Description

The present invention relates to a display element for presenting bottles. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a display comprising such a display element.

The present invention finds particular application in the field of the presentation of drinks. In particular, the present invention can be applied to wine tasting and the promotion and trade of wine bottles.

In the prior art, to serve a drink such as wine, several bottles are placed loose on a table. Consumers each take a drink, then a bottle of your choice to fill their glasses. Each consumer puts a bottle and his glass on the table disparately.

However, the bottles are out of order, which prevents consumers from distinguishing individually between each bottle and its label. In addition, there is a significant risk that a consumer will spill and break glasses or messy bottles.

The present invention aims to solve, in whole or in part, the problems mentioned above.

For this purpose, the invention relates to a display element, for presenting a plurality of bottles, the display element comprising, for each bottle, support means adapted to support a respective bottle, the display element further comprising connecting means configured to link the display element in service configuration to a suspension member such as a table, the support means and the connecting means being arranged so that each bottle is arranged in a respective oblique position when the display element is in the service configuration, the support means being distributed around the connecting means.

In other words, the display element supports each bottle in an oblique position by two support zones respectively for the lower part and the neck of the bottle.

Thus, the display element makes it possible to place one or more bottle (s) on the support means, with a stable support and in an oblique or inclined position that allows each consumer to distinguish easily each bottle and its label. In addition, each user can easily take and rest each bottle on the display element.

Un tel élément de présentoir est décrit dans la publication US 375413 A .Such a display element is described in the publication US 375413 A .

In the present application, the term "oblique" qualifies a bottle whose axis is not vertical or horizontal, but inclined on a horizontal plane. A standing bottle has its axis substantially vertical.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the support means comprise at least two support members, including a lower support member and an upper support member, the lower support member being adapted to support a lower portion. of a respective bottle, the upper support member being adapted to support an upper portion of the respective bottle.

In the present application, a "bottom" of a bottle is closer to the bottom of the bottle than a "top" of this bottle. Conversely, in the present application, the term "top" of a bottle is closer to the neck of the bottle than "bottom" of this bottle. When a bottle is placed upright or upright, the bottom is relatively close to the bottom of the bottle, while the top is relatively close to the top of the bottle.

Thus, with two support members, a bottle can be held in a stable position when the display element is in the service configuration.

In the present application, the term "support member" designates a component or part of a component filling in particular the support function or support zone for at least one bottle.

According to one embodiment of the invention, for each bottle, the lower support member is formed distinctly from the upper support member.

Thus, the upper support members and the lower support members are relatively quick to manufacture because they can have simple geometries.

According to one embodiment of the invention, for each bottle, the lower support member and the upper support member are made in one piece.

In other words, a lower support member and the corresponding upper support member are monoblock.

Thus, the upper support members and the lower support members do not require a complex assembly operation at the place of service of the display element.

According to one embodiment of the invention, each lower support member is curved, each upper support member is curved, a lower support member and a corresponding upper support member generally having the shape of a spoon.

Thus, such lower and upper support members make it possible to present the bodies of the bottles to the users, making it easier to grip each bottle.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the display element also has at least one slot extending between two consecutive lower support members and opening on the periphery of the set of lower support members, the slot being adapted to suspend at least one, preferably at least two, glass (s) on foot, the slot is preferably substantially straight.

Thus, such a display element makes it possible to present glasses in addition to bottles.

According to a variant of the invention, the display element also has a plurality of open slots, each slot being adapted to suspend at least one, preferably at least two, glass (s) on foot, the slot preferably being substantially straight. . Thus, such slots allow several consumers to take glasses simultaneously.

According to a variant of the invention, the lower support members and the slots are arranged alternately along one perimeter of the display element. Thus, such slots allow to distribute the glasses on the lower support member, within reach of several consumers.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the display element comprises at least four lower support members and at least four upper support members, preferably six lower support members and six upper support members, each support member. lower portion being adapted to receive a lower portion of a respective bottle, and each upper support member being adapted to receive an upper portion of a respective bottle.

Thus, such numbers allow at least four users to simultaneously use bottles.

According to one embodiment of the invention, each lower support member has a generally triangular shape, each lower support member having at least one orifice adapted to receive a lower part, the lower support members being arranged in a convergent manner towards the liaison means.

Thus, such lower support members make it possible to present the bodies of the bottles spaced apart.

