Definitions

  • the invention relates to a wooden frame with angularly aligned and connectable via a connecting device wood frame parts, as described in the preamble of claim 1.
  • the first wooden frame part has a first narrow side wall, a second narrow side wall and a connecting wall extending between the narrow side walls.
  • the second wooden frame part likewise has a first narrow side wall, a second narrow side wall and a connecting wall extending between the narrow side walls.
  • the two connecting walls of the interconnected wooden frame parts are further aligned towards each other.
  • One of the wooden frame parts is provided on its connecting wall with a connecting plate fixed at a distance from the first narrow side wall, wherein the other of the wooden frame parts is supported with its connecting wall on the connecting plate.
  • an adjusting device is fastened with successive undeliverable clamping elements.
  • connection devices for frame corners of bars and stems, which parallel to a spanned between opposing stems, vertical load level adjacent and inserted into the connection walls Schlitzbelche includes, which via bolts with each other and with the wooden frame parts are connected. Furthermore, the connecting device comprises a carrier plate, which extends on the upper narrow side wall and is connected via fastening means with the wooden frame parts.
  • This connection technology requires tight manufacturing tolerances of the wooden frame parts on the one hand on the connection walls and on the other hand on the narrow side walls. Dimensional changes due to shrinkage or swelling of the wooden frame parts can also impair the quality of the connection.
  • the SU 958615 A1 and US 3,328,056 A disclose a wooden frame with angularly aligned to each other and connectable via a connecting device wooden frame parts, wherein the first wooden frame part forms a first narrow side wall, a second narrow side wall and extending between the narrow side walls connecting wall, and the second wooden frame part a first narrow side wall, a second narrow side wall and between the Narrow sidewalls extending connecting wall forms, wherein the connecting walls of the interconnected wooden frame parts abut each other.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a wooden frame with angularly aligned and to be joined together wooden frame parts, in which a high quality of connection or connection accuracy between the wooden frame parts is achieved even with inaccuracies in size and optionally the shape of the wooden frame parts to be joined together.
  • the object of the invention is achieved in that the first wooden frame part is provided on its connecting wall with a first connection plate and the second wooden frame part on its connecting wall with a second connection plate and that the first wooden frame part with its connection wall to the second connection plate and the second wooden frame part with his Connection wall can be supported on the first connection plate. It is advantageous that thereby the pressure forces between the wooden frame parts can be transmitted over several large-area connection plates, so that a particularly "stiff" or heavy-duty connection between the wooden frame parts is created. As a result, the wooden frame parts with the connection plate and the clamping elements can be prepared at the factory and at the construction site the prefabricated or completed wooden frame parts can be connected very precisely, quickly and with little installation effort. The mechanical effort at the construction site is very low.
  • connection plate is arranged between the connection walls and distances the wooden frame parts from each other by a distance gap.
  • the clamping elements mounted on the respective wooden frame part can be axially moved toward one another and thus the first wooden frame part can be adjusted in the extent of the spacing gap relative to the second wooden frame part in order to precisely adjust an angular position of the first wooden frame part relative to the second wooden frame part.
  • the first wooden frame part is pivoted about the connection plate on the positioning movement and loads the weight of the first wooden frame part over the large-area connection plate on the second wooden frame part. Due to the adjustability between the wooden frame parts construction tolerances can be compensated and is the requirement for the manufacturing accuracy of the wooden frame parts lower than in a combination of wooden frame parts with butt abutting connecting walls.
  • connection plate is arranged close to the second narrow side walls at a distance from the first narrow side walls.
  • a lever arm corresponding to the distance to the first narrow side walls or clamping elements and depending on the overall height of the first wooden frame part is created for the connecting plate so that the clamping force or actuating force of the adjusting device for positioning the wooden frame parts via the clamping elements can be low.
  • connection wall of the wooden frame parts each form a first connection section and a second connection section enclosing this with an angle, the first connection plate being fastened to the (preferably inclined) first connection section and the second connection plate to the (preferably vertical) second connection section ,
  • the connection plates are aligned at an angle to each other and enclose between them an angle of preferably greater than 90 °, for example 135 °.
  • the first connection plate forms an attachable against the connection wall mounting surface and a parallel to this connection surface for conditioning the second wooden frame part and the first wooden frame part laterally projecting Longitudinal edges, which are connectable via fastening means with the second wooden frame part.
  • connection plate also forms an attachment surface which can be applied against the connection wall and a connecting surface running parallel thereto and laterally projecting longitudinal edges on the second wooden frame part, which can be connected to the first wooden frame part via fastening means.
  • the juxtaposed wooden frame parts are connected together in their relative position.
  • the fixing of the first wooden frame part on the second wooden frame part or second wooden frame part on the first wooden frame part can take place at the construction site via fastening means, such as screws or nails. It is for the mutual fixation of the wooden frame parts no expensive equipment necessary.
  • by the mutual fixation of the wood frame parts and connecting plates and a "lifting" of the first wooden frame part avoided by the second wooden frame part for example, when a wind force acts from below on an inner side of the roof surface.
  • the terminal plate is fastened to the wood frame part via fastening means guided through the fastening bores. If due to the static load on the wooden frame, for example, for a structural structure, correspondingly long fastening means required, intersect the longitudinal axes of the fasteners.
  • the axially opposite each other opposite mounting holes are arranged at such a distance from each other that the fasteners do not interfere with each other, if they are anchored in the material of the timber frame part.
  • the clamping elements each comprise a support plate which can be fastened to the first narrow side wall of the wooden frame parts and a threaded rod projecting from the latter in the direction of the connection wall.
  • the clamping elements or the threaded rod coaxial with each other and can be readjusted on the adjusting device, in particular a clamping sleeve, the relative position of the first wooden frame part by the distance between the clamping elements or wooden frame parts is changed.
  • the wooden frame parts each comprise a recessed on the first narrow side wall and extending to the connecting wall exemption, wherein the respective support plate is disposed above the exemption.

  • the support plate comprises an attachable against the first narrow side wall of the timber frame part mounting surface and mounting holes, wherein bore axes of at least some of the mounting holes perpendicular to the mounting surface and other mounting holes inclined to a perpendicular to the mounting surface.
  • the carrier plate is fastened on the one hand by means of the first fastening means guided through the vertical fastening bores and on the other hand by means of the second fastening means guided through the inclined fastening bores on the respective wooden frame part.
  • the first attachment means are adjacent the attachment wall, while the second attachment means are provided farther from the attachment wall.
  • the first fasteners are provided outside the exemption and extend into the material interior over 30% to 50% of the height of the timber frame part.
  • forces generated by swelling or shrinkage can be absorbed and the material structure of the wooden frame part held together.
  • the second fastening means are through Sources or shrinkage forces hardly claimed because these forces are almost completely absorbed by the first fasteners.
