Description

The invention relates to a floor WC comprising a ceramic WC body and a ceramic cistern.

Such a floor-standing WC with a cast-in cistern is often called a "one-piece" toilet. It is a one-piece according to his production, to be installed on the bottom toilet, which not only the actual toilet body, but also the cistern, which is permanently connected to the toilet body includes.

Known standing toilets have on the toilet body on a top flush or water ring. This is ring-shaped and hollow, it is usually flushed in via a corresponding piping coming from the cistern water, which is distributed in the hollow water ring. To the toilet body respectively to the basin towards the water ring is perforated, so there are provided a plurality of spaced holes through which the water then flows from the water ring in the toilet body. This water ring is to be manufactured as a separate component, since it can not be cast together with the toilet body due to its property as a hollow body, which is perforated only over the few holes. This means that known standing toilets thus consist of three parts, namely, on the one hand the actual basin-like toilet body, the water ring and the cistern. After making these three separate components they are then connected. As part of this, it is necessary to connect the water ring on the toilet body via a Klebeschlicker and fix the cistern also Klebeschlicker the rear toilet area. Thereafter, the thus composed toilet is glazed and fired.

The preparation of such a stand-WC is therefore very complex, after three separate parts are to be produced, which are then connected in corresponding steps.

These machines work with pressure, through which the water in the casting slurry is forced through the porous mold walls, usually made of plastic, in contrast to otherwise used plaster molds, through which the water diffuses during the service life. The complexity of the shape or the structure of the water ring does not allow a production on a die-casting machine.

Out AT 403302 B is a floor WC according to the preamble of claim 1 is known.

The invention is therefore based on the problem to provide a floor WC, which is easier to manufacture on the one hand, and on the other hand can be manufactured using a die-casting machine.

Zur Lösung dieses Problems ist ein Stand-WC gemäß Anspruch 1 vorgesehenTo solve this problem, a floor WC according to claim 1 is provided

In the stand-WC according to the invention, no hollow body water ring is provided with particular advantage, which serves the Wassereinspülung respectively water distribution. Instead, the toilet body according to the invention has only one circumferential on the upper edge of the annular flange, which extends inwardly, so relative to the mounting position of the floor WC's runs horizontally, and which is open as a simple annular flange down to the pool interior. This annular flange ultimately serves only as a splash guard respectively as a flow restriction for the rinse water, which is flushed below this annular flange. The flushing and thus ultimately the distribution of the rinse water by means of a separate, preferably made of plastic Einspülbauteils, which is used in the rear region of the annular flange below and is supplied with flushing water coming from the cistern.

Thus, the stand WC according to the invention is consequently only in two parts, namely consisting of the toilet body and the cistern, both ceramic components, the can be easily connected to each other using Klebeschlicker. Since the cistern as a substantially rectangular hollow member can be easily manufactured, a production on a die-casting machine is readily possible. Also, the toilet body is, after the upper edge only the drawn inward annular flange is provided as a simple, single-walled body portion, also in its shape simple, which means that it can also be made on a die-casting machine. Because it is easily possible to form this annular flange shape with a die-casting machine and consequently pressure-cast the entire toilet body.
The standing WC according to the invention has a number of advantages. First, it is much easier to produce, since only two components are to be finished, which are then garnished using adhesive bonds together. Furthermore, both components can be manufactured on a die casting machine, which allows a much faster production than the previous floor WCs using plaster molds. Since only a simple annular flange is provided, there are also hygienic advantages, since a cleaning below the annular flange, which is readily accessible, is very simple compared to a closed, only multiple perforated water ring as before. Finally, the floor WC also has only one Garnierlinie, namely in the connection region between the cistern and toilet body, unlike in the prior art, where two such Garnierlinien are provided.
As described, a flushing component is to be installed underneath the annular flange in the rear basin section in order to flush in the flushing water. So that this is not visible from the front, efrindungsgemäß in the cistern near area on the annular flange to the bottom of the pelvic portion directed edge flange is formed to form a receiving space for the Einspülbauteil. This means that the annular flange with its free, inner end bent over into an edge flange, which extends by a few centimeters towards the interior of the basin. This edge flange thus forms a privacy screen, which conceals the flushing component arranged behind it. The edge flange runs around at least 90 °, its Concrete length depends on the length of the Einspülbauteils, which of course also has a part-ring-like shape that corresponds to the shape of the basin or the area below the annular flange, so that it can be used there adapted to shape. The flushing component is a hollow body, preferably made of plastic, on which a connection for a flushing line is preferably provided on the rear side, which directs water from the flushing cistern into the flushing component. It also has two front-side, lateral outlet openings, from which the rinse water flows on both sides into the basin section. Otherwise, the Einspülbauteil, apart from the connection for the flushing line and the two side outlet openings, closed, so that rinse water can run only defined and flow into the pool, thereby an increased Einspülwasserdruck can achieve while overflow is excluded. The outlet openings are laterally, so that the rinse water flows in near the pool wall. The edge flange is arranged on the annular flange surrounding the entire basin, it is directed towards the bottom of the basin and runs only in sections around the basin, at least to the extent that the flushing component can be installed behind it completely hidden. With the edge flange a receiving space for the arranged behind him Einspülbauteil is formed.