According to a variant of the invention, each upper support member having at least one opening adapted to receive an upper portion such as a neck, the upper support members being arranged convergently to the connecting means. Thus, such upper support members can receive the bottlenecks of bottles in a relatively compact manner.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the lower support members are joined together to form a lower plate, the periphery of the lower plate preferably having the shape of a first circle, and in which the upper support members are joined together to form an upper plate together, the periphery of the upper plate preferably having the shape of a second circle, the area of the lower plate being greater than the area of the upper plate, the lower plate and the upper plate being preferably coaxial.

Thus, the lower and upper trays respectively formed by the lower and upper support members compact the display element. Such trays have a weight and a small footprint. In addition, such trays offer consumers a panoramic view of the bottles, because they avoid any blind spot.

According to a variant of the invention, each orifice passes through the respective lower support member, and wherein each opening passes through the respective upper support member. Thus, such orifices and openings are simple to machine and they allow to receive the lower and upper parts of the bottles.

According to a variant of the invention, at least one opening opens on the periphery of the upper support member. In other words, each opening is formed by a cut made at the periphery of the upper support member. Thus, such an opening opening facilitates the installation of a bottle neck on the upper support member.

According to a variant of the invention, the area of the lower plateau is greater than the area of the upper plateau. Thus, consumers can clearly see each bottle, because the upper support member clears the view.

According to a variant of the invention, at least one orifice, preferably each orifice, passes through the lower plate, and at least one opening, preferably each opening, passes through the upper plate. Thus, such lower and upper support members facilitate the installation of each bottle.

According to a variant of the invention, the or each orifice is blind. In such a variant, the lower plate is relatively thick. Thus, the lower part of a bottle is supported in a housing.

According to a variant of the invention, at least one orifice, preferably each orifice, has generally the shape of a triangle, the sides of the triangle being preferably formed by elliptical segments. Thus, each orifice has three bearing zones, one per side of the triangle, for the lower part of a bottle.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the bottle support means are distributed in a generally circular manner around the connecting means.

Thus, users can turn around the display element to see each bottle.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the support means are evenly distributed around the connecting means.

Thus, the bottles are distributed in a balanced manner around the display element.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the respective support means and the connecting means are arranged so that the axis of a bottle in an oblique position forms, with a vertical direction, an angle of between 20 degrees and 70 degrees. degrees, preferably between 20 degrees and 50 degrees, preferably between 35 degrees and 50 degrees.

Thus, such a tilt angle allows users to see the bottles and their labels. When the inclination is between 35 degrees and 50 degrees, each bottle is relatively unstable. The support means are adapted to support the bottles. In particular, when the inclination is between 35 degrees and 50 degrees, the support means may then include orifices adapted to receive respectively the lower parts of the bottles.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the connecting means comprise a bearing adapted to form a pivot connection between the display element and the suspension member.

Thus, users can rotate the display element around the table or table leg.

According to a variant of the invention, the connecting means are formed by a tubular-shaped spacer, preferably of circular section.

Thus, such a spacer makes it possible to bind the lower and upper support members with a relatively limited weight.

According to a variant of the invention, the upper support members are joined by their upper portions. In other words, the display element is generally in the form of a flower.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the support means are arranged to support all the bottles substantially at the same altitude relative to the connecting means.

In other words, the display element is shaped to have only one tier of bottles. This arrangement prevents higher bottles from hiding the labels or hindering the setting of lower bottles.

  • au moins un élément de présentoir selon l'invention ;
Furthermore, the present invention relates to a display, for presenting bottles and preferably stemware, the display comprising:
  • at least one display element according to the invention;
  • at least one base which is intended to rest on a floor and which is arranged to place support means at a height of between 40 cm and 140 cm, preferably at a height of approximately 70 cm; and
  • preferably a service tray.

Thus, such a display allows access to bottles to consumers sitting or standing, according to the height of the lower support member. The service tray allows consumers to put their glasses in use.

According to a variant of the invention, the display element is rotatably mounted relative to the base and around a substantially vertical axis in the service configuration. Thus, users can rotate the display element to use each bottle in turn.

  • the figure 8 is a perspective view of the display element of the figure 7 , on a larger scale.

