Definitions
- the invention relates to a holding and guiding device for a sliding door, in particular shower stall sliding door, with a mounted on the sliding door guide fitting, which is movably mounted in or on a guide rail of a shower cubicle, wherein the guide fitting a movable in or on the guide rail mounted holding part and a mounting part has, wherein the mounting part is connected to the sliding door or connectable.
- Such holding and guiding devices have generally been known in the field of doors, and more particularly in the field of shower sliding doors, for a long time.
- the German Offenlegungsschrift shows DE 38 00 444 A1 a guide fitting for suspending and guiding a sliding door or a sliding wall in shower or Badewandabtrennungen.
- guide fittings which are guided in a head rail on rollers used, comprising a rotor and a coupling piece.
- the coupling piece is connected to the sliding wall.
- Runners and coupling piece of the guide fitting are height-adjustable by means of an adjusting device to each other. Another device goes out of the WO 2008/092225 A1 out.
- a disadvantage of the execution according to DE 38 00 444 A1 is above all the assembly and in particular the dismantling of the sliding door itself.
- the sliding door, together with the coupling piece glued to it is pushed into the rotor from below, the locking hook slides along the inclined guide surface of the profile projection of the coupling piece and then snaps under the profile projection, thus securing the rotor against lifting out of the head recess of the coupling piece.
- the object of the present invention is now to avoid the disadvantages mentioned and to provide a comparison with the prior art simpler and improved holding and guiding device for sliding doors.
- the holding and guiding device characterized in that the holding part and the mantageab releasably connected to each other and that in the dissolved state in or on the guide rail movably mounted holding part, the movement of the mounting member even when mounted on the sliding door mounting part transverse to the plane the sliding door allowed. If, as in the prior art, the adjusting screw is released, thus the sliding door can be lifted together with the mounting part transversely and not only down from the holding part of the guide fitting. This requires a much easier assembly and disassembly, without having to dismantle the actual holding and guiding device in a complicated manner.
- a preferred embodiment may provide that the mounting part is arranged on a side surface of the sliding door. This results in that the sliding door continuously forms the outwardly directed side surface of the shower cubicle and the complete holding and guiding device is arranged behind the sliding door. In particular, this may be advantageous if the mounting part is arranged offset from the upper edge of the sliding door down to the side surface of the sliding door.
- the mounting part is glued to the sliding door.
- This mounting part can then be inserted into a corresponding receiving opening of the holding part substantially transversely to the sliding door level.
- a detachable connection between Mounting part and holding part are produced. It can be adjusted in height to the holding part by turning the adjusting screw, the position of the mounting part - and thus the sliding door.
- the sliding door with glued mounting part and preassembled adjusting screw is inserted into the holding part and locked with the two locking pins. By turning the adjusting screw, the height adjustment of the door can be made, which uses the holding part as an abutment.
- a roller is arranged on the holding part, which is mounted movably on the guide rail.
- the sliding door is made of glass, and that the sliding door ends in the same horizontal plane as the guide rail or projects beyond it. This achieves a special aesthetic simplicity.
- a screen in the form of screen printing can be mounted in the region of the guide fitting, whereby the entire holding and guiding device of the shower cubicle is not visible from the outside.
- the guide rail has a guide fitting receptacle over which protrudes the part of the preferably U-shaped holding part, which carries the roller, and that the guide rail is formed such that the roller is not visible through the guide fitting receptacle.
- a shower cubicle 5 which has two immovable shower walls 15 and a movable sliding door 2.
- This sliding door 2 is along a Guide rail 4 of the holding and guiding device 1 slidably mounted or movable.
- Fig. 2 shows in detail a holding and guiding device 1, wherein the immovable shower stall wall 15 is mounted on a mounting block 17 and a holding device 16 on the mounting frame or on the mounted as a guide rail 4 mounting frame in the left area.
- the guide fitting 3 consists of a milled holding part 6 with three upper holes and rearwardly angled holder for the roller 13.
- the middle bore takes on the adjusting screw 12, wherein the bore is slotted vertically on the door side and milled with a top guide groove 18th the screw head of the adjusting screw 12 receives.
- Another component is the milled mounting part 7 with three vertical cylindrical holes, of which the middle is equipped with a threaded hole.
- a frictional connection between the mounting part 7 and the glass pane of the sliding door 2 produced by a known adhesive technique.
- the points on the mounting part 7 indicate the bond to the sliding door 2, which is preferably made of glass.
- the entire sliding door 2 When mounting the sliding door 2 together with the mounting part 7, the entire sliding door 2 is moved or lifted transversely to its plane in the Y direction in the receiving opening 10 of the holding part 6.
- the adjusting screw 12, which is preferably connected to the mounting part 7, is thereby inserted with a precise fit into a corresponding recess in the holding part 6.
