Definitions

  • the invention relates generally to the field of process cleaning equipment, in particular to container cleaning systems, the system comprising a closable cleaning space, a nozzle system for cleaning containers to be cleaned, and feed means for introducing and dispensing the containers into and out of the cleaning space, and a method for cleaning at least one container in a container cleaning system.

  • the corresponding hose systems must be provided so long and flexible that they can follow the movement of the nozzles.
  • the movable nozzles or nozzle holders must also be provided correspondingly dimensioned seals on the relatively movable parts of the nozzle system.
  • a corresponding space must be provided for guiding the nozzles and the connected hose systems.
  • a container cleaning system comprising: a closable cleaning room, a nozzle system for cleaning a container to be cleaned, and feeding means for introducing the containers to be cleaned into the cleaning room and for dispensing the cleaned containers from the cleaning room. Furthermore, the container cleaning system has container drive means, wherein the container drive means are designed such that they move the container to be cleaned at least for its external cleaning such that a relative movement between the container outer wall and the nozzle system is performed or generated.
  • the container which must be retracted anyway in the container cleaning system, in addition by further movement such relative to To move the nozzle system for exterior cleaning that the nozzle system can be provided without moving parts. Furthermore, a faster cleaning of the container is possible because the empty container can move easily, for example, can rotate.
  • the nozzle system preferably has a first nozzle system for internal cleaning of the container to be cleaned and a second nozzle system for external cleaning of the container to be cleaned.
  • the first nozzle system for internal cleaning can be placed in the container (for example retracted to achieve a thorough internal cleaning.)
  • a correspondingly arranged second nozzle system can be provided so that all external areas of the container are reached and reliably cleaned by rotation of the container ,
  • the nozzle system consists only of a device. This can then be retracted either for internal cleaning in the container or placed before its opening / be. For external cleaning then the same device can be used by rotation of the container. It is also conceivable that during the rotation of the container for external cleaning also takes place at the same time an internal cleaning, namely, when the container is moved during rotation with its opening in front of the nozzle system or rotated. In this case, for example, the rotational speed of the container can be reduced, the nozzle pressure can be increased and / or the nozzle system can be moved into the container.
  • At least the second nozzle system may be fixedly arranged in the cleaning space. This can be achieved in particular that no moving parts must be provided on the cleaning device or the nozzle system. In this way It is also possible to save correspondingly designed seals for sealing the cleaning medium, which is generally passed through the nozzle system at high pressure. The rigid nozzle system can thus be made much more stable. A rotation of the robust containers to be cleaned can also be easily made possible for full and efficient cleaning of the same.
  • At least the second nozzle system may also be designed to be movable, preferably such that the movement of the second nozzle system is opposite to the movement of the container to be cleaned. Due to the movable design of the second nozzle system, it is possible, if necessary, to achieve with fewer nozzles, the entire outer surface of the container for the exterior cleaning. For this purpose, the corresponding hose systems must be provided so long and flexible that they can follow the movement of the nozzles. by virtue of The movable nozzles or nozzle holders must also be provided correspondingly dimensioned seals on the relatively movable parts of the nozzle system. In addition, a corresponding space must be provided for guiding the nozzles and the connected hose systems.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a low-cost, easy-to-implement and compact container cleaning system and method for cleaning at least one container in a container cleaning system, allowing easy and fast outdoor and internal cleaning of containers, such as large containers.

This object is solved by the features of the independent claims. The dependent claims further advantageously form the central idea of the invention.

According to the invention there is provided a container cleaning system comprising: a closable cleaning room, a nozzle system for cleaning a container to be cleaned, and feeding means for introducing the containers to be cleaned into the cleaning room and for dispensing the cleaned containers from the cleaning room. Furthermore, the container cleaning system has container drive means, wherein the container drive means are designed such that they move the container to be cleaned at least for its external cleaning such that a relative movement between the container outer wall and the nozzle system is performed or generated.

It is thus possible, the container, which must be retracted anyway in the container cleaning system, in addition by further movement such relative to To move the nozzle system for exterior cleaning that the nozzle system can be provided without moving parts. Furthermore, a faster cleaning of the container is possible because the empty container can move easily, for example, can rotate.

The nozzle system preferably has a first nozzle system for internal cleaning of the container to be cleaned and a second nozzle system for external cleaning of the container to be cleaned. Thus, the first nozzle system for internal cleaning can be placed in the container (for example retracted to achieve a thorough internal cleaning.) For external cleaning, a correspondingly arranged second nozzle system can be provided so that all external areas of the container are reached and reliably cleaned by rotation of the container ,

It is basically also conceivable that the nozzle system consists only of a device.

