Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an assembly comprising at least one construction panel with a spacer interposed therein and a method of mounting the assembly.
  • the present invention relates to an assembly comprising at least one panel comprising an outer web and an inner web.
  • This panel has at least one spacer interposed in the space between its two webs and, advantageously, at least one insulating layer extending along this space.
  • Such panels are useful in the field of construction or building, in particular to form the envelope of an element, this element may be a building.
  • thermal insulation is currently a crucial problem.
  • the continuity of the thermal insulation layer is not guaranteed in the perimeter of the assembly thus creating a thermal bridge harmful to the thermal insulation of the assembly to achieve.
  • the panels may have misalignment and lack of stiffness at the junction between panels, which may cause them to flare slightly under a heavy load. It is the same for the joining of at least one panel and an insert.
  • the document US 5,647,181 describes a constructive panel with an outer veil and an inner veil.
  • the inner and outer sails are kept spaced apart and delimit an intermediate space for receiving a thermal insulation material.
  • the junction between two panels requires a connecting piece which makes a complicated element to add to the construction and may cause problems in the attachment of each of the panels on this piece, with its assembly on each of the panels that can be problematic.
  • a specific part must be used for a type of junction, which makes designing several parts to achieve all possible types of junction. This part is also expensive and does not achieve a continuity of the thermal insulation in the assembly.
  • the document WO - A2 - 2007/073224 discloses an assembly of modules at construction corners. Post and complex connecting elements are required by the assembly process. The mechanical strength of the links is also based on metal profiles applied to small contact surfaces and contributing to form a highly heterogeneous system.
  • the document DE-A-2010120 discloses an assembly of two panels according to the preamble of claim 1. Complex means for relative mounting panels are presented. These means do not guarantee a practical assembly and / or a good efficiency in terms of mechanical strength.
  • the present invention aims to solve at least in part these disadvantages.
  • the technical effect obtained is an ease of positioning the panels relative to one another or the panel relative to the part during assembly.
  • the mechanical strength is high thanks to the connecting elements.
  • the contacts are flat, on large surfaces compared to the dimensions of the panels so that the stress concentrations are limited.
  • the protruding parts of the struts of the panels are then in contact with one another, advantageously abutting against one another or the protruding part of the spacer of a panel is in contact with the outer part . This allows a relative maintenance of the panel or panels during assembly.
  • This technical effect also allows the total recovery of structural loads and stresses in all directions, for example by constituting corner pillars or mid-wall at the junction of the panels, or the constitution of walls high and low at the junction of the panels and at the junction with other elements of the frame such as floors or slab. This advantageously ensures both, by its own characteristics, all the structural functions and airtightness while eliminating the sources of thermal bridge.
  • connecting elements do not have to be specifically adapted to the type of assembly by being able to be standard parallelepiped shape and not to be adapted to the veil they extend.
  • Another potential advantage of the connecting elements is that they can traverse several juxtaposed or superimposed panels so that they constitute charge transfer means, particularly for lowering the charges towards the base of the construction.
  • Another advantage of the present invention is to allow the continuity of the thermal insulation layer all along the assembly, the latter not being interrupted by the presence of a connecting piece, the connecting elements n not interfering with this layer.
  • the invention also relates to a method of assembling at least two panels or at least one panel with a part, according to claim 15.
  • the panel according to the invention may be of the type comprising an outer web and an inner web, the outer and inner webs delimiting an interspace between them, at least one first insulation layer and at least one spacer being arranged in said intermediate space and characterized in that the spacer has a portion protruding outer and inner walls of the panel.
  • the length is indicated in the direction of the arrow L and the thickness in the direction of the arrow E, the width (or height) of the panel extending perpendicularly to the plane of the figures.
  • the assembly described in the direction of the length is applicable to an assembly according to the width (or height) and vice versa.
  • the panel 10 consists of an outer web 1 and an inner web 2 with reference to the inside or outside of the assembly to be made with this panel 10 to form the building. These two webs 1 and 2 are arranged and kept spaced by means of a spacer 3 inserted at least partially between the webs 1 and 2.
  • a first layer of insulating material 4 is introduced between a web, at the figure 1 the outer web 1, and the spacer 3. This first insulation layer 4 adheres to the face of the outer web 1 opposite the spacer 3 over the entire length of the panel 10 and is advantageously continuous for the entire assembly which will be formed, for example an assembly of at least one panel and an outer part reported or an assembly of at least two panels.
  • Such a panel 10 may be placed in a working position of horizontal, vertical or oblique direction, the length of the panel 10 extending in this direction.
  • the outer 1 and inner 2 sails of such a panel 10 may consist of boards, only one of which is referenced 1a to the figure 1 .
  • These boards 1a are advantageously placed in alternating layers crossed at 90 °, advantageously fixed together by nails and / or staples not causing machining problems and / or glued.
  • the profile of the contact edges between two boards is referenced 1b and may have a shape capable of making a solid junction.
  • the adhesive is in the aqueous phase without volatile organic emission and is used in thin thickness, improving the airtightness and reducing the liquid phase moisture passages between the layers and thus protecting the material used, the bonding not requiring pressurizing equipment.
  • a stratum extending in the width of the panel may be followed by a stratum extending in the length of the panel but this is not mandatory. Such an arrangement reinforces the strength of the panel thus constructed. This function can be provided advantageously by nailing or / and staple.
  • strata are advantageously in an odd number, for example 3 or 5 strata in order to guarantee a high resistance to compressive stresses, the greatest number of strata extending to the figure 1 in the width of the panel 10, the width preferably forming a vertical part of the building.
  • the spacer 3 of a panel 10 is advantageously constituted by the same components as the outer web 1 or inside 2 of this panel 10.
  • the strata formed on this spacer 3 have the same characteristics as those of the outer 1 or inner 2 sails.
  • the width and the thickness of the spacer 3 is equal to or is a multiple of the width or the thickness of an outer web 1.
  • the outer and inner sails 1 and 2 are similar and the thickness of the spacer 3 is substantially equal to one third of the total thickness of the panel 10, this thickness then being that of the outer and inner fins 1 2.
  • the width of the spacer 3 is substantially equal to twice its thickness. This is not limiting and a spacer 3 with other ratios of width and thickness in relation to the outer webs 1 and 2 inside can be used for the formation of a panel 10.
  • the spacer 3 in addition to the first insulating layer 4 interposed between the outer web 1 and the spacer 3, as the spacer 3 does not occupy the entire spacer space between outer web 1 and inner sail 2, the remaining part this space not occupied by the spacer 3 is advantageously filled with a second thermal insulation layer 5.
  • the spacer 3 thus forms a continuous frame around the periphery of the webs 1, 2 and delimits an internal volume of insulation. This frame alone can ensure the structural quality of the element if the thickness of the sail or sails is not sufficient to contribute.
  • this solution also limits the weight of the whole.
  • the first and second insulating layers 4 and 5 may have different thermal and inertial properties of each other.
  • the first layer of insulating material 4 by ensuring an integral continuity in the perimeter of the assembly thus ensuring a thermal break can be mono or multilayer high density.
  • the second insulation layer 5, interrupted in the assembly by the presence of the spacer 3, may be of medium density.
  • the nature of the insulation material of these layers 4 and 5 may be, for example, vegetable fiber, mineral wool or any other form of known insulating material.
  • a part 3a of the spacer 3 protrudes from the outer 1 and inner 2 webs of the panel 10, this in the direction of the length of the panel at the figure 1 as well as Figures 2 to 7 but it is not limiting.
  • This portion protruding from the length 3a is used to connect the panel 10 with another panel or with an external part added, as will be seen later with regard to Figures 2 to 7 and 9 .
  • the figure 2 shows an assembly 100 of two panels 10 and 20, the two panels 10 and 20 being in the extension of one another.
  • each panel 10 or 20 has a respective spacer 3 or 23 with each a portion protruding from the length 3a or 23a protruding respectively from the outer web 1 or 21 and the inner web 2 or 22 of each panel 10 or 20.
  • each spacer 3 or 23 the parts 3a or 23a protruding from each spacer 3 or 23 are placed in the extension of one another facing each other so that their end faces are applied against each other.

