Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sliding contact switch according to the preamble of claim 1.
- US 5,357,069 A discloses a sliding contact switch with voids and US 5,587,886 a sliding contact switch with recesses, which serve to intercept a burn-off of the contacts in order to avoid a negative influence on the insulating properties of the insulating sections.
- a problem with the known sliding contact switches with two or more jointly against a Schleif Scheme crowded and simultaneously movable sliding contacts is that due to manufacturing tolerances of swept during a grinding movement of the sliding contacts insulating the grinding area of the contact pressure of the normally open contact, ie. the electrically contacting sliding contact, and thus the transition resistance is negatively affected.
- the present invention seeks to provide an electrical sliding contact switch whose sliding contacts are not adversely affected by tolerance variations of the insulating material along the grinding path in their contact pressure against a contact surface.
- an electrical sliding contact switch which has a contactor element with a first and a second sliding contact which are rigidly connected to one another and which are urged in the same direction with respective contact areas against a surface forming a common grinding area, wherein in each case one sliding contact in the common grinding area an insulating portion and a contact portion is formed, wherein an insulating portion respectively through a support portion a sliding contact is swept over when the other sliding contact covers its contact portion with its support area, wherein a recess is formed within an insulating portion, which is swept by a contact area of a sliding contact, if the other sliding contact sweeps its contact portion.
- a recess is formed in each insulating section, which is swept over if the other sliding contact sweeps over its contact section.
- the recess is formed within the Isolierabitess over the entire length of the grinding path within the Isolierabitess.
- the recess is formed as a recess in an insulating layer forming the insulating layer, in particular as a groove or as a blind hole.
- the contactor element is designed as a contact rocker.
- the sliding contacts are designed as sliding contact fingers, in particular as elastically against the surface forming the common grinding area biased sliding contact fingers.
- the electrical sliding contact switch, a contact portion of the grinding portion is formed respectively on a selective contact body and / or an insulating portion of the grinding portion on a base and a housing, respectively.
- an electrical sliding contact switch wherein a recess is formed at a location within an insulating portion on which a support region of a sliding contact occupies a rest position.
- an electrical sliding contact switch according to the invention, wherein the sliding contact switch forms two opposing surfaces, each with a grinding area, against which a first and a second sliding contact or each support area are urged, the sliding contacts are rigidly connected to the simultaneous grinding movement, in particular by the contactor element.
- an electrical sliding contact switch is also proposed, wherein the sliding contact switch forms a grinding area on surfaces lying opposite each other, wherein the grinding areas are mirror-symmetrical to one another.
- a support region of a sliding contact passes over its insulating section in a contactless manner if the contact region of the other sliding contact sweeps over its contact section.
- the Fig. 1 shows an example of an inventive electrical sliding contact switch 1, which with the exception of the following described inventive features in particular in the document DE 10 2007 048 581 B3 corresponds described sliding contact switch. With regard to the description of the structure and the functionality of the sliding contact switch 1 is so far in addition to the document DE 10 2007 048 581 B3 directed.
- An inventive sliding contact switch 1 has a contactor element 2 with a first 3 and a second 4 sliding contact.
- the contactor element 2 is formed, for example, in one piece together with the first 3 and the second 4 sliding contact, wherein the sliding contacts 3, 4 are designed in particular as a sliding contact finger.
- the first 3 and second 4 sliding contact are inelastic or rigidly connected to each other, ie.
- the rigid connection the sliding contacts 3, 4 can be moved together and simultaneously in a switching operation of the sliding contact switch 1, ie due to movement of the Contactor element 2 (eg double arrow in FIG Fig. 2a ) and b)), wherein they jointly exert a pressing force in a pressing direction X against a surface 5 in a grinding movement, for example by elastic bias.
- the first 3 and second 4 sliding contacts are respectively urged in the same (pressure) direction X with a support area 3a, 4a against the surface 5, which forms a common grinding area 6, i. a range within which the sliding contacts 3, 4 can be moved together and simultaneously over the surface 5, i.e. you can paint over these.
