Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Polstermöbel mit einem ausschwenkbaren Tischelement.
  • Es sind Polstermöbel bekannt, bei denen ein Teil einer Rückenlehne eines Sitzbereichs aus dieser heraus verschwenkt werden kann, um eine zumindest weitgehend horizontale Ablagefläche zu bilden. Bei konventionellen Mechanismen dieser Art stört jedoch in der Regel der Bereich der Rückenlehne, aus dem der als Ablagefläche dienende Teil heraus geschwenkt wird, erheblich die Zugänglichkeit zu dem als Ablagefläche nutzbaren Bereich. Weiterhin stört er die Sichtlinie zwischen den der Ablagefläche benachbarten Plätzen, insbesondere dann, wenn die dortigen Rückenlehnen, beispielsweise beim TV-Konsum, in eine flachere Position überführt werden.
  • Ein Polstermöbel mit einem ausschwenkbaren Tischelement ist aus DE20 2011 051 245 U1 bekannt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, ein Polstermöbel mit einem als Ablagefläche nutzbaren ausschwenkbaren Element in der Rückenlehne aufzuzeigen, welches eine Nutzung der Ablagefläche ermöglicht, bei der der Ablagefläche zugeordnete Bereich der Rückenlehne als weniger störend empfunden wird, ohne dass ein erhöhter Bedienaufwand notwendig ist.
  • Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Polstermöbel mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Die Merkmale der Unteransprüche betreffen vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe gelöst, dass das Tischelement, welches von einer Tischposition in eine Sitzposition verschwenkbar ist, derart mit der Rückenlehne gekoppelt ist, dass die Rückenlehne durch das Verschwenken des Tischelements mit einem dem Drehsinn der Verschwenkbewegung des Tischelements entgegengesetzten Drehsinn verschwenkt wird. Wird das erfindungsgemäße Tischelement von der Tischposition in die Sitzposition geschwenkt, richtet sich dadurch die Rückenlehne auf, das Tischelement ist als Teil der Rückenlehne nutzbar und die Rückenlehne befindet sich in einer steilen Sitzposition, wie sie bei einem Polstermöbel in der Regel gewünscht wird, wenn beispielsweise mehrere Personen auf diesem Platz nehmen möchten, um sich zu unterhalten.
  • Wird das Tischelement von der Sitzposition in die Tischposition verschwenkt, wobei unter einer Verschwenkbewegung im Sinne dieser Anmeldung nicht nur eine rein rotatorische, sondern auch eine kombinierte Bewegung, die rotatorische und translatorische Elemente enthält, verstanden wird, so wird die Rücklehne mit entgegengesetztem Drehsinn, d.h. in eine flachere Position verschwenkt. In dieser Position ist das Tischelement als Ablagefläche nutzbar und die Rückenlehne stört die Sichtlinie zwischen den dem Tischelement benachbarten Sitzplätzen auch dann nicht, wenn bei diesen Sitzplätzen die Rückenlehne ebenfalls in eine flachere Position verschwenkt wird, wie sie beispielsweise beim TV-Konsum häufig bevorzugt wird. Gerade in solchen Situationen wird oft eine in Griffweite befindliche Ablagefläche gewünscht, die so den beiden dem Tischelement benachbarten Plätzen zur Verfügung steht. Das Tischelement befindet sich dann vorzugsweise in seiner Tischposition oberhalb des Sitzpolsters, also in einer auch gegenüber den dem Tischelement benachbarten Sitzplätzen in deren Sitzpolstern leicht erhöhtem Niveau, was den Komfort beim Abstellen und Greifen von Gegenständen noch erhöht.
  • Vorteilhafterweise besitzt das Tischelement an seiner in der als Tischposition als Ablagefläche nutzbaren Seite ein Polster, welches in der Sitzposition einen Teil der Polsterung der Rückenlehne bildet. Auf diese Weise fügt sich das Tischelement in der Sitzposition sowohl optisch als auch funktionell in das Polstermöbel ein, so dass sich das Polstermöbel optisch nicht oder zumindest nicht wesentlich von einem Polstermöbel ohne derartiges schwenkbares Tischelement unterscheidet.
  • Vorzugsweise dient zur Kopplung von Tischelement und Rückenlehne ein Viergelenk. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn auf beiden Seiten des Tischelements entsprechende Viergelenke vorhanden sind. Derartige Viergelenke bieten den Vorteil, dass sie statt einer rein rotatorischen eine kombinierte rotatorische und translatorische Bewegung ermöglichen. Weiterhin können durch unterschiedliche Länge der Glieder des Viergelenks Hebelwirkungen erzielt werden, was ein leichtes Bedienen ermöglicht. Durch die kombinierten rotatorischen und translatorischen Bewegungen kann das Tischelement in eine Tischposition überführt werden, bei der sein als Teil der Rückenlehne dienendes Polster hinreichenden Abstand zum Sitzpolster aufweist, so dass die Tischposition erreicht werden kann, ohne dass es zu einer nennenswerten Polsterpressung kommt, gleichzeitig aber durch eine translatorische Verlagerung der Drehachse der Schwenkbewegung während des Verschwenkens in die Sitzposition in der Sitzposition eine Position des Tischelements herbeigeführt wird, in der sich dessen als Teil der Rückenlehnenpolsterung dienendes Polster optimal in die Rückenlehne einfügt.
