Claims (14)

  1.   7. Système d'usinage de pièce (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un dispositif d'entraînement en rotation (26) destiné à entraîner en rotation ladite pièce (12) autour de l'axe de pièce (16).
  8. Système d'usinage de pièce (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un dispositif d'entraînement (32) destiné à entraîner la pièce (12) ou la courroie (14) dans une direction parallèle à l'axe de pièce (16).
  9. Système d'usinage de pièce (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite courroie (14) s'étend à l'intérieur d'un plan de courroie (52) et que l'on prévoit un dispositif de pivotement (66) destiné à régler un angle (64) entre ledit plan de courroie (52) et ledit axe de pièce (16).
  10. Système d'usinage de pièce (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite courroie (14) est réalisée sous forme d'une courroie sans fin.
  11. Système d'usinage de pièce (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'une surface (54) délimitée par le tracé de la courroie (14) à l'intérieur d'un plan de courroie (52) est disposée à l'extérieur de la pièce (12).
  12. Système d'usinage de pièce (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit tronçon actif (68) est disposé entre le tronçon de support (70) et la surface (22) du creux en forme de cannelure (20).
  13. Procédé de superfinition d'une pièce (12) qui présente une surface extérieure de pièce (18) dans laquelle est ménagé au moins un creux en forme de cannelure (20) qui s'étend autour d'un axe de pièce (16), caractérisé par le fait que, pour la superfinition de la surface (22) du creux en forme de cannelure (20), on utilise un outil de superfinition sous forme d'une courroie (14) qui présente un tronçon actif (68) s'étendant le long de ladite courroie (14), que ledit tronçon actif (68) présente un profil efficace (72) qui est accordé à un profil de creux (24) du creux en forme de cannelure (20) et que ledit tronçon actif (68) est mis en contact, le long d'une surface de contact (74) s'étendant le long dudit creux en forme de cannelure (20), avec la surface (22) du creux en forme de cannelure (20).