Description

The present invention relates to an assembly comprising at least one construction panel with a spacer interposed therein and a method of mounting the assembly.

More particularly, the present invention relates to an assembly comprising at least one panel comprising an outer web and an inner web. This panel has at least one spacer interposed in the space between its two webs and, advantageously, at least one insulating layer extending along this space. Such panels are useful in the field of construction or building, in particular to form the envelope of an element, this element may be a building.

In the field of building, they can thus be building panels of the envelope with at least one layer of thermal insulation incorporated in their interior, these panels can optionally be delivered in the state advantageously being coated with mineral coating . An assembly of at least one such panel with an external part of the structure of the building or at least two panels between them can erect building elements that can exceed constructive standards for thermal performance with high inertial quality and high noise attenuation.

The problem of thermal insulation is currently a crucial problem. To satisfy the thermal insulation constraints, it is known to provide at least one insulating layer incorporated in the panel. However, when connecting such panels together or when connecting such a panel with a patch part of the building to build, for example a slab, a beam, a joist, a floor between levels, the continuity of the thermal insulation layer is not guaranteed in the perimeter of the assembly thus creating a thermal bridge harmful to the thermal insulation of the assembly to achieve.

In addition, at the junction of two panels or at the junction of a panel with an external part, it is necessary to secure the panels together or at least one panel with the insert sufficiently solid so that there is no movement between them.

During this joining, there may remain gaps left between the inner webs and / or the outer webs of a first and a second panel respectively or between the inner and / or outer web of a panel and the corresponding portion. the outer surface of an external part of the building to which this sign is attached. These spaces, however small, are troublesome as regards the insulation and airtightness properties of the final assembly and the solidity of the joining between panels or between one or more panels and a part. reported.

