A cane (1) including a rectilinear or substantially rectilinear shaft (10), an upper end (11) comprising a handle for gripping and support, and a lower end (12) provided with a ferrule (2) having an anti-slip function, and which has a widening in the form of a disc coaxial to the cane (1), aimed at constituting a lever capable of permitting the recovery when applying a pressure (P), and which contains a ballast (3), so as to bring the centre of gravity (G) of said cane (1) as close as possible to said lower end (12), while said shaft (10) and said handle are made from a light material, characterised in that said ferrule (2) has a convex end wall (20), as well as on top of a zone (25) diametrically opposite that which is in contact with the group, aimed at the application of said pressure with the foot.
  2. The cane according to claim 1, characterised in that the end wall (20) of the ferrule (2) is in the form of a spherical cap.
  3. The cane according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the ferrule has a peripheral wall (21) having a truncated shape, which is narrowing towards the end.
  4. The cane according to claim 3, characterised in that the upper edge (23) of the peripheral wall (21) is connected to the shaft (10) through a trumpet-shaped intermediate portion (25).
  5. The cane according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the shaft (10) and the handle are made of a composite material, namely a plastic reinforced with fibres.
  6. The cane according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the ballast (3) is made of cast iron covered with an elastomer.
  7. The cane according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the ballast (3) consists of accumulators used for operating an electronic device carried by it, such as localisation and/or counting equipment.
