Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Portionierungsvorrichtung zum Portionieren von gemahlenem oder geschnittenem Tabakmaterial mit wenigstens einer Portionsaufnahme, die von einer Befüllungsposition, an der die Portionsaufnahme mit einer Portion des Tabakmaterials befüllbar ist, zu einer Ausstoßposition bewegbar ist, an der die Portionsaufnahme entleerbar ist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter eine entsprechende Maschine der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie und eine entsprechende Verwendung sowie ein Verfahren zum Portionieren von gemahlenem oder geschnittenem Tabakmaterial.
- Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere das Gebiet der Verarbeitung und Portionierung von gemahlenem oder geschnittenem Tabakmaterial mit einem hohen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt. Als Tabakmaterial kommen gemahlener oder geschnittener Tabak sowie ggf. Zusätze infrage. Die Schnittlänge ist dabei so kurz, dass das geschnittene feuchte Tabakmaterial eine vergleichbare Konsistenz hat wie gemahlenes feuchtes Tabakmaterial. Ein solches feuchtes gemahlenes oder geschnittenes Tabakmaterial wird unter anderem als sogenannter SNUS-Tabak bzw. rauchloser Tabak angeboten und wird oral, d.h. in der Mundhöhle, verwendet. SNUS-Tabak hat eine Feuchtigkeit von etwa 35% bis 50% oder mehr und ist eine feinkörnige, klumpige Substanz, die in der Konsistenz feuchtem Kaffeesatz ähnlich ist.
- Zum Konsumieren ist SNUS-Tabak in einigen Fällen mit Geschmacksstoffen versetzt, beispielsweise Menthol, Salmiak oder anderen Geschmacksstoffen, und wird in Portionen von 0,5 bis 2 Gramm in sogenannte SNUS-Beutel verpackt. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein poröses Papier, die sogenannte "Pouch", die rundum versiegelt ist, aber wasserdurchlässig ist und die Inhaltsstoffe der "Pouch" in den Mundbereich und die Schleimhäute des Mundes abgibt. Die häufigste Portionsgröße ist ca. ein Gramm pro Portion. Nach dem Konsumieren der "Pouch" wird dieser aus dem Mund entnommen und entsorgt.
- Da ein gemahlenes oder, insbesondere kurz, geschnittenes Tabakmaterial mit einem Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von 35% oder mehr als feinkörniges Schüttgut sehr klumpig ist, ist es schwierig zu verarbeiten. Aus dem Stand der Technik ist es daher bekannt, das Tabakmaterial mit einer niedrigeren Feuchtigkeit, indem es nicht klumpt, zu verarbeiten und in diesem Zustand in die Portionsbeutel bzw. "Pouches" zu füllen. In einem anschließenden Verarbeitungsschritt werden die Portionsbeutel dann befeuchtet, um das Tabakmaterial auf die gewünschte Feuchtigkeit zu bringen. Da bei dieser Nassbehandlung Inhaltsstoffe aus dem Tabakmaterial ausgewaschen werden, dringen diese in das ebenfalls nasse poröse Papier dieser Portionsbeutel ein und verfärben diese ungleichmäßig. Um dies zu kaschieren, wird in einigen Fällen ein schwarzes oder dunkles Papier verwendet, bei dem die entsprechende Verfärbung weniger sichtbar ist.
- In alternativen bekannten Verfahren wird das gemahlene oder geschnittene Tabakmaterial im feuchten Zustand verarbeitet. Dazu wird das Schüttgut gesiebt. Das Sieben eines gemahlenen Tabakmaterials mit einem Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von 35% oder mehr ist allerdings mit einem Aufbau von Brücken aus verklumptem Material im Sieb verbunden, so dass die Siebe und weitere Komponenten der entsprechenden Verarbeitungsvorrichtungen regelmäßig gründlich gereinigt werden müssen.