In the case of poor fastening, the panels may have misalignment and lack of stiffness at the junction between panels, which may cause them to flare slightly under a heavy load. It is the same for the joining of at least one panel and an insert.

The document US 5,647,181 describes a constructive panel with an outer veil and an inner veil. The inner and outer sails are kept spaced apart and delimit an intermediate space for receiving a thermal insulation material. The junction between two panels requires a connecting piece which makes a complicated element to add to the construction and may cause problems in the attachment of each of the panels on this piece, with its assembly on each of the panels that can be problematic. In addition, a specific part must be used for a type of junction, which makes designing several parts to achieve all possible types of junction. This part is also expensive and does not achieve a continuity of the thermal insulation in the assembly.

We know of the publication WO - A2 - 2010 013233 a panel assembly essentially by clipping. The structure of the panels and the means for their joining do not allow a substantial mechanical resistance which limits the applications of this technique to light non-load bearing constructions of the glazed roof type.

The document WO - A2 - 2007/073224 discloses an assembly of modules at construction corners. Post and complex connecting elements are required by the assembly process. The mechanical strength of the links is also based on metal profiles applied to small contact surfaces and contributing to form a highly heterogeneous system.

The document DE-A-2010120 discloses an assembly of two panels according to the preamble of claim 1. Complex means for relative mounting panels are presented. These means do not guarantee a practical assembly and / or a good efficiency in terms of mechanical strength.

The present invention aims to solve at least in part these disadvantages.

Pour atteindre cet objectif, il est prévu selon l'invention un assemblage est prévu selon la revendication 1.To achieve this objective, an assembly according to the invention is provided according to claim 1.

The technical effect obtained is an ease of positioning the panels relative to one another or the panel relative to the part during assembly. At the same time, the mechanical strength is high thanks to the connecting elements. Advantageously, the contacts are flat, on large surfaces compared to the dimensions of the panels so that the stress concentrations are limited. Preferably, the protruding parts of the struts of the panels are then in contact with one another, advantageously abutting against one another or the protruding part of the spacer of a panel is in contact with the outer part . This allows a relative maintenance of the panel or panels during assembly.

This technical effect also allows the total recovery of structural loads and stresses in all directions, for example by constituting corner pillars or mid-wall at the junction of the panels, or the constitution of walls high and low at the junction of the panels and at the junction with other elements of the frame such as floors or slab. This advantageously ensures both, by its own characteristics, all the structural functions and airtightness while eliminating the sources of thermal bridge.

In addition, the connecting elements do not have to be specifically adapted to the type of assembly by being able to be standard parallelepiped shape and not to be adapted to the veil they extend. Another potential advantage of the connecting elements is that they can traverse several juxtaposed or superimposed panels so that they constitute charge transfer means, particularly for lowering the charges towards the base of the construction.

Another advantage of the present invention is to allow the continuity of the thermal insulation layer all along the assembly, the latter not being interrupted by the presence of a connecting piece, the connecting elements n not interfering with this layer.

To the Figures 1 to 7 of the present application, only the length and thickness of the panel 10, 20 or 30 will be visible, whereas figures 8 and 9 these three dimensions can be seen.

To the figure 1 , the length is indicated in the direction of the arrow L and the thickness in the direction of the arrow E, the width (or height) of the panel extending perpendicularly to the plane of the figures.

In general, the assembly described in the direction of the length is applicable to an assembly according to the width (or height) and vice versa.

At this figure 1 , the panel 10 consists of an outer web 1 and an inner web 2 with reference to the inside or outside of the assembly to be made with this panel 10 to form the building. These two webs 1 and 2 are arranged and kept spaced by means of a spacer 3 inserted at least partially between the webs 1 and 2. A first layer of insulating material 4 is introduced between a web, at the figure 1 the outer web 1, and the spacer 3. This first insulation layer 4 adheres to the face of the outer web 1 opposite the spacer 3 over the entire length of the panel 10 and is advantageously continuous for the entire assembly which will be formed, for example an assembly of at least one panel and an outer part reported or an assembly of at least two panels.

Such a panel 10 may be placed in a working position of horizontal, vertical or oblique direction, the length of the panel 10 extending in this direction. The outer 1 and inner 2 sails of such a panel 10 may consist of boards, only one of which is referenced 1a to the figure 1 . These boards 1a, of any width, are advantageously placed in alternating layers crossed at 90 °, advantageously fixed together by nails and / or staples not causing machining problems and / or glued. The profile of the contact edges between two boards is referenced 1b and may have a shape capable of making a solid junction. Advantageously, the adhesive is in the aqueous phase without volatile organic emission and is used in thin thickness, improving the airtightness and reducing the liquid phase moisture passages between the layers and thus protecting the material used, the bonding not requiring pressurizing equipment.

A stratum extending in the width of the panel may be followed by a stratum extending in the length of the panel but this is not mandatory. Such an arrangement reinforces the strength of the panel thus constructed. This function can be provided advantageously by nailing or / and staple.

