Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for filling containers with liquid contents, preferably for filling beverage containers with beverages, as well as a method for filling containers.
- the reservoir is provided for example in the form of a boiler, a ring boiler or a central boiler of a rotary filling machine in a plane above the Greinere.
- Some liquid contents and especially some drinks and foodstuffs must be filled into containers within a certain temperature band in order to maintain certain product properties in the filled container.
- cold aseptic filling operations are known in which the respective drinks are bottled at low temperatures in order to reduce or avoid the growth of germs and microorganisms which could affect the product quality and / or the shelf life of the bottled food.
- cold aseptic filling is used to fill cold chain products such as fresh milk and other dairy products.
- the filling of the container with fresh milk or other milk products preferably takes place at a temperature between 0 ° C and 5 ° C, and more preferably at 4 ° C instead.
- the cold chain from the product extraction over the product preparation to the filling, and then to the consumer should not be interrupted to a growth of the To prevent or reduce germs and microorganisms.
- the corresponding products are about 30 to 90 days preserved. This is also referred to as " extended shelf life " products.
- the temperature of the liquid product In order to avoid an interruption of the cold chain, the temperature of the liquid product must be kept constant even during the actual filling.
- liquid filling material which must be filled hot to also achieve aseptic filling and to achieve a killing of the corresponding germs.
- the required filling temperatures are between 80 ° C and 95 ° C. These high filling temperatures should also be adhered to when filling into the container, so that the container inner walls are sterilized when introducing the hot liquid product to keep the filled containers and the contents absorbed therein long lasting.
- the liquid contents which is in the supply line to the filling member and in the filling itself, and to counteract any heating or cooling of the product in the filling, is from DE 10 2009 006 795 A1 Also known a arranged on the filling element heat exchanger. In this way it is possible to keep the temperature level for the product not only in the product vessel but also in the filling member. This is possible even when the system is stopped and the filling valve is no longer flowed through according to the tempered product in the product kettle product.
- the GB 1 027 597 A describes an apparatus for packaging liquid-containing products at an elevated temperature according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the device for filling at least one container with liquid product on a reservoir for receiving the liquid product and at least one standing in fluid communication with the reservoir filling valve for filling the container with the liquid product, wherein a heat exchanger for controlling the temperature recorded in the reservoir stock liquid contents is provided.
- at least one filling valve is connected directly to the storage container in a heat-conducting manner.
- the filling valve is in direct heat-conducting connection with the storage container, it is possible to achieve a temperature control of the filling valve via the temperature control of the storage container. Therefore, can be dispensed with a separate temperature control of the filling valve, whereby the system efficiency increases.
- a connection between the individual thermally conductive components of the reservoir and the filling valve which is achieved via the materials of said components.
- the presence of a mediating medium, such as the liquid contents itself, is not necessary for the direct heat-conducting connection between the filling valve and the reservoir.
- a corresponding temperature of the filling valve is also possible with empty reservoir.
- Such a thermally conductive connection between the filling valve and the storage container can be produced, for example, by fitting the filling valve, which is typically made of stainless steel, directly to the components of the storage container which are heated via the heat exchanger, for example to a storage container wall which is usually made of stainless steel For example, by screwing or welding. In this way, the introduced into the reservoir heat or cold energy is transferred directly to the material of the filling valve, so that the filling valve is maintained at the predetermined temperature of the reservoir by the heat exchanger.
- the temperature input into the temperature-sensitive load cells can be reduced.
- the weighing cells can furthermore be arranged outside an insulator in which the filling valve is accommodated in order to produce an even greater thermal separation between the tempered plant components and the temperature-sensitive weighing cells.
- the insulator may also be tempered in order to keep the system components in contact with the product to be filled, the containers to be filled, and the product to be filled even better at the filling temperature and to comply with the filling specifications accordingly.
- the temperature-sensitive system components such as, for example, the microelectronics or the load cells, can be kept outside the temperature-controlled areas.
- At least one filling valve is integrated in the reservoir.