- Bei der Verarbeitung von feuchtem feinkörnigen Schüttgut, das zur Verklumpung neigt, ist eine Homogenisierung, wie sie durch das Sieben erreicht wird, sehr wichtig, da nur so sicherzustellen ist, dass eine reproduzierbar gleichbleibende Menge an Tabakmaterial in jedem Portionsbeutel enthalten ist. Die Anforderungen an die Konstanz des Portionsbeutelinhalts liegen bei ca. 5%, was bedeutet, dass bei einem Portionsbeutel mit einem Inhalt von ca. einem Gramm die Genauigkeit des Füllinhalts bei ca. 0,05 Gramm liegt. Leichte Verklumpungen im feuchten gemahlenen oder geschnittenen Tabakmaterial sind dazu geeignet, diese Toleranzen beim Portionieren zu überschreiten, so dass es zu einem unerwünschten Ausschuss bei den Portionsbeuteln wegen Gewichtsüberschreitung oder Gewichtsunterschreitung kommt.
- Vorrichtungen zum Portionieren und Einfüllen von homogenisiertem feuchtem gemahlenem oder geschnittenem Tabakmaterial in Portionsbeutel sind bekannt. Eine entsprechende Vorrichtung wird beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung TS 1000 von der Firma MediSeal GmbH vertrieben. Darin wird das Tabakmaterial in eine Vordosierkammer gefüllt und anschließend in einen offenen Portionsbeutel gefüllt, der anschließend versiegelt wird.
- Eine Vorrichtung zum Homogenisieren des Tabakmaterials ist in
DE 10 2010 029 243 der Anmelderin beschrieben. Die darin beschriebene Homogenisierungsvorrichtung weist eine Kombination aus einer Nadelwalze und einer Schlägerwalze auf, wobei die Nadelwalze stromabwärts einer Zufördervorrichtung angeordnet ist und Tabakmaterial von der Zufördervorrichtung empfängt, wobei die Schlägerwalze ausgebildet ist, Tabakmaterial aus der Nadelwalze in Richtung auf eine Portionierungsvorrichtung auszuschlagen. - Eine Portionierungsvorrichtung ist in
WO 2008/062301 A1 offenbart, worin als Portionierungselement eine flache drehbare Scheibe mit entlang dem Umfang angeordneten Kavitäten ausgebildet ist. Diese Kavitäten werden an einer Abgabestation mit Tabakmaterial gefüllt und an einer Transferstation entleert. Die Entleerung erfolgt in Richtung einer Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Portionsbeuteln. - Bei der in
WO 2008/062301 A1 undWO 2004/063011 gezeigten Vorrichtungen wird das Tabakmaterial vor dem Einfüllen in die Kavitäten in einen vertikalen Schacht eingeführt. Am unteren Ende des Schachts ist ein Abkratz- oder Abschöpfmittel vorgesehen, das dazu dient, überschüssiges Tabakmaterial aus der Kavität zu entfernen. Durch die Zuführung des Tabakmaterials zu der Kavität durch einen Stauschacht wird eine zuvor gegebenenfalls erreichte Homogenisierung des Tabakmaterials weitgehend aufgehoben, so dass die Füllmenge in den Kavitäten nicht genau reproduzierbar ist. - Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Portionierungsvorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Portionierung von Tabakmaterial zu schaffen, mit denen eine homogene und wiederholbar gleiche Befüllung von "Pouches" bzw. Portionsbeuteln möglich ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Portionierungsvorrichtung zum Portionieren von gemahlenem oder geschnittenem Tabakmaterial mit wenigstens einer Portionsaufnahme, die von einer Befüllungsposition, an der die Portionsaufnahme mit einer Portion des Tabakmaterials befüllbar ist, zu einer Ausstoßposition bewegbar ist, an der die Portionsaufnahme entleerbar ist, gelöst, die dadurch weitergebildet ist, dass die Portionierungsvorrichtung eine Muldentrommel und einen Hüllkörper umfasst, wobei die Muldentrommel um eine Rotationsachse drehbar ausgebildet ist und eine kegelstumpfförmige Mantelfläche mit wenigstens einer auf der Mantelfläche angeordneten Mulde als Portionsaufnahme aufweist, wobei der Hüllkörper eine zur Mantelfläche komplementäre Innenfläche aufweist, die die kegelstumpfförmige Mantelfläche der Muldentrommel wenigstens abschnittsweise flächig dichtend abschließt, wobei der Hüllkörper an der Befüllungsposition eine Öffnung aufweist, durch die eine darunter bringbare Mulde entlang wenigstens eines Teils ihrer Länge oder ihrer ganzen Länge mit Tabakmaterial befüllbar ist, wobei die Mulde durch Drehung der Muldentrommel im Hüllkörper aus der Befüllungsposition in die Ausstoßposition förderbar ist.
