Beschreibung description
Elektrisches Isoliermaterial, Isolationspapier und Isolati¬ onsband für eine Hochspannungsrotationsmaschine Electrical insulating material, insulation paper and Isolati ¬ onsband for a high voltage rotary machine
Das elektrische Isoliermaterial, das Isolationspapier und dasThe invention relates to an electrical insulation material for a high-voltage rotary machine, an insulation paper, which is made of the insulating material, and a Isolati ¬ onsband, which is made from the insulation paper. The electrical insulation material, the insulation paper and the
Insulation tape is suitable for electrical insulation in a high voltage rotary machine.
For a high-voltage rotary machine, such as a turbo-generator in a power plant for generating electrical energy, high efficiency and high availability are required. The result is usually a high mechanical, thermal and electrical DEMANDS ¬ monitoring the components of the turbogenerator. In particular, the turbogenerator has a stator winding to which an be ¬ Sonders high demands with regard to strength and reliabil ¬ sigkeit is provided. In particular, the insulation system of the stator winding is heavily loaded at the interface between the main insulation and the laminated core of the stator winding by a high thermal, thermomechanical, dynamic and electromechanical operating stress, whereby the risk of damage to the stator winding insulation system is high due to partial discharges during operation the high-voltage rotary machine occur incessantly. With the insulation system, electrical conductors (wires, coils, rods, sub-conductors) are permanently insulated against each other and against a stator core or the surrounding area. Within a high voltage insulation ¬ one differentiates the insulation between conductor elements (conductor insulation) between the conductors or windings (conductor or winding insulation) and between the conductor and ground potential in the tongue and winding area (main ¬ insulation). The operational safety of the high-voltage rota- Onsmaschine is significantly the reliability of Isolier ¬ system determined.
Bei der Herstellung von Glimmerpapier werden Glimmerpartikel mit einem Aspektverhältnis von mindestens 50 eingesetzt, d.h. das Verhältnis von Länge zu Breite auf der einen Seite und dieA problem of the insulation system is that due to the high electrical load of the insulating material of the insulation system this is exposed to a partial discharge-induced erosion. In this case, "treeing" channels are formed in the insulating material, which can lead to an electrical breakdown of the insulating material. As is known, the addition of mica, for example in the form of mica paper, to the insulating material desirably prevents the propagation of "treeing" channels in the insulating material. In the production of mica paper, mica particles having an aspect ratio of at least 50 are used, i. the ratio of length to width on one side and the
Mica particles thickness on the other side is at least 50. This Minim ¬ form the mica particles a large upper ¬ surface, align the mica particles to each other. As a result, the mica paper is elastically bendable and mechanically stressable. Evoked by an interaction by van der Waals forces or hydrogen bonds between the surfaces of the mica particles, bond forces determined by the size of contact surfaces of adjacent mica particles result. Thus, the mica is flexible paper and thus may for example be wrapped around a elekt ¬ step ladder. The mica paper may be further imprägnieret means of a reaction resin and ¬ still represent the a good barrier for "treeing" channels. The mica particles are exposed to the partial discharges, so that it is desirable that the mica particles have a high partial discharge resistance. This is due to the organic given structure of the mica particles. to improve the mechanical strength of the mica paper that is applied to a support made of glass or polyester tissue, where ¬ forms a composite material with the mica paper. this we prepared by using the mica paper is impregnated with a liquid and the reactive polymer and aushär - tet is. The mica paper in strip form forms a mica tape.
It is known to produce a corona shielding tape as, for example, a fabric with the mica tape, wherein the mica tape is attached to the fabric with an adhesive. The insulation ¬ system has the corona protection band, are to be electrically insulated with the electrical conductors in the high-voltage rotary machine. The thermal conductivity of the conventionally impregnated with epoxy resins mica tape with glass or polyester fabric as a carrier material is about 0.2 - 0.25 W / mK at room temperature. Because of this to be classified as low thermal conductivity of the corona strip, the heat generated during operation of the high-voltage rotary machine in the conductor can be delivered poorly to the stator. This one Were ¬ mestau at the Corona shielding band formed from the operation of the high voltage rotary machine. Therefore, in general, the stators of large generators are cooled, for example by means of what ¬ serstoff or water. This could be remedied for a reduction in thickness of the Glimmschutzbands create, whereby the ef ficiency ¬ and the electrical efficiency of the Hochspannungsro ¬ tationsmaschine could be increased.
