Da es schon betreffend des aggregativen Aufwandes ungünstig wäre, neben den Linearmotoren 6 und 6', die örtlich geometrisch die Lage vormalig eingesetzter Dämpfer einnehmen, zusätzliche Dämpfer einsetzen zu müssen, wurde untersucht, ob durch die Steuerung bzw. Die Linearmotore 6, 6' und 16, 16' bilden insgesamt eine Anordnung von Linearmotoren, die zu dem mindestens zweiten Antrieb nach der Erfindung gehören. Bei einem Waschvorgang kann über die Ansteuerung der Linearmotore eine Schwingung des Laugenbehälters im wesentlichen in z-Richtung erzielt werden, wobei eine Amplitude von 3 bis 40 mm, vorzugsweise von 25 bis 35 mm der Schwingung entsteht, während sich dabei eine Frequenz von 0,05 Hz bis 10 Hz, bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 5 Hz ausbildet. Mittels der Erfassung der Schwingungsdynamik über die Messeinrichtung 2 am Laugenbehälter ist eine gute Anpassung der erzeugten Schwingung an das über die Programmsteuerung 10 ausgewählte Waschprogramm möglich, wobei sich Vorteile gegenüber der Ausführungsform, bei der der Laugenbehälter 3 über Federn 6, 6' am Gehäuse der Waschmaschine aufgehängt ist, gezeigt haben. Claims (15)

  1.   5. Washing machine according to claim 2, characterised in that when the spin operational phase is taken up by the washing machine (1) the linear motor (6, 6') is so controllable that an active damping of the oscillation, which occurs during the spinning process, of solution housing (3) and drum (8) is produced and in that case preferably feedback of energy to the supply mains takes place.

Washing machine according to claim 6, characterised in that the linear motors (6, 6'; 16, 16') are so controllable that the drum (8) is deflected in a direction transverse to the axis of rotation thereof, particularly in almost vertical direction (z), in positive and negative directional sense by 3 to 40 millimetres, preferably 25 to 35 millimetres, with respect to the rest position thereof.

Washing machine according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that the linear motors (6, 6'; 16, 16') are so controllable that the drum (8) is moved in a direction transverse to the axis of rotation thereof, particularly in an almost vertical direction (z), at a frequency of 0.05 to 10 Hz, preferably 0.1 to 5 Hz.
  9.   12. Method according to claim 10 or 11, characterised in that the method provides that the drum (8) is moved in a direction transverse to the axis of rotation thereof, particularly in an almost vertical direction (z), at a frequency of 0.05 to 10 Hz, preferably 0.1 to 5 Hz.
  13. Method according to claim 10, characterised in that during a method step of spinning the laundry (W) introduced into the drum (8) the further drive system (6, 6'; 16, 16'), particularly in the form of a linear motor, is operated as a generator.
  14.
