Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning device for cleaning heating surfaces in the interior of a thermal power plant, in particular in a so-called convection section of the thermal power plant.
- the invention finds particular application in thermal power plants in the manner of a waste incineration plant, a substitute fuel plant or a biomass incinerator.
- these convective heating surfaces By means of these convective heating surfaces, the temperature of the flue gas is lowered and at the same time the energy emitted by the flue gas is transferred in the form of heat to a cooling medium circuit.
- These heating surfaces are provided in particular with spaced heat exchanger tubes in the manner of packages and / or in the manner of a cover surface for the wall of the thermal plant, in particular as so-called superheater, evaporator and / or economizer.
- the flue gas carries a number of combustion residues with it, which are deposited in particular there as a result of contact with the convective heating surface.
- solid and / or pasty residues can be formed on the heating surfaces.
- These residues which cover the heating surfaces, reduce the heat transfer from the flue gas to the cooling medium and therefore reduce the heat Efficiency of such a thermal power plant.
- these residues also reduce the cross-section of the thermal power plant which can be flowed through freely, as a result of which an undesirable increase in the flow resistance and / or increased corrosion can take place.
- Sootblowers are used to radiate a stream of blowing medium (depending on the location of use), such as steam, air and / or water on heat exchanger surfaces of thermal power plants. These sootblowers are operated periodically during operation of the thermal power plant to clean the heating surfaces to restore the desired operating characteristics.
- a stream of blowing medium depending on the location of use
- Such sootblowers have a lance tube connected to a pressurized blowing medium source.
- the sootblower also comprises at least one distribution device designed as a nozzle, from which the blowing medium is discharged in the form of a stream or jet.
- a retractable sootblower the lance tube is retracted periodically into the interior of the thermal power plant and withdrawn from it when, or during, the blowing medium is discharged from the nozzles.
- a stationary sootblower the lance tube in the thermal power plant assumes a stationary position and is periodically rotated while the blowing medium is discharged from the nozzles.
- the impact of the discharged blowing medium on the residues accumulated on the heating surface produces a thermal shock as well as a mechanical shock intended to release the residues.
- a sootblower is here on the WO-A-2010/091342 directed.
- a long-tube sootblower known, which is arranged stationarily in a hot gas flue to be cleaned.
- the long-tube Rußbläser has an axially rotatable blowpipe in which an axially adjustable switching tube is arranged, which serves to shut off and release of nozzles.
- the long-tube sootblower on a coolant supply pipe, which opens into a jacket tube of the blowpipe.
- the long-tube sootblower can be cooled by means of the coolant, wherein the coolant flows through the annular tube sootblower via an annular gap and leaves it again via a stationary central coolant outflow tube.
- Further stationary cleaning devices for a flue gas duct are from the GB 421 378 A and FR 596 816 A known.
- the EP 1 918 667 A1 also discloses a cleaning device. whose lance can be cooled by an internal cooling circuit.
- a cleaning device should be specified, which is structurally simple and operable with less control engineering effort.
- the cleaning of a convection section a thermal power plant particularly gentle and effective to be realized during operation of the thermal power plant.
- the cleaning device is constructed in particular in the manner of a sootblower, Lanzenschraubbläsers or the like.
- a holder is provided, which may for example be designed in the manner of a scaffold, a support system with / without housing or the like.
- a lance is now held or guided with the sosstechniksverteil overlooked spaced from the ground.
- the lance is constructed substantially metallic and tubular, wherein preferably at a rear end both the liquid used for cooling and the liquid used for cleaning is supplied.
- the liquids flow through the lance.
- the liquid is discharged for cleaning as needed on the liquid distribution at the opposite end.
- the liquid distribution device can be configured as an opening, as a nozzle or in any other way.
- the lance can also form a plurality of openings or nozzles for dispensing the liquid.
- the liquid flows through the lance through the first liquid-handling system and back to the first return.
- a drive unit for a translational movement (linear movement, axial movement) of the lance in the holder is a drive unit for a translational movement (linear movement, axial movement) of the lance in the holder.
- the drive unit such as a motor, is used in particular to move or move the lance as a whole or a portion thereof relative to the holder.
- the holder serves in particular as a guide and support for the lance in the different phases of movement.
- Such deposits or blockages can (after prolonged operation) lead to damage and / or malfunction of the cleaning device, because sufficient cooling then may no longer be guaranteed.
- the special treatment of the liquid of the first liquid handling system is thus cheaper, because no liquid for cleaning the heating surfaces of this (now closed) circuit is removed. Accordingly, more cost-effective process water can be used for the second liquid control system as a liquid for cleaning the heating surfaces, ie a liquid without special treatment.