The display element 1 comprises, for each bottle, two support members, including a so-called lower support member 2 and an upper support member 3. The lower support member 2 and the upper support member 3 form support means adapted to support a respective bottle. The display element 1 thus comprises six lower support members 2 and six upper support members 3.

For this purpose, as shown by Figures 5 and 6 each lower support member 2 is adapted to support a lower portion 51.1 of a respective bottle 51. Likewise, each upper support member 3 is adapted to support an upper portion 51.2 of a respective bottle 51.

The lower support members 2 and the upper support members 3 may be made of a material comprising wood, for example solid wood or recomposed wood. Alternatively, the lower support members 2 and the upper support members 3 may be made of a metallic or plastic material, and a homogeneous material or a composite material.

Each upper support member 3 forms an angular sector. In the example of Figures 1 to 4 the lower support members 2 are joined together to form a lower plate 20 and the upper support members 3 are joined together to form an upper plate 30. The area of the lower plate 20 is greater than the area of the plate higher 30.

The display element 1 also comprises connecting means configured to link the display element 1 in a service configuration to a table, as shown by FIGS. Figures 5 and 6 . The table forms a suspension member above the floor of the display element 1. In the example of Figures 1 to 4 , the connecting means are formed by a spacer 4 of tubular form with circular section. The spacer 4 may be metal, based on stainless steel or other steel, or synthetic material.

The lower plate 20 has a periphery having a section generally having the shape of a first circle C2 having a first diameter D2. The upper plate 3 has a periphery having a section generally having the shape of a second circle C3 having a second diameter D3. The lower plate 20 and the upper plate 30 are here coaxial.

The first diameter D2 may be about 540 mm and the second diameter D3 may be about 140 mm. Thus, the area of the lower support member 2 is greater than the area of the upper support member 3. In the example of Figures 1 to 4 the lower plate 20 and the upper plate 30 are coaxial with an axis Z, which is substantially vertical when the display element 1 is in use.

In the example of the Figures 1 to 6 , the lower support members 2 and the upper support members 3 are distributed in a generally circular manner around the spacer 4. Thus, the bottle support means 51 are distributed in a generally circular manner around the connecting means. Each together a lower support member 2 and an upper support member 3 extends generally radially from the spacer 4.

In the example of Figures 1 to 4 for each bottle 51, the lower support member 2 is formed separately from the upper support member 3. In other words, the lower support member 2 and the upper support member 3 are formed by two separate pieces. The lower support members 2 are uniformly distributed around the spacer 4. Similarly, the upper support members 3 are uniformly distributed around the spacer 4. Therefore, the support means are evenly distributed around the connecting means.

The lower plate 20 has six orifices 21 adapted to receive a lower portion 51.1 of a bottle 51. Each orifice 21 passes through the lower support member 2. In other words, each orifice 21 forms a through hole. Each orifice 21 has a shape determined according to the cylindrical shape of an end of a bottle 51, so as to receive the lower part 51.2 with a significant contact surface.

For this purpose, each orifice 21 has generally the shape of a triangle, whose sides are formed by elliptical segments. In the example of the figures, these elliptical segments are arcs of circles connected in pairs by a respective fillet with a small radius of curvature. A radial direction of the first circle C2 substantially forms a mediator of this triangle. The circular arc close to the periphery of the lower plate 20 is concave and curved toward the Z axis. The other two arcs of circles are convex.

Les zones d'appui sont situées approximativement au niveau du cul de la bouteille 51.As shown in figure 5 each orifice 21 is adapted to receive a lower portion 51.1 of a respective bottle 51. For this purpose, the area of each respective orifice 21 and the lengths of the sides of the triangle are dimensioned so that the sides of the triangle form three zones of support for a lower portion 51.1 bottle 51. The bearing areas are located approximately at the bottom of the bottle 51.

Chaque ouverture 31 traverse le plateau supérieur 30.Furthermore, the upper plate 30 has six openings 31. Each opening 31 is formed by a notch which is formed in the periphery of the upper plate 30 and which is in the form of a semicircle. Each opening 31 opens onto the second circle C3. Each opening 31 passes through the upper plate 30.

As shown in figure 5 each opening 31 is adapted to receive a neck 51.2 of a respective bottle 51. For this purpose, the area of each respective opening 31 and the diameter of the semicircle are dimensioned so that each opening 31 forms a bearing zone for a neck 51.2 of bottle 51.