  • Das Tischelement vollführt dabei eine Verschwenkbewegung, deren Rotationsanteil wenigstens bei etwa 90° liegt, die Rückenlehne selbst wird dabei jedoch durch um einen deutlich geringeren Winkel verschwenkt. Durch die entsprechende Dimensionierung der Glieder des Viergelenks entsteht dabei eine Hebelwirkung, die den notwendigen Kraftaufwand, der durch das gleichzeitige Mitverschwenken der Rückenlehne mit dem Tischelement entsteht, reduziert.
  • Vorzugsweise sind Tischelement und/oder Rückenlehne schwenkbar an ein Rahmenelement angelenkt. Das Rahmenelement ist dabei vorzugsweise Teil der Unterkonstruktion des Sitzpolsters und bietet den verschwenkbaren Elementen ein festes Widerlager.
  • Besonders vorteilhaft ist dabei, wenn das Rahmenelement gleichzeitig ein Glied des Viergelenks bildet. Auf diese Weise können weitere Glieder des Viergelenks direkt an das Rahmenelement angelenkt werden.
  • Es ist weiterhin vorteilhaft, wenn die Rückenlehne und/ oder das Tischelement starr mit jeweils einem Glied des Viergelenks verbunden sind. Die Verbindung kann dabei beispielsweise durch an die Glieder des Viergelenks angeformte oder daran befestigte Flanschplatten erfolgen, an die Tischelement bzw. Rückenlehne angeschraubt werden.
  • Vorteilhafterweise bietet das Viergelenk gleichzeitig auch eine Arretierfunktion für die Tischposition des Tischelements. Dies kann dadurch erzielt werden, dass ein Teil eines Gliedes des Viergelenks als Anlagebereich ausgebildet ist, der in der Tischposition zur Anlage an einem anderen Element des Viergelenks kommt. Hierdurch kann das Tischelement in der Tischposition ohne anderweitigen Anschlag auskommen, was insbesondere deswegen vorteilhaft ist, da durch die vorteilhafte erfindungsgemäße Anordnung des Tischelements oberhalb des Sitzpolsters nur eine Anlage Polster an Polster in Frage käme, was nicht zu einer definierten Position und damit zu einer definierten horizontalen Ablagefläche führen würde. In der Sitzposition dagegen kann das Tischelement an der Rückenlehne zur Anlage kommen, was sogar vorteilhaft ist, da es sich letztendlich in die Rückenlehne als Teil derer Polsterung einfügen soll.
  • Vorteilhaft ist es weiterhin, ein Glied des Viergelenks, welches vorzugsweise ein Glied des Viergelenks ist, welches weder mit dem Tischelement noch mit der Rückenlehne noch mit der Rahmenstruktur oder einem sonstigen Element des Polstermöbels starr verbunden ist, längenveränderlich auszubilden. Dadurch ist eine Justage nach der Montage möglich und Fertigungstoleranzen können ausgeglichen werden. So ist es beispielsweise möglich, durch ein längenveränderliches Glied des Viergelenks eine Feinjustage der horizontalen Ausrichtung der Ablagefläche des Tischelements in der Tischposition zu ermöglichen.
  • Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Figuren 1 bis 5 schematisch näher erläutert.

  • Das Tischelement 3 des beispielhaften erfindungsgemäßen Polstermöbels ist im Bereich eines Sitzpolsters 2 angeordnet, welches sich zwischen zwei weiteren Sitzplätzen befindet. Wird das Tischelement 3 in die Tischposition verschwenkt, verdeckt es teilweise das Sitzpolster 2 und stellt eine von den Sitzplätzen 6 gut zugängliche Ablagefläche 4 zur Verfügung. Die Rückenlehne 1 wird dabei in eine gegenüber der Sitzposition flachere Stellung verschwenkt.