After the flushing component is to be supplied with flushing water, but the cistern is placed in the rear area on the toilet body, an opening for receiving a Spülwasserzuleitung is expediently provided on the basin section in the region of the rear upper edge for Einspülelement. The configuration can be such that either the Einspülelement penetrates this opening with a connection piece, to which connection piece then the Spülwasserzuleitung is connected, or that the flushing water line is passed through the opening and einspülelementseitig is attached.

Basically, there are two different deduction possibilities for accumulating in the toilet body Ausspülgut. One is that of the usual siphon, which adjoins directly to the basin, as in particular in the European Space used toilets is common. The second extraction option is the so-called extraction, which is mainly used in North American and Asian countries. In this case, the actual rinsing water rinsing out the rinsing material directly from the basin is flushed in locally in the bottom area of the basin, the water then flows into a suction siphon connected to a corresponding connection on the bottom of the basin. The flushed-in water rises here in the basin as well as in the siphon until it reaches a maximum filling level, after which it comes to the onset of an automatic suction effect, as part of which the rinse water is drawn with strong suction from the siphon and thus inevitably also from the basin, until the pelvis is almost completely emptied. In order to realize this Ausspülmöglichkeit also in the floor WC according to the invention, an opening for the connection of a flushing line and in extension of the opening at the opposite rear side of the pelvic section is expediently in the lower part of the pelvic section a connection for a tortuous, an aspiration from the pelvic section enabling Absaugsiphon provided. The flushing water hose can therefore be connected on the front side so that the main part of the flushing water (a certain proportion of the flushing water is flushed in via the flushing component in the upper pool area) can be flushed into the lower pool area directly in the transition to the suction siphon.

Beide Leitungsabschnitte werden also gemeinsam gespeist. As described, a water inlet is given both in the upper pelvic region via the flushing component as well as in the lower pelvic region, for example in the described corresponding embodiment with the Absaugsiphon. In order to realize this line technology in a simple manner, a flushing water line outgoing from the cistern is expediently provided, which branches into a line section leading to the basin under-side opening and a passage leading to the upper opening of the basin, to be connected to the flushing element. Both line sections are thus fed together. The function is such that the rinse water first feeds the leading to the lower pool connection line section. If the inflowing water rises in the siphon ponds, it is inevitably dammed back in the flushing water pipe respectively the pipe section. In this case, it is the case that the water is also dammed back into the upper line section or the inflowing rinse water then flows into the flushing-in component via this. From there it is then flushed with sufficient pressure almost tangential to the edge of the pool.

If a Absaugsiphon provided, this can either be firmly connected to the toilet body by casting, that is, the Absaugsiphon is glued as a ceramic component before the actual firing also Klebeschlicker at a suitable interface on the toilet body and then together with the toilet body and the cistern is burned to a complete unit. Alternatively, it is also conceivable to produce the Absaugsiphon separately as a ceramic element and, after the stand-WC as such and also the Absaugsiphon were burned separately, to glue over a corresponding adhesive after firing. In principle, of course, an embodiment of the Absaugsiphons made of plastic is conceivable, said plastic tube is then fixed via a corresponding mimic on the toilet body.

