Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roving machine for producing a roving wound on roving bobbins.
  • the roving machine has a drafting system and a wing table with rotatable about one center axis wings and wing attachments for performing the roving on. It also includes a spindle bank with spindles for receiving the roving bobbins.
  • a surface extends below the drafting system in the transverse direction of the Vorspinnmasche at least from the region of the drafting to the diegelauf algorithmsn.
  • a negative pressure acted suction duct is arranged at the end of the surface facing the drafting, below the drafting and extends in the longitudinal direction of the roving.
  • a roving machine also called flyer, processes a conveyor belt to a roving wound on roving bobbins.
  • the roving bobbins are also called flyer bobbins. These roving bobbins can be further processed into yarn on ring spinning machines.
  • the route line initially runs through a drafting system.
  • the roving is guided by wing attachments to the so-called flyer wings and stored on the flyer spool by means of the Flyer Stahlgel that rotate around the flyer bobbin. This gives the roving at the same time the required rotation.
  • the spool is movable in the direction of the center axis of the Flyer Stahl.
  • the in the DE 198 55 200 A1 disclosed roving machine has below the drafting a substantially flat surface.
  • a stationary blowing nozzle which is in the immediate vicinity of the machine parts to be cleaned is arranged.
  • the tuyere is located at the end of the surface facing the wing tips.
  • a stationary suction device is arranged, which amplifies the effect of the blast air jets and supplies the contaminants to a central disposal device.
  • the cleaning device described has a significant energy consumption, since the blowing nozzles and the suction device must extend over the entire machine length. Most of the energy is needed for the extraction. On the suction, however, can not be waived, otherwise the disposal of impurities can not be guaranteed. Without a corresponding suction device, the blown-off contaminants, especially fibers and flight, would remain in the machine room and could contaminate the roving machine again. With appropriate design of the suction, it is more conceivable to dispense with the blowing device. However, this leads only to a low energy saving, since the suction compared to the blower requires about 5 to 10 times the power.
  • the DE 40 12 543 A1 relates to the avoidance or removal of flight and other impurities in the area of free fiber lunar sections, which extend between the drafting units and the spinning stations of a roving machine, in particular a flyer.
  • this application in addition to avoiding influences on the Faserlunten in the cleaning and the energy savings.
  • it is explained in the introduction to the introduction that covers the spinning stations covering table top of a variety along the table top Blow nozzles can be cleaned.
  • a relatively strong source of compressed air is required and thus a high energy consumption.
  • the in the DE 40 12 543 A1 disclosed roving machine has an inclined table top, which is arranged substantially parallel to the plane spanned by the free Faserluntenabitesen plane.
  • the table top is cleaned by a blower of a walking blower.
  • the tuyere can be brought relatively close to the same due to the special arrangement of the table top.
  • the tuyere is positioned in the vicinity of the drafting system and blows the impurities into the side facing away from the drafting system.
  • the Wanderbläser also has a suction nozzle, which is located above the drafting system. The functionality of the blowing nozzle is based on the special arrangement of the table top.
  • the function of the blowing device is no longer given if the table top is horizontal or has only a slight inclination.
  • Another disadvantage is that the blown-off impurities are not disposed of.
  • the area below the drafting system, which is covered by the drafting system, is not cleaned at all.
  • the object of the present invention is to design the roving frame in such a way that contaminants can be reliably and energy-efficiently removed on the entire surface below the drafting system.
  • a carriage which is movable along the suction channel, which is arranged at the end of the surface facing the drafting, below the drafting system, on a guideway.
  • the carriage has an air guide element with an air transfer element and a suction opening.
  • the suction channel and the air transfer element are designed so that the air guide element can be acted upon by negative pressure and a suction effect is created at the suction opening.
  • the suction opening points in the direction of the surface and is arranged between the drafting device and the surface.
  • the stationary suction device which extends over the entire machine length, replaced by a movable suction device.
  • the suction or suction openings are only in the range of a carriage and are not distributed over the entire length of the machine. The cleaning effect is not deteriorated thereby.
  • a permanent suction is not required. Due to the smaller area of the suction opening, the air flow rate is considerably reduced. As a result, a much smaller cross-section is also possible for the machine-length suction. Overall, this leads to a significant reduction in the power of the vacuum source and thus to a significant energy savings. An energy saving of between 80 and 90 percent compared to a stationary extraction system is possible.
  • the suction carriage according to the present invention does not travel along the outside of the machine but is integrated in the machine.
  • the guide track is formed as part of the suction channel.
  • the carriage is movable by means of a drive along the suction channel and the drive has a motor, which is arranged at one end of the suction channel, and a force transmission means, which transmits the driving force from the motor to the carriage on.
  • a belt is suitable.
  • Such a design of the drive also ensures a small footprint within the machine.
  • the suction can a Machine-long suction slot, which is hermetically sealed by two sealing lips, wherein the sealing lips are each connected to the suction channel, that the two sealing lips are compressed air-tight.
  • the air transfer element of the air guide element can then be arranged between the compressed sealing lips and is enclosed airtight by the sealing lips.
  • a blowing device is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the roving machine at the end of the surface, which faces the wing tips.
  • a blowing device supports the cleaning effect of the suction.
  • the blowing device can be arranged stationarily over the entire length of the machine. The blowing device is then permanently exposed to blowing air, or as long as the carriage moves with its suction opening along the machine. In such an arrangement, the suction channel should run below the surface and be arranged only the slide or its suction between the surface and the drafting system.