These strata are advantageously in an odd number, for example 3 or 5 strata in order to guarantee a high resistance to compressive stresses, the greatest number of strata extending to the figure 1 in the width of the panel 10, the width preferably forming a vertical part of the building.

The spacer 3 of a panel 10 is advantageously constituted by the same components as the outer web 1 or inside 2 of this panel 10. The strata formed on this spacer 3 have the same characteristics as those of the outer 1 or inner 2 sails. Advantageously the width and the thickness of the spacer 3 is equal to or is a multiple of the width or the thickness of an outer web 1. Advantageously, the outer and inner sails 1 and 2 are similar and the thickness of the spacer 3 is substantially equal to one third of the total thickness of the panel 10, this thickness then being that of the outer and inner fins 1 2. Advantageously, the width of the spacer 3 is substantially equal to twice its thickness. This is not limiting and a spacer 3 with other ratios of width and thickness in relation to the outer webs 1 and 2 inside can be used for the formation of a panel 10.

In the embodiments corresponding to Figures 1 to 9 and in particular figure 1 , in addition to the first insulating layer 4 interposed between the outer web 1 and the spacer 3, as the spacer 3 does not occupy the entire spacer space between outer web 1 and inner sail 2, the remaining part this space not occupied by the spacer 3 is advantageously filled with a second thermal insulation layer 5. The spacer 3 thus forms a continuous frame around the periphery of the webs 1, 2 and delimits an internal volume of insulation. This frame alone can ensure the structural quality of the element if the thickness of the sail or sails is not sufficient to contribute.

At the same time solid and insulating, this solution also limits the weight of the whole.

The first and second insulating layers 4 and 5 may have different thermal and inertial properties of each other. For example, the first layer of insulating material 4 by ensuring an integral continuity in the perimeter of the assembly thus ensuring a thermal break can be mono or multilayer high density. The second insulation layer 5, interrupted in the assembly by the presence of the spacer 3, may be of medium density. The nature of the insulation material of these layers 4 and 5 may be, for example, vegetable fiber, mineral wool or any other form of known insulating material.

According to the present invention, a part 3a of the spacer 3 protrudes from the outer 1 and inner 2 webs of the panel 10, this in the direction of the length of the panel at the figure 1 as well as Figures 2 to 7 but it is not limiting. This portion protruding from the length 3a is used to connect the panel 10 with another panel or with an external part added, as will be seen later with regard to Figures 2 to 7 and 9 .

The figure 2 shows an assembly 100 of two panels 10 and 20, the two panels 10 and 20 being in the extension of one another.

According to the present invention, each panel 10 or 20 has a respective spacer 3 or 23 with each a portion protruding from the length 3a or 23a protruding respectively from the outer web 1 or 21 and the inner web 2 or 22 of each panel 10 or 20.

La surface de contact des faces frontales est référencée 11 à la figure 2.During this assembly, the parts 3a or 23a protruding from each spacer 3 or 23 are placed in the extension of one another facing each other so that their end faces are applied against each other. The contact surface of the end faces is referenced 11 at the figure 2 .

To the figure 2 , since each part protruding from the length 3a or 23a of the spacer 3 or 23 protrudes from its respective webs 1 and 2 or 21 and 22, when the end faces of these protruding parts 3a or 23a are in contact with each other, the faces respective front of the outer webs 1 and 21 and inner 2 and 22 of the panels 10 and 20 are at a distance from each other.

In these spaces left empty between, on the one hand, the outer sails 1 and 21 and, on the other hand, the inner sails 2 and 22, a connecting element 6 for the outer sails 1 and 21 and a connecting element 6a for the inner sails 2 and 22 are introduced to fill the respective empty space. Each connecting element 6, 6a is respectively placed in the extension of the two outer webs 1 and 21 or the two inner webs 2 and 22. Thus, because of the inclusion of this connecting element 6 or 6a respectively between the outer webs 1 and 21 or the inner sails 2 and 22, these sails 1 and 21 or 2 and 22 are continuous on the outer or inner side of the panels 10 and 20.

A la figure 2, cette face est celle du voile extérieur 1 et 21 en regard des entretoises 3 et 23.An advantageous characteristic of the invention is that the first thermal insulation layer 4 also extends continuously along the assembly 100 of the two panels 10 and 20, thus without interruption along the face of its web. bearing against spacer 3 or 23. At figure 2 this face is that of the outer web 1 and 21 opposite the spacers 3 and 23.

The two panels 10 and 20 are thus symmetrical with respect to the plane containing the contact surface 11 of the two spacers 3 and 23.

The figure 3 illustrates the case of an assembly of two panels 10 and 30, the panels being not in the extension of one another but forming an angle between them.

In this figure, the angle formed by the two panels 10 and 30 is substantially 90 ° but this is not limiting. The protruding portion 3a of the spacer 3 of the first panel 10 has its front surface 11 applied against an end portion of the side face 36 opposite the protruding portion 33a of the spacer 33 of the second panel 30. The front face 34 of the protruding portion 33a is applied against the first thermal insulation layer 4, the latter being applied on its opposite side against the internal face of one of the outer webs 1 and 31 of the panels 10 and 30 upstream as in downstream of the junction of the two panels 10 and 30. This first insulation layer 4 forms an angle 4a between the outer web 1 of the first panel 10 extended by its connecting element 7 and the outer web 31 of the second panel extended by its element link 37, this at the junction of the two connecting elements 7 and 37.

