Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'attache (2) d'un bracelet à une carrure (4) de montre, comprenant une attache (54) destinée à être solidaire de la carrure (4), et au moins un organe de liaison (56) présentant une connexion mécanique (62, 82, 84) avec l'attache (54) et destiné à être solidaire d'une extrémité du bracelet. L'invention est caractérisée par le fait que la connexion mécanique (62, 82, 84) est agencée de telle manière que l'organe de liaison (56) est susceptible de présenter un mouvement de rotation en référence à la carrure (4), suivant un axe de rotation orthogonal à la direction longitudinale du bracelet et situé à distance de la connexion mécanique (62, 82, 84).

Description

    Domaine technique
  • La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'attache d'un bracelet à une carrure de montre. Plus précisément, le mécanisme selon l'invention comporte une attache destinée à être solidaire de la carrure, et au moins un organe de liaison présentant une connexion mécanique avec l'attache, et destiné à être solidaire d'une extrémité du bracelet.
    • Etat de la technique
  • Des dispositifs de ce type ont déjà été divulgués dans l'art antérieur. A titre d'exemple, le brevet US 5,577,007 présente une montre-bracelet comportant deux organes de liaison montés pivotant sur la carrure et rendus solidaires des extrémités d'un bracelet au moyen d'une tige de fixation. Les organes de liaison sont conformés de manière à recouvrir partiellement la carrure de la montre dans des régions situées à « six heures » et à « douze heures ».
  • Cette conformation permet à l'organe de liaison d'avoir une amplitude de déplacement importante, et de bien épouser la forme du poignet de l'utilisateur.
  • Cependant, lorsque la montre est portée par une personne ayant un poignet fin, l'angle entre la carrure et l'organe de liaison est important. La solution décrite dans ce brevet est donc réalisée au détriment de l'apparence esthétique de la montre.
    • Divulgation de l'invention
  • Un but principal de la présente invention est de pallier les inconvénients du dispositif d'attache du brevet US 5,577,007 , en proposant un dispositif d'attache améliorant l'harmonie des lignes de la montre, tout en autorisant une amplitude de déplacement angulaire importante entre la carrure de la montre et le dispositif d'attache.
  • A cet effet, la présente invention concerne plus particulièrement un dispositif d'attache tel que décrit plus haut, caractérisé par le fait que la connexion mécanique entre l'attache et l'organe de liaison est agencée de telle manière que l'organe de liaison est susceptible de présenter un mouvement de rotation en référence à la carrure, suivant un axe de rotation orthogonal à la direction longitudinale du bracelet, et est situé à distance de la connexion mécanique.
  • Grâce à ces caractéristiques, l'organe de liaison selon l'invention peut se déplacer selon un angle important afin de suivre la forme du poignet de l'utilisateur, sans nuire à l'harmonie des lignes de la montre.
  • De manière préférée, la connexion mécanique est réalisée par la coopération d'au moins un organe mâle agencé pour se déplacer dans au moins un organe femelle comprenant une fente présentant sensiblement la forme d'une portion de cercle.
  • Le fait d'utiliser une fente et pas un trou permet d'éloigner la position de l'axe de rotation de l'organe de liaison par rapport à l'organe d'attache, de manière à ce que l'organe de liaison puisse tourner selon une plage angulaire importante, tout en préservant l'aspect esthétique de la montre.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, l'attache comprend deux parois latérales dans chacune desquelles est ménagée une fente présentant sensiblement la forme d'une portion de cercle, l'organe de liaison portant au moins deux organes mâles agencés pour coopérer chacun avec l'une des fentes, ou au moins un organe mâle agencé pour coopérer simultanément avec les fentes.
  • Avantageusement, l'organe de liaison présente des première et seconde paires de cornes susceptibles de permettre l'attache de l'organe de liaison, respectivement, à la carrure et au bracelet. La première paire de cornes comprend préférablement une première paire de trous permettant d'assurer la fixation d'une première tige par ses extrémités, la tige étant engagée dans les fentes de l'attache, pour remplir le rôle de l'organe mâle.
  • Par ailleurs, de manière préférée, la première paire de cornes comprend une seconde paire de trous permettant d'assurer la fixation d'une seconde tige par ses extrémités, la tige étant sensiblement parallèle à la première tige et engagée dans les fentes de l'attache, pour remplir le rôle d'un organe mâle supplémentaire.