Dans l'exemple des figures 5 et 6, la partie inférieure 51.1 et le goulot 51.2 reposent respectivement sur un orifice 21 et sur une ouverture 31.As shown in figure 5 the support means - here the lower and upper support members 3 - and the connecting means - here the spacer 4 - are arranged so that each bottle 51 is arranged in a respective inclined or inclined position, when the Display element 1 is in the service configuration. In the example of Figures 5 and 6 , the lower part 51.1 and the neck 51.2 respectively rest on an orifice 21 and on an opening 31.

Each lower support member 2 is arranged with respect to the corresponding upper support member 3 so that the axis X51 of a bottle 51 in an oblique position forms, with the axis Z, an angle A51 of about 30 degrees. .

As shown by figures 2 and 4 , each lower support member 2 is arranged with respect to the corresponding upper support member 3 with a spacing E4 between the lower plate 20 and the upper plate 30, so that the axis X51 of an oblique bottle 51 forms a angle A51 of about 30 degrees with the axis Z. In other words, the respective support means and the connecting means are arranged so that the axis X51 forms, with the vertical direction Z, an angle A51 of about 30 degrees.

The Z axis forms a substantially vertical direction when the display element 1 is in use. The angle Δ51 is determined so that the liquid contained in a full and open bottle 51 does not flow when the bottle 51 rests on its lower and upper support members 2.

In the example of the figures, the spacing E4 is approximately 220 mm. The center of an orifice 21 is located at a distance R21 of about 207 mm from the Z axis, and the center of an opening 31 is located at a distance R31 of about 70 mm from the Z axis.

Chaque fente 22 est substantiellement rectiligne et s'étend suivant une direction radiale du premier cercle C2.The lower plate 20 further has six slots 22, which each extend between two consecutive lower support members 2 and which open on the first circle C2, thus on the periphery of the lower plate 20. As shown in FIG. figure 5 each slot 22 is adapted to suspend several glasses on foot, by the foot or possibly by the body. For this purpose, each slot 22 has a width greater than the diameter of the stem of a standard stemmed glass, but less than the diameter of the foot of a standard stemmed glass and less than the dimensions of the body of a standard stemmed glass. . Each slot 22 is substantially rectilinear and extends in a radial direction of the first circle C2.

The orifices 21 and the slots 22 are distributed substantially uniformly with respect to the first circle C2, which forms the periphery of the lower plate 20. Similarly, the openings 31 are distributed substantially uniformly with respect to the second circle C3, which forms the periphery of the upper plate 30. In addition, the orifices 21 and the slots 22 are arranged alternately along the first circle C2.

The figure 6 illustrates a rack 10 to present six bottles 51 and stem glasses 52. The rack 10 comprises the display element 1 and a base 11. The base 11 comprises a plate 11.1 and an amount 11.2. The base 11 rests on the ground and is arranged to place the lower support member 2 generally horizontally and at a height H2 of about 70 cm from the ground.

The display unit 10 further comprises a service plate 12 which is arranged on the side of the upper support members 3 which is opposite to the base 11, that is to say above the upper support members 3 when the display stand 10 is in use. The service tray 12 allows consumers to place, in use, their stemware 52 at about 105 cm from the ground.

In use, a server can place six bottles 51 on the display element 1. Then, each consumer can take place around the display 10. Then, each consumer can take a bottle 51 and a glass walk 52 and use a drink before resting the bottle 51 on the display element 1.

Avantageusement, l'élément de présentoir 1 est monté rotatif autour de l'axe Z.During tasting, each consumer can put his glass on the serving tray 12. Each consumer has a direct view of a bottle 51 and its label. Thus, the display element 1 makes it possible to place six bottles on the lower support member 2 and on the upper support member 3, in stable support and in an oblique angle position A51, which allows each consumer to easily distinguish each bottle 51 and its label. Advantageously, the display element 1 is rotatably mounted about the Z axis.

The Figures 7 and 8 illustrate a display element 101 according to a second embodiment of the invention and in service configuration. Insofar as the display element 101 is similar to the display element 1, the description of the display element 1 given above in relation to Figures 1 to 6 may be transposed to the display element 101, with the exception of the notable differences set out below.

