Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Spulenanordnung (51) mit Hilfe einer Wickelmaschine (11), wobei ein Draht (39) auf einen Wickelpin (23) einer Wickelanordnung (21) der Wickelmaschine (11) aufgewickelt wird, um eine Spule (67) der Spulenanordnung (51) herzustellen. Um in ein Stück Draht, auf dessen freie Enden nicht zugegriffen werden kann, eine elektrische Spule einformen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, dass aus einem ersten Drahtabschnitt (55) des Drahts (39) eine erste Teilwicklung (59) der Spule (67) hergestellt wird, indem der Wickelpin (23) gemäß einem ersten Wickelsinn (ω1) mit dem ersten Drahtabschnitt (55) bewickelt wird und aus einem zweiten Drahtabschnitt (57) des Drahts eine zweite Teilwicklung (65) der Spule (67) hergestellt wird, indem der Wickelpin (23) gemäß einem dem ersten Wickelsinn (ω1) entgegengesetzten zweiten Wickelsinn (ω2) mit dem zweiten Drahtabschnitt (57) bewickelt wird.