In this configuration, in which the two spacers 3 and 33 of the respective panels 10 and 30 extend perpendicularly to one another, the assembly thus formed of the protruding part 3a of the spacer 3 of the first panel 10 and the protruding portion 33a of the spacer 33 of the second panel 30 thus exceeds the outer web 1 of the first panel 10 by the length of said protruding portion of the panel 10 increased by the thickness of the protruding portion 33a. A first empty space having such a length is thus formed between the outer web 1 of the first panel 10 and the outer web 31 of the third panel 30.

Il subsiste alors une portion restante de cet espace non remplie par le premier élément de liaison 7.This first space on the outer side 1 and 31 side is filled by two connecting elements 7 and 37. The first connecting element 7 extends the outer web 1 of the first panel 10 until it covers the front face 34 of the protruding part 33a of the spacer 33 of the second panel 30. There then remains a remaining portion of this space not filled by the first connecting element 7.

In the extension of the outer web 31 of the second panel 30 along the protruding portion 33a of its associated spacer 33, the remaining unfilled portion of the first empty space between outer webs 1 and 31, this portion extending along the length of the protruding portion 33a of the second panel 30 increased by the thickness of the first connecting element 7. In order that the outer webs 1 and 31 of the first panel 10 and the second panel 30 are not interrupted and close the angle between the two panels 10 or 30, this remaining portion is closed by a second connecting element 37 making a right angle with the first connecting element 7 mentioned above.

As regards the first thermal insulation layer 4, it is therefore continuous for the two panels 10 and 30 being inserted between these two elements, advantageously between the spacers 3 and 33 and the outer walls 1 and 31 with the connecting elements 7 and 37 between these outer webs 1 and 31. The first thermal insulation layer 4 makes a right angle at point 4a when it abuts against the second connecting element 37. Regarding the second layers of 5 and 35 of the first 10 and second panels 30, these remain unchanged.

With regard to the inner sails 2 and 32 respectively for the first panel 10 and the second panel 30, there is no space left empty between these interior sails 2 and 32, the empty space between the inner sail 2 and protruding part 3a of the spacer 3 having been filled by the introduction of the inner web 32 of the second panel 30 in this space. The inner web 32 of the second panel 30 then extends perpendicularly to the inner web 2 of the first panel 10 and the end face 38 of the inner web 32 of the second panel 30 bears against the lateral side facing the protruding portion 3a. of the spacer 3 of the first panel 10. Thus, the use of a connecting element for the inner sails 2 and 32 is superfluous.

Cette figure 4 montre particulièrement un premier mode de réalisation de la solidarisation des deux panneaux 10 et 30.To the figure 4 , the illustrated embodiment of the assembly 100 of two panels 10 and 30 forming a right angle between them is similar to that of the figure 3 , the spacer 3 of the first panel 10 forming a right angle with the spacer 33 of the second panel 30. This figure 4 shows particularly a first embodiment of the joining of the two panels 10 and 30.

This first method of joining is carried out by four securing means 732, 733, 371 and 373, the means 732 and 733 extend along the length of the second panel 30 and the means 371 and 373 according to the length of the first panel 10, c is perpendicular to the means 732 and 733.

A first securing means 371 extends from the outer longitudinal side of the connecting element 37 for the outer web 31 of the second panel 30 to the outer web 1 of the first panel 10 by traversing in length the connecting element 7 of said outer web 1. A second securing means 373 extends in a direction parallel to that of the first securing means 371 of the outer longitudinal side of the connecting element 37 to the spacer 3 of the first panel 10. crossing in particular its protruding part 3a.

A third securing means 732 extends in a direction perpendicular to those of the first two means 371 and 373 of the outer longitudinal side of the connecting element 7 of the outer web 1 of the first panel 10 to the inner panel 32 of the second panel 30. The fourth securing means 733 extends in a direction parallel to that of the third means 732 of the external longitudinal side of the connecting element 7 to the spacer 33 of the second panel 30, in particular passing through its protruding part 33a. .

These securing means 371, 373, 732, 733 may be in the form of nails, screws or equivalent technical elements.

The figure 5 shows a second embodiment of the junction between panels 10 and 30 as shown in FIGS. figures 3 and 4 . For this figure, the protruding portion 3a of the spacer 3 of the first panel 10 is followed by an extension portion 8, this extension portion 8 may be of a thickness less than that of the protruding portion 3a. To the figure 5 , the extension part 8 of the spacer 3 has a thickness half of the rest of the spacer 3.