Un élément ou un composant de l'élément de présentoir 101 identique ou correspondant, par sa structure ou par sa fonction, à un élément ou à un composant de l'élément de présentoir 1 porte la même référence numérique augmentée de 100.An element or component of the display element 101 which is identical or corresponding in structure or function to an element or component of the display element 1 bears the same numerical reference plus 100.

On définit ainsi des organes de support inférieurs 102, des organes de support supérieurs 103, un présentoir 110, des bouteilles 151 ayant des parties inférieures 151.1 et des parties supérieures 151.2, une embase 111 avec une assiette 111.1 et un montant 111.2, ainsi qu'un plateau de service 112.Lower support members 102, upper support members 103, a display rack 110, bottles 151 having lower portions 151.1 and upper portions 151.2, a base 111 with a plate 111.1 and an upright 111.2 are thus defined, as well as a serving tray 112.

The display element 101 differs from the display element 1 because neither the lower support members 102 nor the upper support members 103 form a tray. The lower support members 102 are relatively distant or spaced apart in pairs, unlike two lower support members 2 consecutively separated by a slot 22. The upper support members 103 are joined by their upper portions in the service configuration.

For each bottle 151, the lower support member 102 and the upper support member 103 are made in one piece, here in one piece. In other words, a lower support member 102 and an upper support member 103 form two support zones belonging to the same part, which forms support means for a bottle 151.

In addition, the display element 101 differs from the display element 1, since it does not include a spacer between the lower support members 102 and the upper support members 103. However, the display element 101 comprises connecting means 104 which are formed by a single through bore, which is provided at the junction of the upper support members 103 and through which passes the amount 111.2.

For a bottle 51, each lower support member 102 has no orifice, unlike a lower support member 2, but a hollow shape adapted to receive a lower portion 151.1 of a respective bottle 151.

Ainsi, un goulot 151.3 est en porte-à-faux ou non tenu par un organe de support supérieur 103.In addition, the upper portion 151.2 received by each upper support member 103 corresponds to the belly or body of the bottle, whereas, in the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. Figures 1 to 6 , the upper part 51.2 corresponds to the neck or neck of a bottle 51. Thus, a neck 151.3 is cantilevered or not held by an upper support member 103.

As shown by Figures 7 and 8 the lower support members 102 and the upper support members 103 have curved and more complex shapes than in the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. Figures 1 to 6 . Each lower support member 102 is curved and each upper support member 103 is curved.

Ainsi, l'élément de présentoir 101 présente globalement une symétrie de révolution autour des moyens de liaison 104A lower support member 102 and an upper support member 103 generally have the shape of a spoon, the handle of which would be formed by the upper support member 103. As the upper support members 103 are joined by their upper portions. and since the lower support members 102 and the upper support members 103 are uniformly distributed about the Z axis, the display element 101 is generally flower-shaped. Thus, the display element 101 generally has a symmetry of revolution around the connecting means 104

In addition, the connecting means 104 comprise a not shown bearing which is adapted to form a pivot connection between the display element 101 and the suspension member, here a table. Such a bearing rotates the display element 101 to present each bottle 151 to each user, without the user moves.

Cette table et l'élément de présentoir 101 forment un présentoir 110.As in the embodiment illustrated in Figures 1 to 6 , the plate 111.1, the amount 111.2 and the service plate 112 forms a table which serves as a suspension member of the display element 101 above the ground. This table and the display element 101 form a display rack 110.

In the example of the figures, the support means, for example formed by the lower support member and the upper support member, are arranged to support all the bottles substantially at the same altitude relative to the connecting means. . In other words, the display element is shaped to have only one tier of bottles.

According to advantageous but optional features of the invention, taken separately or in any technically possible combination:
  • Instead of a thin plate, the lower plate and / or the upper plate can be relatively thick. The orifices formed in the thickness of the lower plate are then not through.
  • Instead of a notch opening on the periphery of the upper support members, at least one opening may be non-emergent.
  • Instead of being non-opening, at least one orifice may be extended by a slot opening on the periphery of the lower support members.
  • Instead of a triangle shape, each orifice may have a concave non-emergent shape.
  • Instead of an identical angle A51 for all bottles, the bottles can be inclined at different angles.
  • The display element may comprise two distinct sets of lower support members, for example two circular ones, which are arranged at different heights, which makes it possible to present more bottles to the consumers.
  • The upper support member may be made of a steel wire shaped to support bottle necks, for example to replace the upper plate 30.