  • La présente invention a également trait aux boîtes de montre comportant une carrure de part et d'autre de laquelle sont agencés des premier et second dispositifs d'attaches, selon les caractéristiques précédentes et, destinés à permettre l'attache d'un bracelet, chacun desdits dispositifs d'attache comprenant une attache solidaire de la carrure.
  • L'invention concerne aussi les boîtes de montre du type qui vient d'être décrit, et dont l'attache est formée d'une pièce avec la carrure.
  • Enfin, l'invention se rapporte aux montres-bracelets comportant une boîte telle que présentée, ainsi qu'un bracelet relié à la boîte.

    • Mode(s) de réalisation de l'invention
  • Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, présenté aux figures 1 et 2, la boîte de montre 1 comprend un dispositif d'attache 2, un fond 3, une carrure 4 et une lunette 5.
  • Plus précisément, le fond 3 comporte un cadre 6 ayant une forme sensiblement rectangulaire et incurvée de manière à suivre la forme du poignet de la personne qui porte la montre. La surface de la base 7 du cadre 6 est plus petite que celle de la partie supérieure 8.
  • Le cadre 6 comprend une partie centrale 9 qui peut être avantageusement transparente, comme une glace en saphir pour que l'utilisateur puisse visualiser le mouvement. De manière alternative, la partie 9 peut aussi être opaque.
  • La partie supérieure 8 du cadre 6 porte une saillie 10, de forme sensiblement plus arrondie que celle du cadre 6. Cette saillie 10 comporte un sillon 12 sur sa crête permettant de loger un joint d'étanchéité (non représenté ici).
  • Par ailleurs, à chacun des quatre coins du cadre 6 se trouve un trou traversant 14 destiné à loger une vis d'assemblage (non représentée) du fond 3 sur la carrure 4.
  • Les parois externes du cadre 6, situées à « six heures » et « douze heures » comprennent chacune une patte 15 destinée à dissimuler des tiges, comme on le verra dans la suite de la description.
  • Par ailleurs, sur une autre paroi externe du cadre 6, située en regard de la position « trois heures », une creusure 16 ayant la forme d'une portion de disque est prévue pour loger la couronne de remontoir (non visible ici).
  • Cette portion de disque 16 est complétée par une seconde portion de disque 18, située sur la carrure 4, de manière à ce que les deux portions 16 et 18 forment un disque entier lorsque la boîte 1 est assemblée. La seconde portion de disque 18 comporte par ailleurs un trou central 20 à travers lequel passe la tige de remontoir (non représentée).
  • La carrure 4 a quant à elle une forme analogue à celle du fond 3, c'est-à-dire qu'elle est sensiblement rectangulaire, et présente ici la même courbure que le fond 3 à titre illustratif non limitatif.
  • Quatre trous borgnes 25, situés sur la base 24 de la carrure 4, en regard des trous 14, servent à loger les vis d'assemblage du fond sur la carrure.
  • Sur la partie supérieure 22 de la carrure 4, quatre trous borgnes 26 permettent de loger des pieds d'assemblage situés sur la lunette 5, comme nous le verrons plus loin.
  • La paroi interne de la carrure 4 présente un premier épaulement 28, plan, sur toute la circonférence de la carrure, et ayant une forme identique à celle de la saillie 10, de manière à ce que l'assemblage du fond 3 et de la carrure 4 soit étanche, en interposant une garniture d'étanchéité non visible.
  • La partie supérieure 30 de l'épaulement 28 présente quatre creusures 32 centrées respectivement sur les positions « 3 heures », « 6 heures », « 9 heures » et « 12 heures ». Entre chaque creusure 32 se trouve une arête 34, de hauteur sensiblement égale à la moitié de la hauteur des creusures 32. Les creusures 32 et les arêtes 34 sont destinées à soutenir le mouvement de la montre (non représenté).
  • La paroi interne de la carrure 4 comprend également quatre surfaces d'appui 36, planes, situées sensiblement à chaque coin de la carrure, et contre lesquelles repose la lunette 5.
  • Par ailleurs, la lunette 5 comporte un contour 38 de forme analogue à celle du fond 3 et de la carrure 4, la base 40 du contour 38 étant de dimensions égales à celles de la partie supérieure 22 de la carrure 4, et la partie supérieure 42 de la lunette 5 occupant une surface moindre que la base 40.
