Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine mit pulverförmigen oder flüssigen Getränkebasisstoffen gefüllte Portionskapsel zur Extraktion mit einer Extraktionsflüssigkeit und Zubereitung eines Getränkes in einem Getränkezubereitungsgerät nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 wie sie bereits aus der WO00/56629 A1 und EP 1247756 A1 bekannt ist.
  • Derartige Portionskapseln, die mit einer bestimmten Menge von pulverförmigen oder flüssigen Getränkebasisstoffen befüllt sind, werden in Getränkezubereitungsgeräten, insbesondere Espressomaschinen verwendet.
  • Stand der Technik sind Portionskapseln, die aus einem aus Aluminiumfolie tiefgezogenem Topf, dessen offene Einfüllseite mit einer Aluminiumfolie luft - und - aromadicht verschlossen ist, oder aus einem aus Kunstofffolie tiefgezogenem Topf, dessen offene Einfüllseite mit einer Kunststofffolie verschlossen ist, oder einem im Kunststoff-Spritzgussverfahren hergestellten Kunsttofftopf, dessen offene Einfüllseite ebenfalls mit einer Kunststoff - oder Aluminiumfolie verschlossen ist, bestehen.
  • Zur Zubereitung eines Getränkes wird die jeweilige Portionskapsel in eine geöffnete Brüh-oder Zubereitungskammer eines Getränkezubereitungsgerätes eingelegt, die aus einem ersten ortsfesten Kammerteil mit Öffnungsmitteln zum Öffnen der Portionskapsel zum Auslauf des Getränkes mit einer Struktur zum Abfließen des Getränkes fluidleitend verbunden ist, und einem zweiten, gegenüber dem ersten Kammerteil horizontal oder vertikal beweglichen Kammerteil, das zur Versorgung der Portionskapsel mit der Extraktionsflüssigkeit mit einem die Extraktionsflüssigkeit zuführenden Aggregat fluidleitend verbunden ist und mit Aufstechmitteln zum Öffnen der Portionseinheit versehen ist, wobei das bewegliche Kammerteil zur Aufnahme der Portionskapsel die Kammer öffnet und zur Extraktion der Portionskapsel die Kammer verschließt.
  • Ein dem Stand der Technik entsprechendes Getränkezubereitungsgerät, das mit einer Brüh - oder Zubereitungskammer für die Verwendung von aus einer Aluminiumfolie hergestellten Portionskapseln ausgestattet ist, ist mit einer Prüfvorrichtung versehen, die prüft, ob sich eine Portionskapsel in der Brüh - oder Zubereitungskammer befindet und ob die Brüh - oder Zubereitungskammer geschlossen ist. Zu diesem Zweck sind in dem beweglichen glockenförmigen Brüh - oder Zubereitungskammerteil, in welchem das Portionskapseltopf-Bodenteil bei geschlossenener Brüh - oder Zubereitungskammer liegt, wenigstens zwei elektrische, von einander und von der Brüh- oder Zubereitungskammer elektrisch isolierte Kontakte angeordnet, die die Enden eines offenen Steuerstromkreises einer Steuervorrichtung bilden und bei in der Brüh-oder-Zubereitungskammer liegender Portionskapsel und geschlossener Brüh - oder Zubereitungskammer in elektrisch leitendem Kontakt zu der elektrisch leitenden Portionskapsel stehen und mittels der elektrisch leitenden Portionskapsel den Steuerstromkreis für die Steuervorrichtung schließen. Die Steuervorrichtung gibt den Start für eine Getränkezubereitung nur frei, wenn sich eine elektrisch leitende Portionskapsel in der Brüh - oder Zubereitungskammer befindet und die Brüh- oder Zubereitungskammer geschlossen ist.
  • Da aus Aluminium bestehende Portionskapseln nur relativ aufwendig zu recyceln sind, wäre es vorteilhaft, Portionskapsel für Getränkezubereitungsgeräte, die mit einer Brüh - oder Zubereitungskammer für die Verwendung von aus einer Aluminiumfolie hergestellten Portionskapseln ausgestattet sind, aus einem recycelbaren oder biologisch abbaubaren Kunststoff herzustellen, was außer dem ökologischen Vorteil, den Vorteil von günstigeren Herstellkosten für die Portionskapsel hätte. Da die beschriebenen Getränkezubereitungsgeräte einen Zubereitungszyklus aber nur starten, wenn sich eine elektrisch leitende Portionskapsel in der Brüh- oder Zubereitungskammer befindet, wäre die Verwendung von derartigen Kunststoff-Portionskapsel in diesen Zubereitungsgeräten nicht möglich.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine aus Kunststoff bzw. elektrisch nicht leiten - dem Material bestehende und kostengünstig herzustellende und recycelbare Portionkapsel darzustellen, die in einem Getränkezubereitungsgerät, das mit einer Brüh - oder Zubereitungskammer ausgestattet ist, die nur mittels der elektrischen Leitfähigkeit der Portionskapsel einen Steuerstromkreis für eine Steuervorrichtung zum Start eines Zubereitungszyklus schließt, verwendet werden kann.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch eine Portionskapsel mit den in Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmalen gelöst. Zweckmäßige Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung werden in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
    Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, eine aus elektrisch nicht leitendem Material bestehende Portionskapsel partiell so mit wenigstens einer elektrisch leitenden Zone auszustatten, dass die in der Brüh - oder Zubereitungskammer eines Getränkezubereitungsgerätes angeordneten elektrischen Kontakte einer Steuereinheit bei in der Brüh- oder Zubereitungskammer liegender Portionskapsel und geschlossener Brüh - oder Zubereitungskammer in elektrisch leitendem Kontakt zu der elektrisch leitenden Zone der Portionskapsel stehen und einen Steuerstromkreis schließen.
  • Die Erfindung wird in den Figuren 1, 1a, 5 und 5a dargestellt.

Claims (2)

  1. Topfförmige Portionskapsel (1) aus einem elektrisch nicht leitendem Material bestehend, wobei diese partiell wenigstens mit einer elektrisch leitenden Zone (6; 8; 10) ausgestattet ist, mit einer Topfbodenseite (2) und einer mit einem elektrisch nicht leitenden oder elektrisch leitenden Deckelelement (5) verschlossenen Einfüllseite (3), die mit pulverförmigen oder flüssigen Getränkebasisstoffen befüllt ist, und in einer Brüh- oder Zubereitungskammer eines Getränkezubereitungsgerätes zur Zubereitung eines Getränkes extrahiert werden kann,
    wobei die topfförmige Portionskapsel (1) an ihrer Topfbodenseite (2) mit der wenigstens einen elektrisch leitenden Zone (6; 8; 10) ausgestattet ist, die so ausgebildet und angeordnet ist, dass sie bei in der Brüh- oder Zubereitungskammer liegender Portionskapsel (1) und geschlossener Brüh- oder Zubereitungskammer in elektrisch leitendem Kontakt zu in der Brüh- oder Zubereitungskammer angeordneten elektrisch leitenden Kontakten einer Steuervorrichtung steht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    i) die elektrisch leitende Zone ein elektrisch leitendes Coating (6) ist, wobei die Topfbodenseite mit dem elektrisch leitenden Coating (6) versehen ist oder
    ii) die elektrisch leitende Zone ein elektrisch leitender Kunststoff (10) ist, wobei die Topfbodenseite teilweise aus dem elektrisch leitenden Kunststoff (10) besteht.
  2. Topfförmige Portionskapsel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrisch leitende Zone (6; 8; 10) von Aufstechmitteln der Brüh- oder Zubereitungskammer durchstochen werden kann.