- Die Erfindung beruht auf dem Grundgedanken, zum Portionieren eine Muldentrommel mit kegelstumpfförmiger Mantelfläche und einer oder mehreren auf der Mantelfläche angeordneten Mulden als Portionsaufnahmen zu verwenden, in Kombination mit einem Hüllkörper, der die kegelstumpfförmige Muldentrommel so dichtend abschließt, dass Tabakmaterial während der Förderung in den Mulden verbleibt. Eine solche Mulde erlaubt es, die als Mulde ausgebildete Portionsaufnahme mit homogenisiertem Tabak zu befüllen, und zwar insbesondere auf der gesamten Länge der Mulde oder auf einer ausgewählten Teillänge der Mulde, so dass die Mulde mit homogenisiertem Tabakmaterial befüllbar ist. Dies erlaubt eine sehr hohe Reproduzierbarkeit und Genauigkeit der Menge der Befüllung. Hierfür weist der Hüllkörper an der Befüllungsposition eine Öffnung auf, durch die das Tabakmaterial in die Mulde füllbar ist.
- Die Mulde ist vorzugsweise gerade auf der kegelstumpfförmigen Mantelfläche der Muldentrommel angeordnet. Dies bedeutet, dass die Mulde in ihrer Verlängerung sich mit der Rotationsachse der Muldentrommel schneidet. Mehrere Mulden sind vorzugsweise in regelmäßigen bzw. winkelgleichen Abständen nebeneinander entlang der Mantelfläche angeordnet. Eine solche Muldentrommel kann auch als "Kegelrad" bezeichnet werden.
- Die komplementäre hohlkegelstumpfförmige Innenfläche des Hüllkörpers dichtet die kegelstumpfförmige Mantelfläche der Muldentrommel so ab, dass Tabakmaterial während einer Drehung in der Mulde verbleibt. Das Tabakmaterial ist während der Umdrehung auch gegen ein Austrocknen geschützt, da es allseitig umschlossen ist, mit der Ausnahme gegebenenfalls einer oder beider Endflächen der Mulde. Das Tabakmaterial kann so auch nicht herausfallen.
- An die Öffnung beim Hüllkörper an der Befüllungsposition können Leitmittel, beispielsweise Leitbleche oder ein Befüllungstrichter, angeordnet sein, die den Strom des homogenisierten Tabakmaterials in Richtung auf die zu befüllende Mulde lenkt.
- In einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung ist eine Ausstoßvorrichtung an der Ausstoßposition vorgesehen, wobei die Ausstoßposition in einer Drehrichtung der Muldentrommel stromabwärts der Befüllungsposition angeordnet ist, wobei die Ausstoßvorrichtung ausgebildet ist, Tabakmaterial aus einer Mulde mittels Druckluft oder mittels eines Stößels in Richtung einer Innenfläche der Muldentrommel auszustoßen. Stromabwärts der Muldentrommel ist insbesondere vorzugsweise eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Portionsbeuteln angeordnet.
- Vorzugsweise ist an der Ausstoßposition das Tabakmaterial durch eine Ausstoßöffnung an derjenigen Endfläche der Muldentrommel ausstoßbar, die den größeren Querschnitt aufweist. Damit dringt die Druckluft oder der Stößel aus der Richtung der kleineren Endfläche in eine Mulde ein und stößt das Tabakmaterial in Richtung auf die größere Endfläche aus der Mulde aus. Damit ist eine sehr platzsparende Bauform erreicht. Diese kleine Fläche des Kegelstumpfs wird auch als Deckfläche bezeichnet, die größere als Grundfläche des Kegelstumpfes.
