Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'emballage permettant d'obtenir un emballage dans lequel plusieurs piles (20) ou couches d'objets emballés individuels (12) en forme de bandes sont emballés en tant que groupe (10) dans un deuxième matériau d'emballage (52), les bandes individuelles (12) étant collées au niveau de l'une de leurs faces frontales (16) sur le fond (54) de l'emballage formé (50). Le matériau d'emballage des bandes et l'adhésif sont de nature telle qu'une bande (12) peut être prélevée individuellement du suremballage (50). Les bandes restantes (12) restent rangées dans leur position initiale dans l'emballage (50), sans glisser ni tomber pêle-mêle après que des bandes individuelles (12) ont été retirées de l'emballage (50), et ce sans qu'une bandelette ou une semi-enveloppe ne soit nécessaire pour le maintien et la fixation des bandes (12) à l'intérieur de l'emballage (50). Les bandes (12) sont de préférence emballées respectivement dans une pièce de matériau d'emballage qui présente une perforation (32) permettant une séparation en une première et une deuxième partie. La première partie (34) est collée au suremballage (50) et reste fixée dans le suremballage (50) lorsqu'on retire une bande (12) de l'emballage global. La deuxième partie (36) reste sur la bande (12) et est retirée du suremballage (50) conjointement avec la bande, ce qui rend la bande (12) partiellement accessible. L'invention permet ainsi de créer un emballage avantageux, à la manipulation aisée et au design attrayant.