- the bearing areas 3a, 4a are those areas of the sliding contacts 3, 4, which can actually contact the surface 5 during a grinding movement, in the present case e.g. strip-shaped areas or sections of the sliding contacts 3, 4th
- the bearing areas 3a, 4a of the sliding contacts 3, 4 are movable within the common grinding area 6 along a respective grinding path 7, 8, which is defined for example by the predetermined possibility of movement of the contactor element 2 and thus the sliding contacts 3, 4 relative to the surface 5 ( ie within the scope of possible switch positions; double arrow in Fig. 2a) and 2b ) and in Fig. 2a ) and b) is shown schematically as a line, for example.
- a sliding track 7, 8 is assigned to a sliding contact 3, 4 or its support area 3a and 4a respectively. In this case, it is desirable to be able to apply as much as possible pressure force on both sliding tracks 7, 8 through the sliding contacts 3, 4 grinding over them.
- the sliding tracks 7, 8 are simultaneously covered by the sliding contacts 3, 4 or their support areas 3a, 4a in a common movement.
- each sliding contact 3 4 or its support area 3a, 4a is in the common grinding area 6 each have an insulating section 9, 10, ie an electrically non-conductive portion, and a contact portion 11, 12, ie an electrically conductive portion, along the respective grinding path , 8 formed.
- the insulating portion 9 and the contact portion 11 are disposed along the grinding path 7 in reverse order with respect to the insulating portion 10 and the contact portion 12 of the grinding path 8 within the grinding portion 6.
- a contact section 11, 12 is in each case a planar section within the surface 5, in particular a contact surface 11 a, 12 a formed level section.
- An insulating portion 9, 10 is also formed within the surface 5.
- the (alternating) arrangement of the insulating sections 9, 10 and the contact sections 11, 12 is such that an insulating section 9, 10 is necessarily covered by a supporting area 3a, 4a of a sliding contact 3, 4 or painted over (overlap in the pressing direction X. )
- a support area 4a, 3a of the other sliding contact 4, 3 its contact portion 12, 11 sweeps over (overlap in the pressing direction X).
- a support region 3a, 4a of a sliding contact 3, 4 can thus be brought into a contact section 11, 12 or into an insulating section 9, 10 during a movement along its grinding path 7, 8.
- the insulating sections 9, 10 may be integral, e.g. within a common insulating layer 13, be formed or as separate sections.
- the contact portions 11, 12 do not contact each other.
- the recess 14 forms within an insulating portion 9, 10, a surface which, viewed in the pressing direction X behind the contact surface 11 a, 12 a of the contact portion 11, 12 of the respective associated grinding path 7 and 8 is back (at a lower level) and in particular is also formed electrically non-conductive.
- the recess 14 in this case has in particular dimensions which preferably project beyond the support region 3a, 4a transversely to the pressing direction X, at least correspond to its dimensions, such that a support region 3a, 4a elastically prestressed in the pressing direction X can dip into the recess 14.
- Such a recess 14 causes any tolerance variations in the formation of the Isolierabitess 9, 10 do not adversely affect insofar as the pressure force of that sliding contact 3, 4, which passes over the contact portion 11, 12 or against this comes to rest, not from the other sliding contact 4, 3 can be negatively influenced, which simultaneously covers its insulating section 10, 9.
- the insulating portion 9, 10 is not touched by the recess 14 through the support portion 3a, 4a of a sliding contact 3, 4, as long as the other its contact portion 12, 11 contacted or swept.
- a recess 14 is to be formed in each of the insulating sections 9, 10. These are each overlined, ie of a support area 3a, 4a of a first 3 or second 4 sliding contact, if the other sliding contact, ie the second 4 or first 3, his contact section 12, 11 sweeps over or contacted.
- Provided may be, for example, the recess 14 only at the point within the Isolierabitess 9, 10 form, to which a sliding contact 3, 4 or its support area 3a, 4a assumes a rest position due to a stable switching state (eg Fig. 2b ).
- the recess 14 may be formed within the insulating section 9, 10 over a length, preferably the entire length of the grinding path 7, 8 within the insulating section 9, 10, for example Fig. 2a ,
- the recess 14 is formed, for example, as a recess within an insulation layer 9, 10 forming insulating layer 13, for example as a groove or as a blind hole, in particular with shallow depth.