- Weiterhin ist vorzugsweise vorgesehen, dass die Mulde in der Befüllungsposition im Wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichtet ist. Insbesondere ist die Mulde nach oben offen an der Befüllungsposition ausgerichtet, so dass sie mit homogenisiertem Tabakmaterial von oben befüllbar, insbesondere berieselbar, ist.
- Das Ausstoßen des Tabakmaterials wird vorteilhafterweise dadurch befördert, dass die Mulde in der Ausstoßposition im Wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtet ist. Somit hilft die Schwerkraft bei der Entleerung der Mulde mit, und das Tabakmaterial kann in die vorbereiteten offenen Portionsbeutel fallen.
- Eine besonders bevorzugte Bauform der Portionierungsvorrichtung ist somit dann erreicht, wenn der Öffnungswinkel, d.h. der Winkel zwischen der Mantelfläche und der zentralen Rotationsachse der kegelstumpfförmigen Muldentrommel etwa 45° beträgt, insbesondere zwischen 40° und 50°, und die Befüllungsposition und die Ausstoßposition in Drehrichtung der Muldentrommel um 180° gegeneinander versetzt sind. Bei einer solchen Muldentrommel wird eine zu befüllende Mulde in einer 0°-Position, in der sie waagerecht ausgerichtet ist, von oben befüllt, um 180° in eine im Wesentlichen vertikale Position rotiert und an der dort angeordneten Ausstoßposition entleert.
- Zur Erhöhung der Variabilität der erfindungsgemäßen Portionierungsvorrichtung ist vorzugsweise wenigstens ein im Wesentlichen halbrohrförmiger Einlegekörper zur Verringerung einer Portionsgröße vorgesehen, der in seiner Länge und äußeren Formgebung passend zur Mulde ausgebildet ist. Durch Einlegen eines oder mehrerer solcher Einlegekörper ist das Volumen der Mulde bzw. der Mulden veränderbar, so dass Portionsbeutel mit verschiedenem Inhalt mittels derselben Portionierungsvorrichtung herstellbar sind. Hierzu wird vorteilhafterweise zum Ausstoßen die Stempelgröße eines Stößels angepasst oder eine Entleerung mittels Druckluft gewählt.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Portionierungsvorrichtung erfährt eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung, wenn wenigstens eine Reinigungsvorrichtung an einer Reinigungsposition vorgesehen ist, wobei die wenigstens eine Reinigungsposition in einer Drehrichtung der Muldentrommel stromabwärts der Ausstoßposition angeordnet ist, wobei die Reinigungsvorrichtung ausgebildet ist, nicht ausgestoßenes Tabakmaterial und/oder Beläge an einer Muldenwand pneumatisch, hydraulisch oder mechanisch zu entfernen. Pneumatische Reinigung bedeutet eine Reinigung mittels Druckluft, die stärker sein kann als die zum Ausstoßen verwendete Druckluft, da bei der Reinigungsposition nicht mehr darauf Rücksicht genommen werden muss, dass ein Portionsbeutel nicht beschädigt werden darf. Eine hydraulische Reinigung kann mittels unter hohem Druck eingepresstem Wasser geschehen, das auch mit Reinigungssubstanzen versetzt sein kann, wonach ein Klarwasserspülgang folgt. Auch andere flüssige Reinigungssubstanzen sind, insbesondere bei geeigneten Temperaturen, verwendbar. Eine mechanische Reinigung ist mittels einer axial in die Mulde eingeführten Reinigungsbürste, die auch rotierend ausgebildet sein kann, realisierbar, oder mittels Schabern oder Kratzern.
- Es können auch mehrere pneumatische, hydraulische und/oder mechanische Reinigungsmittel kombiniert werden. Die Reinigung kann in jedem Durchgang, d.h. Vorbeigang an der Reinigungsposition, geschehen, oder nur in Abständen, die einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Umdrehungen der Muldentrommel entsprechen, oder, wenn ein vorbestimmter Verschmutzungsgrad überschritten wird.