In this second embodiment, unlike the figure 3 where the protruding portion 3a of the spacer 3 of the first panel 10 has its front surface 11 applied against an end portion of the side face 36 facing it from the protruding portion 33a of the spacer 33 of the second panel 30, c 'is the longitudinal side 9 of the extension portion 8 facing the spacer 33 of the second panel 30 which acts as a contact surface with the end face of the protruding portion 33a of the spacer 33 of the second panel 30.

This figure 5 also shows a second embodiment of the securing means. In this embodiment, these means are seven in number. Four first securing means 332, 333a, 732 and 733 extend in parallel directions while the other three securing means 333, 373 and 377 extend in directions perpendicular to those of the first four means 332, 333a, 732 and 733.

A first securing means 332 extends on the longitudinal side facing the outer web 1 of the protruding portion 3a of the spacer 3 of the first panel 10 by crossing this protruding part 3a to the inner web 32 of the second panel 30. A second securing means 333a extends from the longitudinal side facing the connecting element 7 of the outer web 1 of the extension part 8 of the spacer 3 of the first panel 10 through this portion to the spacer 33 of the second panel 30, passing through its protruding portion 33a. These means 332 and 33a are internal to the assembly 100 and are advantageously mounted before the introduction of the first insulation layer 4 on the protruding parts 3a and 8 of the extension of the spacer 3, this before the installation of the connecting element 7 of the outer web 1 of the first panel 10.

Le quatrième moyen de solidarisation 733 s'étend du côté longitudinal externe de l'élément de liaison 7 du voile extérieur 1 du premier panneau 10 jusqu'à l'entretoise 33 du second panneau 30 en traversant notamment sa partie dépassante 33a.A third securing means 732 extends in a direction parallel to those of the first two means 332 and 333a of the connecting element 7 of the outer longitudinal side of the outer web 1 of the first panel 10 to the inner veil 32 of the second panel 30. The fourth securing means 733 extends from the outer longitudinal side of the connecting element 7 of the outer web 1 of the first panel 10 to the spacer 33 of the second panel 30, in particular passing through its protruding part 33a.

A fifth securing means 377 extends from the outer longitudinal side of the connecting element 37 of the outer web 31 of the second panel 30 to the connecting element 7 of the outer web 1 of the first panel 10. A sixth means of fastening 373 extends from the outer longitudinal side of the connecting element 37 of the outer web 31 of the second panel 30 to the protruding portion 3a of the spacer 3 of the first panel 10. A seventh securing means 333 extends the outer longitudinal side of the spacer 33 of the second panel 30 to the spacer 3 of the first panel 10, in particular through its protruding portion 3a. This seventh securing means 333 is advantageously to be put in place before the laying of the first insulating layer 4 on the spacer 33 of the second panel 30 and before the introduction of the connecting element 37 of the outer veil 31 of the second panel 30.

Embodiments of the securing means according to the present invention are not limited to the two modes illustrated respectively in FIGS. figures 4 and 5 which have been given only as examples. The nature, the number and the location of the means of joining can indeed vary according to the circumstances.

A la figure 6, ceci s'effectue à la jonction des premier et second panneaux 10 et 20.The figure 6 is substantially equivalent to the figure 2 in the sense that the two panels 10 and 20 to be assembled are in the extension of one another but with the difference that an external part 14 is introduced between the inner web 2 of the first panel 10 and the inner web 22 of the second panel 20. At figure 6 , this is made at the junction of the first and second panels 10 and 20.

On the other hand, as an external part 14 to the panels 10 and 20 is introduced between the internal walls 2 and 22, this external part 14 replaces the connecting element shown in FIG. figure 2 under the reference 6a and which connected the inner web 2 of the panel 10 to the inner web 22 of the panel 20 being inserted between the two inner webs 2 and 22 of these panels 10 and 20.

To the figures 2 and 6 , the connecting element 6a of the figure 2 and the outer piece 14 of the figure 6 have the same width, which is not always the case. In the case of an outer piece 14 thicker than the connecting member 6a, the end portions facing the inner sails 2 and 22 are correspondingly reduced to allow the insertion of the outer piece 14. The figure 6 shows a vertical section for an assembly according to the width (or height) of the panels 10, 20.

The outer part 14 is advantageously a building element for example a slab of ground floor or floor, a low rail, a beam or a joist.

Cette pièce 15 traverse en effet complètement le panneau 10 en s'arrêtant au niveau du côté longitudinal externe de son voile extérieur 1.The figure 7 shows an assembly 100 between a panel 10 secured to a second external part 15 having a configuration different from that shown in FIG. figure 7 this external part 15 can be for example a ground floor tiling. This piece 15 completely crosses the panel 10 stopping at the outer longitudinal side of its outer web 1.

Le panneau 10 est donc traversé complètement par la portion de la pièce 15 correspondant à sa face avant 156.Compared to the outer piece 14, shown at figure 6 on its side facing the spacer 3 of the panel 10, the outer part 15 enters the panel 10 until reaching the inner part of the insulating layer 4 by interrupting the latter by the first part 155 of its face before, this first part being the part of the front face closest to the spacer 3 of the panel 10. After this first part 155 and at a distance from the latter forming a step between them, the front face of the insert 15 is completed by a second portion 156 which extends to the outer face of the outer web 1 with its end face extending in the extension thereof. The panel 10 is thus completely traversed by the portion of the part 15 corresponding to its front face 156.

