Definitions
- the present invention relates to a plastic closure according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a plastic closure is known from the document JP 3 61180961 U known.
- a DosierverParkppe from the EP-A-0286843 known in which on the container neck a connectable part is screwed, which has an external thread on which the designed as a dosing cup screw cap is screwed.
- the connecting part itself has an intermediate bottom and in this intermediate bottom a plurality of openings are provided which are intended to serve as an outlet and on the other hand as a return or for the intake of air on the one hand.
- the present inventive solution is designed for a designed as a tubular bag container.
- Such soft packaging poses new problems. Since these problems have not been solved so far, no soft packages are on the market, which have a cap that is designed as a dosing cup. On the one hand, such soft packs have no bottleneck and thus a dosing cup can not be mounted on the bottleneck.
- such soft packaging have a connectable to the container part with external thread, which is usually designed as a simple spout with a terminal flange and allow this flange by means of ultrasound réelleschweiissen on the film of the soft packaging.
- the soft packaging is slightly deformed during handling, especially when it is still full, by gripping and accordingly increases the level of the liquid up into the closure area. If you put a return, as usual, at the lowest point, so this effect would be favored.
- the present invention has therefore set itself the task to improve a plastic closure of the type mentioned above so that it is particularly suitable for soft packaging, especially tubular bag, and overcomes the aforementioned disadvantages.
- a plastic closure of this kind with the features of the preamble is characterized in that the sleeve part connectable to the container has a weldable connection to a container designed as a tubular bag serving flange and the cap wall is provided with a circumferential collar in which an internal thread is arranged , wherein the cap on the spout of the connectable with a container Tüllenteils by means of an external thread is screwed, being arranged on the outside of the cap shell wall, in the area covered by the collar, a circumferential sealing bead as the first seal and a remaining flat surface on an upper Edge of the spout is designed as a deformable press seal and forms a second seal.
- the plastic closure is designated overall by 1. It consists of two parts, namely a spout part 2 and a cap 3 which can be screwed onto it. This entire closure in the assembled state is in the FIG. 1 shown. To explain the Tüllenmaschines 2 is now on the FIG. 2 refer.
- the Tüllenteil 2 consists of the actual spout 20, which corresponds to a cylindrical pipe section and terminally has a flange 23.
- the spout 20 has on the outside of its jacket wall 22 an external thread 21st With respect to the lower edge of the spout 20 offset upwards, and thus above the plane in which the flange 23 extends, an annular connecting wall 24 is radially inwardly formed from the inside of the shell wall 22 formed.
- This connecting wall 24 connects the casing wall 22 with a beak-shaped spout 25.
- This spout is thus arranged concentrically within the casing wall 22 of the spout 20.
- the spout 25 is formed by a cylindrical pipe section which is cut inclined to the center axis Z.
- This center axis is the common center axis for both the spout 20 and for the spout 25.
- the aforementioned connecting wall 24 extends' perpendicular to this connection axis Z.
- the spout 25 is sized in height so that the beak-shaped spout 25 with its tip the shell wall 22 of the spout 20 at least by the width of the distance between the jacket wall 21 and the wall of the spout 25 surmounted.
- the beak-shaped spout 25 is formed from a cylindrical pipe section. He thus has a cylindrical jacket wall 26.
- the tip 27 of the beak-shaped spout 25 lies on the longest generatrix.
- the spout 25 is provided with a reflux opening 28.
- This reflux opening 28 may, in principle, be designed as a window, but in the embodiment illustrated and preferred here this reflux opening 28 designed as a vertically extending, slot-shaped recess. This solution is particularly preferred because in this way the entire sleeve part 2 can be manufactured without a slider.
- the cap 3 is described below with reference to FIGS Figures 3 and 5 described.
- the cap 3 consists of a cylindrical cap shell wall 30, which is closed off by a cover surface 31. Slightly above the center, a circumferential, concentrically arranged collar 32 is integrally formed on the cap casing wall 30. This collar 32 has an internal thread 33. This internal thread 33 is adapted to the external thread 21 on the spout 20.
- the connection of the collar 32 is selected so that the cap shell wall 30 ends shortly above the connecting wall 24 in the fully screwed-on state. Accordingly, a Anschlagungswulst 29 is formed on the outer surface of the jacket wall 22 of the spout.
- the plastic closure according to the invention is used for attachment to a tubular bag.
- the flange 23 is used by means of which the plastic closure 1, for example, with ultrasound, on the plastic film of the tubular bag is weldable. Thanks to the double-walledness of the sleeve part 2, formed from the spout 20 and the beak-shaped spout 25 concentrically attached thereto with the connecting wall 24, results in an increased stability. Accordingly, this stability no longer needs to be increased by the flange 23, and thus the flange 23 can be made extremely thin-walled. This thinness of the flange 23 facilitates the welding and reduces the welding time.
- the wall thickness of the flange 23 is preferably made thinner by 20-40% than the lateral wall 22 of the spout 20.
- cap 3 also has a stabilizing effect. This is because the cap skirt wall 30 is dimensioned so that it practically engages in the spout 20 with a minimal undersize.
- the reflux opening 28 is not only above the plane in which the flange 23 extends, but also above the plane in which the annular connecting wall 24 extends. This ensures that in a completely filled tubular bag, just by the same, not already a certain amount of the tubular bag contents in the trough-shaped gap between the casing wall 22 of the spout and the spout 25 passes. Nevertheless, it can happen, especially if the user squeezes the tubular bag too tightly, that liquid comes into this area. However, as soon as he realizes this and reduces the pressure somewhat, a large part of the liquid will flow back through the reflux opening 28. This remainder, now remains in this annular trough will remain at a conventional spout angle in this area.
- FIG. 6 In contrast to rigid vessels, such as plastic bottles or glass bottles, considerably higher internal pressures can occur in tubular bags and correspondingly higher requirements for tightness must be met. This is on the FIG. 6 directed.
- the cap skirt wall 30 In the FIG. 6 one recognizes the cap skirt wall 30 in the region in which the collar 32 already described is formed. In this area, which is covered by the collar 32, a sealing bead 35 is formed on the cap shell wall 30. In the closed state of the closure, this sealing bead 30 presses on the inside of the shell wall 22 of the spout 20. The higher the pressure is within the tubular bag and thus built within the cap 3, the more presses the sealing bead 35 on the shell wall 22 of the Spout.
- the diameter in the region of the sealing bead 35 must be greater than the inner diameter of the spout 20 or In order to still be able to close this closure with reasonable effort, the shell wall of the spout in the region of the upper edge is provided with a chamfer 36.

Description
- Figur 1
- den erfindungsgemässen Verschluss im geschlossenen Zustand in perspektivischer Darstellung;
- Figur 2