- This cleaning fluid is provided by a second fluid supply system and delivered by the second fluid delivery system from the second inlet to the fluid distribution device.
- the first liquid-handling system and the second fluid-handling system can also be supplied with fluid by a (single) common fluid supply system.
- the common Liquid supply system comprises the first fluid supply system and the second fluid supply system.
- the cleaning device is now designed with a first fluid control system, which forms one or more first flow paths in the interior of the lance.
- a first flow path is now z. B. designed in such a way that the liquid flows from the first inlet coming into the lance, this translates parallel through the axis and finally leaves again on the first return with opposite flow direction.
- the cleaning device is additionally designed with a second liquid control system having one or more second flow paths inside the lance.
- This second flow path is z. B. designed so that the liquid for cleaning the heating surfaces reaches the lance on the second inlet, flows through the lance and leaves the lance on the liquid distribution device.
- only these two different first flow paths and second flow paths are realized in the lance.
- it may occasionally be advantageous to divide the flow paths (into a plurality of parallel ones) it is usually sufficient to form a single first flow path and a single second flow path with the lance.
- This embodiment of the cleaning device now makes it possible for the lance (in the active phase) to be continuously flowed through during the operation of the cleaning device (cold) water or other suitable liquid for cooling through the at least one first flow path.
- the lance When retracting the lance in the thermal power plant through the wall, the lance is exposed to the hot ambient conditions.
- the water flowing through the lance forms an internal cooling circuit for the lance and ensures that the water contained therein is still liquid even with a longer travel distance or a longer residence time of the lance.
- the lance of the cleaning device can be retracted, for example, over more than 5 m or even 10 m in the inner regions of the thermal power plants, before finally the liquid is discharged through the at least one second flow path for cleaning, without the water in the lance (im first flow path and / or in the second flow path) evaporates.
- the second liquid control system is controlled via an actuating means that the liquid for cleaning via the second inlet and the liquid distribution, especially within a few seconds, can be discharged.
- the at least one first flow path and at least one second flow path are formed with concentric, at least partially mutually relatively movable tubes.
- the cleaning device is constructed so that both the first inlet system (from the first inlet to an ambient area) and the first return system (from the surrounding area to the first return) each with two telescopically displaced and sealed pipes (inner tube / Outer tube) are formed. So it is very particularly preferred that the lance outside a first outer inlet pipe is formed, which ultimately represents the limit to the environment.
- This first outer inlet pipe is liquid-tightly mounted on (/ in) a first inner inlet pipe.
- the drive unit now causes the first outer inlet tube to be displaced translationally or axially on the first inner inlet tube, so that the path length of the inflowing liquid via the first inlet on the inner lateral surface first of the first outer (first inner) inlet tube and then also along the first inner (first outer) inlet pipe along.
- the liquid can flow from the first inlet to the opposite surrounding area.
- the surrounding area at least partially surrounds the tip of the lance with the liquid distribution device. In the surrounding area, the liquid for cooling, starting from the first inlet flows in, is deflected there and continues to the first return on, so preferably in countercurrent to the part of the first flow path extending from the first inlet to the surrounding area.
- the at least one first flow path is thus designed in the manner of a countercurrent heat exchanger.
- This first flow path is preferably limited inwardly by two telescopically displaceable and sealed return pipes.
- An outer (inner) return pipe for example, with the first outer (first inner) inlet pipe (or outer return pipe with the first inner inlet pipe, etc.) is mounted near the liquid distribution device so that it is moved in the axial movement.
- the outer return pipe is also liquid-tight outside (/ inside) positioned on the inner return pipe.
- the drive unit now causes, in particular, that with the displacement of the first outer feed pipe to (/ in) the first inner feed pipe likewise telescopes the outer return pipe to (/ in) the inner return pipe. Consequently, the design of the first flow path can be realized structurally very simply with this pipe system.
- At least a second outer inlet tube and a second inner inlet tube are preferably provided, which form the at least one second flow path.
- the liquid distribution device which is arranged in particular on the second outer or second inner inlet pipe, connected to the first inner inlet pipe or first outer inlet pipe, that at least one of the second inlet pipes is moved in the axial movement and thus telescopically displaced the second inlet pipes against each other become.
- the tubes are supported against each other by means of guides.
- the at least one first flow path is arranged outside the at least one second flow path.
- the coolant preferably forms a type of "double cooling jacket" around the second flow path with the cleaning agent.
