Definitions
- the invention relates to a system for a door, in particular an emergency exit door or escape door, with a door lock that can be brought between normal operation and emergency operation, an unlocking device that can be attached to the door and has an actuating element, wherein when the actuating element is actuated Unlocking device can be brought from a position that locks the door into a position that releases the door, in normal operation the door lock is in a locking state and despite actuation of the actuating element an opening process of the door is prevented, in emergency operation the door lock is in an unlocking state and via a Actuation of the actuating element allows the door to be opened.
- a door guard which counteracts the improper opening of an emergency exit door and at the same time ensures that the emergency exit door can be opened in an emergency.
- the door guard can be brought into three operating states, namely the monitoring state, pre-alarm state and alarm state.
- the monitoring state the emergency exit door is closed and locked, and the door guard monitors whether an attempt is made to open the emergency exit door.
- the pre-alarm state is characterized by the fact that the emergency exit door is still closed and locked and a sensor-perceptible pre-alarm, for example acoustically and/or visually, is activated.
- the pre-alarm signals to the user that the door is an emergency exit door that is not intended for routine through traffic. This is intended in particular to prevent improper or unintentional opening of the
- the DE 100 64 956 A1 reveals an emergency button attached to a wall next to a door. There is a lock with a door handle on the door.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a system for a door which is functionally reliable, allows the door to be operated easily in an emergency operation, but is locked in normal operation, with the invention at the same time providing a cost-effective assembly.
- an externally accessible emergency button is integrated into the unlocking device and is in communication with the door lock in such a way that when the emergency button is activated, the door lock switches from normal operation to emergency operation.
- the essential core of the invention is that the user only has to activate the emergency button in order to bring the door lock, which is usually in its locked state and thus locks the door, into the unlocked state.
- the door lock can be electrical, electromechanical or electromagnetic. Only after the emergency button has been activated can the door be opened by correspondingly actuating the actuating element of the unlocking device. If the actuating element is not actuated, the unlocking device is in its blocking position, in which the door is locked.
- the blocking position of the unlocking device is released and at the same time the unlocking device assumes a releasing position in which the door can be opened.
- Emergency operation can be achieved by pressing the emergency button.
- the user therefore has to carry out two actions in order to get through the locked door in an emergency.
- the first action is the operation of the emergency button and the second action is the operation of the actuation element of the unlocking device. It has surprisingly been shown that a simple and compact component of the unlocking device with an actuating element and emergency button is created, which is user-friendly to handle.
- the mechanics of the unlocking device can also be designed to be structurally simple and compact. There is no operative connection between the actuating element and the door lock, which means that the actuating element is decoupled from the self-locking door lock. Only the emergency button is in communication with the self-locking door lock, whereby in a preferred embodiment there can be an electrical and/or wired connection between the emergency button and the door lock. Of course, it is conceivable that in an alternative embodiment the emergency button can be connected to the self-locking door lock via a radio connection.
- a further, externally accessible, personal button is integrated and is in communication with the door lock, in particular when the personal button is activated, the door lock can be brought between the locking state and the unlocking state.
- the system can enable a limited group of people to intervene in the functionality of the system. By activating the personal button, emergency operation can be deactivated or the normal operation of the self-locking door lock can be modified in such a way that the door lock is brought into the unlocking state. In defined applications, it may be desirable for the system according to the invention to be able to be switched to a “deactivated mode”.
- the “deactivated mode” is to be understood as meaning an operating state of the locking system according to the invention in which the self-locking mechanism of the door lock is continuously and/or permanently prevented or the door lock is in a permanently unlocked state when the door is closed and the door is therefore opened from both sides can be.
- a function is e.g. B. suitable for doors in areas with relatively high traffic frequencies, or also for doors with a day-night function, where access should be possible during the day and the door is blocked at night.
- the deactivated mode can therefore be activated via a corresponding activation on the personal button.
- the visual alarm can be sent, for example, via a light element.
- the acoustic alarm can be sent via a loudspeaker.
