  • Ultraschallanlagen
    Das Verfahren basiert auf dem Erfolg der Kavitation, konzentriert in einem mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit gefüllten Behälter. Das bei diesem Verfahren entstehende Kavitationsfeld bewirkt eine direkte Reinigung von Drähten oder anderen Endlosmaterialien.
  • Hochdruck-Reinigungsanlagen
    Dieses Verfahren eignet sich besonders bei leichten Oberflächenverschmutzungen, in dem Düsen ein Reinigungsmedium mit hoher Geschwindigkeit entgegen der Drahtlaufrichtung aufbringen. Es wirken hohe mechanische Kräfte durch den erzielten Druck auf die Oberfläche ein und lösen die Verschmutzungen ab. Die Reinigungsleistung wird dabei durch die Druckstärke und Anzahl der Düsen bestimmt.
  • Chemische Reinigung
    Der Einsatz von Säuren und anderen Chemikalien sowie die Zufuhr von Wärmeenergie zur Beschleunigung der chemischen Reaktion bilden die Voraussetzung auch für die Umwelt ungünstige Reinigung durch Chemie.
  • Mechanische Reinigungsanlagen
    Genannte Reinigungsanlagen finden Verwendung für die Ab- und Vorreinigung von Drähten. Die Kombination besteht meist aus rotierenden Bürsten und einem durch Düsen aufgebrachtem Reinigungsmittel.

Apparatus for the fine cleaning of wire surfaces using commercially customary pneumatic cylinders, wherein the apparatus consists of an outer unit, of firmly connected parts and a movable inner unit (5), wherein special steel wire brushes (13) are held in the inner unit (5) by receiving boxes (12) and are pressed against the wire (15) running through by means of settable springs (14) that regulate the contact pressure, characterized in that the inner unit (5) with the special steel wire brushes (13) is moved back and forth against the wire (15) to be processed, with the special steel wire brushes (13) simultaneously being washed continuously with temperature-controlled water.
  2. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the inner unit (5) with the special steel wire brushes (13) is mounted on round pins (3) that fix the side plates (1; 2), and thus slides back and forth by means of the pneumatic cylinders (18), the piston rods (19) of which are connected to a side plate (2) of the inner unit (5).
  3. Apparatus according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the outer unit consists of two external side plates (1; 2) which are firmly connected together by means of round pins (3), and which have corresponding bores (14) for the wire (15) to pass through and for the necessary connecting elements.
  4. Apparatus according to Claims 1-3, characterized in that the movable inner unit (5), embodied as a complex, likewise consists of side plates (6) which are held together by clamping pins (7) and a base plate (8) which is fitted on receptacles (9) provided on the inner sides of the side plates (6).
  5. Apparatus according to Claims 1-4, characterized in that the special steel wire brushes (13) have central cutouts such that they largely wrap around the wire (15) during the cleaning of the latter.