- At least one check valve is arranged in the at least one second flow path, that a control pressure of at most 1.5 bar has, in particular of at most 1 bar. Due to this low actuating pressure, low pre-pressures in the second fluid supply system can also be used to control the second fluid-guidance system.
- the check valve closes the at least one second flow path from the second inlet to the liquid distribution device.
- the check valve is driven and opened by a corresponding pressure between the second fluid supply system and the check valve.
- An actuating means regulates this pressure.
- at least one frequency-controlled pump control is provided as adjusting means.
- a throttle may be provided instead of the check valve.
- This is technically even simpler, and in view of the high temperatures, if necessary, even less susceptible to interference, and z. B. executed as a pipe constriction.
- the throttle is designed in particular as a flow cross-sectional constriction for the liquid. It is only flowed through when there is a certain pressure level in the region between the second inlet and throttle.
- the cleaning device with the holder is in particular externally grown adjacent to the wall of the thermal power plant.
- At a rear end of the first and second inlet enters the cleaning device and the first return from the cleaning device, so that they are located far away and easily accessible from the thermal power plant.
- an automatic operation actuating means can be positioned, with which the different first and second Flow paths inside the lance can be supplied with fluid as needed.
- the cleaning device has a web correction device.
- This web correction device is in particular a positioning device, with which the cleaning device for at least partially compensating a deflection of a cantilevered portion of the cleaning device, in particular a cantilevered portion of a cleaning device within a thermal power plant, in particular vertically pivotable.
- this means that the cleaning device with the aid of the web correction device is in particular vertically pivotable relative to a (notional) horizontal plane, so that a deflection of a cantilevered section of the cleaning device relative to this (notional) horizontal plane is reduced.
- a plurality of the cleaning devices described here according to the invention are provided in a thermal power plant with a convection section, wherein a first liquid supply system and a second liquid supply system and a controller for the sequential operation of the cleaning devices are provided.
- the thermal power plant is preferably one of the following thermal plants: waste incineration plant, substitute fuel incineration plant, biomass incineration plant.
- a single first fluid supply system and / or a single second fluid supply system for all provided cleaning devices is provided.
- One for the operation all controllers provided control realizes the sequential operation of the cleaning device during operation of the thermal power plant, in particular in such a way that only one cleaning device is actively retracted into the convection section and cleans there targeted.
- the control is also used in particular to act on the adjusting means for the demand-related connection of the first inlet to the first return or the second inlet to the liquid distribution in each cleaning device.
- the control can in particular also resort to sensory measured values, information about the contamination of the heating surfaces, etc.
- the convection section of the thermal power plant has spaced heat exchanger tubes and the cleaning devices are translationally introduced through a wall of the thermal power plant in the convection, so that the liquid distribution of the lance reaches the spaced heat exchanger tubes.
- the portion of the lance, which forms the liquid distribution is positioned in the immediate vicinity of the heat exchanger tubes to be cleaned. If no cleaning takes place, the lance is outside the thermal power plant.
- the lance is now introduced through a corresponding hatch of the wall of the thermal power plant and introduced over a travel of, for example, up to 5 m or even up to 10 m in internal areas of the thermal power plant.
- the liquid distribution of the lance can be positioned, for example, below or next to the heat exchanger tubes to be cleaned in the interior of the thermal power plant.
- a method for cleaning of spaced heat exchanger tubes having heating surfaces of a convection section of a thermal power plant is proposed with a cleaning device according to the invention, wherein an intermittent discharge of a liquid between the spaced heat exchanger tubes takes place.
- the cleaning device in which the cleaning liquid emerges jet-shaped radially in radial direction to the lance, is moved into inner regions of the heat power plant or the convection section in such a way that the liquid jet is discharged (substantially) only between the spaced-apart heat exchanger tubes.
- direct irradiation of the heat exchanger tubes with the supply pressure of the liquid is to be avoided.
- the adjusting means can now be used to adjust the pressure or the range of the discharged liquid jet for cleaning the heating surfaces.
- pressures of 1 bar to 10 bar can be adjusted in a targeted manner.
- a (limited) rotation can additionally be carried out so that, for example, blowing angles in the range of, for example, 60 ° are realized, optionally with different liquid pressures.
- This realization of the first fluid control system in the interior of the lance ensures that the cold fluid coming from the first inlet contacts the outer tubes of the lance and thus cools it.
- This cylindrical stream in the manner of a jacket is preferably maintained over the entire length of the lance up to an ambient region of the liquid distribution device during all operating phases of the cleaning device. Starting from the ambient area, the liquid now flows back to the first return within the bypass flow. It is very particularly preferred that a type of concentric double jacket is formed with the liquid for cooling, which at least partially surrounds the liquid for cleaning.