- Die Portionierungsvorrichtung verfügt vorteilhafterweise über einen Antrieb, der ausgebildet ist, die Muldentrommel getaktet um ihre Rotationsachse zu drehen. Die getaktete Drehung erlaubt es, eine Mulde an der Befüllungsposition und an der Ausstoßposition lange genug stillstehen zu lassen, um sie zu befüllen bzw. zu entleeren.
- Vorzugsweise sind mehrere Mulden mit jeweils eigenen Befüllungspositionen und Ausstoßpositionen zum parallelen Betrieb vorgesehen. So ist es möglich, mehrere Portionsbeutel parallel zu befüllen und zu erzeugen.
- Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe wird auch durch eine Maschine der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie mit wenigstens einer erfindungsgemäßen, vorstehend beschriebenen Portionierungsvorrichtung gelöst. Eine solche Maschine der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie weist bezüglich der Portionierung des Tabakmaterials die gleichen Vorzüge auf wie die erfindungsgemäße Portionierungsvorrichtung. Es können auch mehrere Portionierungsvorrichtungen in der Maschine verwendet werden, um eine Mehrzahl von parallelen Portionsbeutelsträngen zu beschicken. Auch die mehreren Portionierungsvorrichtungen können jeweils zur Beschickung zweier oder mehrerer Portionsbeutelstränge bzw. Portionsbeutellinien ausgebildet sein.
- Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe wird weiter durch eine Verwendung einer erfindungsgemäßen zuvor beschriebenen Portionierungsvorrichtung zum Portionieren von gemahlenem oder geschnittenem Tabakmaterial gelöst. Diese Verwendung weist ebenfalls die gleichen Vorzüge auf wie die erfindungsgemäße Portionierungsvorrichtung.
- Schließlich wird die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe durch ein Verfahren zum Portionieren von gemahlenem oder geschnittenem Tabakmaterial mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten gelöst:
- a) Befüllen einer Mulde einer Muldentrommel mit kegelstumpfförmiger Mantelfläche an einer Befüllungsposition mit Tabakmaterial durch eine mit der Mulde fluchtende Öffnung in einem Hüllkörper, der eine zur Mantelfläche der Muldentrommel komplementäre Innenfläche aufweist, die die kegelstumpfförmige Mantelfläche der Muldentrommel wenigstens abschnittsweise flächig dichtend abschließt,
- b) schrittweise Rotieren der Muldentrommel, bis die befüllte Mulde eine Ausstoßposition erreicht,
- c) Ausstoßen des Tabakmaterials.
- Das Befüllen einer Mulde einer Muldentrommel mit kegelstumpfförmiger Mantelfläche, die durch einen Füllkörper großflächig dichtend abgeschlossen wird, bis auf eine Befüllöffnung, hat den zuvor bereits erwähnten Vorteil, dass Tabakmaterial in homogenisiertem Zustand in die jeweilige zu füllende Mulde einfüllbar ist und während der Drehung sicher umschlossen ist, was ein Herausfallen von dem homogenisierten Tabakmaterial sowie ein Austrocknen des Tabakmaterial während der Drehung verhindert. Die gegebenenfalls eine oder zwei offenen Endflächen der Mulde stellen gegenüber dem gesamten Volumen eine sehr kleine Öffnung dar, die nur einen geringen Austausch mit der Umgebungsatmosphäre zulässt.
- Das Verfahren wird vorteilhafter vorgebildet, wenn sich an Verfahrensschritt c) die folgenden Verfahrensschritte anschließen:
- d) schrittweise Rotieren der Muldentrommel, bis die entleerte Mulde eine Reinigungsposition erreicht,
- e) Reinigen der entleerten Mulde.
- Die Reinigung erfolgt insbesondere vorteilhafterweise, wie oben beschrieben, auf pneumatischem, hydraulischem und/oder mechanischem Wege.