- the bottom plate or the receptacle of the valve cone of the filling valve is recessed in the container bottom of the reservoir, formed in this, or is directly connected to this, for example via a screw or a weld.
- the valve cone is - at least when the valve is closed - in heat-conducting contact with the bottom plate of the filling valve and thus in direct thermal contact with the container bottom of the reservoir. In this way, not only the reservoir and its contents, but also the filling valve can be tempered with its coming into contact with the product components, without a separate heat exchanger for the filling valve would be necessary.
- the integrated arrangement can be dispensed with a supply line from the reservoir to the filling valve, since the filling valve is arranged directly on the reservoir. This also makes it possible to avoid a temperature change of the liquid filling material in a supply line, as the supply line is dispensed with.
- Temperianssmedien glacien can be provided in the lid of the reservoir, which can be flowed through by a cooling medium and in the bottom of the reservoir, an electrical heating arrangement can be provided. In this way, cooling from above and heating from below can be applied to the liquid product. With a corresponding device, therefore, both cold aseptic filling operations, and hot aseptic filling operations can be performed without the device would have to be converted consuming.
- the pitch of the at least one filling valve is within the diameter of the reservoir.
- the filling valves are within the base of the reservoir, so that a direct heat-conducting connection can be easily achieved.
- the diameter of the pitch circle of the filling valves is smaller than the diameter of the reservoir, such that the filling valves are arranged in the reservoir or directly below the reservoir, preferably without a further supply line.
- a filling valve which is designed as a free-jet filler.
- other filling valves can also be used.
- At least one filling valve is located substantially within the volume defined by the reservoir. Also in this way a simple thermal coupling of the filling valve to the temperature level of the reservoir can be achieved. It is preferred if in this case a bottom plate and / or a valve cone of at least one filling valve lies within the volume defined by the reservoir. Particularly preferably, the bottom plate of at least one filling valve is integrated into the container bottom of the storage container, and a valve seat is preferably integrated into the bottom plate of the storage container.
- At least one filling valve is connected directly to the reservoir, preferably via a rivet connection, a screw connection and / or a welded connection.
- the reservoir and at least one filling valve on a material of high thermal conductivity and the material of high thermal conductivity of the reservoir is directly connected to the material of high thermal conductivity of the filling valve in heat-conducting connection
- the above object is also achieved by a method for filling at least one container with liquid product according to claim 9, wherein the liquid product is received in a reservoir and is filled by means of at least one filling valve from the reservoir into the container, and wherein the liquid product is tempered in the reservoir by means of a heat exchanger.
- at least one filling valve is tempered directly via the storage container.
- FIG. 1 schematically shows a device 1 for filling containers 10 in the form of bottles, which are supplied to the device 1 via a feed star 12.
- the device 1 comprises a storage container 2 in the form of a central boiler for receiving the liquid filling material 20, which is to be filled into the container 10.
- the liquid product 20 can be filled via a filling valve 3 in the container 10.
- the filling valve 3 is correspondingly in fluid communication with the storage container 2 such that the liquid contents 20 received in the storage container 2 can flow through the filling valve 3.
- the filling valve 3 is schematically below in the FIG. 2 again shown and described in more detail.
- the storage container 2 has a heat exchanger 4 in the form of introduced in the container bottom 22 of the reservoir 2 Temper michsmedientechnischen 40.
- the tempering medium lines 40 can either be traversed by a cooled cooling medium or a heated heating medium in order to appropriately temper the container bottom 22 of the storage container 2 as well as to keep the liquid contents 20 in the storage container 2 at a predetermined temperature or to bring this to a predetermined temperature.
- the Temper michsmedientechnischen 40 are dimensioned accordingly to allow either a heating or cooling of the liquid product 20 in the reservoir 2, or to allow only holding the temperature at which the liquid product was introduced into the reservoir 2.
- the heat exchanger for temperature control of the liquid contents received in the reservoir can also be electrically operated.
- the heat exchanger either electrical heating elements, which are introduced into the bottom and / or the walls of the reservoir, or it has corresponding electrical cooling elements - for example Peltier elements - which are also arranged in the bottom and / or the walls of the reservoir.