To further increase the thermal conductivity of the corona shielding bands is known additionally thermally conductive Parti ¬ angle, to provide in the corona shielding such as Bromnitrid or diamond. Since these materials have virtually no positive influence on the electrical resistance of the insulation system due to their dimensions and their physical properties, it is indispensable that the corona protection band is nevertheless mixed with the mica. The proportion of the additional particles, and mica in the insulation system is adjusted such that the proportion of the mica is so high that the thermal conductivity of Glimmschutzbands is sufficiently high, and the proportion of the additional particles is such ge ¬ ring, that the resulting electrical resistance of Glimmschutzbands is sufficiently high. With a herkömmli ¬ chen corona protection tape with additional boron nitride particles is a maximum thermal conductivity of 0.5 W / mK at room temperature Tempe ¬ achievable. The disadvantage here is that the blocks of the Schichtdi ¬ Glimmschutzbandes is high and that the boron nitride particles conductivity perpendicular to the corona-shielding strip less heat than in the longitudinal direction of the Glimmschutzbands ha ¬ ben. As a result, the thermal conductivity of the corona shielding tape is disadvantageous anisotropic, whereby the use of this corona shielding tape is limited. The object of the invention is to provide an electrical insulating material for a high-voltage rotary machine, an insulation patch made of the insulating material, and an insulating tape made of the insulating paper, the electrical insulation of the high-voltage rotary machine being effective.

The insulating paper according to the invention for a high-voltage rotary machine has the electrical insulating material. The insulating tape according to the invention for a Hochspannungsro ¬ tationsmaschine includes a carrier tape and a tape of an insulating paper, the band being applied from the insulation paper on the carrier tape and fixed. The only filler in the base resin is formed by plate-like alumina particles with which due to their special shape, the electrical resistance of the insulating materials ¬ is high. Further, the thermal conductivity of the insulating material is by the provision of only the flaky aluminum oxide particles high, since the intrinsic Leit ¬ ability of alumina at 25 - 40 W / mK, wohinge ¬ gen conventional mica has a value of 1 W / mK. This makes it possible with the inventive provision of the plättchenförmi- gen aluminum oxide particles in the insulation material that insulation material according to the invention does not require the herkömmli ¬ chen mica additive. Furthermore, the insulating material can be processed to an insulating paper, which can be processed according to the invention to form an insulating strip, which can advantageously be used for electrical insulation in a high-voltage rotary machine. The proportion of the plate-like alumina particles in the base resin is preferably up to 70% by volume without deteriorating the mechanical and electrical properties of the insulating material. The higher the volume filling the plate-like alumina ¬ particles in the base resin, the higher the resulting thermal conductivity of the insulating material. With a Vo ¬ lumenfüllgrad of Vol.50% platelet-shaped aluminum oxide particles in the base resin results in a thermal conductivity of 0.8 W / mK of the insulating material.
In addition, due to the planar formation of the plate-like alumina particles in the base resin, it is possible to easily form the insulating tape with the insulating paper made of the insulating material flatly. As a result, it is advantageously possible to wrap conductors of the high-voltage rotary machine with the insulating strip, wherein the insulating strip can furthermore be subjected to impregnation, in particular to a thorough impregnation. In addition, the insulating material has a high resistance to the formation of "treeing" channels in the insulation paper, thereby advantageously high Volumenfüllgrade possible by the plättchenför ¬-shaped aluminum oxide particles in the base resin are. As a result, the insulating material has a high Wärmeleitfä ¬ ability. Due to the inorganic structure of the plate-like alumina particles in the base resin, the insulating material has high temperature resistance.
By way of example, the invention will be explained in more detail below.
An electrical insulating material for a high voltage rotating machine is formed of a base resin. As the only filler in the base resin, a filler is provided as uniformly as possible dispersed in the base resin is at ¬ sorted. Another filler in particulate form is not provided in the base resin. The filler is a filler powder formed from platelet-shaped particles of alumina.
The proportion of the filler powder in the base resin is Zvi ¬ rule 50 vol% and 75 vol%, preferably 70 vol.%. The filler powder is present in particle sizes in the range of 0.002 ym to 150 ym. Furthermore, the filler powder is in monomodal, bimodal or multimodal distribution.
An insulation paper for a high voltage rotary machine is made with the electrical insulation material. In addition, an insulation tape for a high voltage rotary machine is made with the insulation paper. The insulation ¬ band has a carrier band and a band of the Isolationspa ¬ pier. The tape from the insulating paper is applied and fixed on the carrier tape, the tape being glued to the carrier tape by the insulating paper.