- a deflection of a cantilevered region of the cleaning device is compensated.
- a compensation of the deflection of the cantilevered region of the cleaning device as a function of the length of the cantilevered region of the cleaning device, in particular by (vertical) pivoting of the cleaning device takes place.
- by compensating for the deflection of the cantilevered region of the cleaning device it is advantageously possible to guide a liquid distribution device of the cleaning device in a (substantially) horizontal plane essentially independent of the length of the cantilevered region of the cleaning agent.
- the features resulting from the invention as devices according to the invention and methods can be combined with one another.
- the method according to the invention can be realized with a device according to the invention and / or the device according to the invention can be set up to carry out the method according to the invention.
- the advantages and effects discussed in each case apply correspondingly to the other aspect of the invention.
- the Fig. 1 shows a thermal power plant 20, for example, for a waste incineration or biomass combustion. Shown below on the left is the firebox 30 in which the garbage or biomass is burned. The resulting flue gas flows in the direction of flow 31 initially through a series of Leermann 32. It can on the walls of the combustion chamber 30 and the Leerman 32 also be provided packages of spaced heat exchanger tubes, so that here a first heat exchange is realized.
- sensors 29 may be provided here, by means of which the slagging and / or conditional parameters of the flue gas can be detected.
- the flue gas After flowing through the Leertons 32, the flue gas reaches the so-called convection section 21.
- heating surfaces 25 are arranged, which flows around and / or flows through the flue gas.
- These heating surfaces 25 are connected to a cooling medium circuit 34, so that the cooling medium flowing through the heating surfaces 25 is heated by the contact of the flue gas.
- the steam generated thereby is used to generate energy, for example, by this is passed through a corresponding turbine.
- a plurality of cleaning devices 1 may be provided, for example, the type of so-called Rußbläser with which the slag or residues are removed on the heating surfaces 25, so that these z. B. fall into underlying funnel 33, where they can be removed if necessary.
- a cleaning device 1 may be provided, as in Fig. 2 is shown.
- the cleaning device 1 in this case comprises a holder 2, for example in the manner of a frame, with steel beams or the like and optionally formed a housing.
- This holder 2 serves to fix or support the lance 3 and a drive unit 5, here in the manner of a motor. With the drive unit 5, the lance 3 is moved axially or translationally relative to the holder 2, so that the lance 3 is moved through the wall 38 of the thermal power plant into the inner area. This is also right in here Fig. 2 indicated.
- the lance 3 may optionally also perform a rotary pivoting movement, so that the liquid discharged via the diesstechniksverteil adopted 4 can be introduced, for example, between spaced heat exchanger tubes 24 and freed the interstices of residues or slagging.
- the cleaning device 1 has a web correction device 37, with which the cleaning device 1 can be pivoted vertically.
- the web correction device 37 is preferably designed as a spindle drive, which moves the end of the lance 3, which is located near the first inlet 7 (in particular in a flexible), down when the liquid distribution device 4 is further introduced into the interior of the thermal power plant, so that a ) the liquid distribution device 4 remains substantially at the same horizontal level and / or b) the discharged liquid jet extends essentially (only) vertically.
- the rear area of the cleaning device 1 opposite the liquid distribution device 4 is designed, for example, by a stationary first inlet 7 and first return 8 for the liquid for cooling and by a second inlet 11 for the liquid for cleaning.
- the first inlet 7 is for example connected to a first liquid supply system, so that here the liquid (in particular water) as needed, for. B. as soon as the lance 3 is to be moved into the heat system, in the lance 3 can flow.
- an actuating means 40 is then provided in or on the first return 8, which is selectively actuated, for example via a controller 23.
- the adjusting means 40 is further adapted to control the pressure at the second inlet 11, so that the volume flow in the second liquid control system can be controlled with it.
- the Fig. 3 shows a particularly simple construction of such a cleaning device 1 (here essentially only the part of the lance 3), in which a first liquid guide system 6 is formed with a first inlet 7 and a first return 8, wherein a first flow path 9, starting from the first inlet 7 is set up over a surrounding area 28 towards the first return 8.
- Fig. 3 the partially telescopically moved lance 3 is shown, wherein the liquid flows from the first liquid supply system 22 via the first inlet 7 and finally leaves the lance 3 again via the first return 8. It is therefore clear that this liquid is used only for cooling the lance 3.
