Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung (10) zum Ausgeben eines Produkts zur Anbringung auf dem Hals (14) eines Behälters (12), umfassend:
    - eine Pumpe (16), die eine Dosierkammer (26) umfasst,
    - einen Ausgabestutzen (18), der auf der Pumpe angebracht ist und eine Drückfläche (70) zum Aktivieren der Vorrichtung durch Drücken eines Benutzers umfasst,
    - eine Kappe (20) für den Schutz des Produkts,
    - eine Klemmschelle (22), welche die Kappe trägt, und
    - ein Organ (24) zum Befestigen der Vorrichtung auf dem Hals (14) des Behälters, umfassend Mittel (88) zum Befestigen des Organs um den Hals herum, die durch Verschieben der Schelle (22) relativ zu dem Befestigungsorgan (24) aus einem Vormontagezustand in einen Montagezustand aktivierbar sind, einen Innenring (80) zum Zentrieren der Pumpe auf dem Behälter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsorgan einen Außenring (82) umfasst, der Mittel (84) zum Rückhalten des Ausgabestutzens trägt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Innenring (80) zum Zentrieren der Pumpe eine Verstärkungszone (86) einer elastischen Lasche (42) umfasst, die für das Ausgeben des Produkts zwangsbewegt werden muss.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Ausgabestutzen (18) eine Hülle (60) umfasst, die einerseits die Drückfläche (70) und andererseits einen Ring (72) zum Rückhalten des Stutzens trägt, der relativ zu dem Außenring (82) des Befestigungsorgans verschiebbar gelagert ist, vorzugsweise im Inneren dieses Rings (82), und der durch Anschlag mit den Rückhaltemitteln (84) zusammenwirkt, die von dem Befestigungsorgan getragen werden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Ausgabestutzen, außer dem Ring (72) zum Rückhalten des Stutzens, eine Sitzfläche (62) umfasst, die auf einem beweglichen Teil der Pumpe befestigt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei die Rückhaltemittel einen Rückhaltezapfen (84) umfassen, der einen Anschlag für eine ringförmige Rippe (73) bildet, die auf dem Rückhaltering (72) ausgebildet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Außenring (82) des Befestigungsorgans auf seiner Außenfläche einen oberen Anschlag (83) zum Halten der Klemmschelle (22) in ihrem Vormontagezustand der Vorrichtung trägt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Mittel (88) zum Befestigen des Organs um den Hals herum einen unteren Anschlag (90) zum Halten der Klemmschelle in ihrem Vormontagezustand der Vorrichtung umfassen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Klemmschelle (22) so ausgebildet ist, dass ein Drücken auf die Kappe (20) unmittelbar auf die Klemmschelle übertragen wird, so dass sie aus ihrem Vormontagezustand in ihren Montagezustand übergeht.
  9. Anordnung aus einem Behälter (12) und einer Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Klemmschelle (22) auf dem Hals des Behälters eine vormontierte Stellung und eine montierte Stellung einnehmen kann, wobei die Mittel (88) zum Befestigen des Organs um den Hals herum verformbare Mittel umfassen, die in vormontierter Stellung nicht verformt sind und die in montierter Stellung verformt sind, indem sie durch die Klemmschelle (22) verformt gehalten werden.