The Einspülelement itself is preferably also made of plastic as already described, it is a very easy to produce hollow plastic injection molded part.

In addition to the standing WC, the invention further relates to a method for producing a floor WC of the type described. The method is characterized in that by means of a die-casting machine
  • in a first press the toilet body comprising a pelvic portion with a at the top substantially horizontally drawn to the interior of the pelvic portion, circulating and downwardly open annular flange, directed to the bottom of the bottom portion, only partially running around the annular flange around the edge flange Forming a receiving space for a Einspülbauteil is molded, is poured,
  • in a second press the cistern is poured
  • the cistern is transferred from the second press in the first press and placed on the toilet body in an area behind the annular flange and fastened there by Klebeschlicker on the toilet body,
  • the composite of WC body and cistern is glazed to form a materially integral overall shape and then fired,
  • a Einspülbauteil is mounted, which is a hollow body to which a connection for a purge line is provided and which has two front-side, lateral outflow openings from which supplied water can flow on both sides into the basin section.

The cistern is preferably transported by means of a transport robot from the second to the first press, wherein, of course, preferably also the Klebeschlicker is applied automatically by means of a Auftragroboters. This means that as far as possible the manufacturing process is designed to be automated.

Furthermore, it is possible, according to the invention, to secure a ceramic suction siphon to the WC body by means of adhesive stickers before glazing and firing. Again, this is preferably done in the first press, and this Absaugsiphon can be recognized either by means of a transport robot, as well as the local Klebeschlicker is applied automatically. It is also conceivable, however, to do this manually. Alternatively, it is possible to stick this then burned Absaugsiphon after burning the composite of toilet body and cistern on the toilet body.

Fig. 1 shows a stand-WC according to the invention, which is designed as a one-piece ceramic component. It consists of two essential elements, namely on the one hand the toilet body 2, on the other hand, the cistern 3. WC body 2 and cistern 3 are separately manufactured ceramic components that were manufactured separately on a die-casting machine and then firmly bonded together via Klebeschlicker. The dividing line 4 is shown in dashed lines, at this interface toilet body and cistern 3 are garnished with each other on the Klebeschlicker. After glazing and firing of this composite results in a materially integral overall shape. As can be seen, the standing WC 1 is closed laterally, provided is only an inspection opening 5, as in Fig. 1 is indicated by way of example.

Fig. 2 shows a back view of the stand WC's Fig. 1 , In addition to the cistern 3 with its removable cover 6 here are the two side walls 7, which close the floor WC laterally towards the ground and serve as shelves, and preferably in the front toilet area bent into each other, shown, as well as a transverse running Soil 8. The soil serves on the one hand stability purposes, on the other hand, it also has a corresponding aperture 9, through which engages in the mounting position, a corresponding sewer pipe through which the floor WC 1 is connected to the house piping.

Fig. 3 zeigt eine Längsschnittansicht durch das Stand-WC 1. Fig. 3 shows a longitudinal sectional view through the floor WC 1. In addition to the cistern 3 together with cover 6 is particularly in the sectional view of the structure of Toilet body 2 can be seen in detail. The toilet body 2 has, on the one hand, a basin section 10, which is delimited on the upper side by a circumferential annular flange 11. This annular flange 11 extends to a few centimeters inwards, in the Fig. 3 shown assembly position, it runs horizontally. It runs as described completely around the pelvic portion 10, so that consequently forms a horizontal annular flange.

In the rear area, ie in the area adjacent to the cistern 3, the annular flange is in an angled edge flange 12 via. This edge flange 12 extends a few centimeters into the interior of the basin. He runs in the example shown by more than 90 °, as the Figures 3 and 4 demonstrate. About the annular flange 11 in conjunction with the edge flange 12, a receiving space 13 is formed or demarcated, in which a Einspülbauteil 14, preferably made of plastic, is arranged. This injection component 14 is adapted in its shape of the receiving space 13, so it is also bent. The injection component 14 does not extend as far around as the edge flange 12. The flushing component 14 is a hollow body which has a corresponding connection flange 15 at the rear, which engages through a corresponding opening 16 in the tank portion 10. This is followed by the connection of a flushing line 17, which comes from the cistern 3 in a first line section 18, which runs in the example shown to the flushing member 14, and a second line section 19, which will be described below leads to a lower pool section branches.