- the liquid flows through the first inlet 7 in a cylindrical annular space, which is bounded between the first outer inlet pipe 13 and the first inner inlet pipe 14 on the one hand and the outer return pipe 15 and the inner return pipe 16 on the other.
- a kind of sheath stream 27 is formed with the liquid, so that the outer environment of the lance 3 is contacted by the cool liquid stream.
- a seal 35 is provided, which reliably avoids leakage of the liquid.
- Such a seal 35 is also provided between the inner return pipe 16 and the outer return pipe 15.
- a guide 36 is provided, with which the outer return pipe 15 is positioned concentrically to the first inner inlet pipe 14.
- the guide 36 can also be designed so that the outer return pipe 15 is fixed to the first inner inlet pipe 14, so this is moved simultaneously.
- the guide 36 may be designed in the manner of a hole-ring disc. In the region of the lance tip and in particular in the surrounding area 28 of the liquid distribution device 4, a flow deflection takes place in such a way that the sheath flow 27 collapses and an internal return line takes place. Already a little way towards the first return 8, the liquid then enters the return pipes 15, 16 and is directed to the first return 8.
- a second outer inlet pipe 17 and a second inner inlet pipe 18 are arranged, the also sealed by seals 35 and guided by guides 36.
- the second inner inlet pipe 18 may be fixed via the outer return pipe 15 to the first inner inlet pipe 14, so that it is moved simultaneously with these.
- the second inner inlet pipe 18 and the second outer inlet pipe 17 lead the liquid for cleaning from the second liquid supply system 39 via the second inlet 11 and the check valve 19 toward the liquid distribution device 4. They thus form the second flow path 12 and the second liquid feed system 10.
- the flow direction of the liquid of the first liquid-conducting system 6 indicated by the arrows could also run in an opposite direction if the first liquid supply system 22 and the first inlet 7 are modified accordingly with the first return 8.
- Such an embodiment of a cleaning device 1 is in the Fig. 4 otherwise shown by the execution of the cleaning device 1 according to Fig. 3 does not differentiate. For the description of Fig. 4 is therefore the description of the Fig. 3 appropriate to use.
- the described variants of a cleaning device for cleaning convective heating surfaces are particularly suitable for thermal power plants that are operated with waste or biomass, with a very simple and effective construction of the cleaning equipment is realized. With the targeted water purification of such heating surfaces, the travel time of such heat systems can be significantly extended.
- the regulation of the addition pressure for the liquid allows an adapted to the nature of the residues or slag addition, so that in addition to a simple wetting and an abrasive (high-pressure) processing and / or a simple quenching of the combustion residues can be achieved.

There are (especially in the convection section) regularly provided many heating surfaces, which are brought into contact with the flue gas from the combustion in the furnace of the thermal power plant. By means of these convective heating surfaces, the temperature of the flue gas is lowered and at the same time the energy emitted by the flue gas is transferred in the form of heat to a cooling medium circuit. These heating surfaces are provided in particular with spaced heat exchanger tubes in the manner of packages and / or in the manner of a cover surface for the wall of the thermal plant, in particular as so-called superheater, evaporator and / or economizer.
In such thermal power plants, the flue gas carries a number of combustion residues with it, which are deposited in particular there as a result of contact with the convective heating surface. Especially with the aforementioned fuels and the temperatures present in each case solid and / or pasty residues can be formed on the heating surfaces. These residues, which cover the heating surfaces, reduce the heat transfer from the flue gas to the cooling medium and therefore reduce the heat Efficiency of such a thermal power plant. In addition, it should be borne in mind that these residues also reduce the cross-section of the thermal power plant which can be flowed through freely, as a result of which an undesirable increase in the flow resistance and / or increased corrosion can take place.
Usually, so far in the convection section of the thermal power plant has been cleaned with steam. This steam was extracted from the cooling circuit in front of the turbine in heat power plants, which were operated for example with coal, and made available to the sootblowers. The use of fuels of lower calorific value, such as waste or biomass, led to a lower or inferior steam production, so that the steam can not be given to the heating surface with sufficient kinetic energy. In addition, the steam is sometimes very humid, which could lead to increased corrosion. In addition, it was found that very difficult to remove residues are formed on the heating surfaces, which caked in treatment with water vapor such as cement and thus within a few weeks of operation of the heat system meant that here a mechanical cleaning with switched-off thermal power plant must be performed.
In addition, attempts have been made to perform a treatment of the residues with water also in the convection section of a thermal power plant. However, it was regarded as problematic that it can not be ensured that the water is still liquid at the low feed rate over a blowing path of, for example, more than 5 meters. Rather, the water was finally vaporous before it was delivered to the heating surfaces, which at the prevailing temperatures of up to 1000 ° C and the small amount of about 0.4 l / sec. is traceable. In addition, equally a way had to be found, which, as a result of the liquid addition to anticipate increased risk of corrosion.