According to a first aspect, at least the second nozzle system may be fixedly arranged in the cleaning space.

According to a second aspect, at least the second nozzle system may also be designed to be movable, preferably such that the movement of the second nozzle system is opposite to the movement of the container to be cleaned. Due to the movable design of the second nozzle system, it is possible, if necessary, to achieve with fewer nozzles, the entire outer surface of the container for the exterior cleaning. If the movement of the second nozzle system is also opposite to the movement of the container, the cleaning time of the container can be significantly shortened.

In order to be able to perform a quick and efficient internal cleaning of the container in the interior cleaning with a preferably fixed and thus easy to design first nozzle system, the first nozzle system preferably has three-dimensional spray heads. To be able to achieve the same way the entire outer surface of the container with appropriate cleaning power, the second nozzle system preferably has rigid and / or rotating cleaning nozzles.

The nozzle system, ie the first and the second nozzle system, preferably has low and / or high-pressure nozzles, depending on the purpose for which, in particular, which contaminants the container cleaning system is to be used and whether the nozzles to be used for interior cleaning or exterior cleaning or a rinse cycle.

The container drive means are provided in the feed means. Thus, the container can easily be moved at the points, preferably in each case one point on opposite side regions of the container, where it is gripped with the feed means for its handling, at the same time accordingly in motion, for example in rotational movement. Thus, the container cleaning system can be further made compact and easy.

The container drive means are designed to generate a rotational movement of the container about its transverse axis, which preferably passes through the center of gravity of the container, clockwise and / or counterclockwise. Thus, for example, the container can simply be rotated around its center of gravity with only a small additional expenditure of energy, so that the container drive means can be made comparatively small. In addition, hardly any additional space in the cleaning space is required for such a rotational movement, so that it can be made particularly small despite the rotation of the container.

Preferably, the container cleaning system further comprises a drying device for drying the cleaned containers. Particularly preferably, the container drive means are designed in such a way that they move the cleaned containers in such a way that a relative movement between the container outer wall and the drying device is carried out or generated. Thus, the containers can be easily and quickly dried after cleaning and stand after the issue immediately ready for use again with the feed.

Preferably, the feed can be equipped with adapters for different containers. It is thus possible to equally clean containers of different size and shape in one and the same container cleaning system. The adapters can preferably be retrofitted and retrofitted at any time by simple handling and individually locked. The receptacle of the container is then made by special adapter parts on the comb or pin receptacle.

The cleaning space is preferably closable with a closing device, particularly preferably a lock gate. In this way, a securely closed container cleaning system can be made available. Since such a floodgate can also be operated automatically, a fully or semi-automatic cleaning system can be provided.

The container cleaning system preferably further comprises a recycling plant. The recycling plant preferably has a recycling tank and a filter upstream of the recycling tank. The cleaning medium collected in the recycling tank is, in particular, a filtered and collected cleaning medium or rinse water collected after the cleaning process (in particular after the exterior cleaning process) or a rinse cycle. It is thus possible that, when designed with a recycling plant for cleaning the container, a recycling cleaning medium collected in the recycling tank and purified by the upstream filter can be used, whereby the consumption of cleaning agent can be considerably reduced. The consumption is among others of the Pollution, ingredients, container type and container size.

Furthermore, the recycling tank can be equipped with level monitoring. It is thus possible to supplement the detergent which has been carried away by the cleaning process automatically with rinsing water or optionally fresh water or other cleaning media.

Preferably, the container cleaning system further comprises a waste container with a drainage system and a discharge device, for example a discharge screw or a discharge belt. The discharge screw or the discharge belt can thus conduct coarse contamination, such as paper, PET, food residues, etc., in the special waste container. As this is equipped with a drainage system, most of the water can also be diverted from the waste container according to local regulations.

The containers to be cleaned have a non-rotationally symmetrical shape at least with respect to a rotary pocket of the container drive means. Preferably, the containers have a height of 500 to 1500mm, a width of 300 to 1400mm and a depth of 300 to 1100mm. The containers preferably have a capacity of at least 20 liters, particularly preferably a capacity of 25, 35, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 110, 120, 140, 180, 240, 340, 360, 400, 500, 660, 770, 1000 or 1100 liters. Particularly preferably, the containers are garbage bins, garbage cans, garbage or other waste containers of all kinds.

The figures show the container cleaning system 1 according to the invention. The container cleaning system 1 has a closable cleaning chamber 2. The cleaning space 2 is preferably closable with a closing device 3, for example a lock gate. However, it is also possible to provide other devices for closing the cleaning room 2, such as doors, roller shutters, curtains and the like.