- a locking is achieved by the locking pins 11, which engage on the one hand in the holding part 6 and on the other hand in the mounting part 7, whereby the entire proceedingssbeschiag 3 holds on the sliding door 2.
- By turning the adjusting screw 12 is a height adjustment in the X direction possible. For an even better alignment could also be provided an adjustability of the sliding door in the Z direction.
- Fig. 3 the holding and guiding device 1 is shown in a cross section. It can be seen that the mounting part 7 shown in dashed lines is offset from the upper edge 9 of the sliding door 2 downwardly disposed on the inwardly facing side surface 8a.
- the side surface 8b of the sliding door 2 forms the visually appealing outer side of the sliding door 2.
- a screen 18 applied by means of screen printing can be provided. Due to the special design of the guide rail 4 and the roller 13, which is guided on the U-shaped holding part 6, well hidden.
- the two essential directions are shown, which indicate the height adjustment in the X direction by the adjusting screw 12 and the assembly and disassembly movement of the sliding door 2 together with mounting part 7 in the Y direction.
- the two parts 6 and 7 are mutually adjustable in a substantially vertical X-direction and in a Y-direction, which extends - preferably at right angles - transverse to the first direction, are detachable from each other or separable ,
- FIG. 3 shows that a certain pivoting of the entire sliding door 2 - especially in the direction of shower cubicle interior - is possible because the entire sliding door 2 rests on the roller 13 only on the convex guide vault 19 and in the lower part of the shower cubicle 5 on the shower tray or on another guide is present (not shown in detail).
- the pivoting is possible up to the abutment of the holding part 6 on the guide rail 4 (represented by the Verschwenkwinkel ⁇ ). This pivoting ensures better accessibility to the lower sliding door and shower cubicle area, which makes the cleaning process considerably easier.
- the present invention thus describes a simple way of mounting and dismounting a sliding door in the already mounted state of the cabin, which is possible without further installation work on the frame of the shower itself. It is thus a simple and easy replacement of a damaged example sliding door possible.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a holding and guiding device for a sliding door, in particular shower stall sliding door, with a mounted on the sliding door guide fitting, which is movably mounted in or on a guide rail of a shower cubicle, wherein the guide fitting a movable in or on the guide rail mounted holding part and a mounting part has, wherein the mounting part is connected to the sliding door or connectable.
The object of the present invention is now to avoid the disadvantages mentioned and to provide a comparison with the prior art simpler and improved holding and guiding device for sliding doors. In particular, a simple interchangeability and thus assembly and disassembly of the sliding door to be made possible.
This is achieved in the holding and guiding device according to the invention characterized in that the holding part and the mantageab releasably connected to each other and that in the dissolved state in or on the guide rail movably mounted holding part, the movement of the mounting member even when mounted on the sliding door mounting part transverse to the plane the sliding door allowed. If, as in the prior art, the adjusting screw is released, thus the sliding door can be lifted together with the mounting part transversely and not only down from the holding part of the guide fitting. This requires a much easier assembly and disassembly, without having to dismantle the actual holding and guiding device in a complicated manner.
A preferred embodiment may provide that the mounting part is arranged on a side surface of the sliding door.
Particularly preferably, it is provided when the mounting part is glued to the sliding door. This mounting part can then be inserted into a corresponding receiving opening of the holding part substantially transversely to the sliding door level. After inserting the adhered to the sliding mounting part, for example, by two locking pin and an adjusting screw a detachable connection between Mounting part and holding part are produced. It can be adjusted in height to the holding part by turning the adjusting screw, the position of the mounting part - and thus the sliding door. In other words, the sliding door with glued mounting part and preassembled adjusting screw is inserted into the holding part and locked with the two locking pins. By turning the adjusting screw, the height adjustment of the door can be made, which uses the holding part as an abutment.
According to a further embodiment it can be provided that a roller is arranged on the holding part, which is mounted movably on the guide rail. Furthermore, it may be preferred that the sliding door is made of glass, and that the sliding door ends in the same horizontal plane as the guide rail or projects beyond it. This achieves a special aesthetic simplicity. In addition, a screen in the form of screen printing can be mounted in the region of the guide fitting, whereby the entire holding and guiding device of the shower cubicle is not visible from the outside. For this purpose, it can also be advantageously provided that the guide rail has a guide fitting receptacle over which protrudes the part of the preferably U-shaped holding part, which carries the roller, and that the guide rail is formed such that the roller is not visible through the guide fitting receptacle.
Schutz wird auch begehrt für eine Duschkabine mit einer Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12.Protection is also desired for a shower cubicle with a holding device according to one of claims 1 to 12.

In essence, the guide fitting 3 consists of a

The present invention thus describes a simple way of mounting and dismounting a sliding door in the already mounted state of the cabin, which is possible without further installation work on the frame of the shower itself. It is thus a simple and easy replacement of a damaged example sliding door possible.