The cleaning device is constructed in particular in the manner of a sootblower, Lanzenschraubbläsers or the like. For this purpose, in particular, a holder is provided, which may for example be designed in the manner of a scaffold, a support system with / without housing or the like. In this holder, a lance is now held or guided with the Flüssigkeitsverteileinrichtung spaced from the ground. The lance is constructed substantially metallic and tubular, wherein preferably at a rear end both the liquid used for cooling and the liquid used for cleaning is supplied.
Starting from this first inlet (for cooling) and from the second inlet (for cleaning), the liquids flow through the lance. About the second liquid handling system, the liquid is discharged for cleaning as needed on the liquid distribution at the opposite end. The liquid distribution device can be configured as an opening, as a nozzle or in any other way. In principle, the lance can also form a plurality of openings or nozzles for dispensing the liquid. The liquid flows through the lance through the first liquid-handling system and back to the first return.
Preferably also attached to the holder, is a drive unit for a translational movement (linear movement, axial movement) of the lance in the holder. The drive unit, such as a motor, is used in particular to move or move the lance as a whole or a portion thereof relative to the holder. In principle, it is possible that several drives for different movements or a drive for several movements (axial and / or rotational) are provided. Accordingly, the holder serves in particular as a guide and support for the lance in the different phases of movement.
As a result of the separation of the liquid control systems, for the cleaning of the heating surfaces on the one hand and the cooling of the cleaning device on the other hand, a more cost-effective operation of the cleaning device can be achieved compared to cleaning devices having a single liquid control system. On the one hand can on one Dosing be dispensed with, which removes the required amount of liquid from the amount provided for the cooling. Accordingly, can be dispensed with a complex monitoring, which would have to readjust the amount of liquid for cooling, each depending on the amount removed for cleaning. Furthermore, a closed circuit for a first fluid supply system can be provided, through which the first liquid control system is supplied with liquid exclusively for cooling. This liquid must usually be specially treated so that no deposits and corresponding blockages occur in the first liquid handling system. Such deposits or blockages can (after prolonged operation) lead to damage and / or malfunction of the cleaning device, because sufficient cooling then may no longer be guaranteed. The special treatment of the liquid of the first liquid handling system is thus cheaper, because no liquid for cleaning the heating surfaces of this (now closed) circuit is removed. Accordingly, more cost-effective process water can be used for the second liquid control system as a liquid for cleaning the heating surfaces, ie a liquid without special treatment. This cleaning fluid is provided by a second fluid supply system and delivered by the second fluid delivery system from the second inlet to the fluid distribution device. It should be noted, however, that the first liquid-handling system and the second fluid-handling system can also be supplied with fluid by a (single) common fluid supply system. This means in particular that the common Liquid supply system comprises the first fluid supply system and the second fluid supply system.
The cleaning device is now designed with a first fluid control system, which forms one or more first flow paths in the interior of the lance. A first flow path is now z. B. designed in such a way that the liquid flows from the first inlet coming into the lance, this translates parallel through the axis and finally leaves again on the first return with opposite flow direction. The cleaning device is additionally designed with a second liquid control system having one or more second flow paths inside the lance. This second flow path is z. B. designed so that the liquid for cleaning the heating surfaces reaches the lance on the second inlet, flows through the lance and leaves the lance on the liquid distribution device. In particular, only these two different first flow paths and second flow paths are realized in the lance. Although it may occasionally be advantageous to divide the flow paths (into a plurality of parallel ones), it is usually sufficient to form a single first flow path and a single second flow path with the lance.
This embodiment of the cleaning device now makes it possible for the lance (in the active phase) to be continuously flowed through during the operation of the cleaning device (cold) water or other suitable liquid for cooling through the at least one first flow path. When retracting the lance in the thermal power plant through the wall, the lance is exposed to the hot ambient conditions. The water flowing through the lance forms an internal cooling circuit for the lance and ensures that the water contained therein is still liquid even with a longer travel distance or a longer residence time of the lance. Thus, the lance of the cleaning device can be retracted, for example, over more than 5 m or even 10 m in the inner regions of the thermal power plants, before finally the liquid is discharged through the at least one second flow path for cleaning, without the water in the lance (im first flow path and / or in the second flow path) evaporates. Only when the lance or the liquid distribution is aligned exactly to the desired heating surface, the second liquid control system is controlled via an actuating means that the liquid for cleaning via the second inlet and the liquid distribution, especially within a few seconds, can be discharged.