  • On notera que les parois externes 44 de la lunette 5 sont avantageusement biseautées, de façon à ce que l'apparence de la montre soit particulièrement harmonieuse.
  • La base 40 de la lunette 5 comprend une saillie 46 sensiblement rectangulaire, qui porte un sillon 48 sur sa crête afin de loger un joint d'étanchéité (non représenté ici). Cette saillie 46 repose sur les surfaces d'appui 36 de la carrure 4 lorsque la boîte 1 est assemblée.
  • La base 40 porte aussi quatre pieds 50 situés en regard des trous 26. Ces pieds 50 sont destinés à assurer le montage de la lunette 5 sur la carrure 4.
  • La lunette 5 porte par ailleurs une glace 52, de forme sensiblement rectangulaire, qui peut par exemple être en saphir ou en verre. Celle-ci est par exemple collée dans l'ouverture de la lunette 5.
  • La boîte 1 comporte également deux dispositifs d'attache de bracelet de montre 2, comprenant chacun une attache 54 solidaire de la carrure 4, et placée en regard des positions « six heures » et « douze heures », et un organe de liaison 56 qui est monté sur l'attache 54, comme on le verra plus loin.
  • On notera que la largeur du dispositif d'attache 2 est proche de celle de la carrure 4, de façon à ce que les lignes de la montre soient les plus esthétiques possibles. En conséquence l'organe de liaison 56 a une largeur similaire à celle de la carrure 4, tandis que l'attache 54 est plus étroite, et a une largeur sensiblement égale à celle de la patte 15.
  • Par ailleurs, la courbure du dispositif d'attache 2 a également été travaillée de manière à éviter toute discontinuité des lignes de la montre lorsqu'un utilisateur la porte. La courbure est donc similaire à celle de la carrure 4 à proximité de cette dernière, et s'accroît en direction du bracelet (non représenté).
  • Du point de vue structurel, l'attache 54 présente une partie supérieure 58 sensiblement rectangulaire, et deux parois latérales 60 dont chacune est pourvue d'une fente 62 ayant sensiblement la forme d'un arc de cercle.
  • L'attache porte aussi une première barre 64 située sensiblement contre la carrure 4 et destinée à renforcer la résistance du dispositif, ainsi qu'une barre transversale 66, de hauteur réduite par rapport aux parois latérales et disposée à l'extrémité de la partie supérieure 58, pour dissimuler l'intérieur du dispositif d'attache 2 lorsque l'organe de liaison 56 présente un déplacement angulaire important, c'est-à-dire lorsque la personne qui porte la montre a un poignet fin.
  • L'organe de liaison 56 comporte quant à lui deux parois latérales 68 ayant une forme sensiblement triangulaire, de façon à ce que les côtés 70 des parois latérales 58 en contact avec la carrure 4 aient une épaisseur similaire à celle de cette dernière. On notera que les côtés 70 ont une courbure sensiblement complémentaire à celle des côtés de la carrure 4, de manière à épouser la forme de cette dernière lorsque l'organe de liaison 56 tourne.
  • Les parois latérales 68 sont reliées par un pont central 72, de sorte que l'organe de liaison 56 ait une forme de H, de manière préférée mais non limitative. Ainsi, l'organe de liaison 56 est séparé en deux zones, la première comprenant des cornes 74 d'attache à la carrure, tandis que la seconde comprend des cornes 76 d'attache au bracelet.
  • Les cornes 74 comprennent deux paires de trous borgnes 78 et 80, destinés à loger les extrémités de deux tiges 82 et 84 engagées dans les fentes 62 des parois latérales 60 de l'attache 54, pour permettre à l'organe de liaison 56 de se déplacer par rapport à l'attache 54 selon un axe de rotation virtuel éloigné de l'axe des tiges 82 et 84, puisqu'il se trouve dans la carrure 4.
  • II apparaît en détail sur la figure 3 que, de manière conventionnelle, les tiges 82 et 84 comportent chacune un corps central cylindrique 86, des extrémités 88 de diamètre plus fin, écartées l'une de l'autre par un ressort non visible, et pourvues de deux nervures 90.