- the contactor element 2 is formed as a contact rocker, which cooperates with an actuating member 15.
- the actuator 15 is, for example, a user-engaging element, by means of which the contactor element 2 between two switching positions (rest positions) is switchable or displaceable.
- the first switching position for example, the first contact portion 11 and a first contact surface 11 a contacted by the sliding contacts 3, 4, in the second switching position of the second contact portion 12 and the second contact surface 12 a.
- the sliding contact switch 1 is as shown e.g. formed as a changeover switch (NO / NC switch) and has to form the contact surfaces 11a, 12a and the contact portions 11, 12 a first 16 and a second 17 selector contact body. (However, other switch variants are also included in the concept of the invention).
- On the first select contact body 16 is e.g. the contact surface 11a and the contact portion 11 are formed on the second selection contact body 17, e.g. the contact surface 12b and the contact portion 12, respectively.
- the contact surfaces or contact portions are each contactable depending on the position of the contactor element 2 of the contactor element 2, ie. of its sliding contacts 3, 4th
- the electrically conductive contactor element 2 is in constantly conductive connection with a further contact body 18, so that in one and the other switching position a current path through the contact body 18, the contactor element 2 and the respective by means of its contact surfaces 11 and 12 contacted elective contact body 16 or 17 can be formed.
- the sliding contact switch 1 shown has a redundant trained contact system of grinding areas 6 and sliding contacts 3, 4, insofar as the first 3 and second 4 sliding contacts and associated grinding areas 6 are each formed twice.
- a first 3 and a second 4 sliding contact with a respective support region 3a, 4a against each one a common grinding area 6 forming surface 5 urged, with the two surfaces 5 are opposite and each form a grinding area 6.
- the surfaces 5 are between two pairs of a first 3 and a second 4 sliding contact, wherein the contactor element 2 forms a clamping element by means of the sliding contacts 3, 4 for clamping or exercise of pressure force against the surfaces 5.
- the grinding regions 6 are, for example mirror symmetry to each other, as well as the arrangement of each first 3 and second 4 rigidly connected sliding contacts, ie each a first 3 and a second 4 sliding contact is arranged mirror-symmetrically to each of a further first 3 and second 4 sliding contact and about the mirror-symmetrical grinding regions 6 mirror-symmetrically simultaneously movable.
- the sliding contacts 3, 4 are resiliently biased against the associated surfaces 5, ie each a first 3 and second 4 sliding contact in the direction of an opposite first 3 and second 4 sliding contact.
- the sliding contacts 3, 4 formed on the contactor element 2 are in particular all rigidly connected to one another.
- a respective insulating layer 13 within which respective (opposite) insulating sections 9 and 10 are formed on the opposite surfaces 5 is formed, for example, of a base material or housing material which surrounds the contact body 18 and / or the selector contact bodies 16 and 17, respectively embedded, ie of an insulating material, eg a plastic material.
- a plurality of insulating layers 13 are provided to form the insulating sections 9 and 10, respectively.
- a respective recess 14 is preferably formed within an insulating portion 9 and 10, which is covered by a support area 3a and 4a of a sliding contact 3 and 4, if the other sliding contact 4 and 3, its contact portion 12 or 11 passes over.
- Recesses 14 on opposing insulating sections 9 and 10, which are simultaneously covered by a respective support region 3a or 4a, are preferably mirror-symmetrically formed, for example Fig. 3 , Alternatively, for example, only a recess 14 is formed on opposite in the direction of pressure insulation sections 9, 10.
- the recesses 14 are formed, for example, simultaneously with the base or a housing 19, for example by injection molding. Alternatively eg by material removal.
- a position range is defined in which the bearing areas 3a, 4a do not contact any contact surface 11, 12. This is overshadowed when the switch positions are changed.
- a rib 20 or a groove is arranged in the respective grinding path 7, 8, in order to avoid the formation of a via along the grinding path 7, 8 formed in the insulating section 9, 10, Fig. 1 ,

Description

Fig. 2b ).
Fig. 1 gezeigten erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsform bildet je ein Wahlkontaktkörper 16 bzw. 17 jeweils zwei Kontaktabschnitte 11 bzw.
Fig. 3 .
Fig. 1 . -
