting arrangement for mounting a scaffold to a wall or the like having a mounting device (1) according to one of the preceding claims and at least two structural anchors (2), in particular eye bolts or eye screws, being inserted in a wall or facade.
  11. Mounting arrangement according to claim 10, characterized in that the structural anchors (2) have an eye-shaped load-carrying means at the side that is opposite to the wall.
  12. Mounting arrangement according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that in the swiveled stop position, the engaging means (5) and the clamping elements (6) of the mounting device (1) are arranged behind each other when seen along the longitudinal axis of the structural anchor (2), and preferably the clamping elements (6) are engagable with the shaft of the structural anchor (2).
  13. Mounting arrangement according to one of the claims 10 - 12, characterized in that the structural anchors, in particular eye bolds or eye screws, allow disassembling from the wall or facade without leftover.