The container cleaning system 1 can be operated stationary. However, it is also conceivable that the container cleaning system 1 on a mobile support (not shown), such as a truck, is arranged and thus can be used mobile.

The container cleaning system 1 is intended and designed to clean containers 4 of various kinds. Particularly preferably can be cleaned with the container cleaning system 1 Müllgroßbehälter, garbage cans, bins, other waste containers or containers of various types and sizes. The containers 4 preferably have a height of 500 to 1500 mm, a width of 300 to 1400 mm and a depth of 300 to 1100 mm, and particularly preferably a capacity of at least 20 liters, preferably 25 to 1100 liters. In addition, the container 4 usually have no rotationally symmetrical shape.

In order to introduce the container 4 into the closable cleaning chamber 2 for cleaning and to output it again after cleaning from the cleaning chamber 2, the container cleaning system 1 further comprises charging means 5. The loading means 5 preferably comprise: an arm construction 6 with gripping elements 7 at one end of the arm construction 6 for gripping the containers 4, a pivot axis 8 provided with respect to the gripping elements 7 at another end of the arm structure 6 and a pivot mechanism 9, for example a hydraulic cylinder ,

The feed means 5 can preferably be equipped with adapters for different containers 4. Thus, it is possible at any time by simple handling, the container cleaning system individually form such that a variety of container sizes and shapes and quantities can be cleaned.

The feeding means 5 are provided in the cleaning space 2 and are preferably designed such that they pivot the container 4 outside the cleaning space 2 with the gripping elements 7 and, for example, in a part-circular movement through bring a lockable with the lock gate 3 opening 6 of the cleaning room 2 in the cleaning room 2. For this purpose, the pivot mechanism 9 is actuated and pivots the arm structure 6 (with the container 4) about the pivot axis 8. Preferably, the container 4 is thereby introduced into the cleaning chamber 2, that at least one container opening 10 of the container 4 substantially downwards, ie to Ground is directed. Thus, a cleaning medium or rinsing water introduced during the cleaning process or a rinse cycle into the container 4 for internal cleaning or internal rinsing can safely and simply be discharged or removed from the container 4 together with the dissolved impurities.

The container cleaning system 1 further comprises a nozzle system 11, 12 for cleaning the container 4 to be cleaned. This nozzle system preferably has a first nozzle system 11 and a second nozzle system 12.

The first nozzle system 11 is provided for the internal cleaning of the container 4. For applying the cleaning medium, such as water or water with detergent or detergent alone, the first nozzle system has 11 low-pressure nozzles or high-pressure nozzles. Particularly preferably, the first nozzle system 11 has three-dimensional spray heads. It is thus possible to safely and efficiently rid of impurities from a fixed position and with individually adjustable time the entire interior of the container 4. The first nozzle system 11 is preferably arranged in the cleaning chamber 2 such that the nozzles are arranged due to the position of the container 4 after introduction by the feed means 5 with respect to the interior of the container 4 for optimum cleaning. However, it is conceivable, in particular with regard to the cleaning of different containers, shapes and sizes, that the first nozzle system 11, for example, along a longitudinal axis L1, which is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the plane of the container opening 10, with respect to the container opening 10 of the container to be cleaned 4 is movable, that the nozzles for internal cleaning according to or in the interior of the Container 4 can be placed.

Furthermore, the container cleaning system 1 preferably has the second nozzle system 12, which is provided with an individually adjustable time for external cleaning of the container 4 to be cleaned. The second nozzle system 12 is preferably fixedly arranged in the cleaning chamber 2, but may also be designed to be movable. Depending on the application, the second nozzle system 12 also includes low or high pressure nozzles, wherein the second nozzle system 12 in particular rigid and / or rotating cleaning nozzles, in particular to reach all areas of the outer surface of the container 4 to be cleaned.

The container cleaning system 1 further comprises container drive means 13. The container drive means 13 are designed such that they move the container to be cleaned 4 at least for its external cleaning such that a relative movement between the container 4, more specifically the container outer wall and the nozzle system, preferably at least the second nozzle system 12 is generated. It is thus possible to provide the second nozzle system 12 fixed in the cleaning chamber 2 and thus a complex design of the second nozzle system 12 with correspondingly long trained and flexible smart connections and appropriately designed seals on the relatively moving parts avoid. Should the second nozzle system 12 nevertheless be designed to be movable, then it is preferably designed such that the movement of the second nozzle system 12 is opposite to the movement of the container 4 to be cleaned. In this way, an accelerated external cleaning of the container 4 take place, whereby the number of containers to be cleaned 4 per unit time can be significantly increased.