- Vorzugsweise schließt sich an den Verfahrensschritt c) und/oder an den Verfahrensschritt e) der folgende Verfahrensschritt an:
- f) schrittweises Rotieren der Muldentrommel, bis die entleerte und/oder gereinigte Mulde die Befüllungsposition erreicht, wobei die Verfahrensschritte wiederholt ausgeführt werden. Damit wird ein quasi kontinuierlicher Betrieb der Portionierungsvorrichtung erreicht. Die Reinigung kann bei jeder Umdrehung der Muldentrommel erfolgen oder nach einer bestimmten Anzahl von Umdrehungen oder bei Erreichen eines bestimmten Verschmutzungsgrades. Diese Kriterien können auch miteinander kombiniert werden.
- Die zu den genannten Erfindungsgegenständen, also der Portionierungsvorrichtung, der Maschine der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie, der Verwendung und dem Verfahren genannten Merkmale, Vorteile und Eigenschaften gelten ohne Einschränkung auch für die jeweils anderen Erfindungsgegenstände.
- Die Erfindung wird nachstehend ohne Beschränkung des allgemeinen Erfindungsgedankens anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen beschrieben, wobei bezüglich aller im Text nicht näher erläuterten erfindungsgemäßen Einzelheiten ausdrücklich auf die Zeichnungen verwiesen wird. Es zeigen:

Fig. 1 . - In den folgenden Figuren sind jeweils gleiche oder gleichartige Elemente bzw. entsprechende Teile mit denselben Bezugsziffern versehen, so dass von einer entsprechenden erneuten Vorstellung abgesehen wird.
- In
Fig. 1 ist eine erfindungsgemäße Portionierungsvorrichtung 1 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung schematisch dargestellt. Die Portionierungsvorrichtung 1 weist eine Muldentrommel 2 auf. Die Muldentrommel 2 hat eine kegelstumpfförmige Gestalt, von der inFig. 1 die Endfläche 6 mit einem kleineren Querschnitt, auch als Deckfläche bezeichnet, sichtbar ist. Ebenfalls erkennbar sind mehrere Mulden 5, 5I, 5II, die beispielhaft gekennzeichnet sind. Die Mulde 5 erstreckt sich auf der Mantelfläche 4 der Muldentrommel 2 in gerader Ausrichtung. Das bedeutet, dass sich die Mulde 5 in ihrer Verlängerung mit der Rotationsachse 3 der Muldentrommel schneidet. - Ebenfalls dargestellt ist eine Drehrichtung 7, in die die Muldentrommel 2 während der Portionierung von Tabakmaterial gedreht wird.
- Mit der Bezugsziffer 8 ist die Befüllungsposition dargestellt, an der gemahlener Tabak, der insbesondere homogenisiert ist, in einer Befüllungsrichung 15 in die Mulde 5 eingefüllt wird. Eine Ausstoßposition 9 ist um 180° demgegenüber in Drehrichtung 7 versetzt dargestellt. Die Perspektive der Darstellung in
Fig. 1 ist so, dass die Mulde 5II an der Ausstoßposition 9 mit der Blickrichtung fluchtet, so dass der Betrachter inFig. 1 durch die Mulde 5II hindurchsieht. - Eine Reinigungsposition 10 ist in Drehrichtung 7 der Muldentrommel 2 hinter der Ausstoßposition 9 zwischen der Ausstoßposition 9 und der Befüllungsposition 8 angeordnet.
- Die Muldentrommel 2 ist von einem Hüllkörper 11 umgeben, der eine ebenfalls kegelstumpfförmige Form aufweist. Die nicht dargestellte Innenfläche weist eine komplemetäre Form auf, die an die kegelstumpfförmige Mantelfläche 4 der Muldentrommel 2 angepasst ist, weist aber keine Negativform der Mulden selbst auf, so dass die Mulden 5, 5I, 5II mittels der Innenfläche des Hüllkörpers 11 dichtend abgeschlossen sind. Somit kann kein Tabakmaterial aus den Mulden entweichen. Außerdem ist das Tabakmaterial gegen äußere Einflüsse und gegen Austrocknen in den Mulden geschützt.
