- A pretensioning component (10) for a window or door device (100) having a first force transmission component (15) which can be brought into contact with a sash (2) of the device (100), and having- a second force transmission component (16) which can be brought into contact with a frame (1) of the device (100);- a mechanically operated pretensioning device (18), which is coupled with the first force transmission component (15) and the second force transmission component (16) and is designed to induce a force (F) acting in the direction of an enlargement of an opening gap (2a) between the sash (2) and the frame (1) at least up to a given width of the opening gap (2a),- wherein the first force transmission component (15) is a first arm and the second force transmission component (16) is a second arm of a scissors assembly;- wherein the first arm (15) and the second arm (16) each have a first end region (15a, 16a) having a shared rotational axis (14) formed therein;- wherein the first arm (15) and/or the second arm (16) are provided with a holding device (17, 19b), which ensures a permanent contact with the sash (2) or the frame (1);characterized in that the pretensioning component (10) has a slide rail (1a) and the holding device (17) is provided with a receptacle for attachment to the slide rail (1a).
- The pretensioning component according to Claim 1, wherein the pretensioning device (18) is furthermore designed, upon a reduction in size of the opening gap (2a), to counteract this reduction in size.
- The pretensioning component according to Claim 1 or 2, wherein the pretensioning component (10) is designed in the form of a fitting component of the sash (2) of the window and/or door device (100).
- The pretensioning component according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the pretensioning device (18) has a mechanical spring element.
- The pretensioning component according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the pretensioning device (18) has a compressed gas volume.
- The pretensioning component according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the pretensioning device (18), in particular as a spring element (18), is installed in the direction of the rotational axis (14) in an intermediate space (Z), which is formed between the first arm (15) and the second arm (16).
- The pretensioning component according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein a structural height (H) of the pretensioning component (10) is not greater than the height (BR) of a structural space between the bearing frame-side slide rail (1a) and a sash holding rail or receptacle (2b).
- The pretensioning component according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the given width of the opening gap (2a) is defined by shutter arms (6b) located on top, in particular such a shutter arm (6b) is arranged on both sides of the pretensioning component (10).
- The pretensioning component according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein an angled holding rail (2b) for the sash (2) conceals the view from below of the component (10).
- A window or door device having a frame (1), a sash (2) having an actuating device (3) provided for locking and unlocking the sash (2), and having a pretensioning component (10) according to any one of Claims 1 to 7 acting between frame (1) and sash (2), wherein the sash (2) is a parallel removable sash for displacement.
- The device according to Claim 10, wherein the pretensioning component (10) is installed on an upper part of the frame (1) or the sash (2).
- The device according to Claim 11, wherein the pretensioning component (10) is installed on a vertical region of the frame (1) or the sash (2).
- The device according to any one of Claims 10 to 12, wherein the pretensioning component (10) is installed in a structural space (br1) between sash (2) and frame (1) or occupies a structural space between two holding rails (1a, 2b) on the sash (2) or frame (1).
- A method for operating a window or door device (100) having a sash (2) and having a pretensioning component of Claims 1 to 9 or in a device according to any one of Claims 10 to 13,
wherein a force transmission component (15) is in contact with the sash and having- a second force transmission component (16) which can be brought into contact with a frame (1) of the device (100);- a mechanically operated pretensioning device (18), which is coupled with the first force transmission component (15) and the second force transmission component (16) and induces a force (F) acting in the direction of an enlargement of an opening gap (2a) between the sash (2) and the frame (1) at least up to a given width of the opening gap (2a).