Via the line section 18, water is introduced into the flushing component 14, within which the water is distributed. The flushing member 14 is, see Fig. 4 , Open at its free ends, via the outflow openings 20, the water then flows more or less tangentially to the pelvic wall under pressure. It is so washed below respectively behind the annular flange 11 and the edge flange 12. The annular flange 11 ultimately serves as a splash guard or flow limitation, which ensures that the flushed rinse water remains only in the basin section 10 and from the exit from the Openings 20 flows into and rinses out the front basin section area.

Fig. 5 shows a sectional view, the toilet body 2 in the opposite direction as Fig. 4 shows. As can be seen, only the annular flange 11 is provided here, but no edge flange 12.

As stated, a second line section 19 is provided, over which the majority of the rinse water is passed. This line section 19 runs to an opening 21 in a front region of the pelvic section, which tapers in the lower region. The basin section 10 is double-walled in this area. The rinse water passes via the line section 19 to the connection opening 21 and from there into a cavity 22, from where it passes through a further opening 23 in the interior of the basin, which is significantly tapered in the area to the pelvic floor 24. Opposite this opening 23 and thus also the opening 21, a further opening 25 is provided for the connection of a suction siphon. This siphoning siphon, in detail in Fig. 6 is shown, is connected to a corresponding connection portion 26 of the toilet body, it leads to the opening 9, where it is in turn connected to a sewer, not shown.

Obviously, the toilet body 2 is designed so that it can be manufactured on a die-casting machine. This applies in particular to the area of the annular flange 11 together with the peripheral flange 12. A hollow-body water ring as in the prior art is not provided here, which enables production on a die-casting machine. Equally simple in its geometry is, of course, the cistern 3 and lid 6. Are toilet body 2 and cistern 3 made on appropriate die-casting machines, the cistern 3 is the die-casting press, in which the toilet body 2 was prepared, transported by a transport robot. The cistern 3 has no bottom, the bottom is formed over a wall 27 of the toilet body, in which a corresponding opening 28 for fixing the flushing water pipe 17 is provided. The cistern 3 is then placed on this wall 27 and fixed to it by means of adhesive stickers. Subsequently, this composite is glazed and fired, so that a total of one-piece floor WC 1 results.

Fig. 6 finally shows a sectional view accordingly Fig. 3 , wherein here a suction siphon 29 is provided. This suction siphon 29 is preferably also made of ceramic. It can also be fixed by means of Klebeschlicker before the actual firing to the connection portion 26 of the toilet body 2, after which the entire composite consisting of WC body 2, cistern 3 and suction siphon 29 is glazed and fired. This results in a floor WC 1, which also has the suction siphon 29 as a one-piece element. It is also conceivable, however, to glue the suction siphon 29 only after firing.

Due to the geometry of the suction siphon 29 a suction effect is realized over this. The function is such that upon actuation of the flushing, the water flows from the cistern 3 into the flushing water line 17 and from there first into the line section 19. From there, the water flows into the lower region of the basin section 10. It increases with increasing inflow both in the suction siphon 29 and in the basin. As soon as the water has reached a certain fill level, a backflow occurs in the line section 19, that is to say that the rinse water still partially flows in, but in some cases is also back-stowed and consequently rises into the line section 18. From there it gets into the Einspülelement 14, via which it is then discharged into the basin interior. As soon as the filling level in the suction siphon 29 and in the basin section 10 is sufficiently high, automatic suctioning takes place, that is to say that the increased rinse water is automatically drawn off via the suction siphon 29. It enters a suction effect, which almost completely withdraws the rinse water.

Although the Figures 1-6 shows a toilet configuration with connection option for a suction siphon, it is of course also possible to design the toilet body 2 so that a conventional siphon is already integrated in the toilet body.