- the transmission of electrical energy then takes place, for example, by means of a slip ring transmitter.
- the different types of heat exchangers can also be combined with each other, for example, an electrical heating arrangement in the bottom of the reservoir combined with Temper michsmedientechnischen, which are arranged in the walls and / or the lid of the reservoir.
- an electrical heating arrangement in the bottom of the reservoir may be provided in the lid of the reservoir Temper michsmedientechnischen which can be traversed by a cooling medium, and in the bottom may be provided an electric heating arrangement.
- tempering arrangements in the lid of the reservoir Temper michsmedientechnischen which can be traversed by a cooling medium
- an electric heating arrangement in this way, cooling from above and heating from below can be applied to the liquid product.
- a corresponding device therefore, both cold aseptic filling operations, and hot aseptic filling operations can be performed without the device would have to be converted consuming.
- the temperature which is to be achieved in the storage container 2 and which is to be transferred to the liquid product 20 depends on the properties of the liquid product 20 and the actual filling conditions. For example, when filling a cold chain product such as fresh milk, a temperature of the liquid filling material 20 in the storage container 2 should be reached, which lies in the range from 0 ° C to 5 ° C, preferably at 4 ° C. In a hot filling of fruit or vegetable juices, a heated heating medium is passed through the Temper michsmedientechnisch 40 to hold the liquid product 20 according to at 80 ° C to 95 ° C or to heat to this temperature.
- the filling valve 3 is integrated into the reservoir 2 so that the bottom plate 30 of the filling valve 3 directly thermally conductively connected to the container bottom 22 of the reservoir 2, so that a direct thermal connection is formed.
- the thermal connection is here produced, inter alia, that there is a direct material contact of the typically made of stainless steel container bottom 22 of the reservoir 2 with the also typically stainless steel having bottom plate 30 of the filling valve 3.
- This connection can be achieved, for example, by welding the two parts together, by directly shaping the bottom plate 30 into the container bottom 22 of the storage container 2, or by a corresponding screwing or riveting of the two parts.
- a thermal connection between the reservoir 2 and the filling valve 3 and in particular with the bottom plate 30 of the filling valve 3 is produced, the applied heat from the heat exchanger 4 or cold directly to the bottom plate 30 of the filling valve 3 transferred.
- the bottom plate 30 of the filling valve 3 is always at the same temperature level as the container bottom 22 of the reservoir 2.
- the filling valve 3 but does not change the temperature level of the liquid product 20, regardless of whether the device 1 operated in the filling mode is and the filling valve 3 is flowed through by liquid medium 20, or whether it is.
- the poppet 32 of the filling valve 3 is in the on the right side of FIG. 1 shown embodiment in its formed in the bottom plate 30 valve seat 300.
- the valve cone 32 also comes in direct thermal contact with the bottom plate 30 and thus with the container bottom 22 of the reservoir 2. Accordingly, the valve cone 32 is always kept at the same temperature level as the container bottom 22 of the reservoir. 2
- the filling valve 3 is at least with respect to its bottom plate 30 and with respect to the valve cone 32 with the liquid product 20 in direct contact. Also via this contact of the valve cone 32 and the bottom plate 30 with the liquid product 20 is a temperature of the filling valve 3 to the temperature level of the liquid product 20 is reached.
- the liquid product 20 is not in low-flow or flow-less areas when the filling valve 3 is closed, but the liquid product 20 can circulate freely within the reservoir 2. This becomes particularly clear when the closed filling valve on the right side of the FIG. 1 is looked at. It can be clearly seen that substantially the entire volume of the liquid product 20 is in constant exchange. Accordingly, the liquid product 20 is always brought in the reservoir 2 via the heat exchanger 4 with respect to the entire volume to the predetermined temperature or held on this.
- the filling valve 3 is always maintained at the required temperature even if the filling process is interrupted.
- the pitch circle T of the filling valves 3 is designed in the device 1 so that it lies within the diameter D of the reservoir 2.