  • Par ailleurs, les cornes 76 présentent une paire de trous borgnes 92, destinés à loger les extrémités d'une troisième tige 94 servant à attacher le bracelet de la montre sur la boîte 1.
  • Lors de l'assemblage de la boîte 1 et du dispositif d'attache 2, les tiges 82 et 84 sont insérées dans la fente 62 puis dans les deux paires de trous 78 et 80. La lunette 5 est assemblée de façon étanche sur la carrure 4. Le fond 3 est enfin fixé sur la carrure 4, également de manière étanche.
  • Une fois l'intégralité des pièces assemblées, les tiges 82 et 84 sont complètement dissimulées par la partie supérieure 58 de l'attache 54, et par la patte 15 du fond 3. La montre a une apparence épurée, et ses courbes sont sensiblement continues, de la boîte jusqu'au bracelet.
  • En définitive, quelle que soit la taille du poignet de l'utilisateur, la présente invention permet d'améliorer notablement les qualités esthétiques de la montre.
  • La description qui précède s'attache à décrire un mode de réalisation particulier à titre d'illustration non limitative, et l'invention n'est pas limitée à certaines caractéristiques particulières qui viennent d'être décrites, notamment les formes particulières illustrées et décrites pour la carrure, le fond, la lunette et les cornes. De nombreux autres modes de réalisation pourraient être envisagés sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.
  • Une seule tige pourrait par exemple être employée pour assembler l'organe de liaison et l'attache, en association avec une fente de taille plus petite sur l'attache, de manière à obtenir une amplitude de mouvement identique.

Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif d'attache (2) d'un bracelet à une carrure (4) de montre, comprenant une attache (54) destinée à être solidaire de la carrure (4), et au moins un organe de liaison (56) présentant une connexion mécanique (62, 82, 84) avec ladite attache (54) et destiné à être solidaire d'une extrémité dudit bracelet, caractérisé en ce que ladite connexion mécanique (62, 82, 84) est agencée de telle manière que ledit organe de liaison (56) est susceptible de présenter un mouvement de rotation en référence à la carrure (4), suivant un axe de rotation orthogonal à la direction longitudinale du bracelet et situé à distance de ladite connexion mécanique (62, 82, 84).
  2. Dispositif d'attache (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite connexion mécanique (62, 82, 84) est réalisée par la coopération d'au moins un organe mâle (82, 84) agencé pour se déplacer dans au moins un organe femelle (62) comprenant une fente présentant sensiblement la forme d'une portion de cercle.
  3. Dispositif d'attache (2) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite attache (54) comprend deux parois latérales (60) dans chacune desquelles est ménagée une fente (62) présentant sensiblement la forme d'une portion de cercle, ledit organe de liaison (56) portant au moins deux organes mâles (82, 84) agencés pour coopérer chacun avec l'une desdites fentes (62) ou au moins un organe mâle (82, 84) agencé pour coopérer simultanément avec lesdites fentes (62).
  4. Dispositif d'attache (2) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de liaison (56) présente des première et seconde paires de cornes (74, 76) susceptibles de permettre l'attache dudit organe de liaison (56), respectivement, à la carrure (4) et au bracelet, et en ce que ladite première paire de cornes (74) comprend une première paire de trous (78) permettant d'assurer la fixation d'une première tige (82) par ses extrémités, ladite tige (82) étant engagée dans lesdites fentes (62) de ladite attache (54), pour remplir le rôle dudit organe mâle.
  5. Dispositif d'attache (2) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite première paire de cornes (74) comprend une seconde paire de trous (80) permettant d'assurer la fixation d'une seconde tige (84) par ses extrémités, ladite tige (84) étant sensiblement parallèle à ladite première tige (82) et engagée dans lesdites fentes (62) de ladite attache (54), pour remplir le rôle d'un organe mâle supplémentaire.
  6. Boîte de montre (1) comportant une carrure (4) de part et d'autre de laquelle sont agencés des premier et second dispositifs d'attache (2), selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et, destinés à permettre l'attache d'un bracelet, chacun desdits dispositifs d'attache (2) comprenant une attache (54) solidaire de ladite carrure (4).
  7. Boîte de montre (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite attache (54) est formée d'une pièce avec ladite carrure (4).
  8. Montre-bracelet comportant une boîte (1), selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, et un bracelet relié à ladite boîte (1).