The container drive means 13 are provided in the loading means 5, preferably integrally formed with the gripping elements 7 and the retrofittable adapters. Thus, it is conceivable, for example, that the gripping elements 7 of the charging means 5 engaging the container 4 at corresponding points likewise move, preferably rotate, the container 4 at these points in the cleaning space 2 and with the container outer surface relative to the second nozzle system 12. For this purpose, the container drive means 13 are designed such that they generate a rotational movement of the container 4 about its transverse axis in and / or counterclockwise. This transverse axis preferably extends through the center of gravity of the container 4, whereby the energy required to produce the rotational movement of the container 4 for its cleaning is low. Thus, a flexible, simple and compact container cleaning system 1 can be provided.

Depending on the application, cold or warm well or fresh water is provided for the cleaning process. For example, the container cleaning system 1 for this purpose with a Fresh water tank be equipped; in particular, when the container cleaning system 1 is designed to be mobile. In addition, for example, a tank for cleaning agent can be provided that the water can be added in an appropriate amount. The cleaning medium or the fresh water is supplied to the nozzles of the nozzle system and the first and second nozzle system 11, 12, for example via a pump system. The pressure of the cleaning medium can be regulated via the pump system depending on the type of container and the degree of contamination.

In a preferred embodiment, the container cleaning system 1 further comprises a recycling plant. This may, for example, comprise a recycling tank in which the cleaning medium used for cleaning (preferably the external cleaning) of a container 4 is collected. The recycling tank is preferably preceded by a filter over which the cleaning medium used is passed to the recycling tank, preferably pumped. By using a filter upstream of the recycling tank corresponding contaminants are removed from the cleaning medium and this can be fed to the nozzle systems 11, 12 for re-cleaning. In this way, the consumption of cleaning media can be significantly reduced. Depending on the area of application, the cleaning medium accumulating during the external cleaning is conducted up to 100% to the recycling tank, whereby it is first cleaned via the filter.

Depending on the field of application, customer requirements and degree of contamination, either a manual or an automatic filter can be used. Both Filter systems are preferably equipped with a pressure monitor. If the filter then no longer passes through the appropriate amount of cleaning medium, the pressure in the recycling plant rises in front of the filter and a filter cleaning is signaled on the container cleaning system 1. When equipped with a manual filter, the operator must then remove the filter cartridge from the filter housing, manually clean or replace it and replace it. If an automatic filter is provided, such as an edge-gap filter, the filter surface is automatically cleaned during operation and when too much contamination is signaled.

As a result of the cleaning process, cleaning medium is usually carried off, so it does not get back into the recycling system's cycle. For this purpose, the recycling tank can also be equipped with level monitoring. When falling below a predetermined level of the recycling tank this is then automatically supplemented with fresh water.

In order to safely remove the coarse contaminants resulting from the internal cleaning, the container cleaning system 1 also has a discharge device for conveying these coarse contaminants from the cleaning chamber 2 into a waste container. The discharge device may comprise either a discharge screw or a discharge belt, with which the coarse contaminants such as paper residues, PET, food residues, etc., are transported in a special waste container. The waste container is preferably equipped with a drainage system, so that most of the water can be diverted from the waste container according to local regulations. For glass residues, it may be necessary to divert up to 100% of the waste water according to local regulations.

After cleaning or external cleaning may also be a rinse for internal flushing and / or external rinsing of the container 4 with cold or hot fresh water with low pressure and individually adjustable time. The flushing can preferably take place via the nozzle system 11, 12 or a separate flushing system. The rinse water can also be supplied to the recycling tank after the rinse if, for example, by means of the level monitoring too low a tank content of the recycling tank was measured. It is also possible that during or after the rinse fragrance or disinfectant are supplied to the container 4.

The container cleaning system 1 may further include a drying device 14 for drying the cleaned containers 4. This drying device 14 may, for example, fans or hot air nozzles, as they occur, for example, in a car wash. The drying device 14 can blow off the containers 4 and dry after the cleaning process or rinse cycle. During the drying process, the containers 4 are preferably rotated by means of the container drive means 13. The container drive means 13 may for this purpose preferably be designed such that they move or clean the cleaned containers 4 such that a relative movement takes place between the container outer wall and the drying device 14. Thus, the Drying device 14 made simple without further changes of the container cleaning system 1, since this does not have to be designed to be movable. During the drying process, the containers 4 can thus be rotated automatically in and counterclockwise over an individually adjustable time.

The cleaned and possibly dried containers 4 can be re-issued from the cleaning chamber 2 in the same way through the opening 6 after the cleaning process or rinse or drying process by means of the feed 5.

