Claims (11)
- Dosierer zum proportionalen Dosieren einer Zusatzflüssigkeit in eine Hauptflüssigkeit, mit einem Dosiererkörper mit einem Hauptflüssigkeitseinlass (2, 2.2) und einem Auslass (3, 3.2), einem in dem Körper aufgenommenen Hydraulikmotor (4), welcher durch die Hauptflüssigkeit betätigt wird und mit einem Tauchkolben (5, 5.1) verbunden ist, um diesen in einer geradlinigen Hin- und Herbewegung anzutreiben, wobei sich der Tauchkolben in einer ersten Kammer (6) bewegt, die an einem von dem Hydraulikmotor entfernten Ende (7) offen ist und an einem zweiten Ende (8) in den Hauptflüssigkeit enthaltenden Innenraum (9, 9.2) des Dosiererkörpers mündet, wobei der Tauchkolben während des sich von dem ersten Ende (7) der Kammer entfernenden Hinwegs, ein Ansaugen gewährleistet, wobei der Tauchkolben am Ende des Hinwegs aus der ersten Kammer austreten kann, wobei ein Ventil vorgesehen ist, um während des Rückwegs jenseits eines bestimmten Drucks in der ersten Kammer den Durchtritt der Flüssigkeit in Richtung des Innenraums des Körpers zu ermöglichen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine zweite Kammer (12) mit variablem Volumen aufweist, die durch eine Membran (M) begrenzt ist, welche mit dem in der ersten Kammer (6) herrschenden Druck beaufschlagt ist, wobei die zweite Kammer (12) eine Ansaugöffnung (20) für die Zusatzflüssigkeit und eine Austrittsöffnung (23) für die Zusatzflüssigkeit aufweist, wobei die Austrittsöffnung durch eine Leitung (26) mit einer stromabwärts des Dosiererkörperauslasses befindlichen Injektionskammer (S) verbunden ist, um das Mischen der Zusatzflüssigkeit mit der austretenden Hauptflüssigkeit zu gewährleisten. - Dosierer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er derart ausgebildet ist, dass der Druck im Innenraum (9, 9.2) des Dosiererkörpers höher ist als die Summe aus dem Druck in der Injektionskammer (S) und dem Hydraulikdruckverlust in der Verbindung zwischen der zweiten Kammer (12) und der Injektionskammer (S).
- Dosierer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Drosselorgan (32) stromabwärts des Auslasses (3) des Dosierers und stromaufwärts der Injektionskammer (S) vorgesehen ist, um einen Druckverlust zu bewirken.
- Dosierer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Kammer (12) mit einem Ansaugventil (20) und mit einem Auslassventil (23) versehen ist.
- Dosierer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran (M) auf der der zweiten Kammer (12) gegenüberliegenden Seite einen Raum (E) begrenzt, der in Verbindung mit dem ersten Ende (7) der ersten Kammer (6) steht.
- Dosierer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Kammer (12) in einem Volumen angeordnet ist, das durch die einander zugewandten Vertiefungen einer ersten Schale (13) und einer zweiten Schale (14), die miteinander verbunden sind, begrenzt ist, wobei der Umfang der Membran (M) dicht zwischen den beiden miteinander verbundenen Schalen geklemmt ist, wobei die erste Schale (13) an dem Dosiererkörper (1) um das erste Ende (7) der ersten Kammer herum befestigt ist, während die zweite Schale mit der Ansaugöffnung (20) und der Auslassöffnung (23) versehen ist.
- Dosierer nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelteil der Membran (M) fest mit einer starren Scheibe (16) verbunden ist, welche ihrerseits fest mit einer axialen Stange (17) verbunden ist, die von der zweiten Kammer (12) abgewandt ist und, unter Belassung eines Durchlasses für die Flüssigkeit, in einer Führungsbohrung (18) des Dosiererkörpers gleiten kann.
- Dosierer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Position einer Buchse (6a), welche die erste zylindrische Kammer (6) begrenzt, in welcher sich der Tauchkolben bewegt, mittels eines Drehrings einstellbar ist.
- Dosierer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das stromabwärts des Auslasses (3) des Dosiererkörpers gelegene Drosselorgan (32) durch einen Stopfen gebildet ist, welcher mit einer zylindrischen Schürze (33) mit mindestens einem Schlitz (34) versehen ist, wobei der Stopfen an einer Einlassöffnung einer Muffe (28) angebracht ist, welche am Auslass des Dosiererkörpers angeschlossen ist.
- Dosierer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil, welches vorgesehen ist, um während des Rückwegs jenseits eines bestimmten Drucks in der ersten Kammer (6) den Durchtritt der Flüssigkeit in das innere Volumen (9) des Körpers zu ermöglichen, ein Rückschlagventil (35) ist, welches in einer am Ende des Kolbens (5.1) vorgesehenen Kammer (36) angeordnet ist.
- Dosierer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innere Volumen (9.2) des Dosiererkörpers derart in direkter Verbindung mit dem Einlass (2.2) des Dosierers steht, dass der Druckverlust des Motors zwischen dem inneren Volumen (9.2) des Dosiererkörpers und dem Auslass (3.2) das Zurückdrücken der Membran unterstützt.