  • the blowing device is part of a running from the outside walking aggregate whose travel speed is synchronized with the carriage of the suction.
  • the energy consumption of the blowing device compared to the suction is low. Nevertheless, the energy consumption of the blowing direction can be optimized in that the blowing device has an air duct for supplying blown air and the air duct is thus connected to the suction duct, a part of the air sucked out via the suction duct passes into the air duct as blast air. In this way, the vacuum source of the suction device simultaneously supplies the blowing device. In addition to saving energy can be dispensed with a separate source of compressed air. Since the sucked air is contaminated, a filter is preferably arranged so that the air emerging from the blowing device is cleaned.
  • the suction carriage may have one or more suction openings. With several suction openings, the openings can be made comparable. The multiple suction then have only the purpose to expand the suction area. Conceivable here are 5 to 10 openings. But the suction can also be designed differently, in particular they can be directed to different areas below the drafting. Thus, one of the suction openings can be positioned in the vicinity of cleaning devices, which are arranged below the drafting system.
  • one of the suction openings can be directed onto the guideway. In this way, the cleaning device cleans itself.
  • each carriage preferably moves only on an associated section of the guideway.
  • Fig. 1 is a roving 1 according to the invention, also called flyer, with drafting 2, wing table 3, 4 wings and spindle 5 and spindles 6 shown.
  • the Fig. 1 shows the side view and thus the transverse extent of the roving machine.
  • Below the drafting system 2 there is a substantially flat surface 8.
  • the surface 8 extends from the area of the drafting system 2 to the wing attachments 18,
  • a roving is stored in the spinning cans 33 .
  • the roving is passed over strip guide (not shown), which are attached to the support tubes 34 to the drafting system 2.
  • the roving passes through the drafting system 2 and is guided by the flyer wing attachments 18 to the wings 4 and finally wound on the roving or roving bobbins, not shown, which are arranged on the spindles 6.
  • a variety of other jobs are arranged.
  • a blowing device 35 is arranged on the front side of the wing table 3, ie on the side of the wing 8 faces 18, the surface 8 in the region below the drafting system 2 and above the wing table 3 applied with blowing air throughout.
  • the blowing device 35 extends in the longitudinal direction over the entire roving 1.
  • a suction channel 7 extending in the longitudinal direction of the roving frame is arranged.
  • a carriage 9 is arranged with a suction opening 12 which moves along the suction channel 7 and removes contaminants from the surface 8.
  • the suction is supported by the blowing device 35.
  • the resulting air flow on the surface 8 to be cleaned is indicated by the arrows 29.
  • the blowing device 35 is permanently in operation over the entire length of the machine. The energy consumption is low and the blast air can escape over the exhaust duct away when the carriage 9 is not facing the blowing device 35 at this point.
  • the suction channel 7 is shown in more detail with the carriage 9.
  • the suction channel 7 has a guide track 39, which is formed by two angled elements at the upper edge of the suction channel 7.
  • the angled elements are respectively arranged on the right and left side of the suction channel 7.
  • Corresponding elements of the carriage 9 engage in these angled elements.
  • a suction slot 15 is arranged, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the suction channel 7.
  • two sealing lips 17 are present.
  • the sealing lips 17 are each connected at one end to the side of the suction slot 15 fixed to the suction channel 15. With their free ends, the sealing lips 17 each press against the end of the other sealing lip, so that the suction slot 15 is closed airtight.
  • the air guide element 10 is an elementary component of the carriage 9. It has a suction opening 12, which, as in Fig. 3 can be seen, consists of two funnel-shaped elements, which open into an opening 14 of an air chamber 36 of the air guide element 10.
  • the air chamber 36 has further openings 14, which are closed by plugs 13 in the illustrated embodiment. Through the further openings 14 additional suction can be created.
  • suitable attachments it is possible to direct the suction to certain parts to be cleaned, for example, the guideway or plasters, not shown here, which are arranged below the drafting system.
  • the air guide element 10 also has an air transfer element 11.
  • the air transfer element 11 is arranged between the two sealing lips 17 of the suction channel 7 and is enclosed airtight by the sealing lips 17. When the carriage 9 is moved, the air transfer member 11 slides along between the sealing lips. Air is drawn from the air chamber 36 into the suction channel 7 through the air transfer element 11. This creates a suction effect on the suction opening 12.
  • the carriage 9 has a belt attachment 21, wherein the belt in Fig. 2 not shown.
  • the Fig. 3 shows a plan view of the suction channel 7 and the carriage 9 and also shows the belt 19.
  • the belt 19 is fixedly connected to the carriage 9 and extends along the entire suction 7. At the end of the suction channel 7, the belt 19 is placed around a pulley 37 , The pulley 37 is driven by the motor 20 and so moved the carriage along the suction channel 7.
  • the suction channel is provided at its end with a tube 22, is sucked through the air in the direction of the arrow 23 from the suction channel 7.
  • the tube 22 is with a vacuum source 38 connected in Fig. 4 is shown.
  • the vacuum source 38 includes a fan 30 which is driven by a motor 28.
  • the fan 30 draws air from the hose 22 in the direction of the arrow 24 into the filter chamber 31, in which a filter 32 is positioned for cleaning the air.
  • the purified air that escapes from the filter chamber 31 is symbolized by the arrow 25.
  • a portion of the air, symbolized by the arrow 26, is passed via the air passage 40 to the blowing device 35, so that the blowing device 35 does not need its own pressure source.
  • the remaining air 27 is blown out.