- the light element can be designed in such a way that, regardless of normal operation and emergency operation, the light element always emits light of at least one defined color. It is also conceivable that light is only emitted via the light element in emergency operation.
- the light element can include, for example, OLEDs and/or LEDs. It is also conceivable that in the alarm state the light element emits flashes of light that are immediately recognized by the user.
- emergency operation can be reached when the emergency button is activated and/or the alarm state can be absent when the personal button is activated, in particular the alarm state can be absent when the door lock is unlocked. This is particularly advantageous if the user wants to briefly gain access through the door using the personal button without triggering an alarm state of the system.
- the unlocking device has a housing on which the actuating element and the emergency button are arranged.
- the personal button and/or the door lock are arranged on the housing.
- This embodiment of the invention creates a compact system that can be easily installed on the door in a short time.
- the actuating element lies between the emergency button and the personal button. This means that the actuating element is arranged centrally to the emergency button and the personal button. The emergency button and the personal button are spaced apart from each other, with the actuating element lying between them.
- the unlocking device can be further improved in terms of its compactness.
- the unlocking device can have a locking element which is operatively connected to the actuating element.
- the locking element can z. B. be designed as a trap and / or as a latch. If the unlocking device is not actuated, the locking element is in the locking position, in which the door is blocked from opening. In addition, the door lock assumes its locked state, so that the door is blocked from opening at two separate points or the door is locked at two points.
- the door lock is designed to be monostable, so that the locking state is designed as a stable state.
- the monostable state can be canceled by activating the emergency button and/or the personal button.
- the actuating element can be a substantially horizontally extending pressure bar or panic bar, with the emergency button and/or the personal button lying essentially on a straight line to the fastening element, in particular the actuating element being approximately in hand and /or chest and/or eye level is arranged on the door.
- the pressure bar By activating the pressure bar, it is moved linearly and/or translationally on the door, at the same time a mechanism within the housing of the unlocking device being activated and moved, which is in operative connection with the locking element.
- the same applies to the panic bar which also interacts with a mechanism arranged within the housing, which is at the same time in operative connection with the locking element of the unlocking device.
- the panic bar can, for example, be pivotable about an axis on the door.
- the arrangement of the emergency button and/or the personal button essentially on the alignment line to the actuating element increases user-friendly operability.
- the door lock has a communication interface with which communication to a security unit can be carried out, with the security unit being able to transfer the door lock to normal operation and/or to emergency operation.
- the security unit can e.g. B. Be part of a building security system that detects an emergency, which can be, for example, fire, power failure, etc.
- the security unit can be connected to the system according to the invention, in particular to the door lock, via a wired line. It is also conceivable that communication between the security unit and the door lock can take place via a radio connection. Both of the last mentioned alternatives use at least one communication interface that is arranged in the door lock in order to ensure a satisfactory connection between the security unit and the door lock.
- the communication interface can also be used for connection, in particular signal connection, to the emergency button and/or the personal button.
- the communication interface is a transmitting and/or receiving unit that communicates with transmitting and/or receiving units outside the door lock.
- the door lock of the system according to the invention can also be in communication with other door locks or with other systems according to the invention.
- a smoke detector and/or smoke detector can be arranged in the housing of the unlocking device, which is in operative connection and/or in communication with the door lock and/or with the security unit.
- a simple retrofit kit can thus be created which can also detect smoke and trigger emergency operation of the self-locking door lock via a corresponding signal that is sent to the door lock and/or to the security unit.
- the door lock and/or the unlocking device has at least one energy store, in particular at least two or three energy stores.
- the integration of at least one energy storage device within the housing of the unlocking device and for the door locking creates a self-sufficient system that can at least partially or completely dispense with an external power supply.
- the door lock and/or the unlocking device in particular the emergency button and/or the personal button, can be operated by an external power network.
- the alarm state can preferably be deactivated by activating the personal button.
- the personal button can be a key button and/or the personal button can be a button that carries out an authentication query and/or the personal button can work without contact and/or the personal button is a switch that can be operated manually.