Depending on the area of application and application, equipment, design, pump capacity, required cleaning and drying quality, contamination, container size and program selection, up to 64 containers with a capacity of up to 360 liters and up to 32 containers with a capacity of up to 1100 liters can be used cleaned inside and outside per hour and dried if necessary. Here, the abandonment, introduction, application and removal of the container to be cleaned 4 are taken into account.

With the container cleaning system 1, for example, contaminants of normal waste containers, such as biowaste, leftovers, household waste, etc. can be cleaned. Are the container to be cleaned 4 contaminated with hazardous waste or other substances, it can, depending on the required cleaning quality, the container 4 when using cold or hot water and appropriate cleaning media also safe, easy and fast cleaning.

The entire cleaning system, ie the entire container cleaning system 1, is preferably made of stainless steel or stainless materials. Preferably, all wearing parts are easily and quickly interchangeable, such as the nozzle heads.

If this is done by pressing a corresponding button on the control panel, this button is located outside the danger zone in accordance with the relevant occupational safety regulations. After the container 4 has been introduced into the cleaning space 2, the lock gate 3 closes.

As in FIG. 3 is shown, the container 4 is preferably aligned with its opening 10 after insertion into the cleaning chamber 2, and more preferably the first nozzle system 7 is arranged with respect to the opening 10 of the container 4 such that an internal cleaning of the container 4 start immediately can.

Das dann startende und im folgenden beschrieben Reinigungsprogramm läuft automatisch ab.Depending on the model and equipment can now be selected or automatically adjusted after the introduction of the container 4 in the cleaning room 2, the desired wash program. The cleaning program that starts then and described below will run automatically.

First, as in FIG. 3 shown, the internal cleaning of the container 4 with preferably three-dimensional spray heads and depending on the design and cleaning with cold or hot fresh or hot water or cleaning medium with low or high pressure at a time to be set individually performed. For exact positioning of the first nozzle system 11 to or in the opening 10 of the container 4, the first nozzle system 11 may be designed to be movable along its longitudinal axis L1.

After the interior cleaning of the container 4, the external cleaning with preferably rigid and / or rotating cleaning nozzles of the second nozzle system 12 also depending on the design and degree of contamination with cold or hot fresh or service water or cleaning medium, with low or high pressure and over an individually adjustable time carried out. During the exterior cleaning, the container (s) 4 are automatically rotated (see FIG. 4 ). According to the embodiment, the containers 4 are included about its transverse axis, which preferably extends through the center of gravity of the container 4, rotated in and / or counterclockwise. The rotation is carried out by means of the container drive means 13, which are formed integrally in the feed means 5 and the gripping elements 7 or adapters. The container 4 or its outer wall is moved relative to the second nozzle system 12, wherein the second nozzle system 12 is either fixedly arranged in the cleaning chamber 2 or also designed to be movable. The movement of the second nozzle system 12 is preferably opposite to the movement of the container 4.

It should be noted that the nozzle system according to the above description can also have only one device, with which the corresponding external and internal cleaning operations are performed equally.

After cleaning the outside, a rinse both inside and outside of the container 4 with cold or hot fresh water with low pressure at individually adjustable time can be done. On request, fragrance or disinfectant can be added during or after the rinse. The flushing medium or the fragrance or disinfectant may preferably be applied by means of the nozzle system 11, 12 or a separate system.

After the rinse, the containers 4 are blown off with a drying device 14 and dried (see FIG. 5 ). During the drying process, the containers 4 are preferably rotated automatically in and / or counterclockwise with individually adjustable time, whereby also a relative movement between the container 4 or its outer wall and the drying device 10 is generated. The rotational movement is preferably generated by the container drive means 13.

After the drying process, the lock gate 3 preferably opens automatically and the cleaned and dried containers 4 are discharged from the cleaning space 2 by means of the feed means 5 (see FIG. 6 ). Finally, the cleaned and dried containers 4 are removed and a new container 4 can be cleaned.

The water used for cleaning can be either well or fresh water or, if equipped with a recycling system, also a cleaning medium from the recycling tank. For this purpose, the cleaning medium after the external cleaning and possibly the internal cleaning is passed through a filter in the recycling tank and made available there again as a cleaning medium. The recycling tank preferably has a level monitoring, so that the cleaning liquid carried off by the cleaning process can be supplemented automatically with rinsing water or fresh water or optionally also with cleaning liquid.

During internal cleaning, coarse separation of coarse contaminants from the cleaning liquid can also be effected by means of a discharge device, for example a discharge screw or discharge belt. The coarse contaminants are conducted by means of the discharge in a waste container, preferably with drainage system.