- An der Befüllungsposition 8 weist der Hüllkörper 11 eine Öffnung 12 zum Befüllen der Mulde 5 mit Tabakmaterial in Befüllungsrichtung 15 auf. Die Öffnung 8 ist schlitzförmig und fluchtet mit der Ausrichtung der Mulde 5 an der Befüllungsposition 8.
- An der Endfläche 6, d.h. der Endfläche des Kegelabschnitts mit dem kleineren Querschnitt weist der Hüllkörper 11 eine weitere Öffnung 13 auf, durch die unter anderem Tabakmaterial aus einer Mulde 5II von einer durchgreifenden Ausstoßvorrichtung 21 entleerbar ist.
- In
Fig. 2 ist die erfindungsgemäße Portionierungsvorrichtung gemäßFig. 1 aus einer anderen Perspektive dargestellt, die in etwa einer Positionierung in einer Maschine einer Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie entspricht. Die Öffnung 12 des Hüllkörpers 11 an der Befüllungsposition 8 ist im Wesentlichen waagerecht bzw. horizontal ausgerichtet, so dass in einem Befüllungsbereich 16, der die gesamte Länge einer Mulde 5 aufweist, die Mulde 5 von oben mit Tabakmaterial in einer Befüllungsrichtung 15 beschickbar ist. - Nach einer Drehung in einer Drehrichtung 7 um 180° erreicht die befüllte Mulde 5 die Ausstoßposition 9, in der die Mulde eine nunmehr senkrechte Ausrichtung einnimmt. An der Endfläche 6 mit dem kleineren Querschnitt setzt eine schematisch angedeutete Ausstoßvorrichtung 21 an, die pneumatisch oder mechanisch mit einem Stößel funktionieren kann, und die einen Entleerungsimpuls in Richtung einer Ausstoßrichtung 22 auf die Mulde ausübt. Der Entleerungsimpuls kann ein Druckluftstoß oder ein Stößelstoß sein.
- Im unteren Teil von
Fig. 2 ist dargestellt, dass senkrecht unterhalb der Mulde an der Ausstoßposition 9 eine Verpackungsvorrichtung 23, die schematisch dargestellt ist, angeordnet ist, die Tabakmaterial, das in der Ausstoßrichtung 22 aus der Mulde ausgestoßen wird, empfängt und in Portionsbeutel verpackt. Zwischen der Mulde und der Verpackungsvorrichtung 23 kann ein Führungsrohr 24 angeordnet sein. - In
Fig. 2 sind auch weitere Mulden mit Bezugszeichen versehen. So ist die Mulde an der Ausstoßposition 9 von zwei Mulden mit den Bezugszeichen 5III und 5IV eingefasst, wobei die Mulde 5III noch mit Tabakmaterial gefüllt ist und nach einer nächsten Drehung in Drehrichtung 7 in die Ausstoßposition 9 gelangt, während die Mulde 5IV bereits entleert ist und in Richtung auf die Reinigungsposition 10 weitertransportiert wird. -

Claims (15)
- Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) zum Portionieren von gemahlenem oder geschnittenem Tabakmaterial mit wenigstens einer Portionsaufnahme, die von einer Befüllungsposition (8), an der die Portionsaufnahme mit einer Portion des Tabakmaterials befüllbar ist, zu einer Ausstoßposition (9) bewegbar ist, an der die Portionsaufnahme entleerbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) eine Muldentrommel (2) und einen Hüllkörper (11) umfasst, wobei die Muldentrommel (2) um eine Rotationsachse (3) drehbar ausgebildet ist und eine kegelstumpfförmige Mantelfläche (4) mit wenigstens einer auf der Mantelfläche (4) angeordneten Mulde (5 - 5IV) als Portionsaufnahme aufweist, wobei der Hüllkörper (11) eine zur Mantelfläche (4) der Muldentrommel (2) komplementäre Innenfläche aufweist, die die kegelstumpfförmige Mantelfläche (4) der Muldentrommel (2) wenigstens abschnittsweise flächig dichtend abschließt, wobei der Hüllkörper (11) an der Befüllungsposition (8) eine Öffnung (12) aufweist, durch die eine darunter bringbare Mulde (5 - 5IV) entlang wenigstens eines Teils ihrer Länge oder ihrer ganzen Länge mit Tabakmaterial befüllbar ist, wobei die Mulde (5 - 5IV) durch Drehung (7) der Muldentrommel (2) im Hüllkörper (11) aus der Befüllungsposition (8) in die Ausstoßposition (9) förderbar ist.
- Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ausstoßvorrichtung (21) an der Ausstoßposition (9) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Ausstoßposition (9) in einer Drehrichtung (7) der Muldentrommel (2) stromabwärts der Befüllungsposition (8) angeordnet ist, wobei die Ausstoßvorrichtung (21) ausgebildet ist, Tabakmaterial aus einer Mulde (5 - 5IV) mittels Druckluft oder mittels eines Stößels in Richtung einer Endfläche der Muldentrommel (2) auszustoßen.
- Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Ausstoßposition (9) das Tabakmaterial durch eine Ausstoßöffnung an derjenigen Endfläche der Muldentrommel (2) ausstoßbar ist, die den größeren Querschnitt aufweist.
- Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mulde (5 - 5IV) in der Befüllungsposition (8) im Wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichtet ist.
- Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mulde (5 - 5IV) in der Ausstoßposition (9) im Wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtet ist.
- Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein im Wesentlichen halbrohrförmiger Einlegekörper zur Verringerung einer Portionsgröße vorgesehen ist, der in seiner Länge und äußeren Formgebung passend zur Mulde (5 - 5IV) ausgebildet ist.
- Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Reinigungsvorrichtung an einer Reinigungsposition (10) vorgesehen ist, wobei die wenigstens eine Reinigungsposition (10) in einer Drehrichtung (7) der Muldentrommel (2) stromabwärts der Ausstoßposition (9) angeordnet ist, wobei die Reinigungsvorrichtung ausgebildet ist, nicht ausgestoßenes Tabakmaterial und/oder Beläge an einer Muldenwand pneumatisch, hydraulisch und/oder mechanisch zu entfernen.
- Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Antrieb vorgesehen ist, der ausgebildet ist, die Muldentrommel (2) getaktet um ihre zentrale Rotationsachse (3) zu drehen.
- Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Mulden (5 - 5IV) mit jeweils eigenen Befüllungspositionen und Ausstoßpositionen zum parallelen Betrieb vorgesehen sind.
- Maschine der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie mit wenigstens einer Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
- Verwendung einer Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 zum Portionieren von gemahlenem oder geschnittenem Tabakmaterial.
- Verfahren zum Portionieren von gemahlenem oder geschnittenem Tabakmaterial mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:a) Befüllen einer Mulde (5 - 5IV) einer Muldentrommel (2) mit kegelstumpfförmiger Mantelfläche (4) an einer Befüllungsposition (8) mit Tabakmaterial durch eine mit der Mulde (5 - 5IV) fluchtende Öffnung (12) in einem Hüllkörper (11), der eine zur Mantelfläche der Muldentrommel komplementäre Innenfläche aufweist, die die kegelstumpfförmige Mantelfläche (4) der Muldentrommel (2) wenigstens abschnittsweise flächig dichtend abschließt,b) schrittweise Rotieren der Muldentrommel (2), bis die befüllte Mulde (5 - 5IV) eine Ausstoßposition (9) erreicht,c) Ausstoßen des Tabakmaterials.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an Verfahrensschritt c) die folgenden Verfahrensschritte anschließen:d) schrittweise Rotieren der Muldentrommel (2), bis die entleerte Mulde (5 - 5IV) eine Reinigungsposition (10) erreicht,e) Reinigen der entleerten Mulde.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an den Verfahrensschritt c) und/oder an den Verfahrensschritt e) der folgende Verfahrensschritt anschließt:f) schrittweises Rotieren der Muldentrommel (2), bis die entleerte und/oder gereinigte Mulde (5 - 5IV) die Befüllungsposition erreicht,wobei die Verfahrensschritte wiederholt ausgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verfahrensschritte mit einer Portionierungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 ausgeführt werden.