- the authentication query can take place, for example, via nearfield communication and/or via an RFID sensor.
- the authentication query can advantageously be carried out in a codified manner.
- the personal button is designed in such a way that it works without contact; for example, the personal button can have a capacitance sensor that detects an approach by the user. An authentication query is used to check to what extent the user is the authorized person to activate the personal button.
- the self-locking door lock can be switched from normal operation to emergency operation or the personal button can deactivate or switch off an alarm condition that was previously triggered.
- the personal button can also be designed as a piezo sensor, which in particular requires a corresponding touch by the user.
- An authentication query, which can also be codified, is also conceivable here.
- a sensor device is integrated within the housing of the unlocking device, which detects activation of the actuating element and, for example, stores it and/or reports it to the security unit.
- the system can be connected to a hazard alarm system or fire alarm systems (BMA) and/or a smoke and heat extraction system (RWA system) and/or to the fire department.
- BMA hazard alarm system or fire alarm systems
- RWA system smoke and heat extraction system
- FIG 1 A system for a door 1 is shown schematically, which has a self-locking door lock 10 and an unlocking device 20.
- the self-locking door lock 10 can be brought between normal operation and emergency operation. If the door 1 is in the closed state, as in Figure 1 shown, the door lock is in normal operation.
- the normal operation of the self-locking door latch 10 means that the door latch 10 is in a locked state so that the door 1 cannot be opened.
- the door lock 10 is designed to be monostable, so that the locking state is designed as a stable state. In the present case, this means that when the door 1 is brought from an open state (not explicitly shown) into the closed state, the door lock 10 is automatically brought into its locked state.
- the door lock 10 has at least one movable locking element 12, which can be moved out of the door lock 10 (locking state) or retracted into the door lock 10 (unlocking state) depending on normal operation or emergency operation.
- the door lock 10 changes to the unlocked state.
- the emergency operation can be triggered, for example, by fire, fire, power failure, etc., so that the possibility is created within the system according to the invention that the door 1 is released for opening by the user.
- the unlocking device 20 has an actuating element 28 which runs horizontally along the door leaf.
- the actuating element 28 can z. B. be designed as a pressure bar or panic bar, which can be operated by the user in an emergency situation, as already described above. In an emergency or panic situation, the escaping user can easily press or pivot the actuating element 28, allowing the door 1 to be opened.
- the special feature of this system is that in an emergency situation the user first has an emergency button 30, which is in the Figures 2 to 10 is shown, on the housing 22 of the unlocking device 20 has to be operated.
- the emergency button 30 is integrated within the housing 22 of the unlocking device 20 and is at the same time in communication with the door lock 10.
- the unlocking device 20 switches from its normal operation to emergency operation, whereby it enters the unlocking state embarks.
- the user can now use the actuation on the actuating element 28 to bring the unlocking device 20 from the position blocking the door 1 into a position releasing the door 1, at the same time the locking element 21 moving out of the door frame 2 and moving into the retracted position within the unlocking device 20 .
- the door 1 can now be pivoted into an open position by the user.
- the unlocking device 20 can be designed in such a way that an externally accessible, personal button 40 is provided on the housing 22, which only allows a certain group of people to operate the self-locking door lock 10. This means that the door lock 10 can be brought between the locked state and the unlocked state via the personal button 40.
- the personal button 40 can be a key button, a non-contact button or a manually operated button. It is also conceivable that when the personal button 40 is activated, a simultaneous authentication query occurs between the user and the button 40.
- the button 40 can be connected wirelessly to the door lock 10. A wired connection between the two components 10, 40 is also conceivable.
- the actuating element 28 is located between the emergency button 30 and the personal button 40.
- This exemplary embodiment has proven to be particularly user-friendly. In some applications, it can also be advantageous to arrange the emergency button 30 and the personal button 40 directly next to each other on the housing 22 of the unlocking device 20, which in Figure 3 is shown.
