Claims (7)
- Schleifmaschine (1) zur Bearbeitung eines Werkstücks, bestehend aus- einem Gehäuse (2) ;- einem Antrieb, der im Gehäuse angeordnet ist, um eine Antriebswelle (4) relativ zum Gehäuse anzutreiben;- einem ersten direkt oder indirekt mit der Antriebswelle verbundenen und mit einer Verzahnung (8) versehenen Kupplungsteil (6);- einem ersten Teil (10), das mit einem zweiten Kupplungsteil (12) versehen ist, das in eingreifender Weise mit dem ersten Kupplungsteil (6) verbunden werden kann, und wobei das zweite Kupplungsteil (12) zu diesem Zweck mit einer Verzahnung (14) versehen ist, die mit der Verzahnung (8) des ersten Kupplungsteils (6) zusammenwirkt;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Verzahnung (8) des ersten Kupplungsteils (6) und die Verzahnung (14) des zweiten Kupplungsteils (12) gegenseitig eingreifende Kronenräder sind;- die Kronenräder (8, 14) miteinander verspannt und angewendet werden, um eine Drehbewegung zwischen parallelen Wellen zu übertragen;- der erste Teil (10) ein Schleiffuß (10) ist;- die Schleifmaschine ferner erste Spannmittel (16) aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt sind, die Kronenräder (8, 14) des ersten und des zweiten Kupplungsteils (6, 12) in eingreifendem Kontakt gegeneinander zu verspannen und so eine selbstzentrierende spielfreie Kupplung zu bilden;- der Schleiffuß (10) mit einem dritten Kupplungsteil (18) mit einer Verzahnung (20) versehen ist;- ein Anbau-Werkstückbearbeitungsteil (22) mit dem Schleiffuß (10) eingreifend verbunden werden kann und zu diesem Zweck mit einem vierten Kupplungsteil (24) mit einer Verzahnung (26) versehen ist, die mit der Verzahnung (20) des dritten Kupplungsteils (18) zusammenwirkt;- die Verzahnung (20) des dritten Kupplungsteils (18) und die Verzahnung (26) des vierten Kupplungsteils (24) gegenseitig eingreifende Kronenräder sind;- zweite Spannmittel (28) dafür ausgelegt sind, die Kronenräder (20, 26) des dritten und des vierten Kupplungsteils (18, 24) in eingreifendem Kontakt miteinander zu verspannen;- die Zahl der Zähne der Verzahnung (8) des ersten Kupplungsteils (6), das direkt und/oder indirekt mit der Antriebswelle verbunden ist, und die Zahl der Zähne der Verzahnung des dritten Kupplungsteils (18) des ersten Werkstückbearbeitungsteils (10) sich derart unterscheiden, dass sie eine oder mehrere gemeinsame ganze Zahlen als Teiler und eine oder mehrere gemeinsame unterschiedliche ganze Zahlen als Teiler haben;- die Antriebswelle durch den Antrieb durch eine Winkelverschiebung relativ zum Gehäuse (2) frei drehbar ist; und- die Schleifmaschine mindestens zwei austauschbare Vorsatzwerkstück-Bearbeitungsteile (22) in einer ersten Ausführungsform (22a-1) und in einer zweiten Ausführungsform (22a-2) aufweist, wobei sich die Ausrichtung, in der das Kronenrad (20) des vierten Kupplungsteils (24) auf dem Vorsatzwerkstück-Bearbeitungsteil in der ersten Ausführungsform (22a-1) angeordnet ist, von der Ausrichtung unterscheidet, in der das Kronenrad (20) des vierten Kupplungsteils (24) auf dem Vorsatzwerkstück-Bearbeitungsteil in der zweiten Ausführungsform (22a-2) angeordnet ist. - Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Spannmittel (16, 28), die so ausgebildet sind, dass sie die Kronenräder (8, 14, 20, 26) kraftschlüssig gegeneinander verspannen, eine Bajonett-, Schraub-, Schnapp- oder Schwenkverbindung aufweisen.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche, ferner mit einem Adapterteil (30, 30a, 30b) versehen, das dafür ausgelegt ist, zwischen zwei Kupplungsteilen angeordnet und auf beiden Seiten mit einem Kronenrad versehen zu werden.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Zähne des Kronenrades auf beiden Seiten des Adapterteils (30a) relativ zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, bei der die Kronenräder auf beiden Seiten des Adapterteils (30b) eine unterschiedliche Anzahl von Zähnen aufweisen.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verzahnung (8) des ersten Kupplungsteils (6) und die Verzahnung (14) des zweiten Kupplungsteils (12) zusammen eine Zahnwellenverbindung bilden.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 6, bei der die Zahnwellenverbindung eine sich verjüngende Form aufweist, sodass eine Endposition vorhanden ist, in der die Verzahnungen (8, 14) im Wesentlichen dicht aneinander passen.