Since, according to the invention, the spacer 3 has a protruding portion 3a of the outer 1 and inner 2 sails, there are two spaces left empty respectively in the extension of the outer web 1 and in the extension of the inner sail 2.

The empty space of the inner web 2 extends in the extension of the web 2 over the length of the protruding portion 3a to a portion of the side wall 153 opposite the outer insert 15. This space is filled by a connecting element 152 of suitable dimensions, this connecting element 152 is advantageously a construction part appropriate to the outer part 15, for example a low rail when the outer part 15 is a ground floor slab.

Cet espace associé au voile extérieur 1 est comblé par un élément de liaison 151.The empty space associated with the outer web 1 extends in the extension of this web 1 over the length of the protruding portion 3a of the spacer 3 increased by the first portion 155 of the front face of the outer member 15 arranged on the side of the spacer 3. This takes place to a portion of the end of the side wall 154 of the outer insert 15 facing the spacer 3 of the panel 10 and joining the first portion 155 of the front face to the second part 156 of this front face. This space associated with the outer web 1 is filled by a connecting element 151.

As for the figure 6 , on the figure 7 , the connecting element 151 has the same dimensions as the connecting element 6 shown in FIG. figure 2 but this is not limiting. It is in fact the dimensions of the part 15, in particular the length of its first part 155 of front face closest to the spacer 3 which determines the dimension of this connecting element 151.

The figure 8 is a perspective view of a panel 80 according to another embodiment of the present invention as shown in FIG. figure 1 . To the figure 8 , the panel 80 has two spacers 83 and 83bis, which could also present the panel 10 of the figure 1 , since only one of its longitudinal ends was shown in this figure. By cons, the spacers 83 and 83bis of the panel 80, in addition to its portions exceeding the length 85 and 85bis of the panel 80, also has portions protruding from the width 84 and 84 bis of the panel 80, that is to say in its width with respect to the outer and inner sails 1 and 2 of this panel 80.

This allows the joining of a panel 80 with another panel or an external insert as well over its length as its width and gives a great adaptability to this panel 80 to form various types of assembly. With regard to the portions extending from the widths 84 and 84a of the spacers 83 and 83bis, during assembly of the panel 80 with at least one other panel and / or at least one external insert, said parts 84 and 84bis may be covered with connecting elements both on the outer web 1 and on the inner panel 2 side of the panel 80, as shown in FIGS. Figures 2 to 7 .

Similarly to the figure 1 , the spacers 83 and 83bis of the panel 80 are arranged in a portion of the intermediate space between outer webs 1 and inner 2 of the panel 80, the two spacers 83 and 83bis being separated by the second insulation layer 5 provided in the inside this interspace and filling the remaining portion of the spacer space not occupied by the spacers 83 and 83 bis.

For this panel 80, it is also provided a first layer of insulation, not visible to the figure 8 , this first insulation layer being advantageously inserted between the inner face of the outer web 1 of the panel 80 and the spacers 83 and 83bis extended by the second insulation layer 5, the first insulation layer 4 being advantageously supported against said inner face of the outer veil 1.

Multiple embodiments are possible starting from the embodiments shown in FIGS. figures 1 and 8 . This can be seen at figure 9 , showing an assembly of several panels 40, 50, 60, 70, 90, 110 and 120. The examples of panels shown in this figure are not limiting.

According to the invention, an assembly 100 of panels according to the present invention is not limited to two panels or to a panel secured to an external insert as it has been shown to Figures 2 to 7 but may include more than two panels. To the figure 9 , the assembly 100 may form a face of a building assembly, this face comprising six panels 40, 50, 60, 70, 90 and 110 which is not limiting, panels which will now be detailed.

Les panneaux 40 et 50 sont disposés au dessus des panneaux 60, 70, 90 et 110.First of all the panels may have different dimensions from each other as it is visible to the figure 9 . The panels 40 and 50 are arranged above the panels 60, 70, 90 and 110.

The panel 40 comprises two spacers 43 and 43bis with a portion protruding from the length of the panel 40 and a portion protruding from the width on a single face of this panel, this face being its lower face facing with other panels 70 , 90 and 110. The portion of the spacer 43 protruding in the length of the panel 40 secures this panel with a panel 120 extending perpendicularly to the panel 40 and forming another side of the assembly 100.

The panel 50 also comprises a spacer 53bis with a portion protruding in the width of the panel 50 on the lower face opposite the panel 60. spacer 53bis has no portion protruding in the length of the panel 50.

The panel 60 is substantially complementary to the panel 50 to make it integral with it. The panel 60 comprises two spacers 63 and 63bis with respectively a portion protruding in the width of the panel on its upper and lower faces. This ensures, on its upper face, its solidarity with the panel 50 and, on its underside, its attachment to the base of the assembly 100 which can also be made of other panels with or without insert insert.