- the system according to the invention in particular the unlocking device 20 and / or the door lock 10, is designed with at least one energy storage 11, 27 (see Figure 4 ).
- the door lock 10 and/or the unlocking device 20 are connected to an external power network.
- the energy storage 11 can z. B. be intended to drive the electric motor, which is not explicitly shown in the exemplary embodiments, and which ensures the change between the locking state and the unlocking state of the self-locking door lock 10.
- the energy storage 27 within the housing 22 can, for example, be connected to the emergency button 30 and/or the personal button 40 and supply them electrically. Both buttons 30, 40 can be supplied both in normal operation and in emergency operation.
- the unlocking device 20 can have a light element 23 on the housing 22, which optically emits a corresponding alarm signal.
- a loudspeaker 24, which is integrated in the housing 22, can emit an acoustic signal.
- the housing 22 of the unlocking device 20 can have a smoke detector/smoke detector 25, which can detect an emergency, in particular a fire in the vicinity of the system according to the invention.
- the smoke detector/smoke detector 25 is in operative connection or in communication with the door lock 10 or with a security unit 4 arranged within the building. Based on the signal emitted by the smoke detector/smoke detector 25, the self-locking door lock 10 can be switched into emergency mode.
- a sensor device 26 can be arranged within the housing 22 of the unlocking device 20, which detects to what extent the actuating element 28 has actually been actuated by a user.
- the sensor device 26 can be in data communication with the unlocking device 20 and with the security unit 4.
- the communication between the door lock 10, the unlocking device 20 and/or with the security unit 4 can be wireless, for example via radio.
- the door lock 10 and the unlocking device 20 have corresponding communication interfaces 3.
- the communication interfaces 3 can be transmitting and/or receiving units that can communicate with one another. It is also conceivable that there is a wired connection between the door lock 10, the unlocking device 20 and/or the security unit 4.
- Figure 9 is shown that the door lock 10 can be integrated within the housing 22 of the unlocking device 20. In this way, a particularly compact structural unit can be created, whereby the effort required to assemble the system according to the invention on the door 1 can be reduced.
- the emergency button 30 can be designed as a touch button, proximity button, manually operated button or switch.
- the emergency button 30 can be designed with its own light element that can be easily recognized by the user. The color of the light element may vary depending on normal operation and emergency operation.
- the emergency button 30 can z. B. be covered from the outside world by a cover. In order to actually activate the emergency button 30, it is necessary for the user to remove the cover, pivot it, push it away, etc. in order to reach the emergency button 30 located below the cover.
- the cover is advantageously light-transparent so that the user can reliably recognize the emergency button 30 from the outside.
- the personal button 40 simultaneously has the locking cylinder of the door 1, which is used for locking and / or unlocking the door 1.
- the door lock 10 has a loudspeaker 14 and/or a light element 15 in order to indicate emergency operation to the user.
- the door lock 10 is equipped with a smoke detector/smoke detector 13.

Description
The invention relates to a system for a door, in particular an emergency exit door or escape door, with a door lock that can be brought between normal operation and emergency operation, an unlocking device that can be attached to the door and has an actuating element, wherein when the actuating element is actuated Unlocking device can be brought from a position that locks the door into a position that releases the door, in normal operation the door lock is in a locking state and despite actuation of the actuating element an opening process of the door is prevented, in emergency operation the door lock is in an unlocking state and via a Actuation of the actuating element allows the door to be opened.
Emergency exit door can be prevented. If the user interrupts the opening attempt in the pre-alarm state, the door guard returns to the monitoring state. However, if the user continues to pivot the door guard beyond the pre-alarm state, the door guard switches from the pre-alarm to the alarm state. The emergency exit door can now be opened and therefore accessible. However, this device known from the prior art has the disadvantage that it has increased design requirements, which ultimately results in costly production of these devices. This is due, among other things, to the fact that the device known from the prior art can be brought into three operating states, monitoring state, pre-alarm state and alarm state, which complicates the functioning.