- the filling valves 3 are preferably within the storage container 2 such that they are completely integrated into the storage container 2.
- the filling valves 3 are also within the volume defined by the reservoir 2.
- filling valve is understood to mean at least those components of the filling valve 3 which come into direct contact with the liquid filling material 20 and could influence its temperature accordingly.
- valve control 34 in the form of a pneumatic
- the control of the filling valve 3, which in the in FIG. 1 embodiment shown is carried out via a valve control 34 in the form of a pneumatic, is not flowed around by the liquid product 20 and, accordingly, is not necessarily at the desired product temperature.
- temperature-sensitive components - such as the microelectronics of the controller or the load cells - can be outside the respective tempered areas and in this way the system availability can be further increased.
- At least one stirring blade 24 is provided in the volume of the reservoir 2, which ensures during a rotation of the reservoir 2 that the liquid product 20 is mixed and accordingly the temperature level homogeneous within the entire liquid volume is held in the reservoir 2.
- the use of a separate agitator is possible for this purpose.
- the liquid product 20 can be either pre-heated or pre-cooled introduced into the reservoir 2 and kept at the predetermined temperature via the heat exchanger 4, or it can be introduced via an additional, not shown in the figure entry device heat, for example via a microwave oven arrangement ,
- a temperature sensor 9 can be installed.
- the container 10 are preferably supplied pre-tempered, such that a filling can take place in a correspondingly cooled or heated container 10 and thus the filling temperature can be maintained exactly.
- the amount of liquid to be filled is preferably determined by a weighing device 8 which, inter alia, comprises a weighing cell 80, which is arranged below the container 10.
- this bottling is preferably carried out cold aseptically at a temperature between 0 ° C and 5 ° C and more preferably at 4 ° C.
- the cold chain should not be interrupted between product preparation, filling and transport to the consumer in order to prevent or reduce the growth of microorganisms. In this way, products can be preserved between 30 and 90 days.
- the air conditioning of production halls for such a cold aseptic filling, as was previously necessary, with the device 1, as in FIG. 1 shown is dispensable. Rather, the device 1 can be arranged free-standing. It can also be arranged directly in the immediate vicinity of heat sources, such as the motor 120 of the feed star 12, and these heat sources have only a negligible effect on the temperature level of the liquid product 20 in the reservoir.
- the liquid product 20 is introduced via a feed line 5 and a corresponding rotary distributor 52 in the reservoir 2.
- the supply line 5 is preferably provided with an insulation 50 in order to reduce or prevent cooling or heating of the liquid filling material 20 on the way into the storage container 2.
- the area in which the containers 10 are located during the filling process is arranged in a so-called insulator housing 6.
- the insulator housing 6 is flowed through with appropriately tempered, preferably also sterilized and dried, air, which is introduced, for example via the feed flange 60 and the exhaust flange 62 into the insulator housing 6.
- the lateral wall 64 of the insulator housing 6 is statically arranged and connected via water locks 66 with the rotating components of the insulator housing 6, for example in the form of the lid 68.
- An insulation 50 may also be arranged around the insulator housing 6 in order to maintain a temperature within the insulator housing 6.
- the insulator housing 6 may be tempered to provide a temperature-controlled interior and to keep according to the recorded in the insulator housing 6 system components to hold the container to be filled and the product to be filled at the desired filling temperature.
- the temperature of the insulator housing 6 can be made via at least one of the above-mentioned heat exchanger types. Alternatively, the temperature control can also be performed via heating or cooling registers in the air supply to Zuzhouflansch 60. The air can be recycled via the exhaust flange 62 in order to achieve efficient operation of the system.
- the arrangement shown is further advantageous in that further temperature-sensitive components are arranged outside of the insulator housing 6.
- the load cells 80 are disposed outside of the insulator housing 6, so that temperature-induced inaccuracies of the load cells 80 can be reduced and correspondingly a more accurate operation of the device 1 can be achieved while maintaining the desired filling temperature.