According to a development of the cleaning device, the at least one first flow path and at least one second flow path are formed with concentric, at least partially mutually relatively movable tubes. In particular, the cleaning device is constructed so that both the first inlet system (from the first inlet to an ambient area) and the first return system (from the surrounding area to the first return) each with two telescopically displaced and sealed pipes (inner tube / Outer tube) are formed. So it is very particularly preferred that the lance outside a first outer inlet pipe is formed, which ultimately represents the limit to the environment. This first outer inlet pipe is liquid-tightly mounted on (/ in) a first inner inlet pipe. The drive unit now causes the first outer inlet tube to be displaced translationally or axially on the first inner inlet tube, so that the path length of the inflowing liquid via the first inlet on the inner lateral surface first of the first outer (first inner) inlet tube and then also along the first inner (first outer) inlet pipe along. In this way, the liquid can flow from the first inlet to the opposite surrounding area. The surrounding area at least partially surrounds the tip of the lance with the liquid distribution device. In the surrounding area, the liquid for cooling, starting from the first inlet flows in, is deflected there and continues to the first return on, so preferably in countercurrent to the part of the first flow path extending from the first inlet to the surrounding area.
In particular, the at least one first flow path is thus designed in the manner of a countercurrent heat exchanger.
This first flow path is preferably limited inwardly by two telescopically displaceable and sealed return pipes. An outer (inner) return pipe, for example, with the first outer (first inner) inlet pipe (or outer return pipe with the first inner inlet pipe, etc.) is mounted near the liquid distribution device so that it is moved in the axial movement. The outer return pipe is also liquid-tight outside (/ inside) positioned on the inner return pipe. The drive unit now causes, in particular, that with the displacement of the first outer feed pipe to (/ in) the first inner feed pipe likewise telescopes the outer return pipe to (/ in) the inner return pipe. Consequently, the design of the first flow path can be realized structurally very simply with this pipe system.
Furthermore, at least a second outer inlet tube and a second inner inlet tube are preferably provided, which form the at least one second flow path. Preferably, the liquid distribution device, which is arranged in particular on the second outer or second inner inlet pipe, connected to the first inner inlet pipe or first outer inlet pipe, that at least one of the second inlet pipes is moved in the axial movement and thus telescopically displaced the second inlet pipes against each other become. Preferably, the tubes are supported against each other by means of guides.
In particular, the at least one first flow path is arranged outside the at least one second flow path. Thus, during operation, the coolant preferably forms a type of "double cooling jacket" around the second flow path with the cleaning agent.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, at least one check valve is arranged in the at least one second flow path, that a control pressure of at most 1.5 bar has, in particular of at most 1 bar. Due to this low actuating pressure, low pre-pressures in the second fluid supply system can also be used to control the second fluid-guidance system. The check valve closes the at least one second flow path from the second inlet to the liquid distribution device. The check valve is driven and opened by a corresponding pressure between the second fluid supply system and the check valve. An actuating means regulates this pressure. In particular, at least one frequency-controlled pump control is provided as adjusting means.
In particular, a throttle may be provided instead of the check valve. This is technically even simpler, and in view of the high temperatures, if necessary, even less susceptible to interference, and z. B. executed as a pipe constriction. The throttle is designed in particular as a flow cross-sectional constriction for the liquid. It is only flowed through when there is a certain pressure level in the region between the second inlet and throttle.
The cleaning device with the holder is in particular externally grown adjacent to the wall of the thermal power plant. At a rear end of the first and second inlet enters the cleaning device and the first return from the cleaning device, so that they are located far away and easily accessible from the thermal power plant. Here, therefore, for a manual operation and / or an automatic operation actuating means can be positioned, with which the different first and second Flow paths inside the lance can be supplied with fluid as needed.
It is particularly advantageous if the cleaning device has a web correction device. This web correction device is in particular a positioning device, with which the cleaning device for at least partially compensating a deflection of a cantilevered portion of the cleaning device, in particular a cantilevered portion of a cleaning device within a thermal power plant, in particular vertically pivotable. In other words, this means that the cleaning device with the aid of the web correction device is in particular vertically pivotable relative to a (notional) horizontal plane, so that a deflection of a cantilevered section of the cleaning device relative to this (notional) horizontal plane is reduced.