The panel 60 comprises a protruding portion in the length of the panel 60, not visible at the figure 9 because covered by a connecting element 6H, for its attachment to the panel 70.

The panels 70 and 90 have a spacer, not visible at the figure 9 , with a portion protruding in the direction of their length respectively from the side of the panel 60 and the panel 70 for their attachment to the respective panel 60 or 70 and a portion protruding in width on their upper face for their respective fastening with the panel 40. These panels 70 and 90 also have a second spacer, not visible at the figure 9 , with a portion protruding in the direction of the length of the panel for their respective attachment to the panel 90 or 110 and a portion protruding in width on their lower face for their respective attachment to the base of the assembly 100 which can also be made of other panels with or without intercalated insert. The upper panels 40, 50 are here in section along a horizontal plane.

The panel 110 has a spacer, not visible at the figure 9 , with a portion protruding in the direction of its length from the side of the panel 90 for its attachment to this panel 90. The spacer also has a portion protruding in the width on the upper face of the panel 110 for its attachment to the panel 40. This panel 110 also has a second spacer, not visible at the figure 9 , with a portion protruding in the direction of the length of the panel for its respective attachment to the panel 120 which is perpendicular to it and a portion protruding in width on its lower face for its attachment to the base of the assembly 100.

According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, connecting elements 6H and 6L are provided to cover the parts protruding from the various spacers 43, 43a, 53, 53a, 63 and 63a. These connecting elements 6H and 6L can extend in the direction of the height of the assembly 100, as the connecting elements 6H or in the direction of the length of a face of this assembly 100, as the connecting elements 6L. These connecting elements 6H and 6L are provided both on the outer sails 1 of the panels and on their inner sails 2. figure 9 only the connecting elements 6H and 6L of the outer walls 1 of the panels 40, 50, 60, 70, 90, 110 and 120 are visible.

Thus are guaranteed para or antisismic qualities as well as the horizontal and vertical continuity of the assembly by such connecting elements 6H and 6L, this assembly taking the tearing and cohesion constraints from one level to the other and one panel to another. Note also the ability of the assembly to transfer the loads, including vertical, for descent to the ground, because of its compressive strength.

The figure 10 shows the high edge of the panels 40, 50 and the perpendicular panel 120, in the case of a termination of the assembly, particularly in the upper part of the building. In this example, an inner wall 130 and an outer wall 131 fill the interior and exterior spaces left empty around the projecting portion of the spacer bordering the upper long edge of the panel considered. The walls 130, 131 are preferably continuous along the length of the building so as to achieve, on each panel of panels assembled, continuity of charge transfer. They also make it possible to finalize the upper edge of the assembly, forming a flat bearing surface, for example for a roof portion. The figure 10 also shows an example of butt-walling of two perpendicular (or oblique) panels each made of assembled panels.

The figure 11 shows another possibility of panel formation. In this example, two panels 10, 20 are constituted similarly for at least one of their borders along the width of the panels 10, 20. The principle is however advantageously taken over other edges of the panels to cooperate with other panels or external parts.

More specifically, the panel 10 comprises an outer web 1 and an inner web 2 of smaller thickness than in the previous cases. Their thicknesses can be identical. Materials of the OSB type (acronym for Oriented Strand Board meaning thin oriented panels oriented) are satisfactory in this embodiment to form the webs 1, 2. The majority of the thickness of the panel 10, preferably between 70% and 90 %, is bordered by the spacer 3. To this end, the latter has a spacer portion 3b wider than the protruding portion 3a whose function has already been described with reference to the previous embodiments. The intermediate portion 3b preserves an interior space between the webs 1, 2 which can, as before, receive an insulation layer 5. Similarly, an insulation layer 4 can be formed as in the previous cases.

The connecting elements 6, 6a (or the connecting element 6a only in a application of the type described for the figure 6 ) preferentially fill the rather thin space remaining between the webs opposite the two panels 10, 20. In addition, the connecting elements 6, 6a also preferably fill the space remaining between the intermediate portions 3b of the panels 10, 20. Thus, in the illustrated preferred case, a multilayer connecting member 6, 6a is formed, each layer having a thickness, a material and a location configured to correspond to the thickness, material and location of the layers of the thickness of the edge of the panel 10, namely the web 1 or 2 and the spacer 3b of the spacer 3 and, optionally, the insulation layer 4 interposed between the web 1, 2 and the spacer 3.

The connecting elements are preferably in the same material as the protruding parts of the spacers and / or the webs. This configuration promotes the homogeneity of the assembly, the cooperating members having the same properties including mechanical expansion, ...

In this variant, the mechanical strength of the panel is essentially provided by the spacer. Lighter, the panel has a large volume of insulation and veils 1, 2 fins. By forming a continuous frame with four spacers (two in width, two in length), the load transfers are essentially by the frame, the rest of the panel may be provided as dressing or filling or insulation.

The spacer / connecting elements together form a true support structure of the beam type. For this purpose, the spacers and the connecting elements are advantageously solid members.