- the arrangement of the motor 120 of the feed star 12 outside the insulator housing 6 results in increased plant availability, since the engine 120 can not overheat.
- the arrangement of load cells and drives outside the insulator housing 6 has the further advantage that these components are located outside the spray area of the product to be filled, as well as of the cleaning media used in the insulator housing. Furthermore, the accessibility for maintenance and repair is improved by said arrangement.
- device 1 for filling containers 10 is due to the illustrated embodiment of the filling valve 3 initially not suitable for filling foaming or carbonated drinks. However, this suitability can be produced by means of a modified embodiment of the filling valve 3, in which case the container 10 then has to be pressed against such a filling valve 3 for the preceding pretensioning of the container 10.
- a corresponding temperature control medium line 42 is preferably supplied to the rotating bottom 22 of the storage container 2 for supplying a corresponding tempering medium to the Temper michsmedientechnischen 40 in the container bottom 22 of the reservoir 2 via the rotary distributor 52.
- the feed line 5 for the liquid product 20 can also be tempered via this temperature-control medium line 42.
- the consumed temperature control medium can then be derived, for example, into a standing channel 28.
- the channel 28 may be configured in an alternative as a closed media rotation guide - similar to the media rotary distributor 52 -.
- the derivative 26 may be made in a further alternative via a track of the media rotary distributor 52.

Description
The present invention relates to a device for filling containers with liquid contents, preferably for filling beverage containers with beverages, as well as a method for filling containers.
In filling devices for filling liquid contents in containers, especially in the field of filling devices for drinks, it is known to keep the liquid contents in a storage container from which the actual filling elements for filling the containers with the liquid contents are then fed. The reservoir is provided for example in the form of a boiler, a ring boiler or a central boiler of a rotary filling machine in a plane above the Füllorgane.
Some liquid contents and especially some drinks and foodstuffs must be filled into containers within a certain temperature band in order to maintain certain product properties in the filled container.
For example, cold aseptic filling operations are known in which the respective drinks are bottled at low temperatures in order to reduce or avoid the growth of germs and microorganisms which could affect the product quality and / or the shelf life of the bottled food. For example, cold aseptic filling is used to fill cold chain products such as fresh milk and other dairy products. The filling of the container with fresh milk or other milk products preferably takes place at a temperature between 0 ° C and 5 ° C, and more preferably at 4 ° C instead. The cold chain from the product extraction over the product preparation to the filling, and then to the consumer should not be interrupted to a growth of the To prevent or reduce germs and microorganisms. Thus, the corresponding products are about 30 to 90 days preserved. This is also referred to as " extended shelf life " products.
In order to avoid an interruption of the cold chain, the temperature of the liquid product must be kept constant even during the actual filling.
Furthermore, there are liquid filling material, which must be filled hot to also achieve aseptic filling and to achieve a killing of the corresponding germs. For example, when bottling clear juices, nectars and vegetable juices, the required filling temperatures are between 80 ° C and 95 ° C. These high filling temperatures should also be adhered to when filling into the container, so that the container inner walls are sterilized when introducing the hot liquid product to keep the filled containers and the contents absorbed therein long lasting.
Furthermore, it is known in alternative plant concepts to accommodate the filler in a tempered or air-conditioned space in order to keep at least all product-carrying system components at the corresponding desired filling temperature. However, this makes sense technically and energetically only for a cold-aseptic filling, in which the corresponding filling space is then kept at temperatures between 0 ° C and 5 ° C. To heat an appropriate space for the hot aseptic to 80 ° C to 95 ° C would be energetically inefficient and is therefore not in use.
Based on the cited prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a device for filling liquid contents into containers and in particular a device for filling drinks in beverage containers, which is further improved in terms of system efficiency.
This object is achieved by a device for filling containers with a liquid product having the features of
Accordingly, the device for filling at least one container with liquid product on a reservoir for receiving the liquid product and at least one standing in fluid communication with the reservoir filling valve for filling the container with the liquid product, wherein a heat exchanger for controlling the temperature recorded in the reservoir stock liquid contents is provided. According to the invention, at least one filling valve is connected directly to the storage container in a heat-conducting manner.