The object of the present invention is to provide a system for a door which is functionally reliable, allows the door to be operated easily in an emergency operation, but is locked in normal operation, with the invention at the same time providing a cost-effective assembly.
To solve this problem, a system with all the features of
According to the invention, it is provided that an externally accessible emergency button is integrated into the unlocking device and is in communication with the door lock in such a way that when the emergency button is activated, the door lock switches from normal operation to emergency operation. The essential core of the invention is that the user only has to activate the emergency button in order to bring the door lock, which is usually in its locked state and thus locks the door, into the unlocked state. The door lock can be electrical, electromechanical or electromagnetic. Only after the emergency button has been activated can the door be opened by correspondingly actuating the actuating element of the unlocking device. If the actuating element is not actuated, the unlocking device is in its blocking position, in which the door is locked. By actuating the actuating element, the blocking position of the unlocking device is released and at the same time the unlocking device assumes a releasing position in which the door can be opened. According to the present invention, it is not possible to trigger an emergency operation to unlock the door lock simply by actuating the actuating element. Emergency operation can be achieved by pressing the emergency button. The user therefore has to carry out two actions in order to get through the locked door in an emergency. The first action is the operation of the emergency button and the second action is the operation of the actuation element of the unlocking device. It has surprisingly been shown that a simple and compact component of the unlocking device with an actuating element and emergency button is created, which is user-friendly to handle. The mechanics of the unlocking device can also be designed to be structurally simple and compact.
It can also be provided that in the Unlocking device a further, externally accessible, personal button is integrated and is in communication with the door lock, in particular when the personal button is activated, the door lock can be brought between the locking state and the unlocking state. The system can enable a limited group of people to intervene in the functionality of the system. By activating the personal button, emergency operation can be deactivated or the normal operation of the self-locking door lock can be modified in such a way that the door lock is brought into the unlocking state. In defined applications, it may be desirable for the system according to the invention to be able to be switched to a “deactivated mode”. The “deactivated mode” is to be understood as meaning an operating state of the locking system according to the invention in which the self-locking mechanism of the door lock is continuously and/or permanently prevented or the door lock is in a permanently unlocked state when the door is closed and the door is therefore opened from both sides can be. Such a function is e.g. B. suitable for doors in areas with relatively high traffic frequencies, or also for doors with a day-night function, where access should be possible during the day and the door is blocked at night. The deactivated mode can therefore be activated via a corresponding activation on the personal button.
Furthermore, it may be conceivable that in emergency operation there is an alarm condition in which a visual alarm and/or an acoustic alarm is sent out. The visual alarm can be sent, for example, via a light element. The acoustic alarm can be sent via a loudspeaker. The light element can be designed in such a way that, regardless of normal operation and emergency operation, the light element always emits light of at least one defined color. It is also conceivable that light is only emitted via the light element in emergency operation. The light element can include, for example, OLEDs and/or LEDs. It is also conceivable that in the alarm state the light element emits flashes of light that are immediately recognized by the user.
Advantageously, emergency operation can be reached when the emergency button is activated and/or the alarm state can be absent when the personal button is activated, in particular the alarm state can be absent when the door lock is unlocked. This is particularly advantageous if the user wants to briefly gain access through the door using the personal button without triggering an alarm state of the system.
According to the invention, the unlocking device has a housing on which the actuating element and the emergency button are arranged. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the personal button and/or the door lock are arranged on the housing. This embodiment of the invention creates a compact system that can be easily installed on the door in a short time. It is also conceivable here that the actuating element lies between the emergency button and the personal button. This means that the actuating element is arranged centrally to the emergency button and the personal button. The emergency button and the personal button are spaced apart from each other, with the actuating element lying between them. In an alternative to the invention, it can be advantageous for the emergency button and the personal button to lie next to one another or one above the other, whereby the emergency button and the personal button can lie almost next to one another. In the latter embodiment, the unlocking device can be further improved in terms of its compactness. Advantageously, the unlocking device can have a locking element which is operatively connected to the actuating element. The locking element can z. B. be designed as a trap and / or as a latch. If the unlocking device is not actuated, the locking element is in the locking position, in which the door is blocked from opening. In addition, the door lock assumes its locked state, so that the door is blocked from opening at two separate points or the door is locked at two points.