In addition, it is considered advantageous that a plurality of the cleaning devices described here according to the invention are provided in a thermal power plant with a convection section, wherein a first liquid supply system and a second liquid supply system and a controller for the sequential operation of the cleaning devices are provided. The thermal power plant is preferably one of the following thermal plants: waste incineration plant, substitute fuel incineration plant, biomass incineration plant. In particular, a single first fluid supply system and / or a single second fluid supply system for all provided cleaning devices is provided. One for the operation all controllers provided control realizes the sequential operation of the cleaning device during operation of the thermal power plant, in particular in such a way that only one cleaning device is actively retracted into the convection section and cleans there targeted. The control is also used in particular to act on the adjusting means for the demand-related connection of the first inlet to the first return or the second inlet to the liquid distribution in each cleaning device. For this purpose, the control can in particular also resort to sensory measured values, information about the contamination of the heating surfaces, etc.
In addition, it is considered advantageous that the convection section of the thermal power plant has spaced heat exchanger tubes and the cleaning devices are translationally introduced through a wall of the thermal power plant in the convection, so that the liquid distribution of the lance reaches the spaced heat exchanger tubes. This means in particular that the portion of the lance, which forms the liquid distribution, is positioned in the immediate vicinity of the heat exchanger tubes to be cleaned. If no cleaning takes place, the lance is outside the thermal power plant. For cleaning, the lance is now introduced through a corresponding hatch of the wall of the thermal power plant and introduced over a travel of, for example, up to 5 m or even up to 10 m in internal areas of the thermal power plant. Thus, the liquid distribution of the lance can be positioned, for example, below or next to the heat exchanger tubes to be cleaned in the interior of the thermal power plant.
According to a further aspect of the invention, a method for cleaning of spaced heat exchanger tubes having heating surfaces of a convection section of a thermal power plant is proposed with a cleaning device according to the invention, wherein an intermittent discharge of a liquid between the spaced heat exchanger tubes takes place. In other words, that means that the cleaning device, in which the cleaning liquid emerges jet-shaped radially in radial direction to the lance, is moved into inner regions of the heat power plant or the convection section in such a way that the liquid jet is discharged (substantially) only between the spaced-apart heat exchanger tubes. In particular, direct irradiation of the heat exchanger tubes with the supply pressure of the liquid is to be avoided. The adjusting means can now be used to adjust the pressure or the range of the discharged liquid jet for cleaning the heating surfaces. In particular, pressures of 1 bar to 10 bar, for example, can be adjusted in a targeted manner. While the lance is no longer moved axially, a (limited) rotation can additionally be carried out so that, for example, blowing angles in the range of, for example, 60 ° are realized, optionally with different liquid pressures.
Also considered to be advantageous is a method in which the liquid coming from a first inlet flows at least in one section in the manner of a sheath flow in the lance up to an ambient region of the liquid distribution device and within the sheath flow back to the first return. at This realization of the first fluid control system in the interior of the lance ensures that the cold fluid coming from the first inlet contacts the outer tubes of the lance and thus cools it. This cylindrical stream in the manner of a jacket is preferably maintained over the entire length of the lance up to an ambient region of the liquid distribution device during all operating phases of the cleaning device. Starting from the ambient area, the liquid now flows back to the first return within the bypass flow. It is very particularly preferred that a type of concentric double jacket is formed with the liquid for cooling, which at least partially surrounds the liquid for cleaning.
Furthermore, it is also advantageous if a deflection of a cantilevered region of the cleaning device is compensated. This means in particular that a compensation of the deflection of the cantilevered region of the cleaning device as a function of the length of the cantilevered region of the cleaning device, in particular by (vertical) pivoting of the cleaning device takes place. In particular, by compensating for the deflection of the cantilevered region of the cleaning device, it is advantageously possible to guide a liquid distribution device of the cleaning device in a (substantially) horizontal plane essentially independent of the length of the cantilevered region of the cleaning agent. In addition, reference is made here to the above comments on the web correction device.
The features resulting from the invention as devices according to the invention and methods can be combined with one another. In particular, the method according to the invention can be realized with a device according to the invention and / or the device according to the invention can be set up to carry out the method according to the invention. In this respect, the advantages and effects discussed in each case apply correspondingly to the other aspect of the invention.

The described variants of a cleaning device for cleaning convective heating surfaces are particularly suitable for thermal power plants that are operated with waste or biomass, with a very simple and effective construction of the cleaning equipment is realized. With the targeted water purification of such heating surfaces, the travel time of such heat systems can be significantly extended. In addition, the regulation of the addition pressure for the liquid allows an adapted to the nature of the residues or slag addition, so that in addition to a simple wetting and an abrasive (high-pressure) processing and / or a simple quenching of the combustion residues can be achieved.