Due to the fact that, in the device according to the invention, the filling valve is in direct heat-conducting connection with the storage container, it is possible to achieve a temperature control of the filling valve via the temperature control of the storage container. Therefore, can be dispensed with a separate temperature control of the filling valve, whereby the system efficiency increases.
It is possible in this way, even after a system shutdown to use the entire not yet filled volume of liquid product for further filling, since the entire volume is always on the predetermined by the heat exchanger of the reservoir temperature level.
Under direct heat-conducting connection between the filling valve and the reservoir is understood in this context, a connection between the individual thermally conductive components of the reservoir and the filling valve, which is achieved via the materials of said components. The presence of a mediating medium, such as the liquid contents itself, is not necessary for the direct heat-conducting connection between the filling valve and the reservoir. A corresponding temperature of the filling valve is also possible with empty reservoir. Such a thermally conductive connection between the filling valve and the storage container can be produced, for example, by fitting the filling valve, which is typically made of stainless steel, directly to the components of the storage container which are heated via the heat exchanger, for example to a storage container wall which is usually made of stainless steel For example, by screwing or welding. In this way, the introduced into the reservoir heat or cold energy is transferred directly to the material of the filling valve, so that the filling valve is maintained at the predetermined temperature of the reservoir by the heat exchanger.
In the case of a weighing filler, for example, the temperature input into the temperature-sensitive load cells can be reduced.
The weighing cells can furthermore be arranged outside an insulator in which the filling valve is accommodated in order to produce an even greater thermal separation between the tempered plant components and the temperature-sensitive weighing cells. In an alternative, the insulator may also be tempered in order to keep the system components in contact with the product to be filled, the containers to be filled, and the product to be filled even better at the filling temperature and to comply with the filling specifications accordingly. In this variant too, the temperature-sensitive system components, such as, for example, the microelectronics or the load cells, can be kept outside the temperature-controlled areas.
In a preferred embodiment, at least one filling valve is integrated in the reservoir. Accordingly, for example, the bottom plate or the receptacle of the valve cone of the filling valve is recessed in the container bottom of the reservoir, formed in this, or is directly connected to this, for example via a screw or a weld. Accordingly, the valve cone is - at least when the valve is closed - in heat-conducting contact with the bottom plate of the filling valve and thus in direct thermal contact with the container bottom of the reservoir. In this way, not only the reservoir and its contents, but also the filling valve can be tempered with its coming into contact with the product components, without a separate heat exchanger for the filling valve would be necessary.
The integrated arrangement can be dispensed with a supply line from the reservoir to the filling valve, since the filling valve is arranged directly on the reservoir. This also makes it possible to avoid a temperature change of the liquid filling material in a supply line, as the supply line is dispensed with.
In an advantageous embodiment, Temperierungsmedienleitungen can be provided in the lid of the reservoir, which can be flowed through by a cooling medium and in the bottom of the reservoir, an electrical heating arrangement can be provided. In this way, cooling from above and heating from below can be applied to the liquid product. With a corresponding device, therefore, both cold aseptic filling operations, and hot aseptic filling operations can be performed without the device would have to be converted consuming.
Advantageously, the pitch of the at least one filling valve is within the diameter of the reservoir. Thus, the filling valves are within the base of the reservoir, so that a direct heat-conducting connection can be easily achieved. In other words, the diameter of the pitch circle of the filling valves is smaller than the diameter of the reservoir, such that the filling valves are arranged in the reservoir or directly below the reservoir, preferably without a further supply line. For the aforementioned embodiments is particularly well a filling valve, which is designed as a free-jet filler. However, other filling valves can also be used.
