Die Zentrierung der Drehfeder über das Spiel, sowie die Positionstoleranz des Befestigungsgewindes im Zylinderkopf erhöht die Gesamttoleranz der Schenkelenden. Ein Winkelfehler des Halte-blechs am Zwischenschenkel erniedrigt die Positionsgenauigkeit der Schenkelenden zusätzlich. Die Fertigung des Befestigungsgewindes sowie der Schraubvorgang stellen einen hohen Fertigungs- und Montageaufwand dar. Durch die V-förmige Aufnahme im Zylinderkopf wird eine deutlich toleranzreduzierte seitliche Zentrierung der Doppelschenkelfeder ermöglicht, da die o. g. Spiele (Schraube, Gewinde, Befestigungsloch) bei der Positionierung des Doppelschenkelfedersystems entfallen. Der Montageaufwand wird durch den Entfall der Bereitstellung der Befestigungsschraube sowie des Schraubvorgangs deutlich reduziert.This object is solved by the features in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

Claims (3)
