Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Platinen mit unterschiedlichen Dicken aus einem metallischen Werkstoff mit den Verfahrensschritten:
Fertigen von Platinen 10 aus einem Bandmaterial, Bereichsweises Verändern der Temperatur T der Platinen 10, wobei in den Platinen 10 mehrere Bereiche 11-16 mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen T11-T16 erzeugt werden; und Walzen der bereichsweise temperaturveränderten Platinen 10 in einem Walzwerkzeug 40 mit einer Walzspaltanstellung, wobei die Walzspaltanstellung beim Walzen konstant gehalten wird, wobei in den Platinen 10 aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Temperaturbereiche Abschnitte 11-16 mit unterschiedlicher Dicke D11-D16 erzeugt werden. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine entsprechende Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Platinen mit unterschiedlichen Dicken aus einem metallischen Werkstoff.