  • Befindet sich das Tischelement 3 in der Sitzposition, so kann das Sitzpolster 2 als Sitzfläche des Polstermöbels genutzt werden. Eine Person, die sich gegen die Rückenlehne 1 und das Polster 5 des Tischelements 3 anlehnt, kann dabei keine ungewollte Verstellung des Tischelements 3 oder der Rückenlehne 1 auslösen, da Tischelement 3 und Rückenlehne 1 in ihren möglichen Bewegungen gekoppelt sind und diese zwangsweise gegenläufig ausführen müssen, so dass beim Anlehnen an die Rückenlehne 1 und eine Druckausübung an Rückenlehne 1 und Polster 5 in der gleichen Richtung eine Selbsthemmung der möglichen Bewegungen eintritt und keine Verschwenkbewegung eines Elements ausgelöst werden kann
  • . Die mechanische Kopplung zwischen Tischelement 3 und Rückenlehne 1 erfolgt bei dem beispielhaften erfindungsgemäßen Polstermöbel über ein Viergelenk 7. Dabei stellt ein Rahmenelement 8, welches Bestandteil der Unterkonstruktion 14 des Polstermöbels ist, eines der Glieder des Viergelenks dar. Weitere Glieder des Viergelenks 7 sind an den Anlenkpunkten 12 und 15 am Rahmenelement 8 angelenkt. Durch diese Konstruktion wird dem Viergelenk 7 und den damit verbundenen verschwenkbaren Elementen, nämlich Tischelement 3 und Rückenlehne 1, ein stabiles festes Widerlager geboten.
  • Das Viergelenk 7 des beispielhaften erfindungsgemäßen Polstermöbels weist des Weiteren ein verstellbares Glied 13 auf. Dieses Glied ist längenveränderlich, was im gezeigten Beispiel durch eine Gewindestange realisiert ist. Durch die längenveränderlichen Glieder 13 der Viergelenke 7 ist es möglich, die horizontale Ausrichtung des Tischelements 3 zu justieren.
  • Das Tischelement 3 wird in seiner Tischposition dadurch arretiert, dass ein Anschlagbereich 11 an einem Glied des Viergelenks bei Erreichen der Tischposition durch das Tischelement 3 an einem Element 12, im gezeigten Beispiel ein Anlenkpunkt des Viergelenks 7 am Rahmenelement 8, zum Anliegen kommt. Hierdurch wird das Viergelenk in einer weiteren Bewegung gehemmt, die Position des Tischelements 3 und damit gleichzeitig auch der Rückenlehne 1 arretiert.
  • An dem Glied 9 des Viergelenks 7 ist des Weiteren ein Lochflansch 9a angebracht, der zur Befestigung der Stützkonstruktion 1a der Rückenlehne 1 dient. Dementsprechend weist das Glied 10 des Viergelenks ebenfalls ein Befestigungselement, insbesondere einen Lochflansch 10a auf, an dem die Stützkonstruktion 3a des Tischelements 3 befestigt werden kann.

Claims (10)

  1. Polstermöbel, insbesondere Couch oder Sofa, eine Rückenlehne (1) und ein Sitzpolster (2) aufweisend, wobei die Rückenlehne (1) ein relativ zu Rückenlehne (1) und Sitzpolster (2) schwenkbares Tischelement (3) aufweist, das sich von einer Tischposition, in der es als Ablagefläche (4) nutzbar ist, in eine Sitzposition, in der es als ein Teil der Rückenlehne (1) nutzbar ist, verschwenken lässt, wobei das Tischelement (3) derart mit der Rückenlehne (1) gekoppelt ist, dass die Rückenlehne (1) durch das Verschwenken des Tischelements (3) von der Sitzposition in die Tischposition mit einem dem Drehsinn der Verschwenkbewegung des Tischelements (3) entgegengesetzten Drehsinn verschwenkt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Verschwenkbewegung eine kombinierte rotatorische und translatorische Bewegung ist.
  2. Polstermöbel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Tischelement (3) in seiner Tischposition oberhalb des Sitzpolsters (2) angeordnet ist.
  3. Postermöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Tischelement (3) an seiner der in der Tischposition als Ablagefläche (4) nutzbaren Seite abgewandten Seite ein Polster (5) aufweist, welches in der Sitzposition einen Teil der Polsterung der Rückenlehne (1) bildet.
  4. Polstermöbel nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass beidseits des Tischelements (3) Sitzplätze (6) angeordnet sind.
  5. Polstermöbel nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Tischelement (3) mit der Rückenlehne (1) über ein Viergelenk (7) gekoppelt ist.
  6. Polstermöbel nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass Tischelement (3) und/oder Rückenlehne (1) schwenkbar an ein Rahmenelement (8) angelenkt sind, wobei das Rahmenelement (8) vorzugsweise ein Glied des Viergelenks (7) bildet.
  7. Polstermöbel nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Rückenlehne (1) starr mit einem Glied (9) des Viergelenks (7) verbunden ist.

    dass das Tischelement (3) starr mit einem Glied (10) des Viergelenks (7) verbunden ist.