In an advantageous development, at least one filling valve is located substantially within the volume defined by the reservoir. By picking up the bottom plate of the filling valve in the volume of the reservoir ensures that the liquid product, which is tempered in the reservoir via the heat exchanger, not in the filling valve, but, since the filling valve has essentially no inlet section but is arranged in the volume of the reservoir, can flow freely in the reservoir. Accordingly, the liquid product is always mixed and remains in accordance with the heat exchanger always uniformly tempered. Furthermore, it can be achieved in this way that the valve cone is flowed around by the product and accordingly assumes the product temperature via this path. Furthermore, it is achieved in this way that the product can flow freely in the reservoir and it does not come to an area in which an exchange of the product with its environment and the heat exchanger is impossible. A flow arrest, such as in a non-flow-through supply pipe, does not take place accordingly.
Dabei weist der Vorratsbehälter und mindestens ein Füllventil ein Material hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit auf und das Material hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit des Vorratsbehälters steht mit dem Material hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit des Füllventils direkt in wärmeleitender VerbindungIn order to produce a thermally conductive direct connection between the filling valve and the reservoir, at least one filling valve is connected directly to the reservoir, preferably via a rivet connection, a screw connection and / or a welded connection. In this case, the reservoir and at least one filling valve on a material of high thermal conductivity and the material of high thermal conductivity of the reservoir is directly connected to the material of high thermal conductivity of the filling valve in heat-conducting connection
The above object is also achieved by a method for filling at least one container with liquid product according to claim 9, wherein the liquid product is received in a reservoir and is filled by means of at least one filling valve from the reservoir into the container, and wherein the liquid product is tempered in the reservoir by means of a heat exchanger. According to the invention, at least one filling valve is tempered directly via the storage container.

In this case, the same, similar or equivalent elements are denoted by identical reference numerals and a repeated description of these elements will be omitted in the following description in part in order to avoid redundancies.
The
The storage container 2 has a heat exchanger 4 in the form of introduced in the
In an alternative, not shown, the heat exchanger for temperature control of the liquid contents received in the reservoir can also be electrically operated. For this purpose, the heat exchanger either electrical heating elements, which are introduced into the bottom and / or the walls of the reservoir, or it has corresponding electrical cooling elements - for example Peltier elements - which are also arranged in the bottom and / or the walls of the reservoir. The transmission of electrical energy then takes place, for example, by means of a slip ring transmitter.
The different types of heat exchangers can also be combined with each other, for example, an electrical heating arrangement in the bottom of the reservoir combined with Temperierungsmedienleitungen, which are arranged in the walls and / or the lid of the reservoir. For example, may be provided in the lid of the reservoir Temperierungsmedienleitungen which can be traversed by a cooling medium, and in the bottom may be provided an electric heating arrangement. In this way, cooling from above and heating from below can be applied to the liquid product. With a corresponding device, therefore, both cold aseptic filling operations, and hot aseptic filling operations can be performed without the device would have to be converted consuming.
The use of other heat exchangers is also conceivable, for example, the application of heat radiation to the reservoir or the use of microwaves.
The temperature which is to be achieved in the storage container 2 and which is to be transferred to the
The thermal connection is here produced, inter alia, that there is a direct material contact of the typically made of stainless

In addition to the direct contact of the
Accordingly, even in a plant standstill, in which the filling
Accordingly, it is no longer necessary in the illustrated
The pitch circle T of the filling

In this context, the term " filling valve " is understood to mean at least those components of the filling
In order to achieve a complete and continuous mixing of the
The
To check the temperature of the
About the
The amount of liquid to be filled is preferably determined by a weighing device 8 which, inter alia, comprises a weighing
When filling
The
Furthermore, the area in which the
The insulator housing 6 may be tempered to provide a temperature-controlled interior and to keep according to the recorded in the insulator housing 6 system components to hold the container to be filled and the product to be filled at the desired filling temperature. The temperature of the insulator housing 6 can be made via at least one of the above-mentioned heat exchanger types. Alternatively, the temperature control can also be performed via heating or cooling registers in the air supply to

The arrangement of the
In order to achieve a temperature control of the storage container 2, a corresponding temperature control
Via a
In the case of using the
The filling

For example, in hot-filling, it is important that, after sealing the containers, the interior of the
In order to also sterilize the headspace of the
Before the