It can also be designed that the door lock is designed to be monostable, so that the locking state is designed as a stable state. The monostable state can be canceled by activating the emergency button and/or the personal button.
In order to create a satisfactory handling for the user, the actuating element can be a substantially horizontally extending pressure bar or panic bar, with the emergency button and/or the personal button lying essentially on a straight line to the fastening element, in particular the actuating element being approximately in hand and /or chest and/or eye level is arranged on the door. By activating the pressure bar, it is moved linearly and/or translationally on the door, at the same time a mechanism within the housing of the unlocking device being activated and moved, which is in operative connection with the locking element. The same applies to the panic bar, which also interacts with a mechanism arranged within the housing, which is at the same time in operative connection with the locking element of the unlocking device. The panic bar can, for example, be pivotable about an axis on the door. The arrangement of the emergency button and/or the personal button essentially on the alignment line to the actuating element increases user-friendly operability.
In order to expand the applicability of the system, it can be provided that the door lock has a communication interface with which communication to a security unit can be carried out, with the security unit being able to transfer the door lock to normal operation and/or to emergency operation. The security unit can e.g. B. Be part of a building security system that detects an emergency, which can be, for example, fire, power failure, etc. The security unit can be connected to the system according to the invention, in particular to the door lock, via a wired line. It is also conceivable that communication between the security unit and the door lock can take place via a radio connection. Both of the last mentioned alternatives use at least one communication interface that is arranged in the door lock in order to ensure a satisfactory connection between the security unit and the door lock. The communication interface can also be used for connection, in particular signal connection, to the emergency button and/or the personal button. For example, it is conceivable that the communication interface is a transmitting and/or receiving unit that communicates with transmitting and/or receiving units outside the door lock. The door lock of the system according to the invention can also be in communication with other door locks or with other systems according to the invention.
In order to increase the security and/or functionality of the system according to the invention, a smoke detector and/or smoke detector can be arranged in the housing of the unlocking device, which is in operative connection and/or in communication with the door lock and/or with the security unit. A simple retrofit kit can thus be created which can also detect smoke and trigger emergency operation of the self-locking door lock via a corresponding signal that is sent to the door lock and/or to the security unit.
It can also be provided that the door lock and/or the unlocking device has at least one energy store, in particular at least two or three energy stores. The integration of at least one energy storage device within the housing of the unlocking device and for the door locking creates a self-sufficient system that can at least partially or completely dispense with an external power supply.
It can also be provided that the door lock and/or the unlocking device, in particular the emergency button and/or the personal button, can be operated by an external power network.
The alarm state can preferably be deactivated by activating the personal button. Here, the personal button can be a key button and/or the personal button can be a button that carries out an authentication query and/or the personal button can work without contact and/or the personal button is a switch that can be operated manually. The authentication query can take place, for example, via nearfield communication and/or via an RFID sensor. The authentication query can advantageously be carried out in a codified manner. It can also be provided that the personal button is designed in such a way that it works without contact; for example, the personal button can have a capacitance sensor that detects an approach by the user. An authentication query is used to check to what extent the user is the authorized person to activate the personal button. If authentication is positive, the self-locking door lock can be switched from normal operation to emergency operation or the personal button can deactivate or switch off an alarm condition that was previously triggered. The personal button can also be designed as a piezo sensor, which in particular requires a corresponding touch by the user. An authentication query, which can also be codified, is also conceivable here.
It is also conceivable that a sensor device is integrated within the housing of the unlocking device, which detects activation of the actuating element and, for example, stores it and/or reports it to the security unit. In a further embodiment of the invention, the system can be connected to a hazard alarm system or fire alarm systems (BMA) and/or a smoke and heat extraction system (RWA system) and/or to the fire department.
